Abstract

This study examines the paradigm shift from the traditional view of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Ethics as cost centers to the modern view of them as strategic assets that create shared value (CSV). The primary objective of this study is to analyze how companies integrate ethical and CSR dimensions into the entire strategic management process, from formulation to implementation, and to identify their impact on sustainability and long-term competitive advantage.Through a qualitative-descriptive approach (based on an extensive literature review and case study analysis), the findings indicate that effective integration requires aligning ethical values with the company's Vision and Mission, as well as applying Carroll's Pyramid Framework as a basis for strategy formulation. The study concludes that companies that successfully internalize ethics and CSR into their core strategies are able to simultaneously achieve the "Triple Bottom Line" (Profit, People, Planet). This integration generates a differentiated competitive advantage through enhanced reputation, stakeholder loyalty (particularly consumers and employees), and mitigation of operational and legal risks. The recommendations emphasize the need for full commitment from top management and non-financial performance measurement as an integral part of strategic evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence og financial literacy and financial inclusion on the sustainability of Jakpreneur MSMEs in West Jakarta with fintech utilization as an intervening variable. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survei method involving 397 Jakpreneur MSME actors in West Jakarta. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The result indicate that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME Sustainability. Financial Inclusion has a positive and significant effect on MSME Sustainability. Fintech has a positive and significant effect on MSME Sustainability. Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on Fintech. Financial Inclusion has a positive and significant effect on Fintech. Financial Literacy has a positive and significant indirect effect on MSME Sustainability through Fintech. Financial Inclusion has a positive and significant indirect effect on MSME Sustainability through Fintech. These findings highlight that improving financial management capability, access to formal financial services, and the adoption of financial technology are key factors in strengthening the resilience and growth of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

This research examines the role of digital transformation thru social media marketing strategies in improving the performance and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia in the era of globalization. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature review of relevant literature from national and international journals, books, and scientific articles. The research findings indicate that the adoption of digital technology, particularly social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, has proven to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, product visibility, and market reach for MSMEs, with lower promotional costs compared to conventional methods. The success of digital transformation is influenced by several key factors, including technology infrastructure, organizational readiness, environmental awareness, human resource digital literacy, and government policy support. Social media not only serves as a promotional tool but also as a strategic information source thru the analysis of consumer behavior data and market trends, supporting accurate and responsive business decision-making. The challenges faced by MSMEs include limited digital literacy, a shortage of skilled human resources, and suboptimal data analysis capabilities. Digital transformation has a multidimensional impact on MSMEs, strengthening marketing aspects, increasing operational efficiency, driving product innovation, and enhancing competitiveness and business sustainability in the context of globalization. Collaborative efforts between the government, the private sector, and academia are needed to strengthen the digital ecosystem and sustainably enhance the human resource capacity of MSMEs

Abstract

The growth of local shoe brands in Indonesia is increasing along with people’s awareness to support local products. Specs and Mills are two local brands that are now chosen by consumers who start to move from international brands. This research aims to find out the effect of brand image and product quality on buying interest of local shoes at SneakerZone Malang. study used descriptive statistics with 105 respondents. The data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 25 with validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results show that brand image and product quality have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, with 65.1% contribution to buying interest. In conclusion, brand image and product quality are important factors that influence consumers to buy local shoes. Therefore, SneakerZone and local brands need to improve their marketing strategies and product quality to compete in the local market.

