Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan materi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di perguruan tinggi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman. Materi dirancang untuk memperkuat integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan akademik, sosial, dan profesional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, angket, dan studi dokumen, dengan partisipasi dosen dan mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi yang dikembangkan berbasis pendekatan interdisipliner dan isu-isu kontemporer mampu meningkatkan pemahaman agama, relevansi pembelajaran, dan keterlibatan siswa. Implementasi evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar, keterampilan integrasi nilai Islam dalam disiplin ilmu, serta sikap positif terhadap pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan materi PAI berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa dan isu kontekstual efektif meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Model yang disarankan ini diterapkan lebih luas untuk memperkuat pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract

Consumer Protection is an essential aspect of legal systems, aimed at safeguarding consumer rights in transactions and ensuring fair market practices. This study aims to compare the consumer protection frameworks in Indonesia and China, focusing on regulatory structures, enforcement mechanisms, and their impact on consumer welfare. Using a normative legal research method, the study examines laws, regulations, and related legal principles governing consumer rights in both countries. The findings reveal significant differences in the approaches to consumer protection: Indonesia emphasizes dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration under the Consumer Protection Act (Law No. 8 of 1999), while China relies heavily on administrative enforcement and penalties under the Consumer Rights Protection Law. This comparative study highlights the strengths and weaknesses of each legal system, providing insights into their effectiveness in addressing consumer issues in a rapidly changing global economy.

Abstract

Evaluasi merpakan hal yang penting di lakukan oleh seorang guru untuk melihat sampai dimana tujuan pembelajaran yang di harapkan dapat tercapai. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran bagi pendidikan agama Islam. Metode yang digunakan pada artikel ini adalah studi kepustakaan (library research), Evaluasi dalam pendidikan Agama Islam di gunakan untuk melihat sampai dimana kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami pembelajaran agama Islam. Tercapainya tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan maka disitulah guru dilihat berhasil dalam menyampaikan sebuah materi. Keberhasialan sebuah evaluasi yang dilaksanakan tentu memiliki strategi, langkah-langkah, prinsip serta tujuan. Evaluasi berfokus kepada hasil belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingganya guru bisa melihat bagaimana cara mengevaluasi siswa yang belum bisa mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

This research discusses the development of mangrove forest ecotourism as a sustainable learning medium that contributes to the welfare of local communities and environmental conservation. Mangrove forest ecotourism not only provides ecological benefits, such as coastal protection and carbon sequestration, but also supports environmental education through hands-on experiences that can increase students' awareness of the importance of nature conservation. This research identifies the potential of mangrove forests as a learning resource that fits into the education curriculum, as well as exploring its benefits in improving student competencies. In addition, this research revealed challenges faced in the development of ecotourism, such as limited infrastructure and promotion, as well as the need for supportive regulations. The positive impacts of mangrove forest ecotourism on the community include changes in mindset and the creation of new economic opportunities, although there are potential negative impacts such as social conflict and criminality.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has brought about significant transformation in the banking sector, especially through mobile banking (m-banking) services that offer convenience and efficiency of financial transactions. However, these services also present the risk of customer data leakage that can threaten trust in the digital banking system. This study aims to examine legal protection for customers against data leakage in m-banking services in Indonesia, evaluate the responsibility of service providers, and provide effective legal solutions to address these challenges. Using normative legal methods and descriptive analysis, this study highlights the role of laws such as the Banking Law, the ITE Law, the PDP Law, and regulations from the OJK and Bank Indonesia. This study finds that despite the existence of an adequate legal framework, implementation in the field is still weak due to lack of supervision, low user awareness, and increasing threats of cybercrime. This study recommends strengthening regulations, customer education, and the implementation of layered security technology to ensure optimal customer data protection.

Abstract

This study examines the role and effectiveness of the Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement Act in resolving labor disputes based on Case Number 21/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2023/PN Smg. This research employs a normative legal approach using statute and case approaches. Data collection techniques involve a literature review, analyzing legal regulations, legal documents, court decisions, as well as primary and secondary legal materials. The analysis is conducted qualitatively by outlining legal facts and interpreting the relevance of applicable regulations in the case. The findings reveal that the Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement Act plays a significant role in providing legal certainty but still faces challenges in its implementation, particularly regarding the efficiency and fairness of dispute resolution processes. This study offers recommendations to enhance existing legal mechanisms to optimize labor protection.

