Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 presents significant challenges to educational institutions in Indonesia, including Islamic-based schools like SDITQ Bakkah Martapura, compelling them to enhance their competitiveness by delivering high-quality education. A qualitative study aims to explore implementing Islamic-based education that integrates academic excellence with moral values to address the challenges posed by globalization effectively. Data were collected from 22 informants through interviews, observations, and document analysis to understand the factors influencing the quality of education within this framework. The results indicate that the tahfizhul Qur'an program, an integrated religious curriculum, and a supportive Islamic learning environment significantly contribute to the school's competitive advantage. The tahfizhul Qur'an program enhances students' Arabic language skills and fosters their discipline and character development. Furthermore, a comprehensive religious curriculum deepens students' understanding of Islamic values, while a nurturing school environment supports their character growth. This research recommends innovative strategies and collaboration among the school, parents, and the community to improve the quality of education at SDITQ Bakkah Martapura continuously

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the integration of Islamic values and science in Islamic primary schools through a philosophy of science approach. The research identifies learning models that link science concepts with Islamic values, explores implementation challenges, and evaluates their impact on students' spiritual and intellectual character development. A qualitative approach with a case study method was applied in an Islamic primary school, with data collected through in-depth interviews with 6 informants. The findings show that the thematic-integrative model, Islamic scientific approach, and STEAM application based on Islamic values effectively integrate science concepts with the teachings of tawhid, ethics, and worship. These approaches enhance students' understanding of science and strengthen their spiritual awareness and critical thinking skills. Significant challenges include limited teacher competence in integrating Islamic and science knowledge, inadequate teaching facilities, and cultural resistance to integrative approaches. As solutions, the study recommends periodic teacher training, developing a philosophy of science-based learning modules, and collaborating with other Islamic education institutions. The study concludes that the philosophy of science approach supports the development of a relevant integrative curriculum capable of producing intellectually competent and spiritually grounded students with strong Islamic character to face the challenges of globalization.

Abstract

Efficient management of education data is essential to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the digital era, the Basic Education Data System (Dapodik) has become the leading innovation in collecting and managing education data nationally. This research examines the implementation of Dapodik at SD IT Syekh Yusuf South Sangatta, which has not been discussed much in previous studies. The research analyses the benefits, challenges, and strategies for implementing Dapodik in schools. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation with school principals, Dapodik operators and teachers. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The research results show that implementing Dapodik at SD IT Syekh Yusuf South Sangatta requires an integrated approach that refers to the management function POAC (Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Controlling). Careful planning stages, structured team organization, routine data input, and regular evaluation are important factors to support the efficiency and accuracy of educational data management. These findings contribute to developing technology-based education management and can be a reference for other schools in optimizing Dapodik. Applying the POAC theory can create a more efficient and accurate educational information system.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum demands changes in the learning evaluation system, especially in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, so it is more oriented towards developing student competencies. This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA approach, examining 120 relevant articles and filtering them into 15 main articles. This study focuses on identifying innovative strategies for developing competency-based evaluation in accordance with the characteristics of Islamic education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The study results show that competency-based evaluation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah must consider aspects of validity, reliability, fairness, and differentiation to adapt to the needs of learners. The findings also highlight key challenges, such as limited resources, teacher readiness, and the complexity of individual assessment. A formative assessment approach, evaluation-based technology, and authentic assessment are practical solutions to overcome this. This research contributes to designing an evaluation system that is more adaptive, innovative, and based on the values of Islamic education to support meaningful and sustainable learning for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in the era of the Independent Curriculum.
