Journal of Community Empowerment is multidisciplinary scientific journal in the field of empowerment and community Service, published by the English Department Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram with a publication period of two times in one year, namely in June and December. This journal covers some general problems from the results of research implemented to the community services including (1) social humanities, science, applied science, economic, health, cultural, ICT Development, and administration services, (2) Training and improvement in the results of educational, agricultural, information and communication, and appropriate technology, (3) community empowerment, students community services, local food security, marketing, and less developed region. The purpose of this journal publication is to disseminate conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the field of service to the community. This journal accepts manuscript in Bahasa or English.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan sampah masih menjadi isu serius di Indonesia, termsuk di kelurahan Pasirkratonkramat, Kota Pekalongan, yang juga menghadapi risiko banjir akhibat curah hujan yang tinggi, banjir rob, dan berkurangnya lahan resapan air. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya solusi yang tepat guna dalam pengelolaan sampah organik sekaligus peningkatan kapsitas masyarakat. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan praktik langsung mengenai pengelolaan sampah organik mengenai penerapan teknologi Lubang Resapan Biopori (LRB), sehingga masyarakat dapat mengurangi timbunan sampah sekaligus meningkatkan daya resap tanah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi survei lapangan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan lingkungan, serta pelatihan praktik pembuatan biopori. Mitra sasaran kegiatan adalah warga Kelurahan Pasirkratonkramat, khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan pengurus lingkungan. Jumlah peserta yang terlibat aktif dalam sosialisasi dan pelatihan mendapai sekitar 30 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah organik menjadi kompos serta kemampuan membuat lubang biopori secara mandiri. Selain itu, masyarakat juga lebih peduli terhadapa kelestarian lingkungan dengan adanya kesadaran menjaga dan memelihara biopori. Dengan demikian, program ini memberikan manfaat ekologis dan soisal yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat.Kata kunci:Biopori; Resapan Air; Sampah OrganikABSTRACTWaste remains a serious issue in Indonesia, including in Pasirkratonkramat Village, Pekalongan City, which also faces flood risks due to high rainfall, tidal floods, and reduced water catchment areas. These conditions demand effective solutions for organic waste management and community capcity building. This Community Service Program (KKN) aimed to provide education and hands-on training on rganic waste management through the application of Biopore Infiltration Holes (LRB), enabling residents tp reduce organic waste while improving soll infiltration capacity. The method included field surveys to identify environmental issues, socialization on eco-friendly waste management, and practical training in biopore construction. The target partners were residents of Pasirkratonkramat Village, particulary housewives and community leaders, with approximately 30 participants actively involved in the socialization and training sessions. The results indicated increased community knowledge and participation in processing organic waste into compost, as well as the ability to independently construct and maintain biopores. In addition, there was a growing awareness among residents to preserve the environment. Therefore, the program provided both ecological and social benefits, ensuring long-term sustainability.Keywords: Biopore; Infiltration.; Organic Waste

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian acara Malam Manajemen Prodi Manajemen Universitas Bumigora 2024. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan landasan hasil survey yang menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden yang merupakan mahasiswa selama ini hanya menggunakan akun sosial medianya untuk keperluan hiburan, sehingga tim pengabdian merasa perlu untuk memberikan sosialisasi pemanfaatan sosial media lain selain sebagai aplikasi hiburan. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini yakni untuk memberikan pemahaman serta wawasan kepada mahasiswa dan Masyarakat umum tentang arti penting social media marketing di era digital dan bagaimana itu bisa menjadi kunci kesuksesan dalam bisnis. Penggunaan sosial media merupakan suatu hal yang identik akan terucap secara otomatis apabila berbicara mengenai strategi memasuki era digital. Karena banyaknya penggunaan media internet di era digital, yang mencakup berbagai platform seperti media sosial dan website. Dengan demikian, penulis membuat kesimpulan bahwa, dalam era digital ini, setiap perusahaan, komunitas, ormas, atau partai yang bergerak pada bidang apapun harus pandai menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi, memperluas eksistensi, menjalin relasi, dan menyampaikan realitas kejadian suatu organisasi kepada masyarakat umum. Kata kunci: Social Media Marketing; Kepemimpinan; Digital ABSTRACTThis activity is part of a series of events for the 2024 Management Study Program Management Night at Bumigora University. This activity was carried out based on survey results which showed that the majority of respondents, who were students, had only been using their social media accounts for entertainment purposes. Therefore, the community service team felt it necessary to provide information on the use of social media for purposes other than entertainment. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding and insight to students and the general public about the importance of social media marketing in the digital age and how it can be a key to business success. The use of social media is something that is automatically mentioned when discussing strategies for entering the digital age. Due to the widespread use of the internet in the digital age, which includes various platforms such as social media and websites. Therefore, the author concludes that, in this digital era, every company, community, organization, or political party operating in any field must be skilled in using social media as a tool for promotion, expanding their presence, building relationships, and communicating the reality of an organization’s activities to the general public. Keywords: Social Media Marketing; Leadership; Digital

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                     Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru, murid, dan orang tua terhadap berbagai bentuk kekerasan terhadap anak, dampaknya, serta langkah-langkah pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan secara bersama. Berlatar-belakang dari fenomena maraknya kekerasan fisik dan seksual terhadap anak di lingkungan sekolah menjadi alasan pentingnya dilakukan kegiatan ini.  Sekolah dasar sebagai ruang awal pembentukan karakter dan nilai harus menjadi tempat yang aman untuk melindungi anak dari segala bentuk kekerasan. Sebagai akademisi kami terpanggil untuk berpartisipasi membantu mencari solusi terhadap masalah tersebut. Hasil analisis TIM menyepakati lokasi kegiatan di SD Aisyiyah 2 Ampenan. Koordinasi teknis dilakukan oleh ketua Tim dengan Kepala Sekolah untuk menentukan teknis, pelaksanaan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24 Mei 2025 di SD Aisyiyah 2 Ampenan dengan jumlah peserta 50 orang terdiri-dari orang tua murid, guru, dan siswa. Manfaat utama dari kegiatan ini adalah menumbuhkan literasi perlindungan anak di lingkungan sekolah dengan melibatkan seluruh pihak sebagai aktor penting dalam sistem perlindungan. Melalui penguatan kesadaran kolektif diharapkan terbentuk sinergi antara sekolah dan keluarga dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan ramah anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan hukum ini bersifat edukatif dan partisipatif, yaitu melalui ceramah, sesi tanya jawab, dan simulasi. Ceramah digunakan untuk memberikan pemahaman konseptual, tanya jawab untuk menggali pengalaman serta memperkuat keterlibatan peserta, dan simulasi untuk memberikan praktik nyata mengenai cara menghadapi dan mencegah kekerasan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, kuisioner singkat, serta refleksi kelompok yang memperlihatkan peningkatan kesiapan sekolah dalam merespons kasus kekerasan secara preventif dan responsif. Kata kunci: Penyuluhan hukum; perlindungan anak; Pencegahan kekerasan; sekolah dasar ABSTRACT The community service activity aims to increase the understanding of teachers, students, and parents regarding various forms of violence against children, their impacts, and preventive measures that can be taken together. The background of the phenomenon of rampant physical and sexual violence against children in the school environment is the reason for the importance of this activity. Elementary schools as the initial space for character and value formation must be a safe place to protect children from all forms of violence. As academics, we are called to participate in helping find solutions to this problem. The results of the TEAM analysis agreed on the location of the activity at Aisyiyah 2 Ampenan Elementary School. Technical coordination was carried out by the Team leader with the Principal to determine the technical and implementation steps. The activity was held on May 24, 2025 at Aisyiyah 2 Ampenan Elementary School with a total of 50 participants consisting of parents, teachers, and students. The main benefit of this activity is to foster child protection literacy in the school environment by involving all parties as important actors in the protection system. By strengthening collective awareness, it is hoped that synergy will be established between schools and families in creating a safe and child-friendly learning environment. The methods used in this legal counseling are educational and participatory, including lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and simulations. Lectures are used to provide conceptual understanding, questions and answers to explore experiences and strengthen participant engagement, and simulations to provide real-world practice on how to deal with and prevent violence. Evaluation is conducted through participant observation, short questionnaires, and group reflections, demonstrating improved school preparedness in responding to cases of violence in a preventive and responsive manner. Keywords: Legal counseling; child protection; violence prevention; elementary schools.