Abstract

Child malnutrition remains a critical issue in rural Indonesia, particularly in isolated areas like Desa Latonro, where limited access and low maternal literacy hinder balanced nutrition for child growth. This study aims to analyze housewives' knowledge of nutrition's importance in child development, identify influencing factors, and barriers to implementation. Employing a qualitative descriptive phenomenology approach, data were collected via semi-structured in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and secondary documents from July-August 2025. The population comprised housewives aged 19-45 with toddlers in Desa Latonro; purposive sampling yielded 20 informants until saturation. Instruments included interview guides; thematic analysis followed Braun and Clarke (2022) using NVivo, validated by triangulation. Results indicate varied knowledge levels (13/20 aware of basics like carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins), simple feeding patterns (rice with fish/eggs), and barriers including economic constraints, child preferences, and limited information access. In conclusion, maternal nutrition literacy requires community-based interventions leveraging local seafood resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di laboratorium lapangan Program Studi Peternakan Fakultas Peternakan, Kelautan dan Perikanan, Universitas Nusa Cendana selama 4 bulan (Februari s/d Mei 2024). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tinggi pemotongan rumput gajah mini (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) terhadap kandungan karbohidrat, energi, dan selulosa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian aSdalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicobakan yaitu T1 = Tinggi pemotongan 5 cm dari atas permukaan tanah; T2 = Tinggi pemotongan 10 cm dari atas permukaan tanah; T3 = Tinggi pemotongan 15 cm dari atas permukaan tanah; T4 = Tinggi pemotongan 20 cm dari atas permukaan tanah; dan T5 = Tinggi pemotongan 25 cm dari atas permukaan tanah. Variabel yang diukur meliputi kandungan karbohidrat, kandungan energi dan kandungan selulosa. Nilai rata-rata kandungan karbohidrat (71,43% BK), energi (2.531,04 kkal/kg BK) dan selulosa (29,98% BK). Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kandungan karbohidrat dan energi, namun berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kandungan selulosa. Hasil uji lanjut menunjukan tinggi pemotongan 20 cm dan 25 cm mengandung selulosa lebih rendah dari 5 cm dan 10 cm. Disimpulkan bahwa tinggi pemotongan rumput gajah mini (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) 25 cm dari permukaan tanah memberikan hasil lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perlakuan yang lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis makna lirik lagu “Creep” karya Radiohead sebagai simbol identitas skena ketika dipraktikkan dalam ruang komunal. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes dan perspektif etnomusikologi, penelitian ini menelaah transformasi makna lirik dari teks individual menjadi representasi budaya kolektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara tekstual, “Creep” memuat narasi personal tentang keterasingan dan kerentanan diri. Namun, ketika diperdengarkan dalam ruang komunal seperti kafe skena, lirik tersebut mengalami pergeseran makna melalui proses denotasi–konotasi–mitos, hingga menjadi simbol identitas outsider yang diterima dan dirayakan dalam budaya skena. Ruang komunal berfungsi sebagai mediator afektif yang memungkinkan pendengar mengalami pengalaman emosional bersama, terlihat dari fenomena nyanyi kolektif dan penguatan rasa kebersamaan meski antarindividu tidak saling mengenal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa musik bukan hanya teks, tetapi praktik budaya yang membentuk identitas melalui interaksi sosial dan atmosfer ruang. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis pada kajian etnomusikologi dan semiotika, serta implikasi praktis bagi pengelola ruang komunal, komunitas skena, dan pelaku industri kreatif dalam memahami peran musik sebagai media pembentuk identitas budaya.

Abstract

The rapid development of globalization and advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and genetic engineering have significantly altered human moral landscapes, intensifying moral relativism and creating ethical dilemmas. This study aims to identify key biblical ethical principles and analyze their relevance and application in addressing contemporary moral challenges. Employing a qualitative dominant mixed methods approach, the research integrates exegesis, quantitative surveys of 200 Indonesian Christians from diverse demographics, and semi-structured interviews with 15 theology and ethics experts. Data analysis involved thematic analysis supported by NVivo for qualitative data and descriptive statistics for quantitative data. Findings reveal that biblical ethics emphasizing love, justice, human dignity as Imago Dei, and stewardship provide a robust ethical foundation applicable to issues like digital ethics, bioethics, social justice, and environmental responsibility. The study also found strong community support for ethical AI use, data privacy, and active social justice engagement. The conclusion highlights that biblical ethics remain normative and prophetic, offering a holistic framework that guides moral transformation and social action. The research recommends integrating biblical ethical education within church and policy contexts to address modern dilemmas effectively.

