EduInovasi: Journal of Basic Educational Studies is a journal published in the Study Program of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah, the  Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in February and Agust. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The focus of this journal contains articles on research on Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education / Primary / MI / SD Teacher Education, such as competency analysis, learning strategies, learning theory, learning development, educator professionalism, and research results. Reviewers will review any submitted paper. The Journal kindly invites scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers in the form of the contribution with articles to be published and disseminated through: the selection mechanism of the article, criticized by reviewer, and the editing process. Abstract

An Islamic educational institution is a place where education within the scope of Islam carries out its duties in order to achieve the ideals of Muslims. Family, mosque, majelis taklim, diniyah, madrasa, and Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that are absolutely necessary in Indonesia in general or in a city and village area in particular. Comprehensive religious education is needed to instill appropriate moral values for the legal community in order to understand the implementation of religious rules correctly and precisely. The method used is descriptive qualitative through literature review. The results of the study show that; 1. There is a clear history and red thread of regulation regarding Islamic education in Indonesia, the development of Islamic education, and the implications of Islamic education policy for the existence of Islamic boarding schools and religious education in Indonesia. 2. Islamic education policy in Indonesia has undergone changes since the Old Order to the New Order, with an increase in the status of religious education in public schools and universities. 3. Islamic education in Indonesia has experienced significant changes and developments since the 2000s. Islamic boarding schools have adopted the formal education system, and some boarding schools have opened universities. However, the increase in the number of Islamic boarding schools has not been accompanied by an increase in quality. Law No. 18/2019 on Pesantren is expected to recognize and facilitate the development of pesantren and religious education.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of a learning product called KEDASA e-book, which aims to improve students' understanding of social studies learning in grade IV SD. This research applies mixed methods, which is a combination of Research and Development (R&D) and pre-experiment methods, by applying the ADDIE development model. To test the effectiveness of the e-book, a One-Group Pretest-Posttest research design was used. Data collection methods include interviews, questionnaires, and tests, while data analysis includes descriptive quantitative analysis and inferential statistics. The results of the KEDASA e-book media validation are very promising, with percentages from material experts (90%), language experts (98.33%), and media experts (93.78%). Practical trials also showed results with the percentage results of individual trials (95.79%), small group trials (93.16%), and large group trials (95.72%) with very feasible categories that can be used without improvement. The main findings of this study show a significant increase in students' understanding of social studies learning after using the KEDASA e-book. These results prove that the KEDASA e-book is a learning media that is quite effective and can be used in elementary schools to improve students' understanding of social studies learning. Thus, this study concludes that KEDASA e-book media is proven to be a learning media that can enhance students' understanding of social studies learning and offers an interesting new approach to teaching this subject in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research aimed to find depth insight into the implementation of love sensory in teaching English to autistic students and subsequently the impact of its implementation on their learning achievement. The research subjects are students who have problems understanding instructions, interacting, and communicating. The data collected in this research is qualitative and was collected through observation and interviews. There are some findings found such as the behavior of autistic students that is seen in the teaching and learning process such as difficulty in understanding instructions and interacting, and ignoring their learning environment are specific symptoms of Autistic Syndrome Disorder. The symptoms shown by autistic students are the cause of failure in the learning process. However, the implementation of love sensory stimulation can change the behavior of autistic students. This method can help autistic students adapt and learn together with normal students. So, autistic students’ progress in learning and have achieved their learning goals. The expectation is to provide contributions to parties in need, including teachers who teach autistic students, parents, and future researchers. Based on the findings can be concluded that autistic students can develop in their learning process and interact in their social environment if they are guided in the right way.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the learning process of PPG Arts and Culture students through the implementation of Interactive Surface-based education. The methodology used includes needs analysis, design and development of education, as well as evaluation of the effectiveness of its implementation. This education is designed to provide a more interactive and immersive learning experience, using Interactive Surface technology that allows direct manipulation of learning content. The research results showed a significant increase in student engagement and understanding of the learning material. Evaluation through surveys and in-depth interviews confirms that this education is effective in supporting more adaptive and innovative learning strategies. This research makes an important contribution to the development of modern learning tools that are relevant to today's educational needs.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize language and arts entrepreneurship learning by integrating gamified interactive quizzes in a network learning system. The research method involves the development and implementation of interactive quizzes that use gamification elements to increase student engagement and learning motivation. The research results show that the use of interactive quizzes with gamification elements can increase students' active participation, understanding of the material, and interest in language and arts entrepreneurship. The evaluation shows a significant increase in the achievement of learning outcomes and student satisfaction with the learning methods applied. The integration of technology in network learning proves its effectiveness in creating a more dynamic and interactive learning environment.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Collaborative Artistic Platforms learning model that is integrated with the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, in order to optimize the abilities of PPG (Professional Teacher Education) students at partner schools. This model is designed to improve collaborative skills, creativity and understanding of Pancasila values through interactive artistic activities. Research methods include model development, implementation in the field, and evaluation of effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research results show that this learning model is effective in increasing student involvement, their understanding of Pancasila values, as well as more creative and collaborative teaching abilities. It is hoped that this model can become a reference in developing a PPG curriculum that is more innovative and relevant to educational needs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengembangan aset Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) berbasis puzzle interaktif gamifikasi dalam desain pembelajaran berdiferensiasi untuk mahasiswa PPG PAUD. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi melalui pendekatan gamifikasi yang interaktif. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup perancangan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi aset MOOC, dengan fokus pada integrasi elemen puzzle dan gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan puzzle interaktif dalam MOOC secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi belajar, partisipasi, dan pemahaman materi oleh mahasiswa. Selain itu, desain pembelajaran berdiferensiasi memungkinkan penyesuaian dengan kebutuhan individu, sehingga memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih efektif dan personal. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan aset MOOC berbasis puzzle interaktif gamifikasi memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa PPG PAUD.

