Abstract

The role of a caregiver is very much needed by the children at the West Pasaman Mother Sharing Foundation orphanage in shaping the children's religious character. Children are educated so that they can be disciplined, responsible and able to memorize the Koran. The key informants in this research were caregivers or administrators and the supporting informants for this research were all 19 children from the orphanage. The results of this research show that there are 4 ways for caregivers to shape the character of children at the West Pasaman Mother Sharing Foundation orphanage, namely through (1). Habituation, children are accustomed to reading the Koran at 3 times, namely after the morning prayer, after the Asr prayer and after the Maghrib prayer. (2). By example, caregivers always set good examples for children to emulate, for example sunnah fasting. (3). Advice, caregivers provide advice to orphanage children who are found breaking the rules or not carrying out the tasks that have been assigned to them. And the last one (4). Punishment, caregivers give punishment to children if they have been advised but make the same mistake. So caregivers provide punishments that children can still carry out but can also have a deterrent effect on mistakes made. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is an important element in the development of individual Muslim character. In this context, the concepts of ethics and morality play a central role in learning Islamic Religious Education. This article raises the urgency of integrating the concepts of ethics and morality in the Islamic Religious Education curriculum. Ethics and morality involve principles that govern human behavior, including values such as justice, kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity in the Islamic context. Teaching ethics and morality in the Islamic Religious Education curriculum helps students understand these values and apply them in everyday life. The integration of ethics and morality in religious education shapes students' character and helps them make ethical decisions in various situations. In the long term, this approach also plays a role in shaping behavior in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic religion, contributing to the formation of a better society in accordance with the principles of their religion. Therefore, the concepts of ethics and morality must be the main elements in learning Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

One of the most popular Sufi figures in the world is Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani, due to the height of his knowledge in various fields, as well as his outstanding karomah. So it is necessary to study his karomah, so that there is no cult of individual. This research aims to show elements of novelty, and analyze the esoteric Islamic education at the karamah of Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jailani, which has not been found in previous studies. Through a literature study using a phenomenological approach, the finding was that the karomah of Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani was only positioned as a reinforcement of the essence of Islamic teachings where the dimensions of the two pillars, namely monotheism and fiqh, must run side by side. The position of his guardianship must be placed in the aspect of understanding that everything is God's will. The implication of the research is that external reasoning is needed to understand the Shari'a and internal reasoning to see the essence of religion, including karomah aulia. The research is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic thought in Sufistic aspects.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan masalah yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan bangsa, dan Negara. Proses belajar mengajar adalah suatu kegiatan interaktif yang bernilai edukatif. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada tanggal 28 sampai 5 Desember 2022 yang dilakukan di SD Negeri 0304 Siundol, Kecamatan Sosopan, bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada pembelajaran tematik masih rendah dikarenakan metode pembelajaran yang kurang bervariasi sehingga sebagian besar siswa tidak mampu menguasai materi pelajaran dan cenderung merasa jenuh dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh hasil belajar siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan metode diskusi Buzz Grup dan pembelajaran dengan metode Tanya jawab pada pembelajaran tema 1 subtema 2 kelas V SDN 0304 Siundol. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 0304 Siundol. Dimana terdapat dua kelas dengan kondisi yang homogen. Pada kelas pertama yaitu kelas VA proses belajar mengajar diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan metode Buzz Grup sedangkan pada kelas kedua yaitu kelas VB proses belajar mengajar diberikan perlakuan dengan metode tanya jawab. Desain yang digunakan adalah Multiple Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Uji Normalitas, Homogenitas dan Uji Hipotesis menggunakan rumus Uji-t dan Uji-F. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t tidak ada pengaruh penggunaan metode Buzz Group terhadap hasil belajar, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai Thitung 0,659 dan Ttabel 1,68023, nilai Thitung < Ttabel. Sedangkan nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh X terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,515 > 0,05. Sehingga dapat di ambil kesimpulan bahwa Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima yang berarti tidak ada pengaruh signifikan yang parsial penggunaan metode Buzz Group terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Sedangkan pada pengujian hipotesis kedua, terdapat pengaruh penggunaan metode Tanya Jawab terhadap hasil belajar siswa, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan diperoleh nilai Thitung 2,728 dan Ttabel 1,68023, nilai Thitung < Ttabel. Sedangkan nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh X terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,011 > 0,05. Sehingga dapat di ambil kesimpulan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti ada pengaruh signifikan yang parsial penggunaan metode Tanya Jawab terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Fiqh mukahat in Islamic education is an important aspect that focuses on ethics and behavior in the learning environment. This article discusses the importance of munakahat education and its implications in creating a sakinah family. There are several theme s that will be discussed, including: analysis of the objectives and concepts of munakahat education, and the implementation of munakahat education in realizing a sakinah family, Fiqh mukahat provides guidelines for students and educators to develop quality character, promote mutual understanding, and create a harmonious learning environment. A deep understanding of the principles of mukahat fiqh can help create an enlightening generation that reflects Islamic values in their daily lives. In this study the author uses qualitative methods based on library research referenced through journals, as well as books.

