Abstract

This community service program was aimed at improving the sales performance of MSME products in Semaya Village by providing training on digital marketing and the development of creative packaging designs. One of the main challenges faced by micro-entrepreneurs in the village was the lack of understanding of how to utilize information technology for promotional purposes, as well as limited innovation in packaging design, which resulted in low product competitiveness in the market. The program was designed using a participatory approach that actively involved 25 MSME actors from various business sectors. A series of activities were carried out, including educational sessions, interactive training, hands-on practice in using social media and online marketplaces, and the creation of attractive packaging designs that meet modern market standards.The outcomes of the program indicated significant improvement in participants’ skills, such as the ability to create business accounts on digital platforms, develop more structured promotional content strategies, and produce packaging designs that are informative, functional, and visually appealing. In addition to acquiring technical skills, the participants also began to recognize the importance of brand development and the role of product visual quality as strategies to expand market reach and increase sales value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of healthy and safe internet among eleventh-grade junior high school students and to formulate effective educational strategies to minimize the negative risks of internet use among adolescents. The background of this study is based on the high dependence of students on the internet, both for learning and entertainment purposes, which on the one hand is useful in supporting the learning process but on the other hand has the potential to cause negative impacts such as addiction, exposure to age-inappropriate content, and cyberbullying. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with 30 eleventh-grade students in a public junior high school as research subjects, and involved ICT teachers, homeroom teachers, and parents as supporting informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques with source triangulation to ensure data validity. The results showed that almost all students used the internet daily for 3–6 hours, divided into academic and non-academic activities. Some students have demonstrated healthy internet behaviors such as verifying information before sharing it, but many still misuse the internet outside of school hours or access content without control. Schools have attempted to integrate digital literacy into the curriculum, but time constraints and academic priorities mean that healthy internet materials have not been taught optimally. Parents also face supervision challenges due to the digital literacy gap between generations. This study concludes that the successful implementation of a healthy and safe internet requires active collaboration between schools, parents, and students themselves, emphasizing participatory strategies so that students are involved in developing internet usage rules, thus developing critical awareness, digital ethics, and a sense of collective responsibility in building a safe and productive digital ecosystem.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to introduce and train sixth grade elementary school students in Gunungtiga Village, Belik District, Pemalang Regency, in facing the Computer-Based Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM). The implementation method uses a participatory approach through socialization, direct simulation using the official Pusmendik website (https://pusmendik.kemdikbud.go.id/an/simulasi_akm), and technical assistance. The results show that students have a better understanding of literacy and numeracy question formats, are able to operate digital devices, and have increased self-confidence in facing national assessments. This program is beneficial in enhancing students' digital literacy and mental readiness.

Abstract

UMKM camilan khas Madura memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung perekonomian lokal, namun masih menghadapi tantangan pada aspek pencatatan keuangan dan pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi pelaku UMKM dalam meningkatkan tata kelola keuangan melalui aplikasi Sepran serta mengoptimalkan pemasaran digital menggunakan chatbot berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu pelatihan, konsultasi individu, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada dua aspek utama. Pertama, dari sisi pencatatan keuangan, penggunaan aplikasi Sepran mampu menurunkan pencatatan manual dari 80% menjadi 30% dan meningkatkan ketepatan laporan keuangan dari 40% menjadi 75%. Kedua, pada aspek pemasaran digital, penerapan chatbot meningkatkan interaksi konsumen dari 25% menjadi 70%, serta berdampak pada kenaikan omzet rata-rata bulanan sebesar 25%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi sederhana dapat memperbaiki tata kelola keuangan sekaligus memperluas jangkauan pasar UMKM. Dengan demikian, pendampingan berbasis aplikasi digital menjadi strategi efektif untuk mendorong transformasi UMKM camilan khas Madura menuju usaha yang lebih profesional, adaptif, dan berdaya saing di era ekonomi digital.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional, termasuk UMKM camilan khas Madura yang menyimpan potensi besar untuk dikembangkan. Namun, lemahnya aspek branding, khususnya desain logo, masih menjadi hambatan dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat branding UMKM camilan khas Madura melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan desain logo berbasis identitas lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif yang mencakup tiga tahap utama: (1) pelatihan dasar desain logo dan branding, (2) pendampingan individual dalam pembuatan logo, dan (3) monitoring serta evaluasi hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, di mana 80% UMKM peserta berhasil memiliki logo baru yang mencerminkan identitas lokal dan diaplikasikan secara konsisten pada kemasan produk. Dampak utama dari program ini meliputi peningkatan citra profesional produk, penguatan identitas lokal, meningkatnya rasa percaya diri pelaku UMKM, serta bertambahnya minat konsumen. Dengan demikian, pelatihan dan pendampingan desain logo terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah produk sekaligus memperkuat daya saing UMKM camilan khas Madura di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Company Value is one of the most important factors for investors and creditors in deciding whether to invest, and creditors will use Company Value as a factor in deciding whether to provide loans. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Effect of Capital Structure, Company Size, Profitability on the Value of Non-Manufacturing Companies in 2020-2024. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data with secondary data sources, namely from company financial reports. The collected data were tested using SPSS software consisting of descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and simultaneous and partial hypothesis tests and coefficients of determination. The results of the study indicate that capital structure has a partial positive and significant effect on company value. This shows that capital structure has a theoretical and real effect in increasing company value in non-manufacturing companies in the plantation sector for the period 2020-2024. Company size has a partial positive and significant effect on company value. This shows that company size has a theoretical and real effect in increasing company value. Profitability partially has a negative and insignificant effect on company value in non-manufacturing companies in the plantation sector for the period 2020-2024. This shows that profitability does not have a significant effect in increasing the company value of non-manufacturing companies in the plantation sector for the period 2020-2024. Capital structure, company size and profitability simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on company value in non-manufacturing companies in the plantation sector for the period 2020-2024. In the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R2 value obtained is 0.15, meaning that variations in the variables Capital structure, company size and profitability can explain their influence on company value by 15% while the remaining 75% is a variation in other variables not explained in this study, for example cash flow, etc.