Abstract

The revitalization of tempe products in sustainable educational tourism through the downstreaming of interactive carpets with game-based learning content and Problem Based Learning (PBL) models aims to enhance attractiveness and learning effectiveness. This program integrates interactive technology and problem-based learning approaches to create enjoyable and immersive educational experiences. Methods include developing game-based interactive carpets, providing technical training for tourism managers, and evaluating effectiveness through user feedback. Results indicate increased learning interest and visitor understanding of tempe production processes and sustainability concepts. The implementation of this program is expected to support the development of innovative educational tourism and promote environmental sustainability.

Abstract

The optimization of oyster mushroom production time through the implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based irrigation system at UD Zaida Jamur Tiram aims to enhance efficiency and production quality. This program integrates IoT technology to automate the irrigation process, allowing real-time control and monitoring of environmental conditions. Methods include the design and installation of an automatic irrigation system, technical training for operators, and performance evaluation through production data analysis. Results show a significant increase in time efficiency and consistency in oyster mushroom quality. The implementation of this IoT system is expected to support the sustainability and competitiveness of the oyster mushroom industry at UD Zaida.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there are differences in student learning outcomes taught with PBL-based Powtoon and PBL-based Canva, to find out whether there are differences in student learning outcomes with varying learning motivation on the Periodic System of Elements material, and to see whether there is an interaction between media and learning motivation. on student learning outcomes. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design, the population is all class X students at SMA N 14 Medan. Samples were taken by random cluster sampling in 2 classes with a total sample of 48 people. Hypothesis testing was carried out using two-way ANOVA at the F level α (0.05). For the PBL-based learning media Powtoon and PBL-based Canva, the Fcount price is 45.77 > Ftable 4.06, which means Ha is accepted, there is a difference in learning outcomes taught with PBL-based Powtoon and PBL-based Canva on the Periodic System of Elements material. In the learning motivation obtained from PBL-based Powtoon media and PBL-based Canva Fcount 42.38 > Ftable 4.06, which means Ha is accepted, there are differences in student learning outcomes with varying learning motivation in the elemental periodic system. Furthermore, for the interaction between media and learning motivation, Fcount is 4.709 > Ftable 4.06, which means that there is an interaction between learning media and students' learning motivation on the periodic system of elements material.
