Abstract

Marketing mix atau bauran pemasaran merupakan suatu strategi pemasaran yang menggabungkan beberapa elemen yang mencakup produk, harga, tempat, dan promsi yang dilakukan secara terpadu. Melalui keempat elemen ini diharapkan akan memberikan pengaruh yang mampu mendorong individu untuk melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi konsumen mengenai marketing mix terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Ms. Glow. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 166 mahasiswa/i Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan model skala likert dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada subjek. Adapun teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,595, menunjukkan persepsi konsumen mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Ms. Glow dan memiliki pengaruh yang positif. Hasil perhitungan penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara marketing mix terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 35,2%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and test the analysis of the influence of job crafting and employee performance on the performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch Office, totaling 85 people. The sample was taken using saturated samples or total sampling techniques, and is also called the census method. Given the relatively small population, all populations were used as respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression through SPSS version 26. The test results revealed that partially job crafting had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch Office. Partially employee performance had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch Office. Simultaneously, job crafting and employee performance had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch Office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menguji analisis pengaruh self-efficacy dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja organisasi PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (persero) Wilayah Aceh. Populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan PLN Aceh yang berjumlah sebanyak 206 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan sampel jenuh atau teknik total sampling, dan disebut juga metode sensus. Mengingat jumlah populasinya relatif kecil, maka semua populasi dijadikan responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS versi 26. Hasil pengujian mengungkapkan bahwa secara parsial self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. PLN Wilayah Aceh. Secara parsial employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. PLN Wilayah Aceh. Secara simultan, self-efficacy dan employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. PLN Wilayah Aceh.

Abstract

A company is able to achieve its goals if all employees can provide maximum results based on work ethic within the employees, then the employees will work more effectively and more satisfactorily. This study intends to measure and recognize the influence of Human Relations, physical conditions of the work environment, training, employee development on work ethic in the Serambi Indonesia office. The population and sample are all employees totaling 50 people. The results of the analysis show that Human Relations does not have an effect on work ethic in the Serambi Indonesia office, while the physical conditions of the work environment, job training, employee development have a positive effect on work ethic in the Serambi Indonesia office. While the results of R2 are 67.4%, meaning that all variables play a major role in work ethic

Abstract

Information technology that is developing so rapidly has brought major changes to all fields, including the economic/business sector. The digital era and the increasing number of internet users provide various conveniences in various activities. The research entitled Analysis of Marketplace Utilization in Increasing Income for Sales of MSME Products in Langsa City. This type of research uses qualitative. The formulation of the research problem is 1) how is the use of the marketplace on Facebook media in increasing revenue for the sale of MSME products in Langsa City, 2) what are the impacts of using the marketplace on Facebook media on the economy of MSME actors in Langsa City. The results of the study are 1) The use of the online marketplace media on Facebook has a huge impact on the sales income of business people, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Langsa Barat District, Langsa City. With the support and assistance from the Langsa City Government for micro business actors in order to increase their production and sales capacity, considering that business actors can indirectly help the government in poverty alleviation, 2) The impact of using marketplaces on Facebook has the potential to support economic growth for business actors. The role of the marketplace is very influential on promotion and marketing, dissemination of information to consumers in meeting needs. In terms of material (economic) welfare, marketpalce users have brought changes to the economy of small and medium-sized businesses in Langsa City, especially in West Langsa District

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Shopping Lifestyle, and Fashion Involvement on Impulse Buying during flash sale programs on the Shopee application. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. The respondents consisted of students from the Faculty of Education at Universitas Muhammadiyah Mahakarya Aceh. The results reveal that, partially, neither Hedonic Shopping Motivation nor Shopping Lifestyle have a significant effect on Impulse Buying. However, Fashion Involvement shows a significant influence on Impulse Buying behavior. Simultaneously, the results of the F-test demonstrate that Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Shopping Lifestyle, and Fashion Involvement collectively have a significant effect on Impulse Buying during Shopee's flash sale program among students of the Faculty of Education at UMMAH. The model explains 51.6% of the variance in impulse buying behavior, while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study will aim to analyze influence of Task Diversity and Work Environment on Employee Work Motivation, taking the number of respondents as a research sample of 68 respondents who are Civil Servants who work at the Agriculture and Plantation Office of Bireuen District to distribute questionnaires. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis where this analysis can be used to see the relationship and influence between the variables studied.Based on the analysis and calculation of the research results, a very strong and positive relationship was obtained between Task Diversity and Work Environment on Employee Work Motivation, with a correlation coefficient of 0,861 and a linear equation Y = 10,859 + 0,320X1 + 0,270X2. The results showed a partial effect, where the Task Diversity variable (X1) had a tcount of 4,807 which was greater than the ttable value of 1,99714 with a significance of 0,000.and the Work Environment variable (X2) has a tcount of 2,681 which is greater than the ttable value of 1,99714 with a significance of 0,009 and there is a simultaneous influence between Task Diversity and Work Environment on Employee Work Motivation which is indicated by the Fcount value greater than the Ftable value (93,038 3,14) with a significance level of 0,000.The results of the study also show that the value of R2 = 74,1% means that the variation in Employee Work Motivation at the Agriculture and Plantation Office of Bireuen District can be explained by the Task Diversity and Work Environment variables. The remaining 25,9% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Catering SMEs play a crucial role in supporting the national economy, particularly in the culinary sector. However, this sector faces environmental challenges, especially in waste management and resource efficiency. The concept of a circular economy offers an effective solution to address these challenges by extending product life cycles and reducing waste. This study aims to analyze the implementation of circular economy practices in catering SMEs in Medan Johor District. The method used is a case study with data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that most SMEs have adopted environmentally friendly measures such as the use of sustainable raw materials and organic waste composting. However, challenges such as limited capital and knowledge remain significant obstacles. Government policy support and collaboration with private entities can accelerate the implementation of a circular economy in this sector

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of information and communication technology and job satisfaction on organizational commitment among employees of Sultan Iskandar Muda General Hospital. This study is a quantitative study using primary data in the form of a questionnaire for data collection, and secondary data in the form of literature studies. The population in this study was all employees working at Sultan Iskandar Muda General Hospital, totaling 163 employees. The sample was taken using the Slovin technique of 116 employees, using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study was using multiple linear regression analysis with first conducted validity and reliability tests. To see whether there is an influence between the independent and dependent variables partially, a t-test was used. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis data processing indicate that there is a positive influence of information and communication technology and job satisfaction on organizational commitment both partially and simultaneously.
