Abstract

Low or poor nutritional status in the growth of infants and children, namely at the age of under five years, can result in impaired physical growth and intelligence. Rapid brain development can only be achieved if the child has good nutritional status. Children given complementary foods after 6 months are generally smarter and have stronger immune systems, reducing the risk of food allergies. The research design was a completely randomized design using three variations of the formula comparison of catfish flour: spinach flour: wheat flour, P1 (15 g: 45 g: 240 g), P2 (30 g: 30 g: 240 g), and P3 (45 g: 15 g: 240 g). Then organoleptic and acceptability tests were carried out. The results showed that the characteristics of catfish flour have a brownish white color, a fishy aroma of catfish, a slightly rough texture, and a slightly lumpy texture. Spinach flour is bright green, has a powerful spinach aroma, a smooth texture, and does not lump. Biscuit products have characteristics of green color, savory taste, crunchy texture, and aroma not typical of catfish. The acceptance test results showed that 30 panelists liked the flavor and smell of formula P2, while the texture and color were like formula P3.

Abstract

Soybean is a complete protein, inexpensive and is one of the food ingredients that contain groups of essential and non-essential amino acids, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals. Staphylococcus is coccus bacteria, gram positive with an irregular arrangement or clusters like grapes. Staphylococcus aureus is a bacterium that is non-spore, non-motile, facultative anaerobe, oxidase negative and catalase positive. The aim of the study was to determine the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria in alternative media for soybeans as a substance for Nutrient agar media. The type of experimental research is to conduct a trial on the concentration of soy bean powder. research  population of soybeans purchased at Lubuk Pakam market. Is an experimental method for the growth of staphylococcus aureus bacteria in soybean media as a substitute for Nutrient agar. Of research from soybeans (Glycine max L. Merr) can be used as an alternative source of protein in the manufacture of alternative media, but have slight differences in the size of the colony, the color of the colony and the color of the pigment produced with varying concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60% and 80%.  Soybeans are effectively used as an alternative protein source to replace Nutrient agar media in growing Staphylococcus aureus bacteria for a more effective concentration, namely at a concentration of 60% when viewed from the number of colonies obtained in the soybean media

Abstract

Bacground: HIV remains a global challenge with millions of new cases each year. In Indonesia, cases continue to rise, particularly among individuals in their productive years. Beyond medical challenges, stigma and mental health issues significantly impact the quality of life and treatment adherence of people living with HIV (PLHIV). Peer support has proven effective in reducing stigma, enhancing coping mechanisms, and motivating treatment adherence while fostering an inclusive environment. Methods: This systematic review was conducted following the PRISMA guidelines. Articles were sourced from databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect using keywords like "peer support," "mental health," and "HIV." Out of 33,181 identified articles, 9 met the inclusion criteria and were further analyzed.Result: The results of this systematic review encompass several key aspects identified in the studies, including respondent characteristics, the effects of peer support on mental health, the role of stigma, as well as implications for quality of life, communication competence, and support for adolescents living with HIV Conclusion: Peer support is effective in improving the mental health and quality of life of people living with HIV (PLHIV) by reducing depression, anxiety, and stress, while also strengthening coping mechanisms. However, stigma remains a significant barrier, particularly among high-risk groups such as MSM. Integrating peer support with stigma reduction programs and mental health services is highly recommended to enhance the well-being of PLHIV.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of manual testing and automated testing using Cypress on the Mangkasir website, a web-based point of sales (POS) system. The research method used is a comparative study with a quantitative approach, involving direct testing of key features such as login, product management, transactions, and store management. Data were collected based on execution time and test case results for both methods. The testing results indicate that automated testing provides faster execution, higher consistency, and greater script reusability compared to manual testing, which is generally slower and prone to human error. Although several features could not be tested comprehensively due to technical limitations, the findings recommend the adoption of automated testing as a more efficient solution for software testing, especially in repetitive testing scenarios.
