Abstract

Abstract. The development of digital payment technology, particularly electronic wallets (e-wallets), has brought about significant changes in people's financial behavior and habits, particularly among Generation Z. The convenience, speed, and diverse features offered by e-wallets have made them one of the most widely used digital financial instruments among students. However, e-wallet use without good financial understanding and habits has the potential to encourage consumptive behavior and imprudent financial management. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the understanding of Triguna 1956 Jakarta High School students regarding the role of e-wallet use in developing healthy, wise, and responsible financial habits among Generation Z. The activity's implementation methods included outreach, educational material delivery, interactive discussions, and evaluation of participant understanding. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' knowledge of the basic concepts of e-wallets, awareness of the benefits and risks of using them, and understanding of how to build more controlled and responsible financial habits. This activity is expected to contribute to the sustainable strengthening of digital financial literacy among high school students. Abstract

Abstract. Gen Z is the age group most familiar with digital technology, including in financial transactions and management. However, low digital financial literacy means many students lack a clear understanding of the benefits, risks, and wise use of e-wallets and fintech. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the understanding of digital financial literacy among TRIGUNA 1956 High School students, particularly the use of e-wallets as a means of financial inclusion. The program was implemented through outreach, interactive discussions, and educational games covering e-wallet functions, transaction methods, digital security, the risks of misuse, and strategies for avoiding digital fraud. The results of the activity showed that students demonstrated high enthusiasm and were able to understand the basic concepts of e-wallets, the importance of managing digital finances, and recognize the signs of online fraud. This activity demonstrates that technology-based financial literacy education has a significant impact on increasing students' digital financial awareness and skills. With this provision, students are better prepared to face the development of financial technology in their daily lives.

Abstract

Abstract. The development of information and communication technology in the modern era has experienced rapid progress. This has had a significant impact on daily life, particularly regarding online payment and shopping transactions. The use of digital wallets (e-wallets) in Indonesia has become increasingly widespread in recent years. Despite the convenience offered, various security risks also lurk. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to increase the understanding, awareness, and skills of Triguna 1956 High School students in utilizing digital financial services wisely, safely, and responsibly. The activity's implementation methods included outreach, interactive training, discussions, and evaluation of participants' understanding. The results of the activity indicated an increase in participants' knowledge regarding the level of security and risks in e-wallet use, as well as their ability to implement safe financial management practices in the digital era. This activity is expected to support a sustainable increase in awareness of security and risks in use, especially in secondary education settings. Abstract

Abstract. The development of financial technology (fintech) has brought significant changes to people's financial transaction patterns, particularly among Generation Z, who have a high level of digital technology usage. Easy access to various fintech services, such as digital wallets and cashless payments, has the potential to encourage consumer behavior if not balanced with adequate financial literacy. This Community Service activity aims to improve students' understanding of fintech and its impact on consumer behavior at SMK Triguna 1956 Jakarta, while also raising awareness of the importance of wise financial management. The activity's implementation methods included counseling, educational material presentations, interactive discussions, and evaluation of participants' understanding. The results of the activity indicate an increase in students' knowledge about the types of fintech, their benefits and risks, as well as a change in more critical attitudes toward consumer behavior in the use of digital financial services. This activity is expected to make a positive contribution to shaping more responsible financial behavior among Generation Z and support the improvement of financial literacy in the school environment. Abstract

Corn chip MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Banyu Urip Village have untapped economic potential due to limitations in technology, management, and marketing strategies. This study aims to develop the human resource capacity of corn chip MSMEs through community-based mentoring to enhance the competitiveness of local products. The method used is participatory qualitative, involving field observation, interviews, training, and direct mentoring integrated with courses on MSME Empowerment & Village Digitalization, Technology Application, as well as Leadership and Community Communication. The results indicate a significant improvement in the capacity of MSME actors in business management, product innovation (taste diversification), packaging design using digital applications (Canva), and basic understanding of digital marketing. The application of appropriate technology increased production efficiency, while the participatory approach and collaborative leadership strengthened institutional capacity and business sustainability. It is concluded that holistic and contextual human resource development can drive the transformation of traditional MSMEs into more competitive and digitally adaptive businesses.

