Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan bagian penting dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang bertujuan untuk menghadirkan solusi nyata terhadap persoalan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada pengembangan inovasi teknologi tepat guna berupa Spiral Potato Slicer sebagai jawaban atas permasalahan rendahnya efisiensi dan kualitas produksi pada UMKM kuliner. Proses pemotongan kentang spiral secara manual membutuhkan waktu lama dan menghasilkan produk yang kurang konsisten, sehingga menurunkan daya saing UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui metode difusi ipteks, pelatihan, dan pendidikan masyarakat yang melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, serta mitra UMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Spiral Potato Slicer mampu memotong kentang spiral dalam waktu 5–10 detik per unit, meningkatkan efisiensi hingga 70% dibandingkan cara manual. Peserta pelatihan memperoleh keterampilan baru dalam perakitan, pengoperasian, dan perawatan alat, serta menunjukkan respon positif terhadap manfaat teknologi ini. Selain memberikan dampak teknis, kegiatan ini juga memperkuat jejaring internasional antara Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara dan Saengtham Wittaya Foundation School, Thailand, melalui pertukaran pengetahuan dan peluang riset kolaboratif. Secara keseluruhan, pengembangan Spiral Potato Slicer terbukti relevan untuk mendukung peningkatan daya saing UMKM kuliner sekaligus memperkuat jejaring kerja sama akademik internasional.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) Student Worksheet (LKPD) for the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject on the theme of Indonesian Cultural Wealth for fourth-grade students at SDN 39 Pontianak Kota. The research used a Research and Development (R&D) method with a mixed-method approach that combined quantitative and qualitative data. The ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) was employed because of its systematic and flexible structure. The LKPD was designed to integrate PjBL stages explicitly, apply communicative language suitable for students’ developmental levels, and feature attractive, contextual visuals. Expert validation in design, language, and content showed high feasibility, with scores of 87.5%, 97.5%, and 81.67%. Student responses were also very positive, reaching 98.57% in the small group trial and 88.52% in the large group trial. Overall, the findings confirmed that the PjBL-based LKPD was feasible and effective as a learning tool, increasing student engagement and motivation while fostering collaboration, communication, and critical thinking as essential 21st-century skills.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu pilar perekonomian nasional yang berperan penting dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja, meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, dan meningkatkan nilai tambah bagi produk lokal. UMKM juga dapat menjadi sumber untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan menghindari pengangguran. Pendampingan pada implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi juga menunjukkan hal yang sama yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan pelaku UMKM terhadap siklus akuntansi (adalah pencatatan keuangan yang benar), sehingga pelatihan tersebut UMKM dapat tumbuh dan berkembang didalam usaha akan lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi keuangan yang akurat dan andal untuk mengambilan keputusan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Adalah pencatatan keuangan yang benar. Dengan pencatatan keuangan yang benar akan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang dapat digunakan dalam pengambilan Keputusan strategis, sehingga dibutuhkan pelatihan bagi UMKM. Pelatihan Pencatatan Akuntansi bagi UMKM merupakan program pelatihan yang dirancang untuk membantu UMKM meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam mencatat dan mengelola transaksi keuangan. Pelatihan ini menjelaskan berbagai konsep dasar akuntansi mulai dari pengumpulan bukti transaksi sampai dengan membuat laporan keuangan secara sederhana. Pelatihan juga mencakup keterampilan praktis yang dipandu dengan menggunakan standar operasional prosedur agar memudahkan peserta untuk menjalankan langkah-langkah dalam melakukan pencatatan akuntansi. Tujuan akhir dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk membantu pengusaha UMKM membuat keputusan bisnis berbasis data yang akurat dan up-to-date.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by the researcher from 335 J.CO Donuts customers spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained by the researcher was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the first row of the table above, it shows the P-Values ​​are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.006. These results are in line with the research. These results indicate that Food Reviewers can improve product quality, increase brand trust, increase sales quantity, and increase Purchase Decision numbers. In the next row, the results shown are three hundred and sixty degrees inverse, namely the Hedonic Style variable cannot moderate the influence of the Food Reviewer variable on the Purchase Decision variable because the P-Values ​​value is not below the 0.05 significance value, namely 0.068. This result is due to J.CO donut consumers purchasing based on product quality and brand trust, rather than hedonistic tendencies. Therefore, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis in this study is accepted, while the second hypothesis in this article is rejected.

