Journal of Community Empowerment is multidisciplinary scientific journal in the field of empowerment and community Service, published by the English Department Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram with a publication period of two times in one year, namely in June and December. This journal covers some general problems from the results of research implemented to the community services including (1) social humanities, science, applied science, economic, health, cultural, ICT Development, and administration services, (2) Training and improvement in the results of educational, agricultural, information and communication, and appropriate technology, (3) community empowerment, students community services, local food security, marketing, and less developed region. The purpose of this journal publication is to disseminate conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the field of service to the community. This journal accepts manuscript in Bahasa or English.

Abstract

ABSTRAKUrgensi permasalahan yang akan dijawab dari program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu perihal media pembelajaran inovatif yang menjadi kebutuhan mendesak di era perkembangan teknologi 5.0, sebab interaksi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar menjadi kunci untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal. Mitra pelaksanaan PkM ini adalah MGMP Bahasa Indonesia MTs Kabupaten Kebumen dengan target peserta pelatihan sejumlah 70 guru. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara terstuktur dari tanggal 10 Juli 2025 hingga 30 Agustus 2025 dengan metode bauran (luring dan daring). Pelaksanaan PkM dibagi menjadi empat tahapan, yaitu:  (1) penyampaian materi, (2) demonstrasi, (3) diskusi dan monitoring pengembangan media pembelajaran, dan (4) evaluasi serta tindak lanjut. Luaran yang dihasilkan peserta pelatihan yaitu modul ajar yang dilengkapi dengan media pembelajaran inovatif yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil pelaksanaan program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) berupa pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran inovatif Bahasa Indonesia bagi guru MTs di Kabupaten Kebumen menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik. Evaluasi kegiatan memperlihatkan bahwa seluruh aspek evaluasi memperoleh skor tinggi dengan rerata nilai 4,35 hingga 4,75. Hal ini merepresentasikan bahwa pelatihan berjalan efektif, relevan, serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru. Saran yang dapat diberikan yakni perlu adanya pendampingan dan kolaborasi antar-guru untuk saling berbagi gagasan dan hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran inovatif sehingga aktivitas belajar mengajar Bahasa Indonesia pada MTs di Kabupaten Kebumen dapat berjalan dengan lebih bermakna. Kata kunci: kompetensi guru; media pembelajaran; bahasa indonesia; teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. ABSTRACTThe urgency of the problem that will be answered by this Community Service program is regarding innovative learning media which is an urgent need in the era of technological development 5.0, because student interaction and involvement in the teaching and learning process are the key to achieving optimal results. The partner for implementing this PkM is the MGMP Bahasa Indonesia MTs Kebumen Regency with a target of 70 training participants. The training was carried out in a structured manner from July 10, 2025 to August 30, 2025 with a blended method (offline and online). The implementation of PkM is divided into four stages, namely: (1) delivery of material, (2) demonstration, (3) discussion and monitoring of learning media development, and (4) evaluation and follow-up. The output produced by training participants is a teaching module equipped with innovative learning media that has been developed. The results of the implementation of the Community Service (PkM) program in the form of training on the development of innovative Indonesian language learning media for MTs teachers in Kebumen Regency showed very good results. The evaluation of the activity showed that all evaluation aspects obtained high scores with an average value of 4.35 to 4.75. This demonstrates that the training was effective, relevant, and aligned with teachers' needs. Suggestions include the need for mentoring and collaboration between teachers to share ideas and develop innovative learning media, thereby enhancing the meaningfulness of Indonesian language teaching and learning activities at MTs in Kebumen Regency. Keywords: teacher competency; learning media; Indonesian language; information and communication technology.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                               Industri rumahan jamu tradisional Bude Nur menghadapi tantangan terkait pemasaran dan pengemasan produk. