Abstract

Character is a pattern of behavior that is shown in the form of actions. The focus of character development is the formation of students' mindsets. Strive for students to be positive, responsible, and have good morals. Massenrempulu cultural values are symbols of nobility that are passed down from generation to generation. Mutual respect, courtesy and ethics are termed mataratte. Mataratte is loving and respecting each other, and saying good things. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of massenrempulu cultural value-based group guidance on the character of SMK students. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. This type of experimental research, the research model used is Pre-Experimental Designs which examines the application of massenrempul cultural value-based group guidance to improve student character. The experimental design used was One-Group Pretest-Posttest Designs. The population in this study were students of class X and XI at SMK Latanro Enrekang. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS for windows through a paired sample t-test, there is a difference in the mean value after treatment which is higher than before being given treatment, with a value of t = 10.645 with df = 29. Price ttable at t 0.05 = 2.05 with a significant value (P) = 0.000 < α = 0.05. This means that the null hypothesis (Ho) which is "group guidance based on massenrempulu cultural values is not effective in improving student character is declared rejected. Hence, the working hypothesis (H1), namely "group guidance based on massenrempulu cultural values is effective in improving student character" is declared accepted. From the previous statement, it can be concluded that group guidance based on massenrempulu cultural values is effective in improving student character.

Abstract

Research using a population, if the population is large and it is impossible for the reviewer to examine everything in the population, due to limited funds, manpower and time, the reviewer may use samples taken from a representative population. The study sample is part of the population taken as a data source and can represent the entire population. Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling Technique Group Sampling (Area Sampling) The area sampling technique is used to determine the sample when the object being studied or the data source is very large. To determine the object used as a data source, sampling is based on the specified population area. In a qualitative study, informants were divided into three, namely: key informants, main informants, and supporting informants. Key informants are informants who have comprehensive information about the issues raised by investigators. The selection of informants in a qualitative study is determined entirely by the reviewer, which is why it is called purposive sampling, namely choosing information-rich cases based on the strategy and objectives set by the reviewer whose numbers depend on the objective and learning resources.

The point of the principal's leadership is measured by the number of results issued, the level of satisfaction obtained, the creative product, and the intensity to be achieved. As for the inhibiting factors, namely schools that are far from the sub-district, signal difficulties, and a lack of teacher human resources, however, this has begun to be resolved with the strategy carried out by the school principal. The supporting factors are the presence of civil and non-civil servant teachers, as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure for the education process.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the method of cultivating good habits and removing bad characters from the perspective of the Qur'an. The research method used is library research, which examines and collects data from various literatures that are related to the discussion of the problem. In this study, researchers used two types of data, namely primary and secondary data, and secondary data sources, namely data in the form of related documents. The results of the study show that based on the various interpretations above, it is clear what is meant by QS Al Hajj verse 77: an order to get used to worship (represented by the words bowing and prostration) and also to do good deeds so that we get good luck in the afterlife. These habits should be introduced and ingrained as early as possible. In Islam, even though children who have not yet reached puberty are ordered to get used to worship, such as praying, the goal is for them to become accustomed to it until they are adults. Like someone who wants to be great at playing football, for example, it's impossible to be great at an adult age. The greatest baseball player began practicing as a child and has continued to this day. worship and good habits Begin early and instill it in your children.Of course, there are stages. starting by setting an example for toddlers. Seeing us worship, toddlers usually join in too. Then invite them without any coercion. Until the invitation with sanctions for children about to go to bed.
