Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat di UKM Paon D Jimbar Mesari, Gianyar, berfokus pada penerapan teknologi rumah jemur knockdown dan strategi pemasaran digital untuk produksi bumbu rajang kering. Teknologi ini mengatasi kendala pengeringan manual yang bergantung pada cuaca, meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produk. Strategi pemasaran melalui platform e-commerce dan media sosial, seperti Tokopedia, Shopee, Instagram, dan Facebook, memperluas pasar hingga skala nasional. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan manajemen produksi, implementasi teknologi, serta evaluasi berkala. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas produksi sebesar 6%, peningkatan penjualan 5%, serta kualitas produk yang lebih konsisten dan tahan lama. Program ini berdampak positif pada pendapatan dan kesejahteraan anggota UKM serta memberikan kontribusi pada ekonomi lokal Desa Bakbakan. Keberhasilan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan teknologi tepat guna dan strategi digital yang optimal dapat meningkatkan daya saing UKM secara signifikan. Management of Dry Rajang Spice Business Processing Technology at Paon D Jimbar Mesari Group, Bakbakan, Gianyar District, Gianyar Regency The community service program at Paon D Jimbar Mesari SME, Gianyar, focused on implementing knockdown drying house technology and digital marketing strategies for the production of dried spices. This technology addressed the challenges of manual drying reliant on weather, improving efficiency and product quality. Marketing strategies through e-commerce platforms and social media, such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Instagram, and Facebook, expanded market reach to a national scale. The methods employed included socialization, production management training, technology implementation, and periodic evaluations. The results demonstrated a 6% increase in production capacity, a 5% increase in sales, and more consistent and durable product quality. This program positively impacted the income and welfare of SME members and contributed to the local economy of Bakbakan Village. The success underscores that appropriate technological solutions and optimal digital strategies can significantly enhance the competitiveness of SMEs.

Abstract

Komoditas utama para peternak sapi adalah daging, yang mereka berikan kepada penduduk sebagai sumber pangan. Kecenderungan penurunan populasi sapi menjadi permasalahannya. Khususnya pada musim kemarau, pertimbangan pakan mempengaruhi peningkatan populasi sapi. Untuk meningkatkan produksi sapi, pakan ternak yang berkelanjutan dan berkualitas tinggi harus tersedia. Para peternak sapi di Desa Bonto Bulaeng sedang menghadapi permasalahan ini. Para peternak kesulitan mendapatkan pakan pada musim kemarau karena kurangnya persiapan, sedangkan para peternak sangat bergantung pada pakan ternak yang melimpah pada musim hujan. Selain itu, petani belum mempunyai keahlian dalam menangani limbah pertanian, seperti jerami padi dan daun jagung, yang dibakar atau dibuang, bukan dijadikan pakan ternak. Hal ini membantu memastikan pakan ternak tersedia secara konsisten selama musim kemarau. Melalui penerapan teknik silase dan teknologi mesin pemotong hijauan, program pengabdian ini berupaya meningkatkan produktivitas ternak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan konseling dan instruksi praktis langsung dalam persiapan pakan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pemahaman, keahlian, dan pengetahuan peternak sebesar 96,225% dalam mengelola pakan ternak sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas sapi. Untuk menjamin ketersediaan pakan pada musim kemarau, anggota kelompok ternak mempunyai kemampuan untuk secara mandiri menyiapkan pakan ternak yang dikonservasi dari hijauan.   Education on Silage Technology Through Participatory Assistance to Increase the Availability of Animal Feed in Bonto Bulaeng Village  The main commodity of cattle breeders is meat, which they provide to the population as a food source. The trend of decreasing cattle population is the problem. Especially in the dry season, feed considerations influence the increase in cattle population. To increase cattle production, sustainable and high-quality animal feed must be available. Cattle breeders in Bonto Bulaeng Village are facing this problem. Farmers have difficulty getting feed in the dry season due to lack of preparation, while breeders are very dependent on abundant livestock feed in the rainy season. In addition, farmers do not have the expertise to handle agricultural waste, such as rice straw and corn leaves, which are burned or thrown away, rather than used as animal feed. This helps ensure animal feed is consistently available during the dry season. Through the application of silage techniques and forage cutting machine technology, this service program seeks to increase livestock productivity. This service activity uses counseling and direct practical instruction in feed preparation. The result of this activity is an increase in farmers' understanding, skills and knowledge in managing animal feed thereby increasing cow productivity. To ensure the availability of feed during the dry season, livestock group members have the ability to independently prepare livestock feed that is conserved from forage.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pengelolaan dan pengawasan keuangan desa di Desa Labuan Lelea, Kabupaten Donggala. Kegiatan melibatkan 15 peserta, termasuk aparat desa, anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), dan tokoh masyarakat. Program dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: persiapan melalui observasi dan wawancara, sosialisasi komprehensif teknik pengawasan keuangan, serta evaluasi. Dengan pendekatan interaktif dan partisipatif, pelatihan difokuskan pada proses perencanaan, penganggaran, implementasi, dan pertanggungjawaban. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pengawasan keuangan, dengan skor pemahaman meningkat dari 60% menjadi 80%. Pembahasan menyoroti pentingnya pengawasan partisipatif yang melibatkan BPD dan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan. Rekomendasi mencakup pelatihan lanjutan untuk memperkuat keterampilan pengawasan keuangan serta perluasan model ke desa lain untuk memperbaiki tata kelola. Program ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pembangunan desa berkelanjutan melalui pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif. Socialization on Village Financial Management Supervision in Labuan Lelea Village, Labuan Subdistrict, Donggala Regency  This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of village financial management and supervision in Labuan Lelea Village, Donggala Regency. The activities involved 15 participants, including village officials, Village Consultative Body (BPD) members, and community leaders. The program was conducted in three stages: preparation through observation and interviews, comprehensive socialization of financial supervision techniques, and evaluation. Using an interactive and participatory approach, the training focused on planning, budgeting, implementation, and accountability processes. The results showed increased participant understanding of financial supervision, with comprehension scores rising from 60% to 80%. Discussion highlighted the importance of participatory oversight involving both BPD and the community to enhance accountability and transparency in financial management. Recommendations include further training to strengthen financial supervision skills and expanding the model to other villages for improved governance. This program significantly contributes to sustainable village development through effective financial management.

