Abstract

This article discusses the importance of a positive organizational culture and climate in achieving company goals. A common phenomenon observed is organizations facing issues such as high employee turnover or stagnant productivity, despite significant investments in technology and processes. This indicates underlying problems within the work environment and organizational values. This study explores how a positive organizational culture and climate can enhance employee performance, loyalty, and retention. Furthermore, various factors influencing the formation of organizational culture and climate, such as leadership style and open communication, are examined. The article also identifies frequently encountered challenges, ranging from inter-individual differences to global-scale issues, and proposes several concrete strategies. These strategies include providing recognition and rewards, continuous development and training, effective communication, and efforts to build a strong organizational culture to create a conducive and sustainable work environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out how organizational culture and climate affect student discipline in schools or educational institutions. This study uses a literature study method. Disciplined character must be instilled when children are at school. If the school has a good social environment and maintains the value of discipline, students will also develop into disciplined and responsible personalities. To foster this discipline value, all school residents must also apply the value of discipline in themselves, starting from the principal, teachers, staff and other educational professionals. A conducive and calm organizational climate and climate will affect the attitude of discipline in students. The culture or climate in schools will affect the process and also the results of student education at school. In the school environment, teachers play an important role in creating conditions that foster character values. Teacher behavior influences students' personalities by creating an environment in schools with values such as character building, independence and integrity.

Abstract

Teacher participation in decision-making is a crucial element in the effective development of school organizations. This article aims to analyze the role of teachers in school decision-making processes and their impact on educational management effectiveness. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature study technique from various relevant sources. The findings indicate that teacher involvement in school policy formulation contributes to increased work motivation, collaboration among educators, and innovation in teaching methods. Additionally, a participatory approach fosters a more conducive and harmonious work environment. However, several challenges remain in its implementation, such as centralized leadership systems, time constraints, and a lack of participatory leadership training. To overcome these obstacles, strategies such as fostering an inclusive school culture, collaborative leadership training, and utilizing technology in decision-making processes are required. With the proper implementation of these strategies, teacher participation can be optimized to enhance school organizational effectiveness and overall education quality.

Abstract

Effective communication plays an important role in improving teacher performance in schools. The purpose of this study is to understand strategies in improving effective communication in order to improve teacher performance. The research method used is a literature study by collecting, reviewing, and describing various scientific sources such as academic journals, books, and articles that discuss communication in the world of education and its influence on the performance of educators. The results of this study show that communication strategies such as open communication, two-way communication, utilization of technology, and interpersonal communication training contribute vitally to increasing teacher motivation and professionalism. The principal has a major role in building a pleasant school environment, listening to teacher aspirations, and providing constructive feedback. This study concludes that good communication strategies have a positive impact on teacher performance, increase collaboration between educators, and create a more effective learning environment.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sistem administrasi keuangan berbasis digital di lembaga pendidikan, mengingat pentingnya digitalisasi dalam administrasi keuangan di era modern15. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian literatur, dengan menelaah berbagai buku, jurnal, dan artikel ilmiah untuk mendapatkan gambaran komprehensif tentang teori, konsep, dan praktik terkait12. Data sekunder dari sumber-sumber relevan dalam 10 tahun terakhir dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi tren, tantangan, dan strategi dalam adopsi teknologi pendidikan34. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa administrasi keuangan, yang mencakup pengelolaan, pencatatan, perencanaan, penggunaan, dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan, sangat penting untuk efisiensi dan efektivitas pencapaian tujuan organisasi45. Artikel ini diharapkan memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai administrasi keuangan berbasis digital dan implikasinya dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan.

Abstract

Sound financial management in schools plays a vital role in supporting the attainment of educational objectives. Nevertheless, numerous schools encounter obstacles such as limited financial resources, insufficient transparency, weak managerial capabilities, and inadequate oversight and accountability systems. These challenges often result in inefficient fund utilization, delays in executing programs, and risks of financial mismanagement. This article seeks to examine the primary issues in school financial management and offer implementable strategic solutions. The research is based on a literature review and policy analysis, emphasizing financial governance principles that incorporate transparency, accountability, and stakeholder involvement. The findings suggest that enhancing the financial planning and reporting skills of school leaders and treasurers, integrating digital systems for financial tracking, and encouraging active participation from school committees and communities in supervision are effective strategies to strengthen financial governance. By adopting these measures, schools can improve financial efficiency, accountability, and transparency, thereby fostering better educational outcomes.

Abstract

This research journal is a literature study that discusses the role of administrative staff in improving school academic services. This study analyzes the responsibilities of administrative staff, the problems faced, and efforts to improve professionalism to support the smooth academic process in schools. This study shows that administrative staff play an important role in effective academic administration management, which has a direct impact on the quality of services provided to students, teachers, and parents. The results of the study indicate that improving skills, using information technology, and appreciating the role of administrative staff are very important to achieve optimal academic services. Therefore, administrative staff play an important role in building an excellent education system.

Abstract

Educational supervision is a crucial aspect in improving the quality of teaching and learning in schools. Optimal teacher performance relies heavily on their ability to implement effective and innovative teaching methods, which can be achieved through educational supervision. This article aims to discuss the meaning, importance, and role of educational supervision in enhancing teacher performance. Through a literature review, this article analyzes various concepts of educational supervision as presented by several experts, including the objectives, functions, and types of supervision that can be applied in schools. Academic supervision and clinical supervision are two commonly used types of supervision, each having different goals and approaches in supporting teachers' professional development. The findings indicate that educational supervision serves not only as a monitoring tool but also as a strategy for empowerment that helps teachers identify problems, improve competencies, and enhance overall teaching quality. With the right approach, supervision can create a more conducive learning environment, increase teacher motivation, and ultimately contribute to achieving better educational outcomes.

Abstract

Leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness, especially in times of change and when striving to boost employee performance. One widely adopted approach is transformational leadership, where leaders serve as a source of inspiration and motivation, encouraging employees to perform optimally through a clear vision and innovative strategies (Robbins & Judge, 2017). This study explores the benefits of transformational leadership in improving organizational performance, using a literature review method that examines various academic sources on the topic. The findings indicate that this leadership style enhances employee motivation, loyalty, and productivity. According to Bass & Riggio (2016), transformational leadership consists of four key components: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. These elements contribute to a more creative and collaborative work environment, ultimately supporting organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, the study highlights that organizations implementing transformational leadership tend to be more adaptable to change and achieve higher levels of productivity (Yukl, 2020). Leaders who adopt this style not only set the organizational direction but also guide and support employees in achieving strategic goals. Thus, transformational leadership can be an effective strategy for enhancing competitiveness and ensuring organizational sustainability.