Abstract

Abstrak. Learning media are crucial to educational activities because they help professors convey abstract concepts more easily and also help students pay more attention and feel more engaged. Based on the above problem background explanation, the goal of this study is to ascertain the extent to which smart board media enhances the learning outcomes of first-graders at SDN Negeri Banjardowo 2 in Pancasila lessons on symbol material and the application of Pancasila principles. This study will employ a quantitative research design as its research methodology. Pre-experimental design using the one-group pretest-posttest design paradigm is the methodology employed. According to the study's findings, using smart board media improved the continuous learning process. Teachers may provide more engaging and diversified content by utilizing smart board media. Because the learning principle is learning while playing, the class may be made lively and fun with the use of this smart board media.

Abstract

The development of Islamic education is always related to the periodization of Islamic history itself, one of which is education during the Umayyad Andalusian Dynasty. The purpose of this study is to find out; the history of the Umayyad Andalusian Dynasty, the education system of the Umayyad Andalusian Dynasty and the contribution of education in Andalusia to Islamic education today. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method through the collection of primary and secondary data from various information related to the history of the Umayyad Andalusian Dynasty, its education system. The results of this study indicate that Islam entered Andalusia in 711 AD under the leadership of Commander Thariq bin Ziyad. Islamic education has succeeded in giving birth to brilliant ideas in almost various disciplines. In addition, the progress of Andalusian culture can contribute to the development of better governance in the aspects of education, educational opportunities, and all efforts to develop to advance education, both general and Islamic education. The Islamic education system in Andalusia is an important main aspect in the history of Islamic education. His contribution to the development of science, integrative approaches, and teaching methods are still relevant and applied in Islamic education today. The combination of religious and general knowledge inherited from Andalusia inspires the modern education system today to continue to develop scientific traditions that include implementing general education without abandoning Islamic values.

Abstract

The tradition of Ruwat Bumi in Gusi Village, Bojong District, Tegal Regency is a manifestation of local wisdom that has existed for a long time. This tradition is carried out as an expression of gratitude to God. blessings of the earth and pray for the safety and blessings of the village. However, in the midst of rapid changes in society, this tradition is increasingly popular because of the difference in values and norms between groups that support the preservation of the tradition and those who consider this practice not to contradict the teachings of Islam in various challenges, including conflicts of interest. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors that cause cultural conflicts, analyzing the impact of social changes on the sustainability of the Ruwat Bumi tradition, and examining the role of values and norms in maintaining or rejecting these traditions. In this study, a qualitative approach method was used that involved observation techniques, interviews, and literature reviews. The results of the study show that cultural conflicts occur due to differences in understanding of religion, modernity, and cultural preservation. Nevertheless, the Ruwat Bumi tradition still has important values in maintaining social solidarity and cultural identity of the people of Guci Village. This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of cultural dynamics in the face of social change and the importance of intercultural dialogue in maintaining community harmony.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB) dalam program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) di Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kebutuhan untuk memastikan pelaksanaan hukum agraria yang akurat dan transparan, khususnya terkait pendaftaran tanah dan pengenaan pajak. BPHTB merupakan instrumen fiskal penting yang mencerminkan komitmen pemerintah terhadap pendaftaran tanah yang terstruktur, sejalan dengan kebijakan publik yang adil dan transparan. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam penerapan BPHTB, karena praktik yang tidak konsisten dan ketidakjelasan regulasi dapat menyebabkan penegakan yang tidak efisien dan beban pajak yang tidak adil bagi pemilik tanah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, studi ini menelaah regulasi yang ada dan sumber-sumber hukum resmi untuk mengevaluasi peran dan dampak BPHTB dalam program PTSL. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pedoman yang jelas dan penegakan yang adil untuk menjamin kepastian hukum dan kepercayaan publik dalam pelaksanaan hukum agraria. Penyempurnaan kebijakan BPHTB dalam PTSL sangat penting untuk mendukung pendaftaran tanah yang sistematis, sah secara hukum, dan berkeadilan sosial.