Abstract

Program pendampingan pengelolaan sampah anorganik dilaksanakan di Desa Jambangan, Kecamatan Dampit, Kabupaten Malang, bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan sampah yang lebih baik. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pembentukan struktur organisasi, sosialisasi terkait bahaya dan pemilahan sampah, serta kerja sama dengan pengepul sampah. Mitra kegiatan terdiri dari remaja masjid, warga desa, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Malang, dan pengepul sampah. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat dalam pemilahan sampah anorganik sebesar 45%. Pembentukan struktur organisasi meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan sampah, sementara kerja sama dengan pengepul memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Program ini berhasil memperkenalkan prinsip 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) yang berdampak pada pengurangan volume sampah.Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini efektif menciptakan sistem pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan yang terorganisir dan memberikan manfaat lingkungan serta ekonomi. Rekomendasi mencakup penguatan dukungan pemerintah dan LSM, serta perluasan cakupan program melalui edukasi berkelanjutan. Assistance in Inorganic Waste Management in Jambangan Village, Dampit District, Malang Regency The inorganic waste management assistance program was conducted in Jambangan Village, Dampit District, Malang Regency, aiming to raise community awareness of better waste management practices. The implementation methods included forming an organizational structure, conducting awareness campaigns on waste hazards and segregation, and collaborating with waste collectors. Program partners consisted of mosque youth, village residents, the Malang Regency Environmental Office, and waste collectors. The results showed a 45% increase in community awareness of inorganic waste segregation. The establishment of an organizational structure improved the efficiency of waste management, while collaboration with collectors provided economic benefits for the community. This program successfully introduced the 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), contributing to significant waste volume reduction. In conclusion, this activity effectively created a sustainable and organized waste management system, benefiting both the environment and the local economy. Recommendations include strengthening government and NGO support and expanding the program's reach through continuous education

