Abstract

One of the abilities to be achieved through learning mathematics is the ability to solve problems. The problem is not just found in mathematics but also in their daily activity. The student needs to know how to solve a problem because there are many problems in the future that they must solve. Problem-solving in every student is different. The cause is the cognitive style that the student has. The student receives, manages, and makes the conclusion according to their cognitive style. The study aims to describe students' mathematical problem-solving abilities on the Pythagorean theorem material concerning field-independent and field-dependent cognitive styles. The method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with problem-solving test instruments, interview guidelines, and GEFT tests. Determination of the subject using the GEFT test to obtain a subject with an independent field of cognitive style and independent field of 2 subjects each. Problem-solving tests and interviews were used to obtain data on the subject's problem-solving abilities. The problem-solving indicator used is based on Polya's theory. The results showed that the subject with independent field cognitive style was able to do problem-solving well. While the subject with a field-dependent cognitive style is quite capable of solving problems, this is because there are some mistakes in writing answers. However, based on the interview, it was found that the subject was able to solve the problem but was in a hurry to solve the problem.

Abstract

Media has a great role in learning as well as in writing, how to help the students easier in expressing their idea and constructing their writing as well. This study aims at describing the students’ interest on the use of picture series media in writing. The design of this study was a descriptive model which engaged 25 students as sample. It was conducted at Muhammadiyah University of Bulukumba, South-Sulawesi. In collecting data, the researcher used questionnaire in rating scale form; whether (1) strongly agree (2) Agree (3) Undecided (4) Disagree (5) Strongly Disagree with the questions or statements given. It contained ten positive and closed statements about the usage of picture series media in writing which was given after treating the students for several meetings by using that media. The percentage of each answer or response on the questionnaire was calculated. The researcher utilized the formula where the number of frequency is multiplied by 100 percent (%) and then divided by the total number of respondents, and then converting the questionnaire data into percentages. The result of the students’ response indicated that picture series is an interesting media used in writing because of helping them construct their writing, grow their ideas, arrange the chronological order, focus on writing, and etc. It can be concluded that picture series is an interesting media used in writing. The mean percentage score showed that 84.4% of strongly agree, 15.2% of agree, 0.4% of undecided, none of student stated disagree and strongly disagree with the statements on the questionnaire.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research, namely ex-post facto which is causal. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA PGRI II Tamalate in the academic year 2021/2022. Then choose class XI IPA to be the sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and mathematics learning outcomes tests. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. The results showed that social skills in class XI IPA SMA PGRI II Tamalate which consisted of 45 students were in the medium category, achievement motivation in students was in the high category, mathematics learning outcomes in students were in the medium category, social skills through achievement motivation no significant positive effect on mathematics learning outcomes. With an effective contribution of 0.003 or 0.3% and p= 0.180 > 0.05. This result means that social skills through achievement motivation contribute or have a positive indirect influence on mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether online games have an effect on student interest in SMP Unismuh Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine whether online games have an effect on student interest in SMP Unismuh Makassar. This research is an Expofacto research. The population in this study were students of SMP Unismuh Makasaar totaling 294 with subjects 22 students of class VIII B1. Based on the results, showed that there was a significant effect of online games on the interest of students in class VIII B1 showed the average value (mean) of the X variable regarding the effect online game is89 which lies in the interval 83-95 with fairly high qualification. Meanwhile, the average value (mean) for the Y variable regarding student interest in class VIII B1 is on average of 29 which is located in the interval 29-31 with quite high qualifications.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of school supervisors in improving the managerial competence of Madrasah principals at MTsN in Bekasi City. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design with interactive model data analysis, and data collection methods using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study concluded that: 1) Supervisors conduct quality management of madrasah principals in a planned and sustainable manner, 2) Supervisors provide quality development for public relations managerial competencies, and 3) Supervisors guide madrasah principals and teachers to improve integrity and professionalism in implementing function task. While the recommendations from this study, among others. This research method also uses the CIPP method (Context, Input, Process, Product). This method examines from the point of view of the CIPP evaluation that will be used in the evaluation of the madrasa supervisor supervision program. The results of this study are the evaluation of the supervision program for madrasah supervisors in improving the managerial competence of madrasah principals in terms of evaluating the context of the supervisory program. Cooperation between regional stakeholders with the ministry of religion is still hampered by socialization in the form of reporting related to assistance. The evaluation of the inputs has been by the outcome indicators in the aspect of program evaluation related to the availability of human resources. The evaluation of the program implementation process has been by the indicator criteria for the program evaluation results in the aspect of the suitability of the procedural design that has been by the established plan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the Qur'an literacy program at SMAN 6 Bulukumba based on the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with subject data sources from the principal, vice principal of student affairs, the Alqur'an literacy team, PAI teachers, and Alqur'an literacy program assistants, using interview, documentation and observation instruments. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. Research results: 1) Context Evaluation; The purpose of implementing the Qur'an literacy program is in accordance with the needs of students and schools, and for the development of the Qur'an literacy program, SMAN 6 Bulukumba has collaborated with related institutions and agencies. 2) Input Evaluation; the implementation of the literacy program in the form of activity planning stages, understanding of teachers and students in program management, availability of infrastructure, was carried out well although it had to be improved in human resources such as the competence of accompanying teachers, utilization of facilities, program preparation, financing of training and program development. 3) Process Evaluation; In the implementation of the Alqur'an literacy program, the time and place have changed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the principal has been very good at monitoring although it has not touched funding in the context of program development. 4) Product Evaluation; the implementation of the Alqur'an literacy program shows the suitability of targets and results, changes in students' interest in reading the Qur'an intensively, increases in learning outcomes to read the Qur'an and student achievement in the religious field.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether using picture word card media can improve early reading skills in early childhood in Mashita Gowa Islamic Kindergarten. This type of research is classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) which consists of two cycles each cycle there are three meetings. Research procedures include planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were group B children of Mashita Gowa Islamic Kindergarten, as many as 18 children. The results of this study can be concluded That the increase in the first cycle of meetings I, II, and III of students is at the level of MB development (Starting to Develop) with an average value of 36.54%. Furthermore, cycle II of meetings I, II, and III was carried out so that there was an increase to 84.37%, which means that the average child is already at the level of BSB development (Very Good Development). Based on the results of the research above, it was concluded that there was an improvement in the ability to read the beginning of children in Mashita Gowa Islamic Kindergarten Group B after using the medium of picture word cards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh minimnya pembelajaran nilai-nilai di sekolah yang menyebabkan perwujudan nilai-nilai sosial siswa tidak tampak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal ini disebabkan penyampaian materi yang tidak bervariasi dan cenderung membosankan sehingga siswa tidak tertarik dan bosan belajar IPS. Dalam situasi seperti itu siswa menjadi bosan karena tidak ada inovasi dan kreasi, siswa kurang memperhatikan dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran dan siswa belum terlibat secara aktif sehingga sulit bagi guru untuk mengembangkan atau meningkatkan pembelajaran yang benar-benar berkualitas. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut, guru sebagai basis terdepan dalam dunia pendidikan dituntut untuk berusaha mengubah hal tersebut. Salah satu model pembelajaran Talking Stick adalah karena model pembelajaran ini dapat membuat semua siswa terlibat secara aktif sehingga proses belajar mengajar tidak hanya satu arah yaitu guru ke siswa, tetapi bisa 3 arah yaitu guru ke siswa, dan siswa ke siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan 11 siswa kelas V yang terdiri dari 4 siswa laki-laki dan 7 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN No.174 Anrihua, Kecamatan Kindang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari 64 dengan persentase 54% pada siklus 1 dan skor tertinggi 100 pada siklus 2. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS, dapat menumbuhkan motivasi, meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa untuk aktif di kelas dan meningkatkan kehadiran siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini dengan menggunakan permainan hoop pada kelompok A di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tala-tala 1 Kabupaten Bantaeng. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus dimana setiap pertemuan dilakukan tiga kali. Prosedur penelitian meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tala-tala 1 Kabupaten Bantaeng dengan jumlah 18 anak yang terdiri dari 9 anak laki-laki dan 9 anak perempuan. Objek penelitian ini adalah kemampuan motorik kasar anak khususnya koordinasi dan keseimbangan. Setiap siklus I dan II mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini didasarkan pada pencapaian kemampuan motorik kasar anak pada indikator koordinasi dan keseimbangan dengan menggunakan permainan hoop yang meningkat secara bertahap pada setiap siklusnya. Pada siklus I rata-rata anak berada pada kriteria mulai berkembang (MB), sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata anak berada pada kriteria berkembang sangat baik (BSB). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa bermain simpai dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif bagi guru TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tala-Tala 1 Kabupaten Bantaeng untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak.