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha melalui pelatihan yang mencakup tiga aspek utama: pemasaran digital, branding, dan desain kemasan modern. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan tim pengabdian masyarakat dari Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram, berkolaborasi dengan mitra untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan profesional. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif dan praktis, yang melibatkan mitra secara aktif dalam setiap tahapan program, mulai dari perencanaan hingga evaluasi. Selama pelatihan, mitra diajarkan cara memanfaatkan media sosial facebook dan platform e-commerce, untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Selain itu, pelatihan branding dan desain kemasan juga diberikan untuk membantu meningkatkan daya tarik produk jamu tradisional Bude Nur. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan daya saing produk Bude Nur yang signifikan. Mitra berhasil memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih luas, mengembangkan merek yang lebih kuat, dan merancang kemasan produk yang lebih informatif dan menarik. Program ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif bagi Bude Nur dalam mengembangkan kemampuan pemasaran dan pengemasan, serta memperluas jangkauan pasarnya. Kata kunci: pemasaran digital; branding; packaging; UMKM; jamu ABSTRACTBude Nur's traditional herbal medicine home industry faces challenges related to product marketing and packaging. This program aims to improve business competitiveness through training covering three main aspects: digital marketing, branding, and modern packaging design. The training was conducted by involving a community service team from the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram, collaborating with partners to develop more effective and professional marketing strategies. The methodology used in this activity is a participatory and practical approach, which actively involves partners in every stage of the program, from planning to evaluation. During the training, partners are taught how to utilize social media platforms like Facebook and e-commerce platforms to expand market reach. In addition, branding and packaging design training is also provided to help increase the appeal of Bude Nur's traditional herbal medicine products. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the competitiveness of Bude Nur's products. Partners successfully utilized a broader digital marketing strategy, developed a stronger brand, and designed more informative and attractive product packaging. This program has successfully had a positive impact on Bude Nur in developing marketing and packaging capabilities, as well as expanding its market reach. Keywords: digital marketing; branding; packaging; SMEs; herbal medicine

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Literasi dasar, khususnya membaca dan menulis, merupakan fondasi penting bagi perkembangan akademik dan sosial anak. Namun, anak-anak di Desa Margodadi masih menghadapi kendala, seperti rendahnya penguasaan huruf, kesulitan membaca kalimat sederhana, serta keterbatasan dalam menulis dengan ejaan yang benar. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi dasar anak melalui strategi pembelajaran kreatif dan menyenangkan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam empat tahapan. Pertama, persiapan, yang meliputi koordinasi dengan pihak desa dan orang tua siswa, identifikasi kebutuhan, serta penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran. Kedua, implementasi, dilakukan selama dua belas kali pertemuan dengan pendekatan belajar sambil bermain melalui media kartu huruf, permainan kata, dan komik edukatif. Ketiga, monitoring dan evaluasi, dilakukan secara berkala untuk menilai perkembangan keterampilan membaca dan menulis siswa melalui observasi, tes sederhana, serta analisis hasil belajar. Keempat, pelaporan, yaitu penyusunan hasil kegiatan dan rekomendasi tindak lanjut. Peserta program terdiri atas sebelas siswa (1 siswa TK, 7 siswa kelas II, dan 3 siswa kelas III). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: anak TK yang semula belum mengenal huruf mampu mengenali hampir seluruh alfabet dan mulai mengeja; sebagian besar siswa kelas II sudah lancar membaca kalimat sederhana dan mulai menulis dengan ejaan benar; sementara siswa kelas III semakin terampil menulis kalimat dengan struktur yang lebih baik. Nilai membaca berada pada rentang 76–95 dengan rata-rata 85,1, sedangkan nilai menulis pada rentang 72–90 dengan rata-rata 82,5. Sebanyak 82% siswa berada pada kategori baik hingga sangat baik. Dengan demikian, program PKM literasi ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca dan menulis dasar anak sekaligus menumbuhkan motivasi serta rasa percaya diri. Kata kunci: Literasi Anak; Membaca; Menulis; Pendampingan ABSTRACTBasic literacy, particularly reading and writing, is a crucial foundation for children’s academic and social development. However, children in Margodadi Village still face several challenges, such as limited mastery of letters, difficulties in reading simple sentences, and constraints in writing with correct spelling. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve children’s basic literacy skills through creative and enjoyable learning strategies. The activities were carried out in four stages. First, preparation, which included coordination with the village authorities and parents, needs identification, and the development of learning tools. Second, implementation, conducted over twelve meetings using a learning-by-playing approach through letter cards, word games, and educational comics. Third, monitoring and evaluation, conducted regularly to assess students’ reading and writing progress through observation, simple tests, and analysis of learning outcomes. Fourth, reporting, which involved compiling the results of the program and providing recommendations for follow-up actions. The program participants consisted of eleven students (1 kindergarten student, 7 second graders, and 3 third graders). The results showed significant improvement: the kindergarten student who previously did not recognize letters was able to identify almost the entire alphabet and began spelling; most second graders became fluent in reading simple sentences and started writing with correct spelling; while third graders showed greater ability in writing sentences with better structure. Reading scores ranged from 76 to 95 with an average of 85.1, while writing scores ranged from 72 to 90 with an average of 82.5. A total of 82% of students fell into the good to very good categories. Thus, this PKM literacy program proved effective in improving children’s basic reading and writing skills while also fostering motivation and self-confidence. Keywords: Children's Literacy; Reading; Writing; Assistance

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Sanggar Bhagaskara, yang terletak di Desa Wisata Kampung Majapahit, Bejijong, Kecamatan Trowulan, Kabupaten Mojokerto, memiliki potensi besar dalam mempromosikan seni dan budaya Jawa Timur, khususnya kepada wisatawan mancanegara. Namun, pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi masih menghadapi kendala, seperti keterbatasan keterampilan digital, penggunaan bahasa yang hanya berfokus pada bahasa Indonesia, serta ketidakkonsistenan dalam jadwal publikasi konten. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan media sosial, keterampilan promosi digital, dan penggunaan Bahasa Inggris peserta sebagai sarana promosi pariwisata desa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Juli 2024 secara luring di Sanggar Bhagaskara dengan melibatkan 17 peserta, yang terdiri dari pelaku wisata, pengelola homestay, UMKM, ibu PKK, dan pemuda desa. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup ceramah interaktif, praktik pembuatan konten (teks, foto, video) berbahasa Inggris, diskusi kelompok, serta evaluasi melalui kuisioner pre-test dan post-test. Selain itu, dilakukan pendampingan langsung dalam pembuatan jadwal unggahan dan strategi promosi digital yang konsisten. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kemampuan peserta dalam membuat konten promosi berbahasa Inggris seperti membuat caption dan narasi sederhana, serta meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya konsistensi dan strategi promosi di media sosial. Sebagian peserta langsung mempraktikkan hasil pelatihan dengan mengunggah konten baru yang lebih menarik dan ramah wisatawan mancanegara. Program ini diharapkan dapat memperluas jangkauan promosi pariwisata Desa Bejijong, meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara, serta menjadi model pendampingan serupa di bidang strategis lainnya. Kata kunci: Sanggar Bhagaskara; Desa Wisata Bejijong; pelatihan media sosial; promosi pariwisata; bahasa InggrisABSTRACTBhagaskara Studio, located in the Majapahit Tourism Village, Bejijong, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency, has great potential to promote East Javanese art and culture, particularly to international tourists. However, the use of social media as a promotional tool still faces challenges, such as limited digital skills, the exclusive use of the Indonesian language, and inconsistency in content posting schedules. The aim of this program is to enhance participants’ social media management skills, digital promotion capabilities, and use of English as a tool for promoting village tourism. The program was carried out in July 2024 offline at Bhagaskara Studio and involved 17 participants, including tourism actors, homestay managers, MSME owners, PKK women’s group members, and village youth. The implementation methods included interactive lectures, hands-on practice in creating English-language content (text, photos, videos), group discussions, and evaluation through pre- and post-test questionnaires. In addition, direct assistance was provided to help create posting schedules and consistent digital promotion strategies. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ ability to produce English-language promotional content, such as captions and simple narratives, as well as increased awareness of the importance of consistency and promotional strategies on social media. Several participants immediately applied what they had learned by uploading new, more engaging, and tourist-friendly content. This program is expected to expand the promotional reach of Bejijong Tourism Village, increase visits from both domestic and international tourists, and serve as a model for similar assistance programs in other strategic areas.  Keywords: Sanggar Bhagaskara; Bejijong Tourism Village; social media training; tourism promotion; English language

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tingginya volume sampah organik dari aktivitas Pasar Parung menimbulkan dampak lingkungan dan kesehatan yang signifikan, seperti bau, pencemaran air, serta potensi penyakit dari serangga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Twenty One Desa Waru, Kecamatan Parung, Kabupaten Bogor, untuk mengolah sampah organik menjadi pupuk organik berkualitas yang dapat digunakan sendiri maupun dipasarkan. Mitra, yaitu KWT Twenty One Desa Waru berjumlah 29 orang dengan latar pendidikan dasar hingga menengah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi mengenai manfaat pupuk organik dan pengolahan sampah, pelatihan praktik pembuatan pupuk menggunakan limbah sayuran dan buah dari pasar, penerapan teknologi mesin pencacah dan compost bag, serta pendampingan produksi, pengemasan, dan pemasaran produk. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan, serta uji kualitas pupuk yang dihasilkan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan peserta 32,8% atau dari rata-rata 60,7 menjadi 80, sementara 100% pupuk yang diproduksi memenuhi standar mutu. Selain itu, mitra berhasil menghasilkan pupuk siap pakai dalam jumlah rata-rata 5 compost bag per kelompok, membuka peluang ekonomi baru melalui penjualan lokal, serta mendukung keberlanjutan pertanian ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan integrasi pemberdayaan masyarakat, pengelolaan sampah, dan pengembangan usaha pertanian berbasis teknologi secara efektif.Kata kunci: pemberdayaan masyarakat; pupuk organik; sampah organik; compost bag; pengelolaan sampah.ABSTRACTThe high volume of organic waste from Pasar Parung activities poses significant environmental and health impacts, including unpleasant odors, water contamination, and potential disease transmission by insects. This community service activity aimed to enhance the capacity of the Twenty One Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Waru Village, Parung District, Bogor Regency, to process organic waste into high-quality organic fertilizer for personal use and local marketing. The group. KWT of Twenty One Waru Village consists of 29 members with elementary to secondary education backgrounds. The implementation methods included socialization on the benefits of organic fertilizer and waste management, hands-on training using vegetable and fruit waste from the market, application of chopper machines and compost bags, and mentoring on production, packaging, and marketing. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests to measure knowledge improvement, along with quality assessment of the produced fertilizer. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge scores by 32.8%, rising from an average of 60.7 to 80, while 100% of the produced fertilizer met quality standards. Furthermore, the participants successfully produced an average of five compost bags per group, creating new economic opportunities through local sales and supporting sustainable, environmentally friendly agriculture. This program effectively integrates community empowerment, waste management, and technologybased agricultural enterprise development.Keywords: community empowerment; organic fertilizer; organic waste; compost bag; waste management.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                Penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan remaja merupakan isu serius yang mengancam masa depan generasi muda. Program “SASAMBO” (Sosialisasi Remaja Bebas Narkoba) hadir sebagai upaya edukatif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan siswa mengenai bahaya narkoba. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dalam pencegahan bebas narkoba. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Praya dengan melibatkan 25 siswa anggota Palang Merah Remaja (PMR), yang telah dilaksanakan pada 16 Mei 2025. Metode yang digunakan berupa edukasi interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan evaluasi melalui pretest dan posttest. