Abstract

PT. Mandala Multifinance, Tbk. merupakan perusahaan pembiayaan dengan banyak cabang di Indonesia yang memiliki kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia. Adanya pertumbuhan konsumen pada cabang mengakibatkan rasio produktivitas cabang meningkat. Hal ini menyebabkan beban kerja dari suatu posisi jabatan bertambah. Bertambahnya beban kerja tentu membutuhkan penambahan karyawan yang dapat dilakukan dengan pelaksanaan rekrutmen. Tahapan rekrutmen dan seleksi yang ada pada PT. Mandala Multifinance, Tbk, yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa BKP magang yaitu people plan, penyebaran informasi lowongan kerja, screening curriculum vitae, initial interview, psikotes, interview user, ref check dan survey lingkungan. Kegiatan rekrutmen dilakukan selama kurang lebih 4 bulan. Dari kegiatan rekrutmen yang telah dilakukan terdapat 34 karyawan yang berhasil mencapai tahap akhir perekrutan dan diangkan menjadi karyawan pada perusahaan. 2 karyawan pada posisi Staf operasional, 28 karyawan pada posisi Kolektor, 3 karyawan pada posisi Surveyor, dan 1 karyawan pada posisi Customer Relationship Coordinator.

Abstract

The partners in this community service program are 13 young people on Balang Caddi Island who have dropped out of school and some of them do not have permanent jobs. Partners have problems with a lack of sources of income and their daily activities are disrupted by the large amount of rubbish on Balang Caddi Island. Balang Caddi Island is a small island located in Mattiro Bintang Village, Liukang Tupabbiring District, Pangkajene and Islands Regency. Problems experienced by partners can be minimized by involving them in waste management training using ecobrick and bioconversion techniques. Where, inorganic waste is used as ecobricks and organic waste is used as feed for Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggots. The effectiveness of this program is measured using observation methods, interviews, as well as administering scales and tests. Program application includes several stages, namely program socialization, awareness raising, ecobrick training, BSF Maggot cultivation bioconversion training, ecobrick and bioconversion assistance and program evaluation. The aim of this community service is to improve partners' skills in managing waste so that it has economic value.

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sulawesi has carried out an organizational transformation this year, one of which is by making changes to its organizational structure so that an analysis is needed to prepare new job descriptions. The purpose of this job description analysis is to review and update the previous job descriptions in order to clarify the job descriptions for new divisions and positions at UIP3B Sulawesi. The benefit of preparing job descriptions is to clarify the job description or main tasks and functions of work units for each job designation, as well as to identify the competency requirements required for each job designation. This research approach is action research using Participatory Action Research (PAR) techniques through qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the latest job description forms that have changes to organizational structure, competency levels, business streams, and main tasks at each functional level to become more detailed and specific and relevant to the conditions of employees and the company.

Abstract

School is an educational institution that serves as a place for acquiring knowledge, shaping morals and character, as well as developing students' interests and talents. To fulfill these functions, every school requires a guidance counselor to assist in character formation and handle student issues within the school. However, due to limited guidance counselors, this aspect may not be fully maximized. The purpose of this activity is to equip teachers with the skills to provide counseling services to students, as it is known that the interaction between homeroom teachers and subject teachers with students is more frequent compared to guidance counselors. This workshop was attended by 14 teachers from MTs Arifah. The methods used in this workshop included lectures (material presentation), counseling practice through role play, and pre-test and post-test assessments on basic counseling techniques. Based on the conducted Basic Counseling Techniques Workshop, it was found that the participants experienced an increase in knowledge about basic counseling techniques, as evidenced by the results of the pre-test and post-test. In addition to the test results, the counseling abilities of the participants can also be observed from the observations during the role play counseling practice.

Abstract

Skills training should be provided according to individual abilities and interests. So that individuals with special needs can develop their ability to be independent at an optimal stage. The purpose of this program is to develop families with individuals with special needs. In order to provide social support and skills to individuals with special needs to optimize their abilities. This program helps improve the skills of individuals with special needs to create works with materials that are easy to find. This program is divided into three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation starting from preparing teaching media in the form of cards and other materials, implementing activities for 1 day with a learning menu, namely making soap and candles from used cooking oil waste. The implementation of PKM is carried out at the location of Sentra Wirajaya partners. Evaluation of training results is carried out by conducting observations and interviews with several training participants.  The results show that parents find it helpful to get material that is easy to teach to children and can be an activity of economic value for children with special needs.

