Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh nilai peserta didik yang belum mencapai Standar Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) yaitu 78 pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Melalui wawancara diketahui bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran guru hanya menggunakan buku ajar yang disediakan oleh pihak sekolah. Guru juga belum menggunakan media pembelajaran dengan pemanfaatan teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kevalidan, keefektifan dan kepraktisan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis articulate storyline pada materi teks pidato kelas VIII SMP Negeri 25 Balikpapan Barat Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development atau R&D, dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi dan angket respon. Sebelum dilakukan uji coba lapangan, media pembelajaran interaktif dilakukan validasi oleh validator untuk mengetahui kelayakannya dan selanjutnya direvisi serta dilakukan uji coba. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif yang dikembangkan dinyatakan “Sangat Valid” dengan perolehan penilaian sebesar 96,2%. “Sangat Praktis” sebesar 95% dan “Sangat Efektif” dengan presentase keefektifan sebesar 81,3%. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis articulate storyline yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat valid, sangat efektif dan sangat praktis serta layak digunakan sebagai alteranatif media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 25 Balikpapan Barat.

This study aims to examine the procedures and criteria applied in determining the level of disaster emergency status and its potential escalation to national disaster status in Indonesia. The study draws on the context of the earthquake, tsunami, and liquefaction disasters that struck Palu City seven years ago. It employs three principal models that illustrate authority relationships among national, provincial, regency, and municipal jurisdictions within the framework of intergovernmental relations in Indonesia. The study also seeks to understand the dynamics of intergovernmental relations operating at both structural and behavioral levels by adopting Deil S. Wright’s conceptualization of intergovernmental relations, with particular emphasis on an in-depth examination of the Coordinate Authority Model. The findings reveal distinct boundaries among levels of government in the procedures and criteria used to determine disaster status. Central and local governments are connected not only through formal coordination mechanisms during periods of disaster escalation but also through a profound degree of interdependence in determining emergency status. Under certain circumstances, this interdependence generates bureaucratic tensions among governmental actors and levels of authority.

Discussion on the legal certainty of underhand sales carried out by curators in the settlement of bankrupt estates. The method used in this research is a normative legal research type, namely library legal research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources. The results of the research on the Legal Certainty of Underhand Sales Carried Out by Curators in the Settlement of Bankrupt Estates are valid and carried out with the permission of the Supervisory Judge as regulated in Article 185 paragraph 2 of the Bankruptcy Law "In the event that public sales as referred to in paragraph (1) are not achieved, underhand sales can be carried out with the permission of the Supervisory Judge. In addition, the advice expected is that curators must act with professional care to maintain independence and minimize legal risks.

Keberlanjutan finansial rumah sakit menjadi tantangan strategis di tengah volatilitas harga, gangguan rantai pasok, dan meningkatnya tuntutan efisiensi pelayanan kesehatan. Tata kelola pengadaan barang dan jasa berperan penting dalam menjaga stabilitas keuangan, namun implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, belum optimalnya digitalisasi, dan lemahnya pengawasan internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi tata kelola pengadaan barang dan jasa dalam menjaga sustainabilitas finansial rumah sakit. Penelitian menggunakan metode literature review dengan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, ResearchGate, serta dokumen resmi dari World Health Organization. Seleksi literatur dilakukan pada artikel full text berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris periode 2020–2026, sehingga diperoleh sembilan artikel yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-procurement, e-catalogue, kontrol internal berbasis digital, optimalisasi manajemen persediaan, dan realokasi anggaran adaptif mampu meningkatkan efisiensi biaya, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pengadaan, yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan rasio efektivitas keuangan dari 81,02% menjadi 118,49% serta penurunan rasio inefisiensi dari 112,21% menjadi 81,10%. Namun, keterbatasan SDM bersertifikat, rendahnya optimalisasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit, dan perencanaan logistik yang belum terintegrasi masih menjadi hambatan utama. Kesimpulannya integrasi teknologi digital, penguatan kompetensi SDM, dan pengawasan internal yang berkelanjutan merupakan strategi utama dalam menjaga sustainabilitas finansial rumah sakit.