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan siswa setelah mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan informasi, tetapi juga membentuk sikap preventif terhadap penyalahgunaan narkoba. Dengan demikian, SASAMBO menjadi model edukasi yang potensial untuk diterapkan di sekolah-sekolah lain sebagai langkah strategis dalam pencegahan narkoba sejak dini.Kata kunci: narkoba; remaja; sosialisasi;pendidikan kesehatan, pencegahan ABSTRACTDrug abuse among adolescents is a serious issue that threatens the future of the younger generation. The "SASAMBO" (Socialization of Drug-Free Youth) program is presented as an educational effort to increase students' awareness and knowledge about the dangers of drugs. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase students' knowledge in preventing drug-free. This activity was carried out at SMAN 1 Praya with the involvement of 26 students who are members of the Youth Red Cross (PMR), which was implemented on May 16, 2025. The methods used were interactive education, group discussions, and evaluation through pretests and posttests. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in student knowledge after participating in the socialization activity. This program not only provides information, but also forms a preventive attitude towards drug abuse. Thus, SASAMBO is a potential educational model to be implemented in other schools as a strategic step in early drug prevention. Keywords: drugs; adolescents; awareness campaign; health education; prevention

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Pertanian organik memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk dan kesejahteraan petani, namun keterbatasan pengetahuan terkait branding, pengemasan, dan manajemen usaha masih menjadi kendala. Mitra kegiatan adalah Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Maju Bersama Nagari Kamang Tangah Anam Suku yang beranggotakan 20 orang. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas keterampilan kelompok dalam merancang identitas produk, mengembangkan strategi branding, dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk promosi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Juli–Agustus 2025 melalui ceramah, diskusi, workshop, praktikum pengemasan, dan simulasi desain produk. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan observasi terhadap lima indikator utama, yaitu pemahaman branding, keterlibatan pembuatan kemasan, kemampuan penggunaan logo dan label, motivasi mengemas produk dengan baik, serta kemampuan menjelaskan keunggulan produk. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang pentingnya branding peserta sebesar 75% dan keterampilan teknis sebesar 68% dalam desain kemasan serta produksi pupuk organik padat, pupuk cair, ecoenzym, ZPT Trichoderma, POC Jakaba, dan PSB. The partner of this program was the Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Maju Bersama of Nagari Kamang Tangah Anam Suku, consisting of 20 members. The aim of this activity was to enhance the group’s skill capacity in designing product identity, developing branding strategies, and utilizing digital technology for promotion. The program was conducted in July–August 2025 through lectures, discussions, workshops, packaging practices, and product design simulations. Evaluation was carried out through observation based on five key indicators: understanding of branding, involvement in packaging, ability to use logos and labels, motivation to package products properly, and ability to explain product advantages. The results indicated a 75% increase in participants’ understanding of branding and a 68% improvement in technical skills in packaging design and the production of solid organic fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, eco-enzyme, Trichoderma-based PGR, Jakaba liquid organic fertilizer, and photosynthetic bacteria. This program contributed to strengthening members’ soft and hard skills as well as the sustainability of organic farming enterprises at the village level. Keywords: organic farming; product branding;  packaging; business management

