Abstract

Leadership in the educational environment plays a very important role in creating a conducive learning atmosphere. As with participatory leadership, the role of the school principal is not only as a decision-maker but also as a facilitator who encourages the participation of teachers and students. This approach is expected to promote the involvement of all parties in the decision-making process related to education. Teacher involvement is a key element in creating an effective learning environment. In addition to teachers, student involvement is also very important in making decisions related to school policies.The method used in this article is a literature study, which is a data collection approach by reviewing and understanding theories from various literature sources relevant to the research topic. Data collection is done by searching for and constructing information from various sources, such as books, journals, and previous research.The role of the principal in making and taking decisions, with responsibility for results that align with the issues at hand, and the involvement of teachers in decision-making, has a significant impact on improving teacher quality, such as mastery of subject matter and teaching techniques, as well as from the aspects of morale, work ethics, and motivation in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Additionally, involving students in decision-making allows them to think critically and analytically. This participatory leadership is very important for the principal in the decision-making process because it involves teachers and students, thereby forming a shared goal that creates a conducive and comfortable learning environment.

Abstract

This article discusses the critical role of effective guidance provided by educators in the success of Akidah Akhlak learning. Teachers act as facilitators who not only deliver theoretical material but also motivate and guide students in applying moral values in their daily lives. Observations of the learning process in the 12th grade of MA Al-Islam Joresan Ponorogo revealed the use of a gradual approach, class discussions, personal reflections, and active learning methods. These steps aim to deepen students’ understanding of Akidah Akhlak and help them implement these values in real-life situations effectively. However, the study also highlights persistent challenges, such as the negative influence of the social environment and the lack of self-motivation among students. Addressing these issues requires a personal approach that considers individual student needs and strengthens collaboration between teachers, parents, and the community. Such collaborative efforts are essential to creating a supportive environment and ensuring the long-term success of Akidah Akhlak learning, both in academic and character development aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies of school principals in improving teacher professionalism at Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Panjeng (YPIP) Panjeng. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that the principal at YPIP Panjeng implements leadership strategies, including structured academic supervision, teacher empowerment through training, and the development of collaborative school culture among teachers. The principal also adopts a transformational leadership style that focuses on motivation and support for teachers. However, challenges such as limited funding for training and resistance to change from some teachers remain obstacles in the implementation of these strategies. This study concludes that effective school leadership can enhance teacher professionalism, but continuous efforts are required to overcome the existing challenges for optimal results

