Abstract

Nowadays, children learn not only one language, but several languages. For example, at school, students use Indonesian, at home, they use their mother tongue, and there are other languages spoken in the community. Language learning at school is not limited to one language only, but also includes other languages. The purpose of this study is to understand why children today can communicate in multiple languages. Multilingual users are those who use multiple languages. A multilingual person is one who uses a wide variety of languages in daily life depending on the context and situation. This research uses descriptive-analytical method. The findings of this study show that many people today speak more than one language. This shows that the general public, particularly in Indonesia, and around the world, use languages as a means of communication. The use of multiple languages can affect the well-being of society. Sociolinguistics focuses on the relationship between language and society. The goal of sociolinguistics is to explain why people use different languages in different social contexts.

Abstract

The problem of Hajj is a public problem, in fact whatever problems arise around Hajj, it has been answered thoroughly by Islamic guidance since the time of Rasulullah Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, the sabbath, tabiin and so on until today. The purpose of this article is to highlight the challenges currently faced when performing the Hajj. The writing method used in writing this article is the literature search method (library search). From this discussion it can be concluded that the procedures for performing the Hajj must be in accordance with the requirements, pillars, obligations and sunnah of Hajj. In Islam, the requirements for Hajj include puberty, intelligence, freedom, power (competence), while the pillars of Hajj are ihram or wearing ihram, and nyyat ihram and hajj, Uquf Arafah on the 9th of Zulhija. ;Tawaf, Sai, Taharrul, orderly or alternating Hajj are valid and intended to be accepted by Allah SWT. Currently, there are several problems with the Hajj pilgrimage that Muslims may not be able to avoid. Hajj cannot be separated from banking problems, Hajj allows someone to enter into religious madhhab, delayed menstruation in women, mikot problems, etc.

Abstract

Learning motivation is one of the factors that determine the learning outcomes of students, a person will get the desired results in learning if there is a desire to learn in him. Motivation acts as a driver for the achievement of good results. A person will be encouraged to do an activity because there is motivation in him. The existence of high motivation in learning will achieve optimal results. The purpose of the research to be achieved is to determine the relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes, The research method in this study is a literature review (Library Research), namely in literature research. Based on the results of research that the learning motivation possessed by students in every learning activity plays a role in improving student learning outcomes, students who have high motivation in learning will likely obtain high learning outcomes as well.

Abstract

This paper discusses the educational values of the Quranic stories, especially the story of Lukman al-Hakim. This research looks at the story of Lukman al-Hakim through the views of Muslim figures. This research uses qualitative research with the type of library research. The results of this study are the story of Lukman al-Hakim including creed, sharia and moral education. The education of faith is the placement of monotheism in a person so as not to associate gods, sharia education to uphold the sharia of god, especially carrying out god's commands and keeping away from his prohibitions, and moral education is to strive to do good things and stay away from arrogance.

Abstract

The desire to learn results in study habits in such a way and will have a balanced impact on learning achievement or not. This research aims to determine the influence of study habits and self-regulation on student learning achievement at MTs. Al-Ikhwan, Gresik. This research is quantitative research involving two independent variables (study habits and self-regulation) on the dependent variable (learning achievement). The population of this research is aimed at MTs students. Al-Ikhwan, Gresik. The sampling technique is random. Next, this research data will be analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that study habits and self-regulation have a significant effect on the learning achievement of MTs students. Al-Ikhwan Gresik. Study habits include activities and strategies that students apply during the learning process, while self-regulation includes students' ability to plan, monitor and evaluate themselves. These results can provide a basis for educational programs on developing study habits and increasing student self-regulation.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate good behavior and critical thinking in children of group B aged 5-6 years. This study is a class action study (PTK) carried out in two phases of the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II, this study represents a new breakthrough in the world of education for children of 5-6 years, the study conducted interviews with 13 children revealed that 23.1% of them had low criteria, while 76.9% had high criteria for good behaviour. No child meets the high criteria in good behavior. Group B children part I do not meet the high quality criteria, while the rest meet the criteria with the proportion of five children (38.44%) and eight children (61,56%). The study also found that 11 children (84.6%) showed good critical thinking, and 2 children (15.4%) fulfilled critical thought rules, with none of them having critical thoughts rules. According to Gardner's theory, optimal cognitive development can be achieved by focusing on activities such as actors, athletes, or dancers, and repetition is an effective method to enhance critical thinking in children aged 5-6 years. The results of the study show that the quality of the child's physical examination improved significantly in 2022/2023, especially in parts I and II

Abstract

Islamic religious education (PAI) subjects have an important role in instilling spiritual and moral values in students. One of the components that supports implementing Islamic religious education (PAI) in schools is the curriculum. The aim of this research is to find out whether the implementation of Islamic religious education (PAI) learning at SDN 02 Tanjung Raja based on the 2013 curriculum is running well or not. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive type. The data collection is through interview and observation techniques. The result of this research show that the implemented quite well, even though there are several obstacles faced, but they can be overcome with the best solution.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations at SDN 067245 Medan, education is something related to the development of a person's potential in three areas, namely how to view life, attitude to life, and life skills. The success of an education is not always determined by teaching materials, learning materials, infrastructure or other tools but is also determined by management and the organization that manages it. To improve the implementation of education, education must be linked to information and communication technology, and must be creative and innovative in implementing education management, so that education can become an advantage in the midst of world civilization. The digital era is when everyone has access to various information via the network. The aim of education management itself is to plan fair, quality, efficient and responsible education and increase positive perceptions about education. Abstract

Education has become crucial in facing global challenges. By implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, it is hoped that students can develop their interests and talents to become excellent and creative successors of the nation. The purpose of writing this article is to provide an example of efforts in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum by enhancing students' literacy and numeracy skills. Using the literature review method, the author gathers several references from various relevant sources, resulting in efforts that can be used by: applying high-quality basic concepts, applying the basic concepts of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, and applying literacy skills. The aim is to explore how literacy and numeracy skills can be improved through the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out constitutional education in Class IV of SDN 067245, Medan Selayang District, Kel Asam Kumbang, and the process of implementing learning and what obstacles there are in the learning process at SDN 067245, Medan Selayang District, Kel Asam Kumbang. This research uses field research. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources from the Perdamean Village Office. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. Teacher enthusiasm in seeing obstacles in the learning process. Increasing constitutional education in the implementation process.
