Abstract

Rancangan Undang-Undang tentang Perampasan Aset Terkait dengan Tindak Pidana (RUU Perampasan Aset) merupakan langkah progresif pemerintah Indonesia dalam memperkuat sistem pemulihan aset hasil tindak pidana melalui mekanisme non-conviction based asset forfeiture. Namun, pengaturan dalam RUU tersebut menimbulkan persoalan normatif terhadap peran dan kewenangan profesi penilai (valuer) dalam proses penilaian aset tindak pidana. Ketentuan Pasal 10 dan Pasal 19 RUU Perampasan Aset memberikan kewenangan kepada Jaksa Agung untuk melakukan atau menunjuk lembaga yang berwenang melakukan penilaian, tanpa penegasan mengenai kedudukan Penilai Publik maupun Penilai Pemerintah sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan Menteri Keuangan. Kondisi ini menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum, mengingat hingga kini Undang-Undang Penilai sebagai lex specialis belum disahkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan metode analisis issue-rule-analysis-conclusion (IRAC) dan didukung oleh tiga kerangka teori hukum utama, yakni Teori Kepastian Hukum (Hans Kelsen, Gustav Radbruch), Teori Positivisme Hukum (Joseph Raz), dan Teori Rule of Law (Jeremy Waldron). Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa RUU Perampasan Aset berimplikasi signifikan terhadap independensi dan legitimasi profesi penilai, karena ketiadaan dasar hukum yang tegas menyebabkan posisi penilai menjadi lemah di hadapan lembaga penegak hukum. Selain itu, dibutuhkan pembentukan Undang-Undang Penilai sebagai lex specialis untuk menjamin kepastian hukum, akuntabilitas, serta perlindungan profesi penilai dalam menjalankan tugas penilaian aset yang memiliki implikasi hukum publik. Dengan demikian, harmonisasi antara RUU Perampasan Aset dan RUU Penilai menjadi kebutuhan mendesak agar sistem hukum Indonesia tidak hanya efektif dalam memberantas kejahatan keuangan, tetapi juga berkeadilan, akuntabel, dan menjunjung tinggi profesionalitas dalam setiap tahapan penegakan hukum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas sosialisasi QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing UMKM di Desa Kemuning, Kecamatan Legok, Kabupaten Tangerang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi dokumen, penelitian ini menelusuri pemahaman dan penerapan QRIS oleh pelaku UMKM setelah kegiatan sosialisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi QRIS mampu meningkatkan literasi digital pelaku usaha, mempercepat proses transaksi, serta menciptakan sistem pembayaran yang efisien, aman, dan transparan. Selain itu, penerapan QRIS memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan penjualan, perluasan akses pasar, serta kemudahan pencatatan keuangan UMKM. Namun, beberapa tantangan masih dihadapi, seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan kurangnya pendampingan teknis. Dengan demikian, diperlukan sinergi antara pemerintah, lembaga keuangan, dan masyarakat dalam mendorong adopsi QRIS secara berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat ekonomi digital di tingkat desa.

Abstract

Rendahnya konsumsi sayur dan buah pada anak usia sekolah dasar menjadi salah satu masalah gizi yang masih dihadapi masyarakat Indonesia, termasuk  Provinsi Maluku Utara. Berdasarkan data Survei Kesehatan Indonesia (SKI) tahun 2023, sebanyak 94,7 persen penduduk Maluku Utara, khususnya kelompok usia 5–14 tahun, masih kurang mengonsumsi sayur dan buah sesuai rekomendasi WHO. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran siswa SD Negeri 24 Kota Ternate terhadap pentingnya konsumsi buah dan sayur bagi kesehatan tubuh.  Metode yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah dan tanya jawab, dimana peserta diberikan edukasi mengenai buah dan sayur. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan, di mana nilai kategori baik meningkat dari 16,67% pada pretest menjadi 59,26% pada posttest, sementara kategori kurang menurun menjadi 0%. Selain peningkatan pengetahuan, juga terjadi perubahan perilaku positif, seperti siswa mulai membawa bekal buah ke sekolah. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi gizi dengan media interaktif dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam membentuk kebiasaan makan sehat pada anak usia sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of madrasa regulations in shaping student discipline at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Nahdlatul Wathan Diniyah Islamiyah (NWDI) Ketangga, Selong, East Lombok. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving 50 students from grades X–XII, 2 teachers, and 3 school administrators. The findings indicate that the implementation of strict madrasa regulations—such as rules on prayer schedules, attendance, and the prohibition of gadget use—effectively increased student discipline by up to 85% according to survey results. However, challenges remain, including external environmental influences and inconsistent enforcement of sanctions. The study also emphasizes that student discipline is a crucial factor in creating an effective learning environment and fostering Islamic character development. Recommendations include strengthening the socialization of school regulations and integrating Islamic values into disciplinary guidance, enabling the madrasa to create a conducive learning atmosphere and nurture students who are disciplined, responsible, and morally upright.

Abstract

This study aims to improve family nutritional literacy while presenting nutritious food innovations based on Moringa (Moringa oleifera) through educational activities on the dangers of malnutrition and training in the production of Moringa pudding for mothers of the Family Empowerment and Welfare Movement Team (PKK) in Naikolan Village, Maulafa District, Kupang City. Using a quasi-experimental design with one group pre- and post-activity, nutritional knowledge was measured through pre- and post-tests, while product acceptance was evaluated through a Likert-scale organoleptic test. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 7.24 to 8.40, without a decrease in scores across all participants; the “Good” category increased from 36% to 80%. The organoleptic test on 24 panelists resulted in very high scores for all attributes (color 5.00; aroma 4.70; taste 4.78; texture 4.74; overall 4.87), with 100% of panelists stating “like–really like”. These findings confirm that the combination of nutrition education and moringa pudding innovation effectively increases understanding while producing a product that is well-liked, thus potentially becoming a child-friendly supplementary food solution and a community-based micro-entrepreneurship opportunity.