Abstract

Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Presentasi 3D Aurora Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Pptq Jami'ulQurra' Bajeng Barat Kabupaten Gowa. Skripsi untuk Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan Fakultas Keguruan dan IlmuPendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Pembimbing I Muhammad Nawir dan Pembimbing II Nurindah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Presentasi 3D Aurora Terhadap HasilBelajar IPA Siswa Pptq Jami'ul Qurra' Bajeng Barat Kabupaten Gowa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIPptq Jami'ul Qurra' Bajeng Barat tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Dari hasil data tersebut dapatdisimpulkan bahwa melalui media pembelajaran Aurora 3D Presentation pada pembelajaran IPA siswa kelas VIII PptqJami'ul Qurra' Bajeng Barat dan memberikan respon positif terhadap media pembelajaran tersebut. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian dan analisis data mengenai perbandingan nilai statistik dan perbandingan kategori hasil belajar terbukti adanyapengaruh positif penggunaan media Aurora 3D Presentation terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII Pptq Jami'ul Qurra ’Bajeng Barat yang dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa melalui analisis statistik deskriptif sebelum menggunakan mediaAurora 3D Presentation rata-rata nilai siswa masih dalam kategori interval rendah dan setelah menggunakan media Aurora3D Presentation rata-rata nilai siswa berada di kategori interval tinggi. Diketahui nilai rata-rata hasil Pretest adalah 28,43dan nilai rata-rata hasil Posttest adalah 72,5 dimana nilai Posttest lebih besar dari nilai Pretest. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasilanalisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan rumus uji t diketahui thitung yang diperoleh sebesar 15,69 denganfrekuensi df = 16-1 = 15, pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5% diperoleh ttabel sebesar 1,753. Jadi thitung > ttabel atau H0ditolak, H1 diterima.