Abstract

Zakat in contemporary social development is no longer viewed merely as a personal religious obligation, but as a social instrument with significant potential to reduce poverty and enhance community welfare. This study aims to analyze the role of amil in supporting mustahik empowerment through the Cahaya Zakat Program implemented by BAZNAS Kota Tangerang Selatan. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis involving amil and internal stakeholders. The findings reveal that amil play a multidimensional role, encompassing not only administrative and technical functions but also social, educational, and facilitative roles. Amil are actively involved in zakat collection, public education, beneficiary verification, and connecting mustahik with sustainable empowerment programs. The study also identifies challenges related to limited human resources during the Ramadan period. Overall, the Cahaya Zakat Program functions not only as a fundraising initiative but also as a medium for strengthening zakat literacy and initiating mustahik empowerment. Strengthening amil capacity and institutional support is essential to enhance the sustainability of zakat-based empowerment

Abstract

Ketidakjelasan peran dan tanggung jawab merupakan hambatan klasik yang sering menghambat pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Artikel ini menelaah pengaruh pelaksanaan workshop penyusunan Job Description dan Job Specification terhadap kinerja karyawan di UMKM Toko Sembako Safa. Sebelum intervensi, Toko Sembako Safa menghadapi tantangan operasional berupa tumpang tindih tugas (overlapping), rendahnya akuntabilitas, dan inefisiensi alur kerja akibat budaya kerja "serabutan". Melalui metode pendampingan dan pelatihan intensif, manajemen dan karyawan dibekali pemahaman mengenai batasan tugas serta kualifikasi peran yang spesifik. Hasil observasi pasca-workshop menunjukkan adanya transformasi positif yang signifikan: terciptanya spesialisasi kerja, peningkatan kecepatan layanan pelanggan, serta penurunan tingkat stres karyawan akibat beban kerja yang lebih terukur. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa formalisasi struktur SDM melalui kejelasan deskripsi dan spesifikasi pekerjaan adalah elemen krusial dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas dan produktivitas UMKM.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan pada usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah keterlambatan pelayanan akibat keterbatasan jumlah tenaga kerja, pembagian tugas yang belum jelas, lemahnya koordinasi kerja, serta belum adanya standar operasional prosedur (SOP). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penerapan design thinking. Tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test yang dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif bersama pemilik dan karyawan UMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SOP, pembagian tugas kerja yang terstruktur, serta pelatihan singkat SDM mampu meningkatkan kecepatan pelayanan, koordinasi kerja, dan efisiensi operasional UMKM. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa optimalisasi pengelolaan SDM melalui pendekatan design thinking efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan UMKM.

Abstract

Kebiasaan menjaga lisan merupakan bagian penting dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik sekolah dasar. Banyak siswa di SDN 6 Mulang Maya menunjukkan kecenderungan menggunakan bahasa negatif, seperti mengejek, berkata kasar, dan berbicara tanpa mempertimbangkan etika. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya ucapan yang baik melalui pendekatan katalisme, yaitu keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan penguatan moral. Program penyuluhan dilakukan melalui ceramah interaktif, praktik penggunaan alat bantu visual, permainan edukatif, serta pembiasaan ucapan positif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai etika berbicara sebesar 65%, peningkatan kontrol emosi sebesar 55%, serta peningkatan penerapan tiga ucapan dasar (tolong, maaf, terima kasih) sebesar 70%. Program ini terbukti efektif sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter komunikasi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the promotional mix at Hisana Fried Chicken, North Jakarta Branch, in order to increase sales performance and business competitiveness. The method used in this Field Work Practice (KKL) includes direct observation, interviews, discussions, and analysis of the company’s marketing activities. The results indicate that Hisana Fried Chicken North Jakarta Branch has implemented several elements of the promotional mix, including advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, and public relations. However, advertising and public relations activities have not been optimally implemented in terms of planning, coverage, and sustainability. This condition has contributed to the inconsistency in achieving monthly revenue targets. Therefore, an integrated, sustainable, and evaluation-based promotional mix strategy is required to improve promotional effectiveness, strengthen brand image, and increase sales performance in the future.
