Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh efektifitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kurikulum merdeka secara bersama-sama terhadap inovasi pembelajaran guru SMP Negeri Sekecamatan Banyuasin I. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Banyuasin I yang terdiri atas 6 (enam) sekolah. Penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Banyuasin I, Kabupaten Banyuasin, yang berjumlah 143 orang. Berdasarkan perhitungan, sampel yang diperoleh sebesar 108 responden di SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Banyuasin I. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, obsevasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, analisis korelasi sederhana, analisis korelasi ganda, analisis regresi sederhana, uji t dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kurikulum merdeka secara bersama-sama terhadap inovasi pembelajaran SMP Negeri Sekecamatan Banyuasin I. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung (100,086) > Ftabel (3,14) dengan nilai signifikan (probability) 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kurikulum merdeka yang baik, yang berkorelasi secara bersama-sama maka akan sangat mendukung untuk meningkatkan inovasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of visionary leadership and principals’ communication skills on teachers’ performance at public elementary schools in Cluster I, Tanjung Lubuk District. The background of this research lies in the importance of principals’ roles in inspiring teachers and establishing effective communication to improve teaching quality. This research applied a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consisted of all 60 teachers at public elementary schools in Cluster I, Tanjung Lubuk District, all of whom were taken as samples using the census technique. The data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire based on a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to determine both partial and simultaneous effects among the variables. The results revealed that principals’ visionary leadership had a positive and significant influence on teachers’ performance, as did their communication skills. Simultaneously, both variables contributed significantly to improving teachers’ performance. Therefore, effective visionary leadership combined with strong communication skills from the principal can enhance teachers’ professionalism and performance in public elementary schools in Cluster I, Tanjung Lubuk District.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, label halal tidak hanya dipahami sebagai indikator normatif kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah, melainkan sebagai instrumen hukum yang memiliki dimensi simbolik dan politis. Melalui proses negosiasi antara norma hukum Islam, kewenangan regulatif negara, dan kepentingan pelaku usaha, label halal bertransformasi menjadi sumber legitimasi moral, kekuatan tawar dalam ranah regulasi, serta instrumen peningkatan daya saing ekonomi. Dengan demikian, konstruksi kesalehan tidak lagi berada semata dalam ranah etik-teologis, tetapi juga dalam konfigurasi kekuasaan hukum dan tata kelola bisnis modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosio-legal kualitatif dengan analisis kebijakan dan studi dokumen kritis, mengingat dinamika pelabelan halal berlangsung dalam ranah normatif-tekstual dan regulatif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pelabelan halal berfungsi sebagai perangkat administratif sekaligus simbolik yang mentransformasikan nilai agama menjadi instrumen hukum yang dapat dinegosiasikan dalam tiga rezim normatif: hukum Islam berbasis ijtihad yang plural, hukum negara yang menuntut standardisasi dan kepastian hukum, serta rezim korporasi yang berorientasi pada efisiensi dan kepastian rantai pasok. Dalam praktiknya, kepastian halal cenderung dimaknai sebagai kepastian prosedural yang dapat diaudit, bukan kepastian substantif yang hidup dalam praktik sosial keagamaan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas permasalahan penerapan strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang efektif berbasis kurikulum terintegrasi dalam upaya memperkuat sikap religius dan moderasi beragama siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi strategi pembelajaran PAI berbasis kurikulum terintegrasi serta kontribusinya dalam penguatan sikap religius dan moderasi beragama peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi pembelajaran, wawancara mendalam dengan guru PAI, serta analisis dokumen perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran PAI berbasis kurikulum terintegrasi, seperti pembelajaran kontekstual, internalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman, dan pembelajaran kolaboratif, berperan positif dalam membentuk sikap religius siswa dan pemahaman moderasi beragama. Strategi tersebut mendorong siswa untuk mengamalkan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan tetap menjunjung tinggi sikap toleransi, inklusivitas, dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman. Dengan demikian, integrasi kurikulum dan strategi pembelajaran PAI menjadi faktor penting dalam pembentukan karakter religius dan penguatan moderasi beragama di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

