Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe what pronunciation errors occur in the debate of class X ATPH students of SMK Negeri 3 Alasa. The focus of this study is language errors at the level of phonology, namely pronunciation or speech errors, including pronunciation errors in the form of changes, omissions and additions of phonemes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of documentation, observation and interviews. Factors causing student language errors are physical conditions, cognitive abilities, environmental influences, lack of learning motivation, regional language influences, lack of practice, and lack of parental support. The results showed that there were 9 language errors, namely 2 phoneme changes, 4 phoneme deletions and 3 phoneme additions. The findings are expected to be the basis for evaluation and improvement in Indonesian language learning, especially in the development of formal speaking skills in the school environment.

Abstract

Audiovisual learning media is very important for students because it can help them understand the subject matter more easily and enjoyably. The purpose of this study is to develop Audiovisual learning media to improve student learning outcomes in the material reviewing fictional works about the Malin Kundang fairy tale and to find out the feasibility of content, feasibility of presentation, and feasibility of developing Audiovisual learning media with the Addie model. The subjects of the study were 21 students of class VIII-A of SMP Negeri 1 Namohalu Esiwa in the even semester. This type of research is development or called Research and Development (R&D) and data collection techniques are Media Practicality Questionnaires and Essay Tests. Product trial activities were carried out twice, small group trials of 6 students and large group trials of 15 students. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen from the material validation reaching 100%, language validation reaching 72% and design validation reaching 86%. Media practicality trials reaching 82.42% and media effectiveness trials reaching 74.81%. It is concluded that the development of Audiovisual learning media to improve student learning outcomes in class VIII-A of SMP Negeri 1 Namohalu esiwa is very well developed. It is hoped that further researchers will use this research as additional insight to conduct research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of Islamic family law reform in four Muslim countries: Egypt, Turkey, Pakistan, and Iraq with a historical and juridical approach. Islamic family law has a unique epistemological position because it is seen as part of a permanent and transcendent divine law. However, in practice, this law has undergone a significant reform process, especially under the pressure of modernity, secularization, and demands for social justice and gender equality. This study uses a qualitative method through library research with a descriptive-analytical and comparative approach, and utilizes primary and secondary legal sources from the four countries. The results of the study show that Egypt carried out family law reform through cross-school codification and the maqashid al-shariah approach, Turkey carried out full secularization by adopting the Swiss Civil Code, Pakistan implemented reform through the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961 with procedural strengthening of women's rights, while Iraq displayed a pluralistic approach that combined elements of the Sunni and Shia schools of thought in the Personal Status Law of 1959. Although each country has a different model and context, all of them show a tendency to adapt fiqh law to contemporary social needs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) The role of the Akidah Akhlak teacher in fostering the character value of responsibility among Grade VIII B students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung; and (2) The supporting and inhibiting factors faced by the Akidah Akhlak teacher in developing students’ sense of responsibility. This research is a qualitative field study (field research) with a descriptive qualitative approach, which involves systematically, factually, and accurately describing situations and events. Data sources were obtained from both primary and secondary sources, with the primary data being key informants relevant to the research focus. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. To ensure data validity, triangulation was applied. The data analysis process involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) The role of the Akidah Akhlak teacher in instilling the character value of responsibility is reflected through the observation of three stages of classroom learning: planning, implementation, and evaluation. These stages were all carried out effectively by the Akidah Akhlak teacher at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung. Furthermore, disciplinary actions or sanctions given by the teacher varied depending on the students’ behavior, but were applied fairly without discrimination. Overall, the role of the teacher in promoting responsibility among students was considered to be quite effective.

Abstract

The implementation of the Fishbowl discussion learning method in the Fiqh subject has proven effective in creating a more active, participatory, and reflective learning environment. By dividing students into two groups—the inner circle for discussion and the outer circle as observers—this method encourages students to express ideas more confidently, listen attentively, and develop analytical thinking and communication skills. The learning process is no longer teacher-centered, but rather driven by dynamic student-to-student interactions, which directly enhances understanding of Fiqh concepts and positively impacts learning outcomes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was conducted through classroom observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of learning activities. The data were analyzed thematically to identify implementation patterns, supporting factors, and challenges faced in applying the Fishbowl method in class XI B at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The results of this method’s implementation show a significant increase in student engagement, both intellectually and emotionally. Students became more enthusiastic about participating in lessons, gradually got accustomed to discussion-based learning, and began to internalize Fiqh values in their daily lives. Academic performance also improved alongside the growth in students’ confidence to present and defend their arguments. Nevertheless, the implementation of this method still encountered challenges such as time constraints during learning sessions, unequal speaking abilities among students, and the lack of facilities that support optimal discussion-based learning in the classroom. Several challenges that arise during the application of the Fishbowl method can actually be mitigated through appropriate strategies. Effective time management, forming small discussion groups, and employing inclusive and supportive teacher approaches are all helpful in overcoming these obstacles. As a result, this method can still be applied effectively despite existing limitations. This suggests that the success of the Fishbowl method heavily relies on the teacher's preparedness and the flexibility of implementation strategies in real classroom situations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the boarding school administrators' guidance on the improvement of the female students' noble character (akhlakul karimah) at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Jati Agung, South Lampung. Effective guidance from the administrators is believed to play an important role in creating a conducive environment for the moral development of students, especially through guidance methods, exemplary behavior, and communication between the administrators and the students. However, there are still issues such as a lack of politeness among students and poor discipline in following the boarding school rules. This study employs a quantitative associative approach with a causal-associative research design. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, involving 36 respondents. Data collection methods include questionnaires, observation, and documentation, which involve normality testing, linearity testing, coefficient of determination (R²), and hypothesis testing. Based on the R Square test results, the value obtained is 0.433 or 43.3%. This indicates that the independent variable, namely the guidance provided by the administrators, contributes 43.3% to the formation of the female students' noble character. Meanwhile, the remaining 56.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The results of the simple linear regression test show a significance value (sig.) of 0.003, which is smaller than the probability level of 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between administrators' guidance (X) and the students' noble character (Y). The t-test shows that the calculated t-value is 3.493, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.691. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This means that there is a statistically significant influence of administrators’ guidance on the improvement of the female students’ noble character