Discussion regarding legal certainty regarding the issuance of certificates originating from former customary land whose data in letter c was changed by the village head while in office. The method used in the research is a normative legal research type, namely library legal research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results of the research on legal certainty regarding the issuance of certificates originating from former customary land whose data in Letter C was changed by the village head while in office that the issuance of land title certificates originating from former customary land based on Letter C in principle depends on the validity of physical data and legal data which are the basis for the land registration process. Land title certificates are strong evidence regarding ownership of land rights, but the strength of their proof still depends on the validity of the issuance process, so if the issuance of certificates is based on unauthorized changes in village administrative data, then the certificate has the potential to cause disputes and can even be canceled through a court decision.

The discussion on the legal certainty of land ownership certificates through complete systematic land registration (PTSL) is related to land disputes due to overlapping. The method used in this study is a normative juridical research type, namely library legal research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources. Research results The resolution of disputes over overlapping land title certificates from PTSL results can be achieved through non-litigation channels (mediation at the Land Office/BPN) or litigation (lawsuits at the PTUN or District Court). The main steps include checking the validity of the certificate, mediation, and if necessary, cancellation of one of the certificates proven to be administratively flawed. The existence of multiple certificates is a serious problem that directly impacts the legal certainty of land rights. Legal certainty of land rights through PTSL is related to land disputes due to overlapping aims to minimize disputes, but overlapping certificates still occur due to administrative errors, mapping, or inaccurate physical data. Settlement of this dispute requires mediation at the Land Office or a lawsuit to the State Administrative Court (PTUN) for cancellation of the duplicate certificate.

This study aims to analyse the evolution of Islamic law in reacting to the growth of the digital society in Indonesia, especially changes in patterns of contact, transaction, communication, and technology-based religious rituals. This study uses a normative juridical approach with a conceptual and statutory approach. The data were gathered via a literature review on the Qur’an, hadith, Islamic legal maxims, fatwas, legislation and related scientific material. The results reveal that Islamic law has an adaptable nature through the process of ijtihad, maqasid al-sharia, maslahah, and fatwa revision. This is evident in the regulation of digital transactions, protection of personal data, platform-based Islamic economics, usage of artificial intelligence, and the transmission of religious information via social media. But these advancements also bring along a number of difficulties such as misinformation, privacy breaches, cybercrime, confusion in electronic contracts and poor levels of digital legal literacy. Islamic law reform must therefore be contextual and collaborative, firmly anchored in the concepts of justice, public benefit, rights protection and moral responsibility. There is a need for a stronger synergy between religious scholars, academics, government institutions, technology industry actors and society in formulating applicable regulations and fatwas that are in harmony with national law and capable of anticipating rapidly evolving and increasingly complex technological developments. The study indicates that the reform of Islamic law is a strategic requirement for the relevance, responsiveness, and ability of sharia rules to provide legal certainty for the digital society of Indonesia.

This article analyzes service promotion strategies in improving the effectiveness of marketing communication in the digital era. The study applies a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method. The main reference is Fatihudin and Firmansyah (2019) in Pemasaran Jasa: Strategi, Mengukur Kepuasan, dan Loyalitas Pelanggan. The analysis is strengthened by journal articles that discuss integrated marketing communication, website quality, electronic word of mouth, customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. The findings show that service promotion requires a more complex approach than the promotion of tangible goods because services are intangible, difficult to evaluate before consumption, and strongly influenced by the quality of interaction between providers and customers. The study also finds that digital development has broadened the scope of service promotion through websites, social media, and electronic word of mouth. Therefore, the effectiveness of service promotion depends on the firm's ability to integrate promotional messages consistently, build customer trust, and deliver satisfying service experiences. Effective service promotion not only attracts market attention but also strengthens customer satisfaction and long term loyalty.

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, career development, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of banking employees in South Konawe Regency. This research was conducted by survey method to 91 Bank employees in South Konawe district. The data analysis used was descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using PLS SEM analysis. The results of the study show that the competence, career development, organizational commitment and job satisfaction of banking employees in South Konawe Regency have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on employee performance.

This research aims to test and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of workload and work environment on the performance of employees of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of West Muna Regency. This research approach is a survey with an explanatory research design. The sample for this research was employees and honorary staff of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of West Muna Regency using a purposive sampling method of 41 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis equipment used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that simultaneously workload and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of West Muna Regency. Partially, workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that workload does not have a positive and significant contribution to employee performance, while the work environment has a positive contribution to increasing employee performance which is described through quality, quantity, punctuality, attendance and ability to work together.