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Bolon Colomadu Karanganyar menghadapi permasalahan keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, belum adanya sistem pembelajaran digital (Learning Management System/LMS) dan sistem administrasi terintegrasi, serta rendahnya literasi digital guru dan siswa. Tujuan program ini adalah mengembangkan inovasi sistem pembelajaran dan administrasi berbasis teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan dan efisiensi administrasi sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan literasi digital bagi guru dan staf, penyediaan infrastruktur pendukung, penerapan platform LMS, pendampingan, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan. Tahapan kegiatan ini dimulai dengan penyerapan aspirasi mitra bulan Mei 2025 dilanjutkan koordinasi dengan tim dosen dan mahasiswa merancang dan membuat aplikasi sesuai permasalahan mitra dari bulan Juli-September 2025 dan kemudian evaluasi kegiatan di bulan September 2025. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Bolon dengan jumlah peserta 70 siswa, 15 guru, dan 5 staf administrasi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui monitoring kuantitatif (partisipasi penggunaan LMS, data administrasi digital) dan kualitatif (FGD serta angket kepuasan). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan literasi digital guru dan siswa sebesar 100% sesuai target, efisiensi administrasi meningkat hingga 30%, serta efektivitas pembelajaran digital meningkat 25%. Program ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas layanan pendidikan, kemandirian belajar siswa, serta mendukung pencapaian SDGs bidang pendidikan berkualitas dan inovasi teknologi. Kata kunci: inovasi pembelajaran; administrasi digital; literasi digital; LMS; SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Bolon. ABSTRACTSMP Muhammadiyah 7 Bolon Colomadu Karanganyar faces the challenges is the lack of infrastuctures of technology, learning management system (LMS) and intregated administration system as well as the lack of literacy level of teachers and students. The objective of this program is developing effective innovation system in administration and learning management system. The methods consists of socialization, digital literacy training for staff, teachers, providing insfrastrucrure, implementation, coaching and sustainable evaluation. The stages of this program started with aspiration discussion in Mey 2025, continued with the coordination with team tesearch and students, designing and developing system based on the real problem from July-September 2025 and lasted with evaluation in September 2025. The join partner of this program is SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Colomadu with 70 students, 15 teachers, 5 staffs of administration. Evaluation done through quantitative monitoring (participation of LMS users, digital administration data) and qualitative (FGD and survey). The results of the program is the significant increase of digital literacy up to 100%, efficiency on administration 30% increase and effective learning process up to 25% increase. ABSTRAK                                                                            Keluarga nelayan di wilayah pesisir Paciran menghadapi tantangan ketergantungan tinggi terhadap hasil tangkapan laut yang menyebabkan pendapatan fluktuatif, terutama saat musim paceklik. Perempuan nelayan memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga melalui pengolahan hasil laut, namun terhambat oleh keterbatasan keterampilan teknis, pengetahuan pemasaran, akses teknologi, serta dukungan kelembagaan. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan perempuan nelayan melalui diversifikasi produk olahan hasil laut berbasis kearifan lokal dan teknologi tepat guna. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, workshop, penyuluhan, dan praktikum yang difokuskan pada peningkatan keterampilan teknis (pengolahan dan pengemasan), penguatan pengetahuan manajemen usaha kecil, serta literasi pemasaran digital. Mitra kegiatan adalah Paguyuban Perempuan Paciran Berdaya yang beranggotakan 14 orang (5 lulusan SMP, 6 lulusan SMA, dan 3 lulusan perguruan tinggi). Evaluasi dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui observasi lapangan, kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, dan forum refleksi untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, kepercayaan diri, pengelolaan keuangan, pembentukan usaha baru, dan partisipasi kelompok. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan usaha mikro (85%), kepercayaan diri (80%), pengelolaan keuangan keluarga (75%), pembentukan usaha baru (60%), dan keterlibatan aktif dalam kelompok usaha (70%). Peningkatan ini selaras dengan tujuan program, yakni memperkuat pengetahuan dan keterampilan perempuan nelayan dalam mengolah hasil laut, mengelola usaha, serta memasarkan produk secara lebih efektif. Kata kunci: pemberdayaan perempuan; keluarga nelayan; diversifikasi produk olahan laut; pemasaran digital; ekonomi pesisir berkelanjutan ABSTRACTFishing families in the coastal area of Paciran face the challenge of high dependency on marine catches, which results in fluctuating income, particularly during the off-season. Fisherwomen hold significant potential to increase household income through seafood processing; however, they are constrained by limited technical skills, inadequate marketing knowledge, restricted access to technology, and insufficient