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini dilaksanakan di SDN Banjarsari 01, Kecamatan Ciawi, Kabupaten Bogor dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap pentingnya etika batuk dan bersin serta mencuci tangan yang baik dan benar. Edukasi dilakukan melalui penyuluhan interaktif dan evaluasi pretest-posttest yang menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa dari 43% menjadi 80%. Selain itu, dilakukan juga kegiatan skrining kesehatan dan workshop pembuatan minuman herbal dari bawang putih tunggal untuk warga setempat. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan masih banyak warga dengan kadar kolesterol dan asam urat yang tinggi. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi kesehatan secara langsung dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS), serta memberikan solusi praktis dalam menjaga kesehatan melalui pemanfaatan bahan alami

Abstract

Perjudian online di Indonesia berkembang pesat sebagai bentuk penerapan teknologi secara negatif yang mengancam norma agama, kesusilaan, budaya, dan hukum. Tingginya angka pengangguran serta akses mudah ke internet mendorong masyarakat mencari uang secara instan, termasuk melalui judi online. Faktor lingkungan, termasuk bujukan orang terdekat, semakin memperparah kondisi, terutama bagi remaja yang terjebak dalam game berbasis judi. Dampak negatifnya meliputi utang yang meningkat, terutama lewat pinjaman online, kebocoran data pribadi, dan penipuan. Generasi muda yang kecanduan judi menghadapi konsekuensi finansial dan sosial serius. Pemerintah berupaya mengatasi perjudian online melalui tindakan preventif dan represif untuk memastikan kepastian hukum. Pasal 27 Ayat (2) dan Pasal 45 Ayat (3) UU No. 1 Tahun 2024 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik menetapkan larangan dan sanksi berat, termasuk hukuman penjara hingga 10 tahun dan denda Rp10 miliar. Inilah pentingnya penegakan hukum terhadap perjudian online yang melibatkan anak serta strategi untuk menekan dampak kecanduannya. Efek jera yang kuat diharapkan mampu mengubah pola pikir masyarakat agar tidak terjebak dalam perjudian yang menimbulkan berbagai masalah sosial dan ekonomi.

Abstract

Wages in Arabic are often referred to as ajrun/ajran which means giving a gift/wages. The word ajran has two meanings, namely recompense or work and reward. While wages according to the term are money and so on that are paid as a reward for services or payment for the energy that has been devoted to doing something. The purpose of the study was to determine the wage system for construction workers at the Jari Nabi Islamic Boarding School, as well as the views of Islamic law on wages for construction workers at the Jari Nabi Islamic Boarding School with a qualitative approach from The results of this study explain the practice of the wage system that occurs at the Jari Nabi Islamic Boarding School, divided into 2 parts, there are daily workers whose wages are calculated per day and paid per week by the institution. The institution provides wages according to the agreement.

Abstract

Indonesian, as Indonesia's national language, plays a crucial role as a unifying tool in a diverse and multilingual nation. Its functions extend to intercultural communication, knowledge transmission, and the reinforcement of social values. However, the reality of Indonesian language use reveals significant phonetic variations, particularly in the realization of vowel and consonant phonemes. These variations, rooted in the influence of speakers' dialects, reflect the complexity and richness of Indonesia's phonological system. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach and contrastive analysis, data were collected through oral readings of the Malin Kundang folk tale by native speakers of each dialect. Analysis revealed significant variations in phoneme realization, triggered by various linguistic and sociolinguistic factors. Phoneme substitution was observed, for example, /z/ being replaced by /j/ (Bima) or /s/ (Jeneponto, Kendari), reflecting adaptation to the local phoneme inventory. Phoneme elision, particularly /h/ and /k/ at the end of words, indicates a tendency towards articulatory economy in informal spoken language. Phonological assimilation was evident in the change of /n/ to /ŋ/ in Jeneponto, influenced by Makassar phonotactics. Reduction or elision of the vowel /e/ in some dialects shows variations in vowel reduction strategies.
