Abstract

This study discusses the importance of financial records management in supporting records retrieval. This topic was chosen because financial records play an essential role in administration, auditing, and decision-making, so they must be managed in an orderly, systematic, and accessible manner. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through library research. Data were collected by identifying, reviewing, and recording relevant written sources, while data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results show that proper financial records management significantly affects the effectiveness of records retrieval. An organized filing system, clear records classification, the use of classification codes, dynamic records lists, and digitalization support can speed up the retrieval process. In contrast, poorly organized management, limited human resources, and inadequate facilities cause records retrieval to become slow and inefficient. Therefore, systematic financial records management is necessary to ensure the availability of information that is fast, accurate, and reliable in supporting organizational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pentingnya digitalisasi arsip vital sebagai upaya strategis dalam penyelamatan informasi dan peningkatan tata kelola kearsipan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif, penelitian ini mengkaji peran teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan arsip vital, termasuk penyimpanan, keamanan, aksesibilitas, dan mitigasi risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan arsip, mengurangi risiko kerusakan fisik, serta mempercepat proses temu kembali informasi. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana teknologi, kesiapan sumber daya manusia, dan keamanan data masih menjadi hambatan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi terpadu yang melibatkan teknologi, kebijakan, dan pengembangan SDM untuk mengoptimalkan digitalisasi arsip.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan melalui kajian literatur, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengendalian strategi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Pengendalian strategi berfungsi untuk memastikan keselarasan antara perencanaan dan implementasi strategi sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai secara efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, pengendalian strategi juga mendukung peningkatan kualitas pengambilan keputusan manajerial melalui penyediaan informasi yang relevan dan tepat waktu, serta membantu perusahaan dalam mengidentifikasi dan memperbaiki penyimpangan yang terjadi selama pelaksanaan strategi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pengendalian strategi dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal organisasi, seperti komitmen manajemen, kualitas sistem informasi, budaya organisasi, dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia. Dengan adanya dukungan faktor-faktor tersebut, pengendalian strategi dapat dioptimalkan sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperkuat koordinasi organisasi, serta meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi perusahaan terhadap perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu mengembangkan sistem pengendalian strategi yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan sebagai bagian dari upaya meningkatkan daya saing.

Abstract

study aims to analyze the role of Qur’anic verses as a guide for life as well as a foundation for the implementation of Islamic education, focusing on QS. Al-An’am (6): 91–92, QS. Ali Imran (3): 7 and 164, and QS. Al-Isra’ (17): 9 and 82. This research employs a qualitative method using a thematic exegesis approach (tafsīr mawḍū‘ī), through a literature review of both classical and contemporary tafsir sources. The findings reveal that the Qur’an holds a central role as hudan (guidance), nur (light), and shifa’ (healing), which directs human beings toward a balanced life in spiritual, moral, and intellectual dimensions. QS. Al-An’am highlights the Qur’an as a source of guidance and blessing, QS. Ali Imran explains the foundational principles of education through the understanding of muhkam and mutashabih verses and emphasizes the role of the Prophet as an educator, while QS. Al-Isra’ underlines the Qur’an’s function as a guide to the straight path and a source of spiritual healing. These findings indicate that the Qur’an is not merely a normative religious text, but also serves as a philosophical and practical foundation for Islamic education, aimed at developing individuals who are faithful, knowledgeable, and morally upright. Therefore, integrating Qur’anic values into educational practices is essential in addressing the challenges of modern life.

