Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence training, teaching experience, and organizational culture have on teacher professionalism in public high schools partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research with ex-post facto research type. The population in this study were all teachers at public high schools in Muara Enim District, totaling 128 people who were taken as respondents (population study). Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation studies. Instrument validity test using Expert Judgment and Product Moment Correlation. Instrument reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that: 1) There is a partial effect of training on teacher professionalism by 8.8%, this is indicated by the tcount value of 2.871> ttable 1.979; significance value of 0.005 <0.05; 2) There is a partial effect of teaching experience on teacher professionalism by 7.1%, this is indicated by the tcount value of 2.269> ttable 1.979; significance value of 0.025 < 0.05; 3) There is a partial influence of school organizational culture on teacher professionalism by 10.1%, this is indicated by the tcount value of 2.603 > ttable 1.979; significance value of 0.010 < 0.05; and 4) Simultaneously there is an influence of training, teaching experience, and school organizational culture on the professionalism of public high school teachers in Muara Enim District by 26.1%, this is indicated by the Fcount value 14.579 > Ftable 2.68 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Education is something that never stops developing and always raises many different problems. As technology and communication develop, school-age children, especially teenagers at the SMA/MA level who are still searching for their identity, are very vulnerable to the problems of globalization and the decline in morality. There are 3 data collections used in this research plan, namely interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of research using descriptive analysis, it was found that students at MA Bustanul Muta'alimin, Blitar City, still lack aspects of time discipline and often ignore school rules. So the implementation of school rules and regulations at MA Bustanul Muta'allimin Blitar City is in the medium category.4. MA Bustanul Muta'allimin Blitar City. Teachers play an important role in enforcing rules and regulations at school and are responsible for educating students to make them better. Everything a teacher does at school should be interpreted as part of the educational process, teachers as examples and role models for students.

Abstract

Learning is a combination of two activities, learning and teaching. Methodological learning activities tend to be more dominant among students, while instructional teaching is carried out by teachers. So, the term learning is a summary of the words learning and teaching. Learning is usually provided by educators so that the process of acquiring knowledge and knowledge, mastering skills and habits, as well as forming attitudes and beliefs in students can occur. In other words, learning is a process to help students learn well. Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) is an important component of learning in schools, both formal and informal schools. We can see this from the existence of PPKn subjects at various levels of education, from elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP). High School (SMA) or college. In accordance with the opening words of the 1945 Constitution, "to make the life of the nation intelligent" which is the ideal of the Indonesian nation, is one of the drivers that Pancasila and Citizenship Education is very important in learning. Pancasila and citizenship education is an important part of the education curriculum in Indonesia. MTs Ma'arif NU 2 Sutojayan integrates Pancasila and citizenship learning into existing subjects. This learning aims to teach the basic values ​​of Pancasila, the rights and obligations of citizens, as well as knowledge about the Indonesian government system. The importance of learning Pancasila and citizenship education is to form citizens who have a good understanding of their duties and responsibilities in society and government.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Learning Management System (LMS) Classroom on the learning outcomes of students in the Prima Bina Insani Professional 1-year education program. In this study the method used is quantitative. Quantitative methods are research in the form of numbers or numbers. Quantitative methods can be interpreted as research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research on certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative / statistical, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The t table value with a significant level = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (dk) = 28 from the distribution table obtained t table = 1.70113 with the results of the calculation of t count> t table or 8.32> 1.70113 thus Hₒ is rejected and H1 acceptance occurs. This shows that there is an effect of using learning media based on LMS Classroom on student learning outcomes in wordpress lessons in the Prima Bina Insani Professional 1 Year Education Program.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research aimed at improving student learning outcomes in the Graphic Design Printing subject for Class XI Multimedia students at SMK Negeri 2 Bone by utilizing Netsupport School Software. The subjects of the study consisted of 23 students from Class XI Multimedia. Data collection techniques used were tests, observation sheets, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed descriptively. The success indicators of the action were marked by 75% of the students participating in the learning process achieving a score of ≥ 75 on the post-test of cycle II. The research results showed that the percentage of students achieving a score of ≥ 75 in cycle I was 43.48%, which increased by 34.82% to 78.3% in cycle II. The conclusion of this study is that the utilization of Netsupport School Software can improve the learning outcomes of Class XI Multimedia students at SMK Negeri 2 Bone

