EduInovasi: Journal of Basic Educational Studies is a journal published in the Study Program of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah, the  Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in February and Agust. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The focus of this journal contains articles on research on Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education / Primary / MI / SD Teacher Education, such as competency analysis, learning strategies, learning theory, learning development, educator professionalism, and research results. Reviewers will review any submitted paper. The Journal kindly invites scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers in the form of the contribution with articles to be published and disseminated through: the selection mechanism of the article, criticized by reviewer, and the editing process. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the learning outcomes of students who are taught with Phet Simulation Learning Media and Chat GPT as well as high and low learning motivation assisted by problem-based learning models on acid-base material, and see the interaction between learning media and student learning motivation. The population in this study was all grade XI students at SMAN 2 Tanjung Morawa. The sample was taken by purposive sampling of 2 classes with a total sample of 68 students. The hypothesis test was performed with a two-track ANNAVA. For phet simulation media and GPT chat, the price of Fcalculate 18.56 > Ftable 3.99 which means that Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of students who are given phet simulation media with GPT chat on acid-base material. At high and low learning motivation Fcalculate 6,66 > Ftable 3,99 which means there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between high learning motivation and low learning motivation. Furthermore, the interaction between the learning media and learning motivation was found Fcalculate 19,13 > Ftable 3,99, which means that there was an interaction between the learning model and learning interest on learning outcomes.

Abstract

Multiculturalism is the acknowledgment and admiration of the variety of cultures present in a society. Islamic education that embraces multiculturalism imparts Islamic principles while also fostering respect and admiration for diverse cultures and religions. Multiculturalism is crucial for fostering cohesion and concord among religious groupings. The primary objective of multicultural education in Islam is to establish an all-encompassing educational setting where each student is esteemed and embraced, irrespective of their religion or cultural heritage. The multicultural method in Islamic education integrates global concepts, such as tolerance, justice, and peace, into the curriculum. This is accomplished by comprehending and valuing disparities through explicit teaching, collective deliberations, and engaging exercises. Furthermore, Islamic intercultural education places significant emphasis on the value of interfaith discourse as a means to enhance interfaith relations and eradicate preconceptions and prejudices. The implementation of multicultural education within the context of Islam encounters numerous obstacles. One of the criticisms comes from individuals who contend that education should be limited to a select group and uniform in nature. Proper implementation and dedication from all stakeholders can significantly contribute to the development of a more inclusive and harmonious society through multicultural Islamic education. Hence, implementing multicultural education in Islam is a prudent approach to foster cultural comprehension and foster tranquilly and concord in an ever more heterogeneous community.

Abstract

Learning media is a tool that will make it easier in a teaching and learning activity. The existence of this media can also help students in learning. Students will also find it easier to increase students' interest in reading skills and teachers to be more creative in providing a material. This research, to improve Blogspot-based learning media in MTsN 2 Medan, while the purpose of developing Blogspot as a learning media has the advantage of making learning for students more interesting, more effective, more flexible, more efficient and directing students to use the internet properly and wisely. and Melvyn I. Where this researcher limits it to 4 steps: 1) Definition ( define ); 2). Design; 3). development; 4). The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires. Meanwhile, data analysis uses spss. The validation results from media experts are with a percentage of 95.2% (very feasible). Based on the results of this study, the use of blogspot-based media also received a positive reaction from 33 students of grade VIII MTsN 2 Medan with a percentage of 90% which showed an increase in students' interest and reading skills in learning Arabic at MTsN 2 Medan. That way, this blogspot media is very feasible to be used in learning Arabic.

Abstract

This research investigates the role of madrasa heads in implementing technology-based education in the Era of Society 5.0 in Indonesia. Madrasah heads have an important responsibility in leading educational transformation to ensure the relevance and quality of learning. This study uses an observational approach to explore effective leadership strategies in adopting educational technology, such as e-learning and other digital-based learning methods. Observation results show that structured supervision and coaching teachers in the use of technology are the keys to improving the quality of learning in madrasas. Technology adoption also contributes to the development of technology adaptation, creativity and communication skills that are important for students in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan konten terintegrasi untuk platform berbasis smart design media, yang ditujukan untuk mata kuliah media pembelajaran seni dalam sistem pembelajaran jaringan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengintegrasikan konten pembelajaran yang efektif dan interaktif yang mendukung pendidikan seni dalam lingkungan online. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data melalui survei terhadap pengguna potensial, analisis kebutuhan, serta iterasi desain dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi konten yang kreatif dan teknologi interaktif dalam platform Smart Design Media berhasil meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman mahasiswa. Platform ini menggabungkan alat desain grafis, video tutorial, dan modul interaktif yang memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk belajar secara lebih efisien dan mendalam. Evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menerapkan konsep-konsep seni dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan metodologi pembelajaran seni yang lebih adaptif dan interaktif, menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi institusi pendidikan yang ingin mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam kurikulum seni. Implikasinya terhadap praktik pendidikan adalah signifikan, memungkinkan pendidik dan pembelajar dalam bidang seni untuk memanfaatkan teknologi dalam menciptakan dan mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by Al-Qur'an teachers is overcoming student indiscipline in the learning process and challenges in terms of understanding. The impact of these problems resulted in the quality of students' reading decreasing and it took a long time and many students even left before they were able to read the Koran in tartil. The Tilawati method is a learning method that is widely used by various groups to overcome these problems. Based on this argument, researchers feel the need to analyze more deeply the advantages and disadvantages of the method of learning to read the Al-Qur'an using the Tilawati method, with the hope of finding scientific answers regarding why they chose to use the Tilawati method. The results of this research are that there are several advantages of the Tilawati Method, namely, 1) The existence of supporting tools for learning Al-Qur'an, the Tilawati method is equipped with several efficient and effective learning media, 2) Equipped with rost songs from volumes 1-6 and using nahawan songs for development, 3) Learning media in the form of tilawati displays starting from volumes 1-6, 4) Equipped with learning cassettes from volumes 1-6, 5) Applying classical-individual learning strategies in a balanced and proportional manner, so that teaching and learning is more efficient, and student management becomes better. Meanwhile, the disadvantages of the Tilawati Method are: 1) Teachers who will use this method must take part in training and read tartil, 2) With the rost song rhythm approach used in this method, it is feared that it will not be maintained intensively, 3) For letters whose pronunciation is quite difficult no approach is allowed, so from the start students must be able to pronounce the letters well, correctly and fluently, 4) It takes a long time to be able to read the Qur'an, because it has to be done with recitations at the same time.