institutional support. This community service program aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of fisherwomen through the diversification of seafood products based on local wisdom and appropriate technology. The implementation methods include socialization, workshops, counseling, and practical training focused on improving technical skills (processing and packaging), strengthening knowledge of small business management, and developing digital marketing literacy. The program’s partner is the Paguyuban Perempuan Paciran Berdaya (Empowered Paciran Women’s Association), consisting of 14 members (5 junior high school graduates, 6 senior high school graduates, and 3 university graduates). Evaluation was conducted participatively through field observation, questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and reflection forums to measure improvements in knowledge, skills, self-confidence, financial management, establishment of new businesses, and group participation. The results indicate significant improvements in micro-enterprise skills (85%), self-confidence (80%), household financial management (75%), establishment of new businesses (60%), and active involvement in business groups (70%). These improvements are in line with the program’s objectives, namely strengthening fisherwomen’s knowledge and skills in processing seafood, managing enterprises, and marketing products more effectively. Keywords: women’s empowerment; fishing families; seafood product diversification; digital marketing; sustainable coastal economy

ABSTRAK                                                                            Program penguatan literasi hukum tata negara dilaksanakan untuk menjawab rendahnya pemahaman guru PPKn terhadap konsep konstitusi dan penerapannya dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan tahap koordinasi bersama MGMP PPKn Kabupaten Malang guna menyepakati kebutuhan, tujuan, serta bentuk intervensi yang tepat. Selanjutnya, dilakukan penyusunan dan distribusi modul ringkas yang dirancang agar mudah dipahami dan relevan dengan praktik pembelajaran. Pada tahap implementasi, guru mengikuti sosialisasi konsep dasar, workshop pengembangan perangkat ajar, penyuluhan interaktif mengenai isu-isu aktual, serta praktikum perancangan desain pembelajaran yang kontekstual. Selama kegiatan, komunitas praktik berbasis daring dibentuk sebagai ruang diskusi dan pertukaran pengalaman antar guru. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest–posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan, observasi partisipatif terhadap keterampilan pedagogik, dan analisis tingkat keterlibatan guru dalam forum daring. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata 34,7% pada pemahaman konseptual, 29,5% pada keterampilan pedagogik, serta partisipasi aktif hingga 85% dalam komunitas praktik. Modul ringkas dinilai memudahkan pemahaman materi, sedangkan komunitas daring memperkuat kolaborasi antarguru. Dengan demikian, program ini terbukti efektif dalam mendorong guru mengintegrasikan isu hukum tata negara secara kontekstual sekaligus meningkatkan kompetensi profesional. Kata kunci: literasi hukum; PPKn; modul ringkas; komunitas daring; guru sekolah menengah ABSTRACTThe constitutional law literacy strengthening program was implemented to address the low level of PPKn teachers’ understanding of constitutional concepts and their application in classroom instruction. The activity began with a coordination stage with the PPKn Teacher Working Group (MGMP) of Malang Regency to identify needs, set objectives, and determine appropriate intervention strategies. Subsequently, a concise module was developed and distributed to provide accessible and relevant learning materials. The implementation stage consisted of conceptual socialization, workshops on teaching material development, interactive counseling on current issues, and practicum sessions for designing contextual lesson plans. During the program, an online community of practice was established to facilitate discussion and experience sharing among teachers. Evaluation was conducted through pretest–posttest to measure knowledge improvement, participatory observation to assess pedagogical skills, and analysis of teacher engagement in the online forum. The results showed an average increase of 34.7% in conceptual understanding, 29.5% in pedagogical skills, and up to 85% active participation in the community of practice. The concise module was perceived as effective in simplifying content, while the online community enhanced collaboration and peer learning. Thus, the program proved effective in enabling teachers to integrate constitutional law issues contextually in their classrooms while strengthening professional competence. Keywords: legal literacy; civic education; concise module; online community; secondary school teachers