This research examines legal certainty regarding non-verbal threats as a criminal act of violence under Article 335 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) by analyzing Decision Number 1035/Pid.B/2024/PN Sby as a case study. The issue arises from the absence of a clear normative definition of non-verbal threats, such as body gestures or movements that appear intimidating without physical contact. In judicial practice, such actions are often interpreted as threats of violence, raising concerns related to legal certainty, the principle of legality, the doctrine of lex certa, and the protection of the defendant’s rights. This study aims to analyze whether Indonesian criminal law provides clear legal guidelines for determining when non-verbal conduct can be classified as a threat of violence under Article 335 of the Criminal Code. It also examines the implications of this normative ambiguity on legal certainty and the protection of defendants’ rights within judicial practice. The research employs a normative legal method using statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Legal materials are analyzed qualitatively through normative interpretation and jurisprudential examination. The results show that Article 335 of the Criminal Code does not provide clear parameters for assessing non-verbal threats as threats of violence. This lack of clarity creates broad interpretative discretion for law enforcement and potentially leads to subjective judgments and overcriminalization. Criminalizing gestures without physical contact may also contradict the principle of legality, the doctrine of lex certa, and the principle of ultimum remedium in criminal law. Therefore, clearer legal formulations regarding the classification of non-verbal threats are necessary to ensure legal certainty and proportional protection of defendants’ rights in the criminal justice system.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the regulation and law enforcement of gratification offenses committed by immigration officers as state administrators within the framework of Indonesian anti-corruption law. Gratification is regulated under Article 12B of Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 and is constructed as a formal offense, meaning that receiving gratification related to one’s official position and contrary to official duties constitutes a criminal act without requiring proof of state financial loss. This study employs normative legal research using statute and conceptual approaches. The legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary sources analyzed qualitatively. The findings indicate that the regulation of gratification provides a clear legal basis for holding immigration officers criminally liable. However, challenges remain in interpreting elements such as “related to official position” and “contrary to official duties,” as well as in the reporting mechanism. Therefore, consistent enforcement and comprehensive normative understanding are necessary to ensure legal certainty and integrity in public administration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the function of legal aid and the protection of suspects' rights during the investigation process within the Indonesian criminal justice system. The right of suspects to obtain legal assistance is part of human rights protection guaranteed by legislation, particularly the Indonesian Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP). However, in practice, violations of suspects' rights are still frequently found, such as intimidation, violence, and the lack of awareness among suspects regarding their right to legal representation. This research employs a normative legal research method using a statutory approach by examining various laws and regulations related to legal aid and the protection of suspects' rights. The results of the study indicate that legal aid plays an important role in ensuring access to justice, realizing equality before the law, and protecting suspects’ rights during the investigation process. Furthermore, the protection of suspects can be implemented through several legal mechanisms, including the assistance of legal counsel, the application of the presumption of innocence principle, and the use of pretrial institutions to examine the legality of investigators’ actions. Therefore, the existence of legal aid becomes an essential instrument in realizing a fair criminal justice process and ensuring the protection of suspects' rights.

Abstract

This study analyzes the dynamics of inter-agency coordination in the implementation of the National Three Million Houses Program in South Buton, which is crucial for providing adequate housing. Although this program represents a commitment of the central government, its effectiveness at the regional level largely depends on coordination among institutions, which is often hindered by geographical and administrative challenges in archipelagic areas. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The main findings reveal two fundamental constraints: the lack of consistent policy information dissemination and delays in inter-organizational responses. Inconsistent information leads to ambiguity in interpretation and operational differences, while delayed responses create a domino effect that hampers program progress and postpones the fulfillment of housing needs. To address these issues, this research proposes an inter-agency collaboration model based on integrated collaborative governance that emphasizes actor interdependence, active stakeholder participation, and regulatory alignment, in line with the theories of Collaborative Governance and Network Governance. This model aims to minimize variability in bureaucratic commitment and the complexity of administrative procedures in order to accelerate the realization of the program. The implications of this research highlight the importance of shifting toward a collaborative and partnership-based approach to enhance the effectiveness of national housing programs.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine and describe the significant influence of principals’ leadership styles and organizational culture on the improvement of educational quality in elementary schools within the Mesuji Raya District. The study will be carried out in elementary schools located in the Mesuji Raya District. A quantitative descriptive method is employed in this research. The population comprises all teachers from 24 elementary schools in the Mesuji Raya District, totaling 302 individuals. Based on the sampling calculations, the sample consists of 80 teachers from 6 selected elementary schools. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation techniques. The data analysis procedures include normality testing, linearity testing, simple regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests. The findings of this study reveal that principals’ leadership styles and organizational culture have a positive influence on the improvement of educational quality in elementary schools in the Mesuji Raya District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of resilience to burnout in mining employees at PT Berkah Daya Mandiri. This study uses a quantitative approach by involving 40 employees as respondents through a total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire consisting of The Connor Davidson Resilience Scale and The Oldenburg Burnout Inventory resilience measurement tool. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression to test the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis showed a t-value of 2.769 with a significance value of 0.009 which indicates a positive and significant influence between resilience to burnout in mining employees at PT Berkah Daya Mandiri. The determination coefficient value of 0.168 showed that resilience contributed 16.8 percent to burnout, while the other 83.2 percent was influenced by other variables not studied in this study. In addition, the majority of employees showed a level of resilience and burnout in the medium category of 75 percent each. These findings indicate that even though employees have a fairly good adaptability, high work demands and expectations still have the potential to increase burnout rates.