Abstract

هدف البحث هو تطوير وحدة الرياضيات القائمة على نموذج التعليم لحل المشكلات على المواد المتجهة ولمعرفة المستجيبين لها وفعاليتها. نموذج التطوير المستخدم هو ADDIE، أي التحليل والتصميم والتطوير والتنفيذ والتقييم. يواجه الطلاب في المدرسة الثانوية الحكومية الثانية لبوهان باتو الشمالية صعوبات في تعليم اللغة العربية بسبب نقص مصادر التعليم والوسائط في المدرسة، كما يشعر الطلاب أن أساليب التعليم التي يستخدمها المعلمون رتيبة للغاية وقديمة الطراز ومملة بحيث يميل الطلاب إلى الشعور بالملل والكسل التعليم وفي النهاية سوف يؤثر على مستوى فهم الطلاب ونجاحهم في تعليم اللغة العربية. أجرى الباحثان تحديثات على إنشاء الوحدات التي تعد إحدى المواد التعليمية التي يستخدمها المعلمون في عملية التعليم. استخدم البحث الأدوات لجمع البيانات بما في ذلك الوثائق والمقابلات والاستبيانات. تم استخدام تقنيات تحليل البيانات في هذا البحث لحساب صدق استجابات المدققين والمعلمين. كانت نتائج اختبار التحقق التي أجراها مدققون خبراء إعلاميون بنسبة 82% معايير مجدية للغاية، وكانت نتائج اختبار التحقق التي أجراها مدققون خبراء في المواد واللغة معايير مجدية للغاية بنسبة 92%. وكانت نتائج اختبار التحقق من قبل المدققين التربويين 97%، وكانت نتائج الاستجابة من التربويين 79% بمعايير فعالة للغاية، وحصلت نتائج اختبار الفعالية مع اختبار n-Gain الذي تم إجراؤه خلال الاختبار الميداني على نسبة 0.56 بمعايير متوسطة. ومن هذه البيانات، يتبين أن تعليم المواد التعليمية مناسبة للاستخدام بناءً على استجابة المعلمين وفعالية الطلاب، وبالتالي فإن تطوير وحدات الرياضيات مناسب للاستخدام في تعليم اللغة العربية للفصل العاشر بالمدرسة الثانوية الحكومية الثانية لبوهان باتو الشمالية.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is motivated by the researcher's desire to know the expressive illocutionary speech acts in the movie Budi Pekerti. This paper aims to identify the types of expressive illocutionary speech acts spoken by the characters in the movie "Budi Pekerti". This research uses data collection method in the form of listening method followed by free listening technique and note taking technique. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using pragmatic studies. The data source is obtained from the dialog fragments of the film "Budi Pekerti". The results of the research on the film "Budi Pekerti" show the use of seven types of expressive illocutionary speech acts, namely expressive speech acts of thanking, praising, congratulating, criticizing, complaining, blaming, and flattering expressive speech acts.

Abstract

This study investigates the correlation between reading comprehension skill and reading interest in high school students specifically in English texts. The main objective of this study is to examine the correlation between reading comprehension skill and reading interest in high school students especially in reading English texts. The population of this study consists of second-grade students of a public school in Kutai Kartanegara regency, with cluster sampling will be employed to determine the sample. An English comprehension test and questionnaire of reading interest will serve as the research instrument, and both correlation test and ANOVA will be utilized for data analysis to examine the correlation between reading comprehension skill and reading interest on students. After the data was analyzed with the correlation test, it showed no correlation between students’ reading comprehension and reading interest in high school. According to ANOVA, the result indicated significant differences between the group that has high level of reading interest and those that has low interest. Future research could explore additional variables that may impact reading interests, such as preferences for different genres, motivational factors, and instructional methods aimed at promoting reading for pleasure.

Abstract

This research examines management concepts from an Islamic perspective based on the Al-Quran, Hadith, and other sources of Islamic teachings. Specifically, this research focuses on three main aspects, namely the concept of POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) in Islamic management, the success story of Rasulullah SAW in applying Islamic management principles during the Khandak War, and the implementation of Islamic management values in the world of education and its challenges and opportunities. Through a qualitative approach using literature study methods, this research explores the Islamic principles and values ​​that underlie management concepts, as well as studying the example of the Prophet Muhammad in management practices based on Islamic teachings. Apart from that, this research also analyzes the application of Islamic management values ​​in the educational context and identifies supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide new insight into the development of management science based on Islamic values, as well as become a reference for management practices that are more dignified and in accordance with the guidance of Islamic teachings, both in educational institutions and other organizations.