Abstract

Diabetes adalah penyakit metabolik kronis yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar glukosa darah. International Diabetes Federation (IDF) dalam Atlas edisi ke – 10 pada tahun 2021, lebih dari setengah miliar manusia dari seluruh dunia hidup dengan diabetes, atau tepatnya 537 juta orang. Pasien dengan Diabetes Mellitus merasa bahwa dirinya sehat dengan gejala awal yang hampir tidak terdeteksi. Hal ini menyebabkan pasien dengan Diabetes Mellitus baru datang ke pelayanan kesehatan setelah mengalami komplikasi penyakit lain. Berdasarkan uraian masalah tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan Pelayanan Kesehatan Edukasi dan Pemeriksaan Gula Darah Sewaktu untuk Deteksi Dini Penyakit Diabetes Mellitus di Desa Sleman Kecamatan Sliyeg Kabupaten Indramayu. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk deteksi dini penyakit sehingga penanganan pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus bisa cepat diatasi dengan baik yang dapat menekan angka kematian akibat penyakit Diabetes Mellitus. Hasil dari pemeriksaan kesehatan gula darah pada 100 orang didapatkan bahwa 45% memiliki kadar glukosa darah diatas 200 mg/dl. Setelah itu seluruh Masyarakat diberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang Diabetes Mellitus yang bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Diabetes Mellitus. Kegiatan pengabdian mendapat dukungan dinas Kesehatan dan puskesmas. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan ini, diharapkan program pemeriksaan kesehatan khususnya pemeriksaan gula darah bisa menjadi program yang terjadwal untuk masyarakat. Health Education and Blood Glucose Testing for Early Detection of Diabetes Mellitus in Sleman Village, Sliyeg District, Indramayu Regency Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by elevated blood glucose levels. The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) in the 10th edition of the Atlas in 2021 reported that more than half a billion people worldwide live with diabetes, specifically 537 million people. Patients with diabetes mellitus often feel healthy, with early symptoms that are barely detectable. This leads patients with diabetes mellitus to seek healthcare services only after experiencing complications from other diseases. Based on this issue, community service activities are necessary, focusing on health education and random blood glucose testing for the early detection of diabetes mellitus in Sleman Village, Sliyeg District, Indramayu Regency. This activity aims for early disease detection so that the management of diabetes mellitus patients can be addressed promptly and effectively, thereby reducing mortality rates associated with diabetes mellitus. The results of blood glucose screenings conducted on 100 individuals showed that 45% had blood glucose levels above 200 mg/dl. After that, the entire community was provided with health education about diabetes mellitus aimed at increasing their knowledge of the disease. The community service activities received support from the Health Office and the community health center. Following this initiative, it is hoped that the health screening program, particularly blood glucose testing, can become a scheduled program for the community.

Abstract

Permasalahan stunting masih tinggi di Indonesia mencapai 24,4% melebihi standar World Health Organization yaitu 20%. Dampak yang ditimbulkan meningkatkan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas anak. Tujuan untuk memberikan edukasi pemahaman terkait pencegahan stunting dan memberikan keterampilan massage Tui Na untuk meningkatkan nafsu makan anak. Metode kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi dan keterampilan dengan dibantu oleh media power poin serta memberikan contoh dari keterampilan massage Tui Na untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan orang tua yang memiliki anak di RW 10 dan RW 13, Desa Nagrog yang berjumlah 44 orang. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan orang tua meningkat setelah diberikan edukasi dan keterampilan massage Tui Na dengan hasil sebelum diberikan edukasi sebesar 41% cukup dan setelah diberikan edukasi sebanyak 90,9% baik. Kesimpulan bahwa orang tua yang memiliki anak setelah diberikan edukasi menjadi paham terkait dengan pencegahan stunting dan penerapan massage Tui Na. Rekomendasi diharapkan orang tua dapat menerapkan keterampilan massage Tui Na di kehidupan sehari-hari agar nafsu anak meningkat sehingga dapat menurunkan angka kejadian stunting. Application of Tui Na Massage and Education to Prevent Stunting in Children The problem of stunting is still high in Indonesia, reaching 24.4%, exceeding the World Health Organization standard of 20%. The resulting impact increases child morbidity and mortality rates. The aim is to provide educational understanding regarding stunting prevention and provide Tui Na massage skills to increase children's appetite. This community service activity method is carried out by providing education and skills assisted by power point media as well as providing examples of Tui Na massage skills to increase the understanding and skills of parents who have children in RW 10 and RW 13, Nagrog Village, totaling 44 people. The results obtained were that parents' knowledge increased after being given education and Tui Na massage skills with the results before being given education being 41% adequate and after being given education being 90.9% good. The conclusion is that parents who have children after being given education understand the prevention of stunting and the application of Tui Na massage. The recommendation is that parents can apply Tui Na massage skills in everyday life so that children's appetite increases so that they can reduce the incidence of stunting.