Abstract

During contemplation and discussions with fellow academics and teaching staff, the author came up with a solution to create an e-book and disseminate it to senior high school students at State Senior High School 1, Malang City, East Java, Indonesia, over three days. This socialization was conducted for three days at the State Senior High School of Malang, East Java, Indonesia. This socialization was carried out based on the low digital literacy of students in the city of Malang and the low level of student interest in Physical Books. Therefore, the author took the initiative to create an e-book about "How to Use Social Media Well," "Learning to Be Brave with Conscience," and "Work Hard, Work Smart, and Work Sincerely." The presence of this e-book, the author hopes, can improve students' digital literacy and increase students' interest in scientific work, one of which is e-books.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how servicescape and product quality influence repurchase intention among consumers of Waroeng Steak and Shake SM Raja Medan Branch. The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique and using 100 respondents as a sample. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of the study indicate that the servicescape variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (Y), the product quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (Y), and the servicescape variable (X1) and product quality (X2) simultaneously influence repurchase intention (Y). Through the Adjusted R Square value, it is known that the servicescape and product quality variables have a value of 52.2% of the repurchase intention variable, while the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer rating, live streaming selling, and customer review on impulsive buying of The Originote skincare products on Shopee e-commerce by female students of public universities in Medan City. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of the study consists of female students from public universities in Medan City. Primary data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that customer rating, live streaming selling, and customer review have a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on impulsive buying. The coefficient of determination test shows a very strong relationship between customer rating, live streaming selling, and customer review with impulsive buying, with an R value of 0.804. These findings highlight the importance of marketing strategies that leverage rating quality, direct interaction through live streaming, and persuasive customer reviews to stimulate impulsive buying behavior.

Abstract

Ecotourism-based village tourism is a sustainable development strategy that balances economic, social, and ecological aspects. Bimomartani Village, Sleman, has the potential for reservoirs, agriculture, rural landscapes, and local culture, but is hampered by limited human resource capacity and digital promotion. This community service activity aims to formulate a collaborative strategy for ecotourism development through human resource development and digital promotion using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which involves the community in planning and reflection. Results show that training in hospitality, homestay management, tourism narratives, and digital marketing increased community engagement. The pentahelix collaborative model also strengthens the synergy between government, academics, communities, the private sector, and the media. In conclusion, a collaborative strategy based on human resources and digitalization can realize inclusive, technology-adaptive, and sustainable community ecotourism in Bimomartani Village.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan nutrisi, terutama pada masa balita. Di Kelurahan Kalinyamat Kulon, pada bulan September 2024 tercatat terdapat 13 balita mengalami stunting dan 4 ibu hamil mengalami Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK). Masalah stunting tersebut terjadi karena banyak orang tua belum menerapkan pola asuh yang baik, sehingga asupan gizi anak tidak tercukupi dengan optimal. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, Mahasiswa KKN-Tematik Universitas Alma Ata membuat sebuah inovasi program Gerakan Menanam Sayuran Cegah Stunting (GEMAS CETING). Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan mencegah stunting, serta membangun kesadaran akan pentingnya pola makan sehat dalam masyarakat. Metode dalam program tersebut dimulai dari observasi, penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang gizi seimbang serta teknik menanam sayuran, dan implementasi praktik menanam langsung sayuran. Mahasiswa KKN-Tematik Universitas Alma Ata menyediakan 400 bibit yang meliputi bibit cabai, terong, dan sawi. Program GEMAS CETING menunjukkan bahwa inovasi ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya gizi seimbang dan peran sayuran dalam mencegah stunting pada anak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing, Brand Image, and Brand ambassador on Consumer Expectations of Erigo products in Binjai City.The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who met specific criteria: consumers who know, follow, and have purchased Erigo products in Binjai. The analysis techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (f-test), and coefficient of determination test, all processed using SPSS software. The results show that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer expectations with t-count > t-table and significance < 0.05. Brand Image also has a significant positive influence on consumer expectations. Brand ambassador likewise significantly influences consumer expectations. Simultaneously, the three independent variables (Social Media Marketing, Brand Image, and Brand Ambassador) significantly influence consumer expectations of Erigo products. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.782 indicates that 78.2% of consumer expectations can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