Abstract

Digital-based employee training can improve the performance of UMKM by equipping employees with the digital skills needed to increase productivity, efficiency and innovation. This training can help UMKM improve their ability to compete in the digital market and improve the quality of service to customers. This research aims to show how digital-based training can improve the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The focus of the research is the impact of training UMKM employees in adopting digital technology, such as the use of HR software, e-learning platforms and accounting applications. The results of the research here are that digital-based training is proven to increase the efficiency and productivity of UMKM, UMKM can reach a wider market through digital marketing on social media and e-commerce platforms. The use of digital technology helps manage operations and finances more efficiently and the conclusion of this training is that increasing the competitiveness of UMKM in the digital era is very dependent on the availability of qualified human resource competencies, which can be achieved through digital-based training. Thus, digital-based employee training can be an effective solution to improve UMKM performance and increase competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Type II diabetes mellitus (T2DM) poses an increasing global health threat with a rising prevalence associated with modifiable risk factors. This study aimed to identify the association between smoking behavior, physical activity, and body mass index (BMI) with T2DM occurrence at Nagaswidak Public Health Center, Palembang in 2025. A cross-sectional analytic design was employed, involving 110 adults aged over 15 years. Primary data were collected using validated questionnaires for smoking status and physical activity (IPAQ short form), alongside anthropometric measurements for BMI. Secondary data related to diabetes diagnosis were obtained from medical records. Data were analyzed univariately, bivariately with Chi-square tests, and multivariately using logistic regression. The results showed significant associations between smoking, low to moderate physical activity, high BMI, and the incidence of T2DM (p < 0.05). Respondents who smoked or had lower physical activity and abnormal BMI had higher likelihoods of developing T2DM. These findings highlight the critical role of lifestyle factors in diabetes prevention and management. It is recommended that community health programs emphasize smoking cessation, promotion of physical activity, and weight control to reduce T2DM prevalence. Future studies with longitudinal designs are suggested to explore causal inference further.

Abstract

Penggunaan media ilustrasi merupakan metode pengajaran pada semua mata pelajaran khususnya bahasa Arab dan Inggris di Pondok Nurul Al Bayan. Menggunakan media ilustrasi sebagai landasan utamanya adalah untuk mempercepat dan memudahkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap pelajaran baru serta memberikan dampak yang lebih kuat pada pemahaman dan pikirannya. Hal ini terutama untuk semester pertama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan media ilustrasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Bayan, Lombok Utara, serta mengevaluasi efektivitasnya terhadap pemahaman santri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi kelas, wawancara mendalam dengan pengajar, dan dokumentasi kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media ilustrasi, baik dalam bentuk visual cetak maupun digital, mampu meningkatkan antusiasme dan mempermudah santri dalam menghafal kosakata (mufrodat) serta memahami struktur kalimat (tarkib). Kendala utama yang ditemukan adalah keterbatasan variasi media untuk tingkat lanjut, namun hal ini diatasi melalui kreativitas pengajar dalam memodifikasi bahan ajar manual. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media ilustrasi merupakan sarana pendukung visual yang signifikan dalam menciptakan pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang komunikatif dan tidak membosankan di lingkungan pesantren.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of influence of service quality and product price, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer repurchase intention at Lazatto Chicken & Burger, Pongtiku Branch, Makassar City. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 81 respondents. This study used non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used classical assumption tests with normality tests, hypothesis tests with multiple linear regression, and coefficient of determination tests, using SPSS version 27.0 software. The results showed that service quality and product price had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. These findings confirm that improving service and pricing in line with customer perceptions of value are important factors in building consumer loyalty in the fast food restaurant sector. The R-squared value was 0.520, meaning that 52% of the variation in repurchase intention is explained by service quality and product price. The remaining 42% is explained by variables other than the two independent variables used in the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality on user satisfaction of the Tiket Pendakian Application developed by PT Manggala Teknologi Nusantara (PT MTN), and to identify the most dominant influencing factor. The growing popularity of mountain hiking in Indonesia has driven the digitalization of reservation services through this application, which has been downloaded more than 100,000 times. Despite its convenience, a 3.8 rating and user complaints regarding system speed, information clarity, and transaction issues indicate the need for a comprehensive evaluation of user satisfaction. This study employed a quantitative descriptive–verificative approach using a modified DeLone & McLean (2003) Information System Success Model as the theoretical framework. Primary data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 86 purposively selected users from a population of 592 Google Play Store reviewers. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software to assess the influence of each quality dimension on user satisfaction. The analysis revealed that system quality and service quality have a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, while information quality shows a positive but not significant effect. Collectively, the three variables explain 71.4% of the variance in user satisfaction, with system quality emerging as the most dominant factor influencing satisfaction levels among users. The findings highlight the importance of improving application performance, reliability, and security, as well as strengthening the quality of digital services to enhance user experience. Continuous improvement in these areas is crucial for optimizing PT MTN’s digital mountain reservation services and ensuring long-term user engagement and satisfaction.

Abstract

Kebijakan pajak memiliki peran krusial dalam mendukung penerimaan negara dan stabilitas ekonomi. Namun, tantangan dalam kepatuhan wajib pajak masih menjadi isu utama yang harus diatasi oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepatuhan wajib pajak dan efektivitas kebijakan perpajakan yang diterapkan di Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur, penelitian ini menyoroti berbagai strategi optimalisasi kebijakan pajak guna meningkatkan kepatuhan masyarakat dan penerimaan negara. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kebijakan perpajakan yang menekankan simplifikasi regulasi, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital secara terintegrasi berimplikasi positif terhadap peningkatan kepatuhan wajib pajak dan optimalisasi penerimaan negara.