Abstract

Atlet binaan pada Sentra PPLP (Pusat Pendidkan dan Latihan Olahraga Pelajar) Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga, Nusa Tenggara Timur sering kali menghadapi tekanan kompetitif yang dapat memengaruhi kondisi mental dan kinerja mereka, sehingga pendekatan psikologis menjadi penting untuk dilakukan. Adapun tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pendampingan dan pembinaan kesejahteraan psikologis bagi para atlet tersebut sehingga performa mereka meningkat. Metode pelaksanaan awal menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan psikologis yang dihadapi atlet. Selanjutnya, dilakukan sesi pelatihan mental yang mencakup manajemen stres, relaksasi, dan visualisasi. Sesi pengembangan keterampilan sosial, seperti komunikasi efektif dan kerja sama tim, juga menjadi bagian dari program ini. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan 75% atlet mengalami peningkatan kesejahteraan psikologis, dengan pengurangan stres dan peningkatan kepercayaan diri. Selain itu, 80% atlet berhasil mengaplikasikan teknik manajemen stres dalam latihan dan kompetisi. Sebanyak 70% atlet melaporkan peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi dan kerja sama tim. Rekomendasi agar program ini berkelanjutan agar dapat terus memperkuat prestasi olahraga di NTT. Psychological Support for Athletes at the Sentra PPLP of the Youth and Sports Office in East Nusa Tenggara Athletes trained at the Student Sports Education and Training Center (Sentra PPLP) under the Youth and Sports Office of East Nusa Tenggara often face competitive pressures that can impact their mental condition and performance, making psychological support essential. The aim of this program is to provide psychological well-being support and guidance to these athletes,in order to enhance their performance. The initial method involved using questionnaires and interviews to identify the psychological challenges faced by the athletes. This was followed by mental training sessions focusing on stress management, relaxation, and visualization. Social skills development sessions, including effective communication and teamwork, were also incorporated into the program. Evaluation results showed that 75% of the athletes experienced an improvement in psychological well-being, with reduced stress and increased self-confidence. Additionally, 80% of the athletes successfully applied stress management techniques in training and competition, and 70% reported improved communication and teamwork skills. Recommendation is expected to continue enhancing athletic achievements in East Nusa Tenggara

