Abstract

In language teaching and learning, we have a lot to select from the world of technology: Radio, TV, CD-ROM, Computers, CALL, the Internet, Electronic Dictionaries, Email, Blogs and Audio Cassettes, PowerPoint, Videos, DVDs or VCDs. The last two decades have witnessed a revolution due to the onset of technology, and it has changed the undercurrents of various industries. It has also influenced industries and how people interact and work. This rapid growth and expansion of information technology have presented a better pattern for discovering a new teaching model. Technology plays a very vital role in English teaching. Using multimedia to generate a context to teach English has its exclusive advantages. This paper investigated the need for multimedia technology in language teaching and discussed the problems tackled using these technologies. It also intends to make English teachers conscious of the strategies to use it authentically.

Abstract

This research aims to answer the legal construction of women's rights in the inheritance of Rote Ndao East Nusa Tenggara custom, and analysis of Supreme Court Decision Number 1048 K/Pdt/2012 in the distribution of women's inheritance in Rote Ndao East Nusa Tenggara custom. This research uses a doctrinal approach, using the Legislation approach, case approach and concept approach. Rote Ndao Regency of East Nusa Tenggara Province is included in the patrilineal group, which means that sons become or are recognized as heirs and daughters do not have the right position as heirs because in this case girls are not included in the patrilineal group, legal construction related to the recognition of women's rights is reflected in Supreme Court Decision Number 1048 K / Pdt / 2012 which provides a concrete picture related to the recognition of women's rights in customary inheritance law, especially in Rote Ndao Regency of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The attitude of the Supreme Court Judges who reformed the inheritance law of Rote Ndao by recognizing women's rights in the distribution of inheritance in accordance with the Ratio Decidendi states that customary laws that are not in accordance with legal developments in society, such as customary laws that do not recognize women's rights as equal to the position of men, can no longer be maintained.

Abstract

Abstract Education is a tool to raise the degree and quality of the nation. Education is also a pillar of the nation's civilization and the intellectual life of the nation. Prophetic education is a process of transferring knowledge and values which aims to get closer to God and nature and at the same time understand them to build an ideal social community (khairul ummah). The research method is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The values of prophetic education contained in the udeng tradition are as follows: 1) the pillars of Transcendence consist of: the relationship of monotheism. Symbolized by Udeng, the two sides of the scroll depict the two sentences of the creed and teachings from the holy book. It is symbolized that Udeng has 4 corners describing the sources of law (Quran, Hadith, Ijma, Qiyas) The Quran is a source of law as well as a way of life and teachings sourced from the holy book. 2) Liberation pillars consist of: teaching people to be able to do good wherever they are. It is symbolized by the udeng coils that go around the head as a picture of good deeds in any place and putting the interests of others first. It is symbolized by black cloth which is the basis for the traditional color of udeng. 3) Humanization pillar consists of Brotherhood. It is symbolized by udeng which must be tied tightly and live side by side. Symbolized by batik that surrounds the udeng cloth

Abstract

Internalization the character values ​​of love for the motherland exists to unite differences and the spirit of love for the motherland so that it can unite all groups, be it from different cultures, ethnicities, customs and religions. However, incidents of violence in the name of religion have emerged which often become a phenomenon that appears a lot or is known as radicalism in Indonesia. Responding to this threat, UIJ BEM students, supported by students and also the chancellor, declared the campus anti-radical by saying that this declaration was a form of love for the homeland. To analyze and describelevelinternalization of the character values ​​of loving the motherland in preventing radicalism at the Islamic University of Jember. This study uses a qualitative approach by producing descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior about Value Internalization Value of the Character of Love for the Motherland in Preventing Radicalism. The results obtained from this study are the character values ​​of loving the homeland which are manifested in the form of campus institutional rules under the auspices of the Nahdatul Ulama Foundation. The vision and mission of the campus are not only Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyah, but also highly committed to upholding Pancasila and -The 1945 Constitution, Strengthening love for the motherland through PKKBM, seminars and general courses, Application of love for the motherland through ceremonial events such as independence, students' day, national recitation and others, Singing the national anthem and hubbul wathan at every event or activity important, Posting photos of the president, vice president, eagle, and campus vision and mission in every classroom, Declaring UIJ as an anti-radical campus. radical issues to grow and develop. Because everything that is applied and accustomed to on the UIJ campus is contrary to the characteristics or indicators of radicalism.

