The conclusion of this study is to explain and describe the implementation of distancelearning in the digital era, so that in its development motivation and willingness are needed and so thatstudents have a character that motivates competence and is capable of digital literacy. And Komalasari,(2017 p. 83) formulated four guidelines in developing student character skills as follows: (1) there is a focusof attention given to life, in the sense of trying to direct people's attention to various aspects of their ownlives, so that they can identify the things they value; (2) there is acceptance that is in accordance with whatis, in the sense that when we pay attention to value clarification, we need to accept other people's positionswithout consideration, according to what is; (3) there is a stimulus to act further. Meaning, we need to domore as a reflection of values, rather than just accepting; (4) there is development of individual characterabilities. This means that with this approach, it is opened not only to develop students' skills in having valueclarification, but also to receive guidance to think and act further. Keywords: Cultivating character motivation, Distance learning, digital literacy

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the “15-Minute Daily Literacy Program” (PLH-15) in improving reading-comprehension skills among second-grade elementary students. A quasi-experimental, single-group pre-test–post-test design was implemented at SD Bani Saleh, Bekasi. Thirty-two pupils were selected through purposive sampling. For eight weeks, participants engaged in 15-minute silent-reading sessions each morning before lessons, using grade-appropriate materials encompassing fiction, nonfiction, and illustrated informational texts. Data were gathered via the national-curriculum reading-comprehension test, reading-interest observation sheets, and brief teacher interviews. Statistical analysis revealed a significant rise in mean comprehension scores from 58.4 to 76.1 (p < 0.01), with an effect size of Cohen’s d = 0.98, indicating a strong impact. Observations recorded a 42 % increase in library book loans and greater participation in classroom reading discussions. Teacher interviews corroborated quantitative findings, noting heightened enthusiasm and confidence when students answered text-based questions. The study recommends institutionalizing the PLH-15 routine, expanding leveled reading collections, and training teachers in literacy strategies. These results underscore that a simple yet consistent intervention can strengthen early-literacy foundations and support the attainment of Indonesia’s “Profil Pelajar Pancasila” competencies at the primary-school level. Keywords: Daily Literacy, Reading Comprehension, Second-Grade Students, Merdeka Curriculum

The background of this study is the low critical thinking skills of elementary school students caused by the dominance of conventional learning methods and the lack of use of interactive learning media. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of teachers, students, and principals. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Spin The Wheel Wordwall media significantly increased students' participation and critical thinking skills. Students are more active in discussing, expressing opinions, and providing solutions to the cases presented. This media also creates a fun learning atmosphere, encourages collaboration, and contextualizes understanding of social norms. The use of this media faces several challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure, a lack of teacher competence in operating digital media, and limited time for curriculum integration. However, these challenges can be overcome through strategies to improve facilities, gradual teacher training, and flexible management of time and learning methods. Abstract

Pancasila Education is an education about political democracy that aims to educate students to act democratically based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution (UUD). One of the learning methods that can be applied to the course is Problem Based Learning. This model can overcome the problem of the ability to understand concepts and apply Pancasila values in society. Current technological developments make information more easily accessible to the public. Therefore, awareness and ability are needed from those who access the digital world, especially students, to analyze and process information related to Pancasila issues so that its credibility can be accounted for. This study aims to describe the problems of students in processing information and assess students' abilities in responding to information related to Pancasila issues. This study is a qualitative study using a case study method. The study began with an interview and continued with the orientation, exploration, and member check stages. There are several difficulties faced by students in choosing discussion materials on the theme of Pancasila, including many students who are not careful and are fooled by provocative titles, do not examine the website address, do not check the source of the facts, do not check the authenticity of the photos. Providing a method through discussion helps students to quickly respond to the information provided. They can also process and make arguments on Pancasila issues. Keywords: Learning Methods, Digital, Information, Pancasila Education