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of the function Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Method in the proses of teaching and learning in reading comprehension on descriptive text. A pre-experimental analysis was carried out at SMAN 1 Batukliang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat with the analysis subjects being eleven grade pupils of class B for the 2024/ 2025 academic year who were selected using the cluster random sampling method to meet the investigation target. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the use of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Method has a very significant influence on pupils' reading comprehension on descriptive texts as shown by an improvement in pupils' scores on the post-test and students' learning behavior towards reading activities. In conclusion, this research proves that teaching reading comprehension on descriptive texts using the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) technique was effective.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat produktivitas dalam pembelajaran bahasa indonesia siswa kelas V di SDN 1 Bunut Baok. Serta penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang kurang efisien oleh guru dan siswa cenderung kesulitan dalam menangkap isi materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Maka perlu adanya penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang tepat sehingga pembelajaran lebih efisien dan siswa lebih faham sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dalam pembelajaran bahasa indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Zettelkasten Take Not On Go untuk meningkatkan produktivits belajar pada mata pelajaran bahasa indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen) dengan menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Data penelitian diperoleh dari post test. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus uji t-test diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel berarti H1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh penerapan model Zettelkasten Take Not On Go terhadap tingkat produktivitas belajar siswa kelas V dalam pembelajaran bahasa indonesia di SDN 1 Bunut Baok, Kec Praya, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah

Abstract

Osters are one of the image based learning media contain the lates innovations. This study aims to produce a poster design for oyster mushroom planting media with a mixture of banana stem waste in biology learning for clas x of high school. This study was conducted in februari – april 2025 at the naturallaboratory of biology education pmipa fkip, riau university. The design o this poster refers to the addie development model. At the analysis stag, an independent curiculum analysis was carried out on the biology material for calss x of high school issue by the ministry of education, culture, research and technology (kemendikbudristek). The analysis aims to determine atp and materials that the are suitable for use and made that are adjusted to learning objectives. The design stage is carried out by designing learning ecives and designing posters. The process of making poster media stars from compiling a framework with contents that the are made lengtwise with a4 paper size 29,5 x 21 cm. Based on the result of the analysis, design, and development, the result of the study can be used as one of the learning resources in the from of learning posters on the material on environmental chage and wase management for class x of high school, meeting 4.

Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan di Indonesia melalui penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut adanya pergeseran paradigma dalam pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Namun demikian, praktik evaluasi yang terjadi di lapangan masih banyak didominasi oleh pendekatan konvensional yang belum sepenuhnya sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip evaluasi formatif, autentik, dan berbasis proyek sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam kurikulum tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasi, dan menganalisis model-model evaluasi pendidikan yang relevan dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka melalui studi kepustakaan dan analisis kebijakan resmi dari Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dalam kerangka penelitian pustaka, data diperoleh dari dokumen kebijakan resmi serta berbagai literatur akademik yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) memiliki relevansi tinggi dengan prinsip evaluasi holistik yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Model ini tidak hanya menilai hasil akhir, tetapi juga memperhatikan konteks, sumber daya, dan proses pembelajaran secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model evaluasi dalam Kurikulum Merdeka perlu didukung melalui pelatihan guru yang berorientasi pada asesmen formatif dan reflektif, serta penyusunan standar instrumen evaluasi yang kontekstual dan adaptif. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan evaluasi berbasis konstruktivisme serta implikasi praktis bagi para pembuat kebijakan dalam mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di tingkat satuan pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas berbagai model pembelajaran inovatif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, menganalisis bagaimana pendekatan-pendekatan baru dalam pengajaran dapat mempengaruhi semangat dan ketertarikan siswa terhadap materi pelajaran. Fokus penelitian ini mencakup perbandingan dampak model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, berbasis proyek, blended learning, dan gamification terhadap aspek intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik motivasi belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah sintesis hasil penelitian terdahulu (kajian pustaka sistematis) terhadap sejumlah artikel jurnal ilmiah, prosiding, dan tesis yang relevan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penelaahan cermat laporan penelitian empiris, identifikasi pola efektivitas, serta analisis faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman komprehensif tentang model pembelajaran inovatif yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di berbagai jenjang pendidikan.