Abstract

Advances in technology have caused the use of gadgets to become more widespread among people, including teenagers. Various types of devices such as smartphones, tablets, and computers cause various impacts such as the influence on achievement, discipline, interest in learning, social interaction and communication, and adolescent emotions. The purpose of this study was to understand the impact of using gadgets on the social and emotional aspects of adolescents at SMAIT Al-Multazam 2 Linggajati. This descriptive qualitative research is conducted on teenagers at SMAIT Al-Multazam 2 Linggajati, a boarding-based school. Participants are 15 students who are active gadget users. The results of this study indicate that all adolescents who are participants are active users of devices (tablets). Some teenagers lack confidence in their physical condition. Participants can convey their strengths and weaknesses and are partly open with their peers about themselves. In facing unpleasant or angry situations, participants prefer to remain silent and divert to other things. From the presentation in this study, it can be concluded that the use of gadgets in boarding schools has an impact on adolescents' social emotionality.

Abstract

Masalah ketenagakerjaan menjadi tantangan utama dalam pembangunan nasional, terutama bagi kelompok rentan seperti mantan narapidana yang kerap mengalami hambatan dalam mengakses pekerjaan dan reintegrasi sosial. Stigma negatif serta minimnya keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja menyebabkan mereka sulit bersaing di dunia kerja dan rawan mengalami pengangguran. Guna mengatasi persoalan ini, Program Studi D3 Manajemen Pemasaran Fakultas Vokasi Universitas Airlangga bekerja sama dengan Balai Pemasyarakatan (Bapas) Kelas I Surabaya, Porong, Sidoarjo, merancang program pelatihan berbasis kewirausahaan dan pemasaran. Program ini tidak hanya membekali peserta dengan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga mendorong pengembangan usaha mandiri berbasis potensi lokal serta pemahaman strategi pemasaran, baik konvensional maupun digital. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi peserta serta mendukung proses rehabilitasi secara berkelanjutan. Program ini juga merupakan bagian dari implementasi tridharma perguruan tinggi dalam bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat, serta perluasan dari inisiatif sebelumnya yang kini dilaksanakan dalam skala lebih luas. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan kewirausahaan dan meningkatnya etos kerja guna menghadapi dunia kerja. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah strategis dalam membangun masyarakat yang lebih inklusif, adil, dan berdaya saing, sekaligus menurunkan angka residivisme melalui pemberdayaan ekonomi mantan narapidana.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase the economic value of corn in Kampung Sakui-Kui by empowering youth members of Karang Taruna as the main partners in developing creative economic products made from corn. Although the area has abundant corn production potential, its contribution to household income remains low because most harvests are sold in raw form without any added-value processing. To address this issue, the program was implemented through a series of technical trainings on corn processing, production assistance, and capacity building in business management and marketing. This initiative resulted in the creation of value-added corn-based products, particularly corn marning, which offer greater market opportunities. The outcomes show significant improvements in production skills, increased motivation and entrepreneurial awareness among Karang Taruna youth, and emerging potential for enhancing family income through diversified corn-based products. Overall, this program has the potential to serve as a sustainable model for rural creative economic empowerment through the optimization of local agricultural commodities

Abstract

This activity aims to provide teachers with understanding and skills in creating formative assessments for literacy and numeracy learning during the PAUD-SD transition in elementary schools. The activity was implemented using lecture, discussion, question and answer sessions, and guided practice methods to create formative assessments for literacy and numeracy. At the end of the activity, an evaluation was conducted to assess the participants' understanding. The results of this activity showed a high level of participant satisfaction, indicated by a high average score of 90.5%. Based on the results of the workshop on creating formative assessments for literacy and numeracy learning during the enjoyable transition from early childhood education to elementary school, it can be concluded that this activity provides added value and knowledge related to creating formative assessments for literacy and numeracy learning. This community service activity requires follow-up related to direct implementation in grade 1, which is part of the transition from early childhood education to elementary school, so that it provides a direct impact of the training that has been carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a collaborative approach to unplugged coding learning in Grade V in order to build computational thinking concepts. This research was conducted in Grade V of Eka Tjipta Sinar Kencana Elementary School, Kotabaru Regency. Observation activities involving colleagues, namely the curriculum deputy, were carried out starting from planning, implementation, evaluation, to follow-up. Data collection techniques included pre-test activities, observations, products, questionnaires, and post-tests. The pre-test was conducted at the beginning of learning activities to determine students' initial abilities. Observations were carried out by colleagues who followed the learning process from beginning to end in the classroom using the instruments provided. Questionnaires were distributed to all Grade V students to be filled out after participating in learning activities and then summarized as one of the data sources for the research results. Furthermore, the post-test was used to measure the competencies achieved by students during the learning activities in accordance with the objectives. The research subjects consisted of 23 Grade V students of Eka Tjipta Sinar Kencana Elementary School in the 2025/2026 Academic Year. Research findings indicate that implementing a collaborative approach in unplugged coding learning can improve students' computational thinking skills, including the concepts of decomposition, pattern recognition, abstraction, and algorithms. These four concepts can be applied by students in collaborative learning.
