Abstract

The transformation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in the digital era aims to identify and categorise PAI materials, with a focus on strengthening Aswaja values as a valuable asset to strengthen the religious understanding of the younger generation. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of content analysis, covering the mapping of PAI materials from elementary to high school levels. By utilising digital technology, PAI learning becomes more interactive and interesting, as well as expanding the reach of education. The integration of Ahlusunah Waljama'ah (Aswaja) materials in digital platforms allows the 5.0 generation to stay connected to Islamic traditions while developing digital literacy according to the demands of the times. This research offers a unique approach by integrating Aswaja materials into digital-based learning, which has rarely been explored. The aim is to develop a relevant PAI learning model and explain the integration of Aswaja materials with digital technology to fulfil the needs of the highly-connected generation 5.0. The results show that Aswaja material tends to be the core of PAI learning, which is relevant to the context of the 5.0 era. Transformation through digital media makes the concept of Aswaja more familiar to students, where the essence of religion must be strengthened in their minds and souls, while digital content serves as a supporting instrument. This research emphasises the importance of harmonisation between essential and instrumental aspects in PAI learning, where the role of the teacher becomes vital in this process. With the right approach, teachers can facilitate students to understand and internalise Aswaja values in a modern context, so that PAI learning is not only relevant but also attractive to all generations living in the digital era.

Abstract

Inclusive education is an approach that aims to provide equal access to education for all children, including students with special needs. This approach emphasizes respect for diversity and equality of learning opportunities without discrimination. This study aims to identify the role of teachers in the success of inclusive education in regular schools, including professional, pedagogical, social, and personal competencies. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, observation, and document studies. The research was conducted in Indonesia, where inclusive education is increasingly strengthened as part of expanding access to education and implementing the principle of equality. The study results show that teachers are essential in creating an inclusive learning environment. This is done through curriculum adaptation, differentiated learning methods, and classroom management that encourages collaboration between regular students and students with special needs. In addition, training and support from schools and the government are key factors in increasing teacher capacity. Teachers not only act as teachers but also as facilitators, motivators, and mentors who help student development. This study emphasizes the importance of teachers as the vanguard in inclusive education. Effective implementation requires competent teachers and is supported by a supportive education ecosystem. These findings contribute to developing inclusive education policies and practices, particularly in improving Indonesia's quality of inclusive and equitable learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Sorogan Method in Improving the Reading Ability of Grade XII Students of the Yellow Book of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo Religious Program. In addition, the researcher will explore the factors that affect the effectiveness of the sorogan method in increasing students' understanding of the yellow book and identify the challenges faced in the application of this method. To obtain data from the research results, research is carried out using a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. This research was carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid, from November 26, 2024 to December 26, 2024. Data collection techniques are carried out using field observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis, the researcher uses qualitative descriptive analysis, namely through: Data display, Data reduction, Drawing conclusions. The results shown from the research on the Implementation of the Sorogan Method in Improving the Reading Ability of Grade XII Students of the Yellow Book of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid Religious Program Paiton Probolinggo are that there are stages that are seen and applied by teachers or teachers, namely students start with (individual learning), teachers start learning, students read the material, teachers start reading and close learning. The Supporting Factors are learning discussions, learning motivation encouragement and seminars. And the inhibiting factors are Non-Effective Discussions, Limited Book References, Lack of Time Management, and Lack of Daily Mutholaah.

Abstract

This research examines the role of the Madrasah Committee in supporting the management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum, Banyuanyar Lor, Gending, Probolinggo. The Madrasah Committee as a strategic partner of educational institutions has the responsibility to support the planning, implementation and supervision of the management of BOS funds in a transparent and accountable manner. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews with Madrasah Committee members, madrasah heads, teachers, as well as document analysis related to the management of BOS funds. The research results show that the role of the Madrasah Committee includes contributing to budget planning, providing strategic input on priority use of funds, as well as monitoring the implementation and reporting of BOS funds. However, several obstacles were found, such as committee members' limited understanding of fund management regulations and a lack of active participation in the evaluation process. To increase the effectiveness of the role, it is recommended that there be training and technical assistance for committee members, as well as strengthening synergy between the madrasah and the committee. These findings provide important insight into the importance of Madrasah Committee involvement in managing BOS funds to support improving the quality of education.

Abstract

This research analyzes the integration of Jean-Jacques Rousseau's educational theory into the Islamic education system at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo. Rousseau's theory, which emphasizes freedom, natural development, and respect for individual uniqueness, is considered relevant in strengthening the learning of the Koran and the formation of Islamic character. With a qualitative approach, this research explores the application of active learning, direct experience, and the development of students' potential in the context of Islamic values. The implementation of this theory will provide a more expansive space for intellectual exploration and increase in-depth understanding of Islamic teachings. The research results show that Rousseau's approach can support a relevant natural-based curriculum and strengthen the formation of Islamic character. Challenges arise in aligning modern educational concepts with traditional methods of Islamic education, but collaborative efforts are believed to be able to overcome these obstacles. The integration of Rousseau's theory creates a holistic foundation for Islamic education, enabling the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School to become an educational model that is adaptive to current developments.