Abstract

Economic development, especially in border areas, continues to be a concern for the central and regional governments. The gap in economic growth in the border areas occurs in Indonesia's outermost regions, one of which is in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan, which directly borders Sarawak, Malaysia. The real form of the government. President Joko Widodo issued Presidential Instruction Number 1 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Economic Development in Border Areas, one of which is Sambas Regency. As for the Presidential Instruction, specifically for the Aruk border area, 21 work programs involve Ministries, Institutions, and Regional Governments. This research uses a qualitative approach, this study sees that economic development in the border area is carried out by collaboration between the Central Government and the Regional Government to accelerate economic development in the Sambas border area, West Kalimantan.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology, companies are expected to be able to make good use of technology so that business activities can run effectively and efficiently. Handling the production process which was originally carried out manually is slowly being replaced by machines that help manage data in a computerized manner. The use of the system helps companies in terms of human resources, finance, and product management. One of the activities that cannot be separated from production activities is inventory management. Entrepreneurs can use a variety of applications to help manage inventory. The ERP application with the Odoo system is one of the applications available for companies, from managing suppliers of raw material suppliers to calculating the total costs to be paid automatically. The case study in this research is the use of the Odoo application to assist the production process and count stock inventory of PT Mas Arya Indonesia, which operates in the garments sector.

Abstract

The development of technology that is entering the industrial era 5.0 plus the covid-19 pandemic which has turned into an ongoing covid-19 endemic, makes the use of technology very much needed. When the endemic announcement began, all face-to-face activities in the world of education gradually began to run, but with restrictions on activities and class capacity, including practicum lectures. The problem of this research is "How the Effect of Hybrid/Blended Learning Effectiveness on Material Understanding in the typing basics practice course of the Business Administration Department of Semarang State Polytechnic". The purpose of this research is the development of a conceptual integration model of Hybrid/Blended Learning Effectiveness, Material Understanding. The sample size of this study was 89 respondents. The data collection method is done by providing a list of questions using Google Form. The t test results show that the Hybrid/Blended Learning Effectiveness variable has a t value of 10.263> t table 1.666 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.542 or 54.2%. The conclusion in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between the Effectiveness of Hybrid/Blended Learning on Material Understanding with an influence of 54.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inquiry learning strategies on economic learning activities on accounting material for service company class XII IIS SMA Negeri 3 Takalar. The variables in this study are: (1) Inquiry Learning Strategy as the independent variable, and (2) Learning Activities as the dependent variable. The population in this study were all 139 students in class XII IIS SMA Negeri 3 Takalar, while a sample of 58 students was obtained using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive analysis, instrument testing, and hypothesis testing.

Abstract

This study aims to deepen understanding of the practice of core marketing capability by exploring the impact of marketing competitive curriculum and marketing employability performance for vocational high education graduates in carrying out multiplier tasks. Core marketing capability is proposed to bridge the relationship between competitive marketing curriculum and marketing employability performance. The study is a survey design approach, data collected from 225 respondents were analyzed through structural equation modeling using AMOS 26.0. The findings of this study reveal a significant relationship between marketing competitive curriculum directly with marketing employability performance, and indirectly through Core Marketing Capability

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyse the effect of price and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions. The objectives of this study are: (1) Determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions (2) Determine the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions. By using quantitative descriptive research, the sampling technique used in this research is the saturated sampling method. The data obtained in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents of Alfamart consumers in the city of Semarang. SEM Package Amos 24.0 is used as an analytical tool The results obtained are (1) price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