Abstract

The success of education depends not only on the quality of learning, but alsoon how conflicts that occur in the school environment can be managed properly.Conflicts between teachers, students, and parents often arise due to differencesin perceptions, expectations, or unmet needs. This article examines the role ofschool principals in addressing these conflicts with an effective leadershipapproach. Principals, as leaders in the educational community, are expected tohave the ability to create open communication and support collaborationbetween the various parties involved. Through an inclusive, adaptive, andproblem-solving-based leadership style, principals can identify sources ofconflict, defuse tensions, and create a harmonious environment. The approachesapplied include mediation, fostering interpersonal relationships, anddeveloping fair and transparent policies. The findings of this article suggest thateffective leadership of principals in dealing with conflict can improve thequality of interaction between teachers, students, and parents, which in turnsupports the creation of a more conducive and productive educational climate.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the role of government supervision in regulating the distribution of cosmetics must always be done by improving the quality of consumer protection. For this reason, the Indonesian Ulema Council (LPPOM MUI) has a strong task of researching, reviewing, analyzing and deciding whether food products and their derivatives, medicines and cosmetic products are safe for consumption. in terms of health and in terms of teaching Islam. For this reason, consumers must know what are the factors that influence consumer behavior towards cosmetic products that are not labeled halal? And what is the perception of the 2018 Islamic economic law students regarding cosmetic products that are not labeled halal?. The purpose of this study was to find out the perceptions of Islamic economic law students class 2018 about cosmetics that are not labeled halal in relation to consumer behavior. The nature of this research is field research. The type of research used in this research is descriptive and uses data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation. In an interview with a 2018 Islamic Economic Law student, the data was processed using a qualitative analysis method using the inductive reasoning method. Based on the results of the study, the most dominant factor influencing consumer behavior in purchasing non-halal labeled cosmetic products by students of the Faculty of Sharia class 2018 INSURI Ponorogo includes several factors, namely close friends, self factors and environmental factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role, implementation, and constraints of Ṭarīqah Intiqāiyah in learning Arabic for class VI MI PSM Walikukun. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The object or population in this study were 15 students of class VI MI PSM Walikukun. In this study, the primary data selected by the authors were interviews with Arabic teachers for grade VI MI PSM Walikukun and observations of the learning process. Secondary data sources in this study were lesson plans, grade transcripts and observations of the Arabic language learning process of class VI MI PSM Walikukun. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Ṭarīqah Intiqāiyah in learning Arabic for class VI MI PSM Walikukun can be considered to be going well, because it is adapted to the abilities and needs of students and the capacity of the Arabic language teacher. Even though the combined steps and methods are not in accordance with the steps exemplified by Acep Hermawan, the use of the Ṭarīqah Intiqāiyah is considered well implemented because the Ṭarīqah Intiqāiyah itself is flexible.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of using the calling and discussion method in improving Balagah's learning abilities. This research is quantitative with demographic analysis, and the subject of the study is all students from the fifth semester. Its model is the students from the fifth B semester with a total of 19 students—data collection by questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, they were then analyzed by the "Korelasi Product Moment" formula. Based on it, after it was found from the result of the analysis, there the conclusion is that: (1) The effectiveness of adopting the call and discussion approach is shown in the question data in the index of question 1.4, the fourth number, that before entering the classroom, the teacher gave a brief description of the subject, which is 94.7%. And then the question, the fifth number, that the teacher's explanation of the teaching of the subject is clear, which is 84.2%. Then, in Fahrous 2.4, the fourth pointer question shows that the students follow the discussion well and ask about the lesson, which is 73.6%. (2) The achievement of students' learning shows in the data of the question in the index of question 2.4, the seventh score, that most of the students stick to their first output, and the third of them raises their output, which is 84.2%. Moreover, their product decreases, which is 10, 2%. (3) From calculating the data before that, there is a strong connection between the effectiveness of adopting the curriculum of call and discussion with the investigation, learning rhetoric of the subject "Rulosity for the fifth semester at the modern, programmed, global institute of the academic year 2019-2020, which is 0.977.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the application of the index card match model to improve al-maḥaraḥ al-qiraah class VII students of MTs Maarif Al-Ishlaḥ, Bungkal. This type of research is a class action. Data collection by observation and tests. Data analysis with descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that the use of an index card match-based active learning model was able to increase the maharah al-qiraah grade VII students of MTs Maarif Al-Ishlah Bungkal in the even semester of 2021/2022. The application of the index card match active learning model in the first cycle of maharah al-qiraah results for class VII students of MTs Maarif Al-Ishlah obtained an average score of 69.4. The increase in the average score occurred in cycle II, which was 85.2, this showed a significant increase.

Abstract

The novel is one of the print media that is effectively used to convey da'wah messages. The message conveyed from a novel is the intellectual experience and background of the social life of the writer. By reading a novel one can find out the message to be conveyed, the concepts that are instilled and the direction in which the author's thoughts are. This study aims to determine the concept of preaching about faith and the concept of preaching about love in the novel entitled Bidadari Bermata Bening by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The method used in this research is library research by collecting data and information related to the research object in the form of the da'wah concept contained in the novel Bidadari Bermata Bening by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The concept in question is in the form of the concept of da'wah about faith and morals. The results of this study concluded that the concept of preaching about faith in the novel Bidadari with clear eyes, whose research focus is in the form of the concept of preaching about faith and the concept of preaching about love in the novel entitled Bidadari with Clear Eyes by Habiburrahman El Shirazy, has Islamic values ​​that are dominant towards the flow of Alhu Sunnah Wal Jama'ah.

Abstract

real goal of marriage is to build a prosperous family, not just a connection between two genders. One of the pillars in marriage is the dowry. Dowry is a husband's gift to the wife. Uniquely in Indonesia, dowry in certain customs, the amount is determined. one of them is banjar custom in Senyerang Village. In determining the dowry they have a tradition known to be honest. In this study, it is categorized as field research, and is ethnographic research. This research not only describes certain characteristics, but also analyzes why and how these things happen. The data collection techniques used in this study were in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies. The results showed that the dowry and honesty in the Banjar community in Senyerang Village were different, the amount or amount of honesty was influenced by several factors, Among them: the level of education, the parents of women and the level of beauty. But everything remains within the agreement of both parties. The review of Islamic law analyzes the honest law that exists in the society, which is contained in the honesty, namely help and the law is okay as long as it does not bring mudharatan according to Islamic teachings.