Abstract

This research examines parenting management based on prayer therapy as a holistic approach to overcoming the inner child at Pesantren Al Amin Ciamis. The main objective of this research is to explore the effectiveness of prayer therapy in supporting the emotional healing of santri affected by the inner child. The methodology used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis related to parenting practices in pesantren. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and relationships between the practice of prayer therapy and the emotional development of santri. The findings show that prayer therapy significantly contributes to increasing self-awareness, reducing anxiety, and improving santri's interpersonal relationships. Santris who attended prayer therapy sessions reported feeling calmer and better able to deal with emotional challenges. This holistic approach also strengthens the integration between spiritual and educational aspects, creating an environment that supports the overall growth of the santris. This research provides important insights into the implementation of parenting management based on prayer therapy in pesantren, the types of prayer used in therapy, and its impact on the character development of santri. Thus, it is hoped that this model can be a reference for other educational institutions in overcoming inner child problems through a more comprehensive approach

Abstract

Inclusive education is an approach that aims to create an equal learning environment for all students, including students with special needs. At the elementary school level, the successful implementation of inclusive education is very dependent on the role of teachers in creating an atmosphere that supports the diversity and specific needs of students. This research aims to examine the role of teachers in realizing inclusive elementary schools, focusing on the challenges faced and the strategies implemented by teachers. The method used in this research is a literature review method, which examines various literature related to the role of teachers, inclusive education, and best practices in inclusive classroom management. The research results show that although challenges such as limited resources, lack of training, and social stigma are still obstacles, teachers have an essential role in creating inclusive learning through curriculum adaptation, using varied teaching methods, and building a school culture that supports diversity. This research also highlights the importance of ongoing training and support from schools and the community in helping teachers carry out their roles effectively.Keywords: Teacher Role, Inclusive Education, Inclusive Schools.

Abstract

Abstract:This research aims to analyze the efforts to modernize the Islamic education curriculum in the context of balancing the values of tradition and the demands of innovation. The research method in this study uses literature study. This research examines various literatures related to aspects of curriculum modernization, the importance of balancing tradition and innovation in Islamic education, the challenges faced, and the strategies that can be applied. The results showed that the modernization of the Islamic education curriculum is a necessity in facing the dynamics of the times. However, in the process of modernization, it is important to stick to the fundamental values of Islam and accommodate the diversity of interpretations. This study concludes that the key to successful curriculum modernization lies in the ability to integrate traditional values with the latest innovations, so as to produce graduates who are not only religious, but also competent and relevant to the demands of the times.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the role of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) teachers in shaping the Islamic character of class IX students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurus Syam, Wringin, Bondowoso. A descriptive qualitative approach is used in this research, with data collection through observation, interview, and documentation. Research results show that SKI teachers have a strategic role as educators, mentors, and role models in the process of forming students' Islamic character. The strategies used include the integration of Islamic values in learning, familiarisation of noble morals, as well as strengthening through religious extracurricular activities. Success support factors include teacher commitment, school environment support, and parent participation. The challenges faced are the limited learning time and the heterogeneity of student character. This research concludes that SKI teachers play an important role in building students' Islamic character, so that a synergy between teachers, schools, and parents is needed to create an educational environment that supports the formation of Islamic character optimally.

Abstract

Era digital telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan dan pembentukan moral peserta didik. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, khususnya internet dan media sosial, merupakan sumber potensial pembelajaran agama tetapi juga menghadirkan tantangan etika yang kompleks. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi persepsi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) terhadap moralitas peserta didik di era digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI menyadari dampak positif teknologi, seperti kemudahan akses terhadap konten keagamaan yang memperkaya pemahaman nilai-nilai spiritual. Namun, mereka juga menyoroti konsekuensi negatif, termasuk paparan konten yang tidak selaras dengan nilai-nilai agama, perubahan pola interaksi sosial, dan ketergantungan pada teknologi yang dapat mengurangi kedisiplinan dan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Guru PAI memandang pentingnya integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran agama yang kreatif dan perlunya pengawasan dalam memilih dan memanfaatkan konten digital. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat dalam membimbing peserta didik untuk menggunakan teknologi secara bijak dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai moral yang relevan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif, adaptif, dan berbasis nilai untuk mendukung pembentukan karakter generasi muda di tengah tantangan era digital.
