Journal of Humanity Dedication merupakan sebuah media dalam menerbitkan hasil karya tulis dalam versi Artikel Ilmiah. JABDIMAS dikelola oleh Team Journal dibawah nauangan Institut Agama Islam Sumatera Barat (IAI SUMBAR) Pariaman. Jurnal ini berdiri dan beroperasi pada tanggal 13 Januari 2023 dalam rangka untuk menjawab kebutuhan para Dosen, Peneliti, Mahasiswa dan Praktisi Pendidikan dalam mempublishkan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM). JABDIMAS melakukan penerbitan terhadap artikel yang masuk dalam 2 kali setahun, yaitu Bulan Juni dan Desember setiap tahunnya. Artikel yang masuk akan dilakukan seleksi dari pihak pengelola jurnal dengan memperhatikan kriteria dari Team Jurnal JABDIMAS, seperti artikel wajib sesuai dengan template jurnal JABDIMAS, Cek Turnitin untuk Plagiasi dibawah 30%, menggunakan Reference (Zotero atau Mandeley) dalam pengutipan dan Referencinya minimal 10 Tahun terakhir dan wajib kutipan artikel terkait dengan tulisan yang terdapat pada Jurnal/OJS. scope jurnal jabdimas meliputi Pendidikan, Agama, Ekonomi, Psikologi, Kesehatan, Perbankan

Abstract

Faraid science is a part of knowledge about religion that has not received attention in society. This educational activity is expected to be able to provide an understanding of the basic concept of conflict-prone inheritance distribution in society. The partners assisting this educational activity are the people of Metro City who are actively participating in the Payungi Entrepreneurial Islamic Boarding School program. This community is a representation of the people of Metro City who have been equipped with the basics of religious knowledge. The method of implementing community service uses lecture and practical methods. After the delivery of the basic material of Faraidh Science, a post test was carried out and an evaluation was made of the participants understanding. The result of this service activity is that the people of Metro City can understand the basic concepts of Faraidh Science and laws related to Islamic inheritance. In addition, the people of Metro City are able to map heirs and determine the share of inheritance within the family and are able to apply the technical division of inheritance internally.

Abstract

This Community Service Writing (PKM) discusses the development of a field lecture program to Batusangkar, a historic area with rich Minangkabau culture and strong Islamic values. This program is part of an effort to increase students' understanding of Islam and Minangkabau Culture at the West Sumatra Islamic Institute (IAI). The method used in this service is participatory action research. The service team consists of West Sumatra IAI lecturers and students who are involved in program planning, implementation and evaluation. For two days, 92 students from 6 study programs were invited to take part in field lecture activities that were integrated with material on Islam and Minangkabau Culture. The results of this program 1. show an increase in student understanding of Islamic values ??and Minangkabau culture. 2. During field studies, students are able to directly interact with the local community, visit historical places, and explore various aspects of Minangkabau culture and traditions. 3. Through discussion and reflection, students succeed in instilling Islamic values ??in the local cultural context. In addition, this field lecture program also has a positive impact on the Pagaruyung community. With the student visits, the local community is more open to share their knowledge and experiences about Islam and their culture. The active involvement of the community also helps in mutual learning between students and the community. Although this program provides significant benefits, there are some challenges encountered during its implementation. Among them are budget constraints, logistics, and coordination with related parties. Therefore, it is suggested that this program continues to be developed and supported by all relevant parties to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

This service aims to provide knowledge and understanding to housewives in managing family finances. This needs to be done because of the development of very easy transaction methods so that family members can easily spend their money. This condition will affect the finances of families who have limited income. If this is allowed to continue, it can result in family conflict, the emergence of debt, lack of peace and family welfare. Service is carried out in the form of socialization, delivery of material, discussions and consultations. The targets for this socialization are housewives in Rawang Village, Central Pariaman District, Pariaman City. The socialization was carried out for 1 day and was expected to provide participants with an overview of the ways and importance of managing family finances.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini tentang upaya dalam meningkatkan minat membaca dan juga literasi siswa-siswi di SDN 04 Sungai Geringging melalui implementasi dari program “Pojok Literasi” yang dilakukan bersama Mahasiswa KKN IAI Sumbar Pariaman di Korong Kampuang Kaciak, Nagari Sungai Sirah Kuranji Hulu, Kecamatan Sungai Geringging, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Literasi berperan penting dalam dunia pendidikan untuk perkembangan kognitif dan juga sosial anak. Dengan adanya gerakan literasi di sekolah mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran bagi peserta didik akan pentingnya membaca. Karena minat membaca siswa masih rendah, dalam rangka mengatasi hal tersebut, Mahasiswa KKN IAI Sumbar Pariaman ikut berkontribusi melalui program “Pojok Literasi” sebagai suatu solusi atau ide dalam menumbuhkan semangat membaca siswa. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang dapat merangsang semangat membaca siswa, melalui pojok baca yang nyaman dan buku-buku yang bervariatif dan bermanfaat bagi siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif atau yang disebut juga metode human instrument. Dalam metode ini data yang terkumpul dapat bersifat subjektif dan intrumen utama dalam penelitian ini adalah penulis sendiri. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan semangat dan juga minat membaca siswa-siswi di SDN 04 Sungai Geringging, sehingga pojok literasi dapat teraplikatif dengan baik dalam meningkatkan minat membaca siswa-siswi.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities about understanding the method of Qur'an Reading Training with Tahsin Method TPQ Al Falah Nagari Pauh Kambar, Padang Pariaman students at the Ibtidaiyah (SD / MI) and Tsanawiyah (SMP / MTs) levels in Pauh Kambar Padang Pariaman. At this level the motivation to learn the Koran in children is very minimal because of the lack of ability to read the Koran. The purpose of this teaching and learning activity is to increase children's learning motivation to be fluent in reading the Koran. The method used in this service activity is a descriptive model with a lecture, discussion, and question and answer approach and simulation. The results of teaching and learning activities include: First, students better understand the theory of tajweed. Second, they are motivated to learn the Koran better. Third, with the tahsin method, students can easily improve or improve their reading. Fourth, there are significant changes after using the tahsin method. Abstract