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerempuan dan anak masih dihadapkan pada kerentanan tinggi terhadap kekerasan dan diskriminasi, sebuah ancaman nyata yang berpotensi merusak psikis dan menghambat pemenuhan hak asasi mereka, diperparah oleh minimnya pemahaman hukum di tingkat komunitas dan aparatur desa. Menanggapi situasi ini, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman hukum terkait perlindungan perempuan dan anak dari segala bentuk kekerasan di Desa Jono, Kecamatan Cerme, Kabupaten Gresik. Pelaksanaannya menggunakan metode sosialisasi interaktif dan penyuluhan hukum, dengan melibatkan 35 peserta yang terdiri dari aparatur desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan perwakilan ibu-ibu PKK sebagai mitra sasaran. Evaluasi program dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui observasi dan sesi tanya jawab terstruktur. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang signifikan di antara peserta sosialisasi, membuktikan bahwa kegiatan ini efektif sebagai langkah awal untuk membangun lingkungan yang lebih aman dan mendukung sistem pencegahan berbasis komunitas yang kuat di Desa Jono.Kata kunci: Perlindungan Hukum; Perempuan; Anak; Desa Jono.ABSTRACTWomen and children still face high vulnerability to violence and discrimination, a real threat that has the potential to damage their mental health and hinder the fulfillment of their human rights, exacerbated by a lack of legal understanding at the community and village administration levels. In response to this situation, this community service activity aims to increase awareness and understanding of the law regarding the protection of women and children from all forms of violence in Jono Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. The implementation uses interactive socialization and legal counseling methods, involving 35 participants consisting of village officials, community leaders, and representatives of PKK mothers as target partners. The program was evaluated qualitatively through observation and structured question and answer sessions. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in knowledge and understanding among the participants of the socialization, proving that this activity was effective as a first step in building a safer environment and supporting a strong community-based prevention system in Jono Village.Keywords: Legal Protection; Women; Children; Jono Village.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya pemberdayaan UMKM Kedai Fresh Ice Jenk Elok yang berlokasi di Desa Kajen, melalui strategi digital marketing. UMKM lokal sering mengalami kendala dalam mempromosikan produk secara efektif, terutama di era digital yang menuntut adaptasi teknologi dan kreativitas dalam pemasaran. Program ini dilaksanakan pada Maret hingga Mei 2025, melibatkan kolaborasi antara mahasiswa, dosen, dan pelaku UMKM. Tahapan kegiatan mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan pembuatan konten digital, pengelolaan media sosial, serta penggunaan platform e-commerce untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan secara berkala dalam jumlah pelanggan, interaksi digital melalui media sosial, serta pemahaman pelaku usaha terhadap konsep branding dan promosi digital. Strategi digital marketing terbukti efektif membantu UMKM meningkatkan daya saing di pasar yang kompetitif. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat ekonomi, tetapi juga memperkuat literasi digital masyarakat lokal.Kata kunci: Digital Marketing; Pemberdayaan UMKM; Pengabdian Masyarakat; Strategi Pemasaran. ABSTRACTThis community engagement activity was carried out as an effort to empower the Fresh Ice Jenk Elok micro-enterprise, located in Kajen Village, through digital marketing strategies. Local MSMEs often face challenges in promoting their products effectively, especially in today’s digital era that demands technological adaptation and creative marketing. The program was conducted from March to May 2025 and involved collaboration between university students, faculty members, and the business owner. Activities included needs assessment, digital content creation training (photography and videography), social media management, and the use of e-commerce platforms to expand market reach. The results showed significant improvements in customer engagement, social media interactions, and the business owner's understanding of branding and digital promotion. This initiative demonstrated that digital marketing strategies can effectively enhance the competitiveness of micro-enterprises. Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Program pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Kapal, Badung, Bali, untuk meningkatkan employee agility di antara 11 pengrajin tembikar lokal dari bulan Mei sampai dengan Agustus 2025. Kapal, yang dikenal dengan tembikar tradisionalnya yang digunakan dalam upacara keagamaan, menghadapi tantangan seperti menurunnya minat pada kerajinan tersebut, terutama di kalangan generasi muda, dan integrasi teknologi yang terbatas. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan beradaptasi, proaktivitas, dan kolaborasi untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan inovasi di pasar yang kompetitif. Menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR) pendekatan, pengrajin mengidentifikasi tantangan dan mengembangkan solusi bersama. Program ini melibatkan tiga fase: penilaian pra-tes awal, lokakarya pengembangan kapasitas tentang keterampilan teknis dan praktik bisnis, dan evaluasi pasca-tes. Lokakarya memperkenalkan alat ergonomis dan praktik bisnis modern untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengurangi ketegangan fisik. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam antisipasi perubahan, kolaborasi, dan kemampuan beradaptasi. Para pengrajin menjadi lebih proaktif, kolaboratif, dan responsif terhadap permintaan pasar. Hasil ini menyoroti keberhasilan program dalam meningkatkan agility, empowering craftsmen to modernize their craft and improve marketability. Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan bahwa inisiatif serupa dapat memberdayakan industri tradisional, mendorong keberlanjutan dan inovasi. Inisiatif ini merevitalisasi kerajinan dan memberikan model yang dapat diskalakan untuk meningkatkan agility di sektor artisanal lainnya menghadapi tantangan serupa.Kata kunci: karyawan; kelincahan; tembikar; pengrajin; masyarakat. ABSTRACTA community service program was implemented in Kapal Village, Badung, Bali, to improve employee agility among 11 local pottery craftsmen from May to August 2025. Kapal, known for its traditional pottery used in religious ceremonies, faces challenges such as declining interest in the craft, especially among younger generations, and limited technological integration. The program aimed to enhance adaptability, proactivity, and collaboration to ensure sustainability and innovation in a competitive market. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, craftsmen identified challenges and co-developed solutions. The program involved three phases: an initial pre-test assessment, capacity-building workshops on technical skills and business practices, and a post-test evaluation. Workshops introduced ergonomic tools and modern business practices to improve productivity and reduce physical strain. Results showed significant improvements in anticipation of change, collaboration, and adaptability. The craftsmen became more proactive, collaborative, and responsive to market demands. These results highlight the success of the program in enhancing agility, empowering craftsmen to modernize their craft and improve marketability. The program’s success suggests that similar initiatives can empower traditional industries, fostering sustainability and innovation. This initiative revitalized the craft and provides a scalable model for enhancing agility in other artisanal sectors facing similar challenges. Keywords: employee; agility; pottery; craftsmen; community.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Pada tahun  2025 memiliki jumlah peserta didik 83 orang dan beberapa pengurus lainnya dan ada beberapa guru mengaji. Kurikulum yang di gunakan masih sangat konvensional. Namun seiring dengan perkembangan kurikulum di tingkat sekolah dasar, di tingkat kanak- kanak harus menyesuaikan berbagai aspek pembelajaran tersebut. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan tim dosen pengabdian dari STKIP Muhammadiyah Kalabahi dan mahasiswa bekerjasama dengan mitra pengelola dan guru -guru di TPQ Al-Anzor Waluom Desa WolwaL Tengah. Adapun metodologi yang kami gunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, sosialisasi serta partisipasi mitra dengan melibatkan mereka pada tahap perencanaan hingga tahap evaluasi. Selama pelatihan mitra diajarkan cara pengelolaan kurikulum berbasis diniyah  memberikan solusi permasalah yang dihadapi mitra seperti lahan yang belum ada agar mencari lahan mungkin lewat swadaya, atau tanah wakaf dari masyarakat, atau memasukkan proposal kepada istansi berwenang serta berupaya mencari dana lewat organisasi social dan lain -lain, serta tata cara pengelolaan TPQ berbasis diniyah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan mitra sangat antusisas dan mendapat pemahaman tata cara pengelolaan TPQ berbasis diniyah serta mendapat solusi terkait beberapa permasalahan di TPQ, seperti tempat permanen belum ada, kurikulum belum jelas dan tata kelola yang belum terkordinasi dengan baik. Kegiatan ini juga memberi dampk yang baik untuk pengembangan TPQ terkusus di desa-desa. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan; TPQAl-Anzor Waluom; KurikulumDiniyah; DesaWolwal Tengah.ABSTRACTIn 2025, there were 83 students and several other administrators and several Quran teachers. The curriculum used was still very conventional, but along with the development of the curriculum at the elementary school level, at the childhood level, various aspects of the learning had to be adjusted. This training was carried out by involving a team of community service lecturers from STKIP Muhammadiyah Kalabahi and students in collaboration with management partners and teachers at TPQ Al-Anzor Waluom, WolwaL Tengah Village. The methodology we used was lectures, discussions, socialization and partner participation by involving them in the planning stage to the evaluation stage. During the training, partners were taught how to manage a diniyah-based curriculum to provide solutions to problems faced by partners such as unavailable land to find land perhaps through self-help, or waqf land from the community, or submitting proposals to authorized agencies and trying to find funds through social organizations and others, as well as procedures for managing diniyah-based TPQ. The results of the activity showed that the partners were very enthusiastic and gained an understanding of the management procedures for Islamic-based TPQ (Islamic boarding schools) and solutions to several issues within the TPQ, such as the lack of a permanent location, an unclear curriculum, and poorly coordinated governance. Abstract