Abstract

Performance data from 2022 to 2024 indicates that employee performance in 2024 is less than optimal, with a downward trend. This phenomenon prompted an evaluation by examining five determinants that influence employee performance. This quantitative research aims to examine the effects of POS, compensation, OCB, work environment, and job stress on employee performance. The Radiology Unit of Dr. Moewardi Regional Hospital was used as the research object, and this census study used a sample of 45 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires, with multiple linear regression data analysis. The research results showed that POS, compensation, OCB, and work environment had a significant effect on performance, but job stress was not proven to affect employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan Maqashid Syariah dalam menilai model bisnis platform financial technology syariah e-Maal serta implikasinya bagi penguatan ekonomi mandiri pesantren. Pertumbuhan inovasi digital menuntut hadirnya fintech yang tidak hanya efisien, tetapi juga sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, terutama bagi komunitas pesantren yang membutuhkan solusi keuangan yang transparan, etis, dan bebas riba. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui penelitian kepustakaan, artikel ini menganalisis model operasional, skema pembiayaan, mekanisme pembayaran digital, serta tata kelola syariah e-Maal berdasarkan fatwa DSN-MUI, regulasi OJK, dan literatur terkini mengenai fintech syariah. Analisis menggunakan kerangka Maqashid Syariah yang berfokus pada Hifz al-Din, Hifz al-Mal, dan Tahqiq al-Maslahah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-Maal mampu mengintegrasikan akad-akad syariah dengan ekosistem keuangan berbasis komunitas yang meningkatkan transparansi, perlindungan aset, serta pemberdayaan ekonomi bagi pelaku usaha di lingkungan pesantren. Selain itu, e-Maal membuka peluang strategis bagi digitalisasi ekonomi pesantren, perluasan akses pembiayaan mikro, serta peningkatan inklusi keuangan berbasis nilai Islam. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti literasi digital dan keamanan data, model ini menunjukkan potensi kuat sebagai solusi keuangan digital syariah yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa e-Maal merupakan inovasi fintech berbasis nilai yang mampu memperkuat kemandirian, etika keuangan, dan kemaslahatan ekonomi komunitas pesantren.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Price Discount, Usability, dan Customer Experience terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di aplikasi Kopi Kenangan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya persaingan dalam industri minuman berbasis aplikasi digital yang menuntut perusahaan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden pengguna aplikasi Kopi Kenangan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Price Discount berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, sedangkan Usability dan Customer Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi dan pengalaman pengguna memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian melalui aplikasi Kopi Kenangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan digital marketing terhadap peningkatan penjualan UMKM di Indonesia pada periode 2019–2023. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa data panel (10 UMKM × 5 tahun = 50 observasi). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi data panel melalui perangkat lunak EViews 12. Pemilihan model terbaik dilakukan melalui Uji Chow dan Uji Hausman yang menunjukkan bahwa Fixed Effect Model (FEM) merupakan model yang paling sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penjualan UMKM. Koefisien digital marketing sebesar 5.249193 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.0000 mengindikasikan bahwa setiap peningkatan biaya pemasaran digital memberikan peningkatan penjualan secara substansial. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa digital marketing merupakan strategi pemasaran efektif yang berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan penjualan dan peningkatan daya saing UMKM di era transformasi digital. Implikasi penelitian menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan kapasitas digital pelaku UMKM serta peran dukungan pemerintah dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pemasaran berbasis digital untuk mendorong kinerja usaha secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPTD Puskesmas Tebat Agung Kabupaten Muara Enim. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebagai responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 49 pegawai, diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan menyebar kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPTD Puskesmas Tebat Agung Kabupaten Muara Enim.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of ISO 31000:2018-based risk management in the creative fashion industry, using a case study of Uniquelymozdaily. The implementation of risk management is crucial in dealing with market uncertainty, rapidly changing trends, and operational and reputational risks. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach through the stages of risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and mitigation in accordance with ISO 31000 principles. The results indicate that Uniquelymozdaily faces six main risks: raw material delays, supply disruptions from suppliers, dependence on a single e-commerce platform, uncompetitive pricing strategies, ineffective marketing collaboration, and burnout due to high workload. Through the implementation of ISO 31000, the company was able to implement mitigation strategies such as supplier diversification, regular trend monitoring, and strengthening digital communication and security systems. The implementation of risk management has been proven not only to impact risk control but also to strengthen governance, increase consumer trust, and support Uniquelymozdaily's business sustainability amidst the competitive creative fashion industry.