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul Transformasi Digital UMKM Budidaya Ikan Rundan Ali Sejahtera Untuk Pengelolaan Manajemen dan Peningkatan Produktivitas bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses bisnis yang terjadi pada UMKM tersebut. Adapun hasil yang diharapkan pada program pengabdian ini adalah tercapainya tujuan untuk menerapkan transformasi digital pada UMKM Rundan Ali Sejahtera untuk pengelolaan manajemen dan peningkatan produktivitas. Transformasi digital yang dilakukan adalah: (i) Pendigitalan proses. (ii) Kolaborasi digital. (iii) Peningkatan keterampilan digital. Sistem manajemen yang dibuat sangat membantu para anggota untuk melakukan pencatatan keuangan. Selain itu sistem juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pemesanan tempat dan waktu untuk memancing. Kegiatan ini juga memperkenalkan platform E-Fishery dan sosial media Instagram. Sedangkan sosial media Instagram digunakan sebagai media promosi kolam pemancingan. Dibuatkan pula alat pemberi pakan ikan otomatis yang diberi nama WFish Feeder. Peningkatan keterampilan digital oleh anggota POKDAKAN Rundan Ali Sejahtera rata-rata berkisar antara 20% - 50%. Pertanyaan terkait penggunaan perangkat digital dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari serta kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan aplikasi online mengalami peningkatan sekitar 25%. Pertanyaan yang terkait dengan akses internet untuk informasi budidaya dan kemampuan mengiklankan produk secara online memiliki persentase peningkatan sekitar 30%. Keterampilan membuat konten digital dan menggunakan aplikasi keuangan sederhana menunjukkan peningkatan sekitar 25%. Digital Transformation of Rundan Ali Sejahtera Fish Farming UMKM for Management and Increasing Productivity Community service entitled Digital Transformation of Rundan Ali Sejahtera Fish Farming UMKM for Management and Increased Productivity aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes that occur in the UMKM. The expected results of this community service program are the achievement of the goal of implementing digital transformation in Rundan Ali Sejahtera UMKM for management and increased productivity. The digital transformation carried out is: (i) Process digitization. (ii) Digital collaboration. (iii) Improving digital skills. The management system created is very helpful for members to record finances. In addition, the system can also be used to book places and times for fishing. This activity also introduced the E-Fishery platform and Instagram social media. While Instagram social media is used as a promotional media for fishing ponds. An automatic fish feeder was also made, named WFish Feeder. The improvement of digital skills by members of POKDAKAN Rundan Ali Sejahtera averaged between 20% - 50%. Questions related to the use of digital devices in daily work and confidence in using online applications increased by around 25%. Questions related to internet access for cultivation information and the ability to advertise products online have increased by about 30%. Skills in creating digital content and using simple financial applications have increased by about 25%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia di Kota Kendari melalui program Senam Jantung Sehat. Program ini melibatkan 60 peserta lansia, bekerja sama dengan tenaga kesehatan dan komunitas lokal. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup edukasi kesehatan, demonstrasi senam, dan latihan rutin tiga kali seminggu. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui survei, wawancara, dan pengukuran kesehatan berkala, seperti tekanan darah dan kadar kolesterol. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kesehatan fisik dan mental, termasuk penurunan tekanan darah, peningkatan kekuatan otot, keseimbangan, dan interaksi sosial. Tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 95%, dengan manfaat signifikan dalam aspek fisik, psikologis, dan sosial. Program ini juga efektif dalam menurunkan risiko penyakit degeneratif. Senam Jantung Sehat terbukti efektif meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia. Rekomendasi mencakup penyelenggaraan program secara berkelanjutan dengan dukungan keluarga dan komunitas, serta penyesuaian kegiatan untuk lansia dengan keterbatasan fisik. Program ini memiliki potensi replikasi di wilayah lain untuk manfaat yang lebih luas. Improving Quality of Life through Healthy Heart Exercises for the Elderly in Kendari City This study aims to improve the quality of life of the elderly in Kendari City through the Healthy Heart Gymnastics program. The program involved 60 elderly participants in collaboration with healthcare professionals and local communities. Implementation methods included health education, exercise demonstrations, and regular sessions three times a week. Evaluations were conducted using surveys, interviews, and periodic health measurements such as blood pressure and cholesterol levels.mThe results showed improvements in physical and mental health, including reduced blood pressure, enhanced muscle strength, balance, and social interaction. Participant satisfaction reached 95%, with significant benefits in physical, psychological, and social aspects. The program was also effective in reducing the risk of degenerative diseases. Healthy Heart Gymnastics effectively enhances the quality of life for the elderly. Recommendations include the continuous implementation of the program with support from families and communities and adjustments to activities for seniors with physical limitations. This program has the potential for replication in other regions for broader benefits.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mengoptimalkan penerapan Aplikasi SIMDes Layanan Mandiri di Desa Tlangoh, Kecamatan Tanjungbumi, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Mitra kegiatan terdiri dari 12 perangkat desa, dengan sasaran masyarakat Desa Tlangoh. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya penggunaan aplikasi SIMDes oleh masyarakat untuk pengurusan surat-menyurat desa. Solusi yang diberikan adalah melalui sosialiasi dan pendampingan dalam penggunaan aplikasi ini. Hasil kegiatan sosialiasi meningkatkan keterampilan perangkat desa dan masyarakat dalam menggunakan aplikasi SIMDes. Pendampingan berhasil meningkatkan jumlah masyarakat yang menggunakan aplikasi untuk mengurus surat menyurat, mencapai 160 kepala keluarga. Data menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pengguna aplikasi berusia antara 18 hingga 22 tahun. Program sosialiasi dan pendampingan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan penggunaan Aplikasi SIMDes Layanan Mandiri di Desa Tlangoh, mempercepat administrasi desa dan memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat. Optimization of the Village Management Information System (SIMDes) Application for Independent Services in Tlangoh Village, Bangkalan Regency, East Java  The aim of this community service program is to optimize the implementation of the SIMDes Mandiri Service Application in Tlangoh Village, Tanjungbumi District, Bangkalan Regency. The partners involved are 12 village officials, with the target audience being the residents of Tlangoh Village. The issue at hand is the low usage of the SIMDes application by the community for processing village administrative services. The solution to address this issue includes optimizing socialization efforts and providing assistance in using the SIMDes Mandiri Service Application to the residents of Tlangoh Village. The result of the socialization activities was an increase in the skills of village officials and residents in using the SIMDes application. The assistance provided helped increase the number of residents using the application for administrative services to 160 households. Data shows that most users are between 18 and 22 years old. The socialization and assistance program proved effective in increasing the use of the SIMDes Mandiri Service Application in Tlangoh Village, streamlining village administration and making it more accessible to the community. residents of Tlangoh Village, effectively increases the use of the SIMDes self-service application in managing village documents.