ABSTRAKArtikel ini merupakan luaran program kemitraan dengan Pemerintah Desa Baru Dusun Tabuji melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang membahas tentang potensi sumber daya lingkungan pesisir Dusun Tabuji di Desa Baru yang belum dikelola berorientasi ekonomi maritim, padahal potensi lokasinya menjanjikan untuk menjadi lokasi destinasi wisata bahari, seperti area berselancar, lokasi pelaksanaan festival budaya, maupun sekadar untuk rekreasi. Tujuan kegiatan yakni mendorong masyarakat Dusun Tabuji dalam hal pengelolaan lingkungan pesisir berorientasi wawasan ekonomi maritim. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah masyarakat Dusun Tabuji membutuhkan dukungan pemerintah dalam pengelolaan lingkungan yang produktif sehingga memberikan keuntungan ekonomis bagi mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan berbentuk ceramah dan dialog interaktif yang melibatkan 22 orang warga Dusun Tabuji untuk berdialog dengan tim. Pengumpulan data didukung dengan observasi lapangan dan studi literatur. Hasil kegiatan menemukan bahwa membuka lokasi destinasi wisata budaya maritim merupakan salah satu solusi yang bisa diimplementasikan dengan mempertimbangkan dimensi pelestarian budaya dan keberlanjutan lingkungan serta tata kelola dengan pendekatan dan strategi yang tepat. Melalui upaya kolaboratif dan partisipatif oleh warga dan pemerintah, akan memunculkan potensi-potensi ekonomi bagi warga, seperti terbukanya lapangan pekerjaan baru. Upaya yang disertai pengawasan secara kolaboratif tersebut juga sekaligus akan meminimalisir potensi dampak linkungan yang sedang mengintai.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan Lingkungan; Masyarakat Pesisir; Ekonomi Maritim; Wisata Bahari; Dusun Tabuji. ABSTRACTThis article is an output of a partnership program with the Baru Village Government of Tabuji Hamlet through Community Service (PKM) activities, discussing the potential of coastal environmental resources in Tabuji Hamlet, Baru Village, which have not been managed with a maritime economic orientation. In fact, the location's potential is promising as a marine tourism destination, such as a surfing area, a venue for cultural festivals, or simply for recreation. The activity aimed to encourage the community of Tabuji Hamlet in managing the coastal environment with a maritime economic insight. The conclusion obtained is that the community of Tabuji Hamlet needs government support in productive environmental management so that it provides economic benefits for them. The method used form of lectures and interactive dialogues involving 22 residents of Tabuji Hamlet to have dialogues with the team. Data collection was supported by field observations and literature studies. The results of the activity found that opening a maritime cultural tourism destination is one solution that can be implemented by considering the dimensions of cultural preservation and environmental sustainability, as well as governance with appropriate approaches and strategies. Through collaborative and participatory efforts by residents and the government, economic potential will emerge for residents, such as the opening of new job opportunities. These efforts, accompanied by collaborative supervision, while minimizing the potential environmental impacts that are looming.Keywords: Environmental Management; Coastal Community; Maritime Economy; Marine Tourism; Tabuji Hamlet.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Era digitalisasi telah mengubah paradigma ekonomi global, termasuk sektor usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Namun, kesenjangan digital antara perkotaan dan pedesaan masih menjadi tantangan utama dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan digital di daerah rural. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat "E-Kampung Wailey: Orkestrasi Digital untuk Akselerasi Kewirausahaan Generasi Muda di Dusun Wailey bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas generasi muda dalam berwirausaha melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang dikuti oleh pemuda di dusun wailey. Tahapan kegiatan mulai dari pesiapan kegiatan ,pelaksanaan kegiatan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Untuk Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan partisipatif dengan pendekatan andragogi kepada 15 peserta (12 laki-laki dan 3 perempuan) berusia 18-25 tahun. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan kewirausahaan digital, pemahaman e-commerce, kemampuan pemasaran digital. Hasil menunjukkan Rata-rata pre-test: 44,6 dan rata-rata post-test: 48,6 sedangkan rata-rata peningkatan 4,0 poin, peningkatan persentase rata-rata: 9,0%, target peningkatan 25%, pencapaian target  36% dari target yang ditetapkan. Faktor penghambat utama meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, rendahnya literasi digital, dan minimnya motivasi kewirausahaan. Program ini memberikan pelajaran penting tentang pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan digital di pedesaan.Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan Digital; Generasi Muda; Desa Digital; Literasi Digital. ABSTRACTThe era of digitalization has changed the paradigm of the global economy, including the small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Indonesia. However, the digital divide between urban and rural areas is still a major challenge in the development of digital entrepreneurship in rural areas. Community service activities "E-Kampung Wailey: Digital orchestration for the acceleration of entrepreneurship of the younger generation in Wailey Hamlet aims to increase the capacity of the younger generation in entrepreneurship through the use of digital technology followed by youth in wailey Hamlet. Stages of activities ranging from the preparation of activities, implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation. For the method used is participatory training with andragogy approach to 15 participants (12 men and 3 women) aged 18-25 years. The evaluation was conducted through pretest and posttest to measure the improvement of digital entrepreneurship knowledge, e-commerce understanding, digital marketing capabilities. The results showed the average pre-test: 44.6 and the average post-test: 48.6 while the average increase of 4.0 points, the average percentage increase: 9.0%, the target increase of 25%, the target achievement of 36% of the target set. The main inhibiting factors include limited digital infrastructure, low digital literacy, and lack of entrepreneurial motivation. This Program provides important lessons on the importance of a holistic approach in the development of digital entrepreneurship in rural areas. Keywords: Digital Entrepreneurship; Young Generation; Digital Village; Digital Literacy.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Kekerasan seksual terhadap anak merupakan permasalahan serius yang berdampak negatif pada perkembangan fisik, psikologis, dan sosial anak. Data menunjukkan peningkatan kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya pencegahan yang efektif untuk melindungi anak-anak dari ancaman tersebut. Salah satu metode yang telah terbukti efektif adalah melakukan edukasi secara dini tentang batasan tubuh pribadi pada anak. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anak usia sekolah tentang pencegahan kekerasan seksual dengan mengajarkan tentang batasan tubuh pribadi di TK Tunas Islam Bantuk. Mitra pada pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah Taman Kanak-kanak Tunas Islam Bantul, yang berjumlah 52 anak dengan rentang usai 5-7 tahun. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam 3 tahapan tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Tahap persiapan meliputi pengurusan surat izin, persiapan materi edukasi, persiapan ruangan dan peserta. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu melakukan pendidikan kesehatan dengan menggunakan video animasi untuk meningkatkan retensi pemahaman anak usia prasekolah. Setelah menonton video dilanjutkan dengan penjelasan materi. Kemudian anak usia pra sekolah diajarkan lagu tentang ”sentuhan boleh, dan sentuhan tidak boleh” dinyanyikan secara berulang-ulang. Tahap evaluasi adalah melakukan evaluasi kepada anak-anak terkait pengetahuan kekerasan seksual yang sudah mereka dapatkan saat penyuluhan. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan penyusunan laporan hasil pendidikan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada anak usia prasekolah. Hasil pengabdian ditemukan 82,7% peserta berumur 6 tahun, dan 53,8% berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan anak usia pra sekolah terhadap batasan tubuh pribadi, area tubuh yang boleh disentuh atau tidak boleh disentuh. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini ada peningkatan pemahaman anak tentang pencegahan kekerasan seksual dibuktikan dengan anak usia pra sekolah mampu menjawab setiap pertanyaan dari pengabdi.Kata kunci: kekerasan seksual; batasan tubuh; anak usia pra sekolah  ABSTRACTChild sexual abuse is a serious problem that negatively affects the physical, psychological, and social development of children. Data shows an increase in cases of child sexual abuse in various countries, including Indonesia. Therefore, effective prevention efforts are needed to protect children from this threat. One method that has been proven effective is educating children about their personal body boundaries at an early age. The purpose of this service is to increase school-age children's understanding of sexual violence prevention by teaching about personal body boundaries. The partner institution for implementing this program is Tunas Islam Kindergarten in Bantul, which involves a total of 52 children aged between 5 and 7 years. The implementation of this activity was carried out in 3 stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage includes obtaining permission letters, preparing educational materials, and preparing rooms and participants. The implementation stage of the activity is to conduct health education using animated videos to increase the retention of preschool children's understanding. After watching the video, followed by an explanation of the educational material. Then, preschool children are taught a song about “touch is allowed, and touch is not allowed” sung repeatedly. The evaluation stage is to evaluate the children regarding the knowledge of sexual violence that they have obtained during counseling. At this stage, a report on the results of health education. The service results found that 82.7% of participants were 6 years old, and 53.8% were male. There is an increase in pre-school children's knowledge of personal body boundaries, areas of the body that can or should not be touched. This activity concludes that there is an increase in children's understanding of the prevention of sexual violence as evidenced by pre-school children being able to answer every question from the research.Keywords: sexual violence; body boundaries; preschool children