Living Hadith is a concept in Islam that has an important role as a source of inspiration in everyday life. This concept refers to Islamic teachings that are alive and relevant to the context of society. The application of Living Hadith can help students to overcome daily life problems and provide guidance in behavior. Therefore, a better understanding of the concept of Living Hadith needs to be improved among students. This training aims to help participants instill students' understanding of living hadith studies. This training activity was carried out at the Darussalam Parmeraan Islamic boarding school located in Parmeraan Village, Sipiongot District, North Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatera. The research method used is to conduct a pre-test at the beginning of the training, followed by presentation activities, and discussions on understanding living hadith. Then continued with questions and answers continued with evaluation through post-test activities. The results of the service show that students of the Darussalam Parmeraan Islamic boarding school need to understand that Living Hadith is a relevant Islamic teaching to be applied in the context of modern society. A better understanding of Living Hadith can help students in solving daily life problems and provide guidance in behaving in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Zero TB Yogyakarta employs a comprehensive "find, treat, and prevent" approach in its efforts to eliminate TB in Yogyakarta. One of its activities in searching for TB cases in the community is active screening, also known as Active Case Finding (ACF). In this activity, participants undergo chest X-ray examinations, which are then read by a general practitioner. This Zero TB activity is conducted free of charge, with a quota of 120 people for implementation in Dukuh Jamblangan. The activity flow includes: (1) Actively finding TB cases (ACF), (2) Preventing TB, and (3) Treating TB. The target groups for the implementation of Zero TB are: (1) Residents in densely populated areas / areas far from health facilities, (2) Household contacts or close contacts of TB patients, (3) Healthcare workers, and (4) The elderly. The approach involves symptom screening and chest X-rays. The active role of community health centers (Puskesmas) such as outreach programs is an effective way to find more patients, despite being more costly. TB cases represent an iceberg phenomenon that requires joint efforts by all relevant stakeholders. The target is to reduce TB cases in Indonesia by 50 percent by 2025.

Abstract

Mental health in adolescents has a significant influence on adolescents' daily lives, which involves adolescents' thought patterns, feelings/moods, and actions. This article aims to examine the contribution made by UNP KKN students in improving the mental health of teenagers at SMPN 6 Lubuk Basung using a sample of 40 children from grades 1-3 of junior high school. This sample was taken using random sampling/probability sampling techniques. The contributions made by KKN students use presentation/lecture and group counseling methods. Data collected used observation and library research techniques. The data that has been obtained is analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. This contribution activity has had a positive impact on improving the mental health of teenagers at SMPN 6 Lubuk Basung.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran signifikan dalam perekonomian, namun seringkali terkendala oleh isu legalitas usaha. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang Legalitas Usaha, pemahaman mengoptimalkan manajemen dan pemasaran untuk meningkatkan daya saing serta mendorong terciptanya ekosistem usaha yang berkelanjutan melalui program pemberdayaan usaha yang komprehensif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi asesmen status legalitas, sosialisasi dan edukasi. Memberi pemahaman pentingnya pendampingan teknis dalam pengurusan izin, pentingnya fasilitasi akses ke jaringan dukungan legal, serta pentingnya evaluasi dan monitoring berkelanjutan. Target utama dari program ini adalah terwujudnya legalitas usaha yang lengkap dan sah bagi Dapoer Rendang Riri dan UMKM lainnya dalam jangka waktu yang terukur. Indikator keberhasilan meliputi peningkatan pemahaman pemilik UMKM mengenai pentingnya legalitas, teridentifikasinya izin yang relevan, tersusunnya dokumen persyaratan, terdaftarnya usaha pada sistem perizinan dan diperolehnya izin usaha krusial. Diharapkan program pendampingan ini dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan hukum, memberikan perlindungan usaha dan membuka peluang pengembangan bisnis yang lebih luas bagi Dapoer Rendang Riri.

Pembinaan karakter bagi remaja bukanlah sebatas tanggung jawab keluarga semata,namun juga sangat berperan penting lingkungan yang agamis dalam mencapai keberhasilan akhlah tersebut, harusnya ada tiga rumah mesti berperan seperti, rumah sekolah, rumah tangga,dan rumah ibadah ,kegiatan iktikaf yang dilaksanakan di masjid raya padusunan kota pariaman yang membahas tema tentang kearifan local dilaksanakan di masjid raya padusunan dengan tujuan menumbuhkan kesadaran bagaiaman akhlak yang baik sesuai ajaran islam dan erat kaitanaya dengan local wisdom adat basandi sarak sarak basandi kitabullah.hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukan remaja sangat antusias mengikiuti dan mendengarkan materi terkait local wisdom dengan mengadakn dialog interaktif sehingga memancing remaja untuk berfikir kritis terkait materi yang di sampaiakan.