Abstract

Keselamatan lalu lintas merupakan aspek penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman, namun di daerah pedesaan masih sering terjadi masalah keterbatasan visibilitas karena jalan yang curam dan tikungan tajam. Karena kondisi tersebut, Desa Cikawao, terutama wilayah Babakan Wadat Katulampa, sangat rentan terhadap kecelakaan. Oleh karena itu, upaya pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pengguna jalan melalui pemasangan cermin cembung pada lokasi di mana kecelakaan dapat terjadi. Metode pelaksanaan termasuk mengidentifikasi risiko di lokasi, bekerja sama dengan perangkat desa dan masyarakat setempat, memasang cermin cembung secara partisipatif dengan karang taruna dan warga, dan melakukan evaluasi untuk memastikan bahwa alat bekerja dengan baik. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pemasangan cermin cembung dapat membantu pengendara melihat lebih jauh, membantu mereka mengantisipasi kendaraan dari arah berlawanan, dan secara signifikan mengurangi kemungkinan kecelakaan. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memiliki dampak teknis, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya keselamatan lalu lintas dan menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab bersama untuk menjaga fasilitas bersama. Oleh karena itu, program ini tidak hanya memberikan keselamatan jangka pendek tapi menjadi contoh kerja sama yang dapat diterapkan di tempat lain dengan situasi serupa. Hasil ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya masyarakat berpartisipasi dalam membangun budaya keselamatan berlalu lintas yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

UMKM camilan khas Madura memiliki potensi besar dalam menggerakkan perekonomian lokal, namun menghadapi kendala serius pada aspek pengemasan. Kemasan yang masih sederhana menyebabkan produk tidak tahan lama, kurang higienis, dan sulit menembus pasar modern. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan pengemasan produk dengan teknologi vacuum sealer serta penerapan labelisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif, meliputi identifikasi masalah, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan praktik, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perubahan signifikan dibandingkan sebelum program. Sebelum intervensi, daya simpan produk rata-rata hanya 3–5 hari, kemasan tidak kedap udara, dan mayoritas tidak memiliki label standar. Setelah pelatihan, daya simpan meningkat menjadi 15–20 hari, kemasan lebih higienis dan menarik, serta seluruh produk dilengkapi label informatif sesuai standar pasar modern. Dampak positif juga terlihat dari peningkatan kepercayaan diri pelaku usaha dan kenaikan penjualan rata-rata hingga 30%. Dengan demikian, penerapan teknologi vacuum sealer dan labelisasi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk, memperkuat branding, dan membuka akses UMKM camilan khas Madura menuju pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

The objective of this program is to produce an indicative map of Uko Village, Muara Komam Subdistrict, Paser Regency, which can be used to develop local potensial. Uko Village has vast natural resources and a large area, but there is no spatial visualization that can show the overall condition of the area. This makes it difficult for village officials to formulate data-based policies, especially those related to spatial planning and land use. The method used is the utilization of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) through three main stages, namely field surveys, data preparation, and data processing. The field survey was conducted by collecting coordinate points using GPS and digital map applications, which were then combined with village administrative data from Ina Geoportal and ArcGIS satellite imagery. The spatial data was processed using ArcGIS software with UTM Zone 50S, WGS 1984 projection, and produced a 1:80,000 scale map. The result of this activity is an indicative map of Uko Village containing information on administrative boundaries, residential areas, road networks, river flows, public facilities, and land use in the form of coffee plantations (±0.09 ha), rubber plantations (±0.04 ha), and oil palm plantations (±0.04 ha). This map provides a comprehensive overview of the existing conditions of the village and can be used as an analytical tool for spatial planning, identification of local economic potential, infrastructure development, and environmental management. Thus, the indicative map serves as a strategic document in supporting the targeted, effective, and sustainable development of Uko Village.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase consumer awareness of environmentally friendly products through green marketing education in East Aceh. This activity was motivated by the problem of accumulated and underutilized palm frond waste, as well as low public awareness of choosing environmentally friendly products, coupled with limited production, packaging, and digital promotion skills among local business actors. The program was carried out using a participatory approach through the stages of preparation, socialization, training, digital marketing implementation, and evaluation. The results showed significant improvements: green marketing knowledge increased from 38% to 88%, skills in processing palm waste into environmentally friendly products from 30% to 85%, packaging and digital promotion skills increased by more than 50%, and consumer awareness of choosing environmentally friendly products from 35% to 84%. This proves that green marketing education is effective in increasing consumer understanding, skills, and awareness, while helping to reduce waste, open new economic opportunities, and support sustainable development.