Abstract

This study departs from the low understanding of 9th-grade students regarding shorof (Arabic morphology) at Daarul Ihsan School Bandung. Shorof, which studies word form changes (tashrif), is a critical foundation for comprehending Islamic religious texts. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) examined the effectiveness of the Drill Method in improving shorof comprehension among 32 students over two cycles. Data were collected through written tests, observation, and documentation. Results demonstrated significant improvement: the class average in the pre-cycle was 62.5 with a passing rate of 37.5%, rising to 73.4 (65.6% passing) in Cycle I, and reaching 84.2 (93.75% passing) in Cycle II. These findings confirm that the Drill Method, through systematic and structured repetitive practice, effectively strengthens memory retention, develops morphological reflexes, and builds student confidence in independently applying tashrif rules.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the narrative of noble character (akhlaq) in digital da'wah on the YouTube channel of Ust Irfan Rizki Haas, which is motivated by the rapid development of digital media that has transformed the delivery of da'wah from conventional methods into more modern, social media-based approaches. This research employs a qualitative approach using descriptive content analysis, with data collected through digital observation and documentation of selected preaching videos chosen through purposive sampling. The findings indicate that the narrative of noble character in digital da'wah is delivered through a structured storytelling approach that is relevant to daily life, making it capable of attracting audience attention, while the da'wah strategy combines emotional, rational, and sensory approaches, which are proven effective in enhancing audience understanding and engagement. The dominant moral values include husnuzan (positive thinking), gratitude, humility (tawadhu’), consistency (istiqamah), and acceptance (ridha), while audience responses tend to be positive, as they not only understand the message but are also encouraged to change their behavior. Therefore, digital da'wah based on narratives of noble character can serve as an effective communication strategy in shaping character and improving the moral quality of society, especially among the younger generation in the digital era.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (ECE) occupies a strategic position in the educational system as it serves as the foundation for children’s intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, and moral development. The rapid advancement of globalization, digitalization, and information technology has created new challenges in preserving Islamic educational values while adapting to contemporary developments. This study aims to analyze the epistemology of early childhood education from a contemporary Islamic perspective, focusing on the construction of knowledge, sources of knowledge, methods of acquiring knowledge, and their relevance to current educational challenges. This research employed a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected through documentation techniques by examining books, scientific articles, and other relevant academic literature. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings reveal that the epistemology of Islamic early childhood education is constructed through the integration of three primary sources of knowledge: revelation, reason, and empirical experience. These sources collectively shape educational objectives, learning materials, methods, and evaluation processes. The study also indicates that contemporary Islamic thought seeks to integrate religious values with modern scientific developments in order to support holistic child development. Therefore, the epistemology of Islamic early childhood education remains highly relevant in addressing contemporary educational challenges by providing an integrative, holistic, and adaptive framework for developing children’s character, spirituality, and competencet.

Abstract

The concept of hadlonah in Islamic family law is often limited to formal-legal disputes over child custody following a divorce, creating a research gap regarding its integration into the family educational framework. This study aims to analyze the concept of hadlonah in Islamic jurisprudence, examine the rights of children and the obligations of parents, and explain its relevance to the implementation of Islamic education within the family. This study employs a qualitative approach with a library research design. Data collection was conducted through documentation studies of Quranic verses and relevant scientific journals. The collected data were then analyzed using thematic analysis with a descriptive-analytic presentation. The findings reveal that hadlonah is not merely a biological or technical custody right, but a holistic educational responsibility encompassing physical, psychological, moral, and spiritual dimensions. The study shows that the successful implementation of hadlonah requires active collaboration between both parents, which remains fully obligatory even in post-divorce conditions. In the context of Islamic education, hadlonah serves as the primary medium for character building and faith cultivation through daily habits and parental role-modeling, adapted to the child's developmental stages. This study implies that parents must view hadlonah as an integrated educational mandate to protect children from contemporary digital and social challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the administrative office in student affairs administration at SMP Negeri 6 Prabumulih. The administrative office plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of school administration, particularly in data management and services provided to students. This study employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the administrative staff. The results indicate that the administrative office plays a role in managing student data, archiving student documents, preparing correspondence, managing attendance, and providing administrative services related to student needs. Additionally, the administrative office serves as a facilitator for smooth communication between the school, students, and parents. Student administrative services at the school have been functioning fairly well, although some challenges remain, such as limited supporting facilities and a backlog of administrative work. Therefore, improvements in facilities and more effective work management are needed to ensure that student administrative services can operate optimally