Abstract

The scope of Islamic teachings is very broad and universal. It is hoped that Islam will not only be a means of ritual activities, but Islam will also be able to respond to this and become an absolute foundation for social life. One dimension of Islam is the country's government system. Islam also offers a concept and system of government that is based on noble religious values. The state is a vehicle for maintaining and enforcing Islamic law for the wider community. Objective To achieve this, Islamic law must be implemented formally in state institutions, as was done by the Prophet Muhammad SAW and continued by the state under the khulafaurrasyid of Medina. This research uses a qualitative method based on a research library. Searching for discussion material through books, magazines and journal articles is the most dominant study. The data found is then codified and then put into descriptive writing. The results of this research show that sharia education from an Islamic perspective is indeed very important, as long as Muslims are lazy to enter the world of state politics, the nation they live in will actually be controlled by infidels.

Abstract

The word Hajj comes from Arabic and has a linguistic meaning. In language, Hajj means intentionally, in the Sharia Hajj means deliberately visiting the Kaaba to carry out worship which includes tawaf, sa'i, wuquf and other acts of worship. Other offerings aim to fulfill Allah SWT's commands and hope in Him. Umrah literally means "pilgrimage". Meanwhile, according to Islamic law, Umrah means a pilgrimage to the Kaaba, performing tawaf around it, praying between Safa and Marwah, as well as shaving or cutting hair in a certain way and can be done at any time. The Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage is the obligation of every intelligent and capable Muslim, but among the general public such as farmers, traders, civil servants and even successful businessmen there are still those who do not understand the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage. The last pillar of Islam is the pilgrimage to Baitullah. The meaning is visiting the Holy Land to carry out a series of worship according to the conditions, harmony and time that have been determined. The Hajj pilgrimage is obligatory for Muslims who can afford it. What is meant by ability or capability is having enough food to feed and provide provisions for the family one leaves behind. Likewise, Umrah can be performed in months other than the month of Zulhijah.

Abstract

Children with special needs have become the concern of various parties, especially in Indonesia. Students with special needs have the right to receive the same education as other students based on Constitution No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System which states that the state provides full guarantees for children with special needs to obtain quality educational services. Education is a conscious, planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and the skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the integrated thematic learning outcomes of Class V students of SD Swasta Pelita Medan using the ASSURE model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) with 2 cycles and 2 meetings in each cycle. The subjects of this study were 33 fifth grade students of SD Swasta Pelita Medan. Data were collected through observation sheet of learning design implementation, learner response questionnaire, and student activity observation sheet during the learning process and student learning outcomes. The data obtained were processed and analysed descriptively. The conclusion of the research shows that the correct use of the ASSURE model can improve the learning outcomes of Theme 8 students in Class V of SD Swasta Pelita Medan, it appears that the results of cycle I obtained a score of 79.75 and cycle II obtained 92.42.