Abstract

The work behavior of ASN teachers in everyday life is based on the value of BerAKHLAK. The implementation of BerAKHLAK values cannot be achieved if civil servants do not know and understand these values. ASN Teacher service activities aim to provide knowledge related to the value of BerAKHLAK by exploring self-awareness and application of these values in the teacher's daily work activities. The approach method carried out in instilling BerAKHLAK values uses coaching groups. The participants of the activity were 31 ASN MAN 2 Polewali Mandar teachers. The activity of providing BerAKHLAK material and coaching group was carried out for 120 minutes (2 hours). ASN teachers show high involvement in participating in activities. The evaluation results show that training activities are considered useful and relevant in instilling BerAKHLAK values for ASN teachers.

Abstract

This activity is a psychoeducational activity in order to increase students' knowledge regarding the dangers of bullying, forms of bullying, causes and effects of bullying, and how to prevent and deal with bullying. The background of this activity is because bullying is a problem that often occurs in society, especially teenagers who are in junior high and high school. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge to SMP YP PGRI students regarding bullying. The benefit of this activity is that it increases the knowledge of SMP YP PGRI students about the dangers of bullying. The targets of this activity are teenagers who are currently in class VII of junior high school, either those who have experienced bullying or who have never experienced bullying. This activity was carried out using the psychoeducation method, where before the implementation of psychoeducation the participants chose a pre-test to measure the extent of their initial understanding regarding the material provided, and after being given psychoeducation, students were asked again to choose a posttest to see whether or not there was a change in understanding. Then proceed with giving games to once again measure students' understanding of the material that has been given.Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan psikoedukasi dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa terkait bahaya bullying, bentuk-bentuk bullying, sebab dan akibat bullying, serta cara mencegah dan menangani bullying. Latar belakang dari kegiatan ini karena bullying menjadi masalah yang sering terjadi masyarakat, terutama remaja-remaja yang duduk di bangku SMP dan SMA. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa SMP YP PGRI terkait bullying. Manfaat dari kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan siswa SMP YP PGRI mengenai bahaya dari bullying. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah remaja yang saat ini duduk di bangku SMP kelas VII baik yang pernah mengalami tindakan bullying ataupun yang tidak pernah mengalami tindakan bullying. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode pemberian psikoedukasi, di mana sebelum pelaksanaan psikoedukasi peserta mengisi pre-test untuk mengukur sejauh mana pemahaman awal terkait materi yang diberikan, dan setelah diberi psikoedukasi, siswa diminta lagi untuk mengisi posttest untuk melihat ada atau tidaknya perubahan pemahaman. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemberian games untuk sekali lagi mengukur pemahaman siswa terkait materi yang telah diberikan.

Abstract

Self-talk has been widely known and used as a psychology technique in sports. It is a fundamental technique that can lift the spirit of players up if it is done sufficiently. Apart from that, self-talk is also able to improve athletes' technical skills if it is executed well. This community service targets the use of self-talk in POMNAS tennis athletes who will compete at POMNAS 2023 next November. This community service uses a training and psychoeducation approach, where athletes will be given material related to mental skills of motivational self-talk and instructional self-talk. The results of this training and psychoeducation show an increase in athletes' knowledge regarding self-talk and how to use it appropriately. The hope is that this training and psychoeducation will be able to help athletes to provide their best abilities during the implementation of POMNAS 2023 in Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Remaja SMK masih mengalami kebimbangan dan ketidaksiapan hingga stress dalam membuat keputusan karir yang tepat bagi masa depannya .Perencanaan karir dapat membantu memberi kesadaran terhadap peluang, kesempatan, kendala dan pilihan dengan mengidentifikasi tujuan yang berkaitan dengan karir, penyusunan program kerja, pendidikan serta pengalaman yang bersifat pengembangan dalam rangka meraih tujuan karir. Pelatihan penyusunan rencana karir adalah sebuah program psikoedukasi yang dikembangkan oleh tim pengabdian Fakultas Psikologi UNM. Tujuan dari pelatihan penyusunan rencana karir adalah untuk membantu siswa membuat rancangan kegiatan dalam upaya mempersiapkan karir serta memilih jalur dalam mencapai tujuan dimasa yang akan datang dengan berbagai langkah dan cara alternatif yang sudah ditetapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah metode psikoedukasi berupa pelatihan yang berfokus memberikan didikan untuk menghadapi tantangan ataupun masalah-masalah dalam hidup individu. Hasil dari program pelatihan penyusunan rencana karir menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 5 Makassar mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dan penguasaan keterampilan dalam menentukan perencanaan karir kedepannya, hal tersebut dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest yang diberikan.
