Abstract

One of the challenges for workers or employees is balancing time for work with their personal life, which is commonly called work life balance. The aim of providing work life balance psychoeducation in this social service is to provide an understanding of the importance of work life balance to PT. Sinar Sosro Kantor Penjualan Wilayah Kalimantan Sulawesi employees. The method uses intervention in the form of psychoeducation including psychoeducational preparation (conducting FGDs and surveys), implementing psychoeducation, administering pre-tests and post-tests. The implementation of work life balance psychoeducation was attended by 32 participants from PT. Sinar Sosro Kantor Penjualan Wilayah Kalimantan Sulawesi employees whose work placement is at the Kantor Penjualan Wilayah office. The results of this service show that the work life balance psychoeducation activities carried out can provide employees with an understanding of the importance of work life balance itself. This understanding includes what work life balance is, the concept of work life balance, factors that influence work life balance, signs of poor work life balance, and ideal work life balance.

Abstract

Disleksia merupakan salah satu gangguan yang disebabkan oleh permasalahan di otak dan ditandai dengan kesulitan ketika belajar membaca dan menulis. Pengetahuan tentang disleksia sangat penting untuk diketahui oleh masyarakat, sehingga dapat mendeteksi anak yang mengalami disleksia, memahami kondisi anak, dan memberikan penanganan sesuai kebutuhan anak, khususnya pada anak pra sekolah dan sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk psikoedukasi non pelatihan dengan cara langsung melalui webinar. Webinar ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan masyarakat umum tentang disleksia dan memperingati bulan disleksia internasional. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam lima tahap yaitu, tahap analisis kebutuhan, tahap perencanaan, tahap pendaftaran, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara online melalui Zoom Cloud Meeting pada hari sabtu, tanggal 22 oktober 2022, pukul 10.00-13.00 WITA. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, kegiatan webinar ini dibagi dalam beberapa sesi yaitu, pembukaan, pemberian materi webinar, sesi tanya jawab, pemberian presensi dan evaluasi, penutupan serta foto virtual bersama. Data yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan webinar yang telah dilakukan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi baru kepada peserta tentang disleksia pada anak pra sekolah dan sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Pelatihan psikoedukasi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan emosional yang signifikan yang dihadapi oleh terapis, guru, dan orang tua sebagai pendamping utama Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Tanggung jawab yang besar dalam merawat dan mendidik ABK seringkali menimbulkan stres, kelelahan emosional, bahkan burnout, yang pada akhirnya dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pendampingan dan perkembangan optimal anak. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi para pendamping ABK di Sekolah Inklusi dan Pusat Terapi ABK Permataku Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian psikoedukasi dengan tema "Regulasi Emosi" yang disampaikan oleh seorang psikolog berpengalaman. Sebanyak 36 peserta yang terdiri dari terapis, guru, dan orang tua terlibat dalam kegiatan ini. Evaluasi efektivitas program dilakukan dengan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test yang terdiri dari 7 pertanyaan, dan data dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tidak ada negative ranks, sebanyak 36 kasus merupakan positive ranks (Posttest > Pretest) dengan Sum of Ranks 666,00, dan nilai Z sebesar -5,289 dengan signifikansi p < 0,05. Ini membuktikan adanya peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan setelah intervensi. Rata-rata skor pre-test yang awalnya rendah (skor 1 dari maksimal 7) meningkat secara dramatis pada post-test. Disimpulkan bahwa program psikoedukasi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis peserta dalam mengelola emosi, mengurangi stres, dan mendukung terciptanya lingkungan yang lebih positif bagi perkembangan ABK. Program ini juga memperkuat kolaborasi antara keluarga, sekolah, dan terapis.

Abstract

This activity aims to introduce and sharpen the knowledge of KONI Makassar athletes on mental skills that will play a very important role in the training and matches they will take part in. This activity departs from a needs analysis which is carried out using observation and interview methods to find out what things athletes need to improve in terms of psychological skills, it turns out that many athletes do not know in detail the mental skills needed to become successful athletes. The basic theory that is used as a reference in making psychoeducational materials is Jack Lesyck's nine mental skills for successful athletes. This theory is used because it is considered very holistic and comprehensive to help athletes have the mental skills that must exist in them to become successful athletes. Based on the results of the pre and post-test, it was concluded that the psychoeducation arranged by the research team provided knowledge and sharpened information about the mental skills possessed by athletes in Makassar City. Further research is expected that athletes will be given special assistance so that more mental exercises can be carried out by athletes

Abstract

Modal Psikologis merupakan kondisi perkembangan psikologis positif seseorang yang ditandai dengan memiliki keyakinan diri untuk bertahan dan mengupayakan usaha yang diperlukan untuk berhasil dalam tugas yang menantang. Ini juga mencakup membuat atribusi positif tentang pencapaian saat ini dan di masa depan, ketekunan dalam mencapai tujuan, kemampuan untuk mengubah jalur menuju tujuan (harapan), serta kemampuan untuk bertahan dan bahkan melebihi kendala menuju kesuksesan. Namun, masih banyak siswa yang belum mengembangkan modal psikologis secara optimal, yang mengakibatkan persepsi negatif terhadap lingkungan dan sekolah. Permasalahan ini berkaitan dengan rendahnya kesejahteraan siswa. Oleh karena itu, dengan dasar penjelasan tersebut telah melaksanakan program peningkatan modal psikologis pada siswa.Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh siswa dan meningkatkan modal psikologis mereka. Dengan adanya program ini, siswa akan dapat mengembangkan sikap yang lebih positif terhadap diri sendiri, lingkungan, dan sekolah, serta mampu menghadapi tantangan dengan lebih percaya diri dan tekun serta  kesejahteraan siswa dapat meningkat secara signifikan

Abstract

PT. Midi Utama Indonesia, Tbk. This is a company that has a number of branches spread throughout Indonesia and of course requires quality human resources (HR). The increase in the number of shops in various regions has resulted in a shortage of store crew at the Alfamidi Branch Kendari shop, resulting in the productivity of each shop continuing to increase. This causes work overload. To reduce workload, of course the company must have a number of employees that suits the company's needs, which can be done through a recruitment and selection process. Recruitment and selection stages at PT. Midi Utama Indonesia, Tbk carried out by independent campus internship students, namely People plan, disseminating job vacancy information, administrative selection, HRD interviews, psychological tests, and digital footprint. From the recruitment and selection activities carried out during the internship period, 389 applicants were received in February, 540 applicants in March and 656 applicants in April. There were 309 prospective candidates who passed the administrative selection stage in February, 364 applicants in March and 172 applicants in April. There were 168 candidates who went through the interview and psychological test selection stages in February, 51 applicants in March and 80 applicants in April for store crew positions who would then be invited for the training process. At the end of the recruitment and selection process through to training, there were 54 applicants in February, 72 applicants in March and 41 applicants in April who graduated to become store crew for Alfamidi Branch Kendari.

Abstract

The psychoeducation activity was conducted at UPT SMAN 9 Bulukumba with the aim of increasing adolescents’ understanding of sexual violence, especially related to inappropriate touching. The main objective was to serve as a preventive measure so that teenagers could protect themselves early on. The psychoeducation program titled "Brave Teens: Reject Inappropriate Touch!" was designed to enable adolescents to recognize, refuse, and confidently report socially and legally inappropriate actions. The methods used included administering pre-tests and post-tests to measure knowledge changes, delivering material on inappropriate touching, types of sexual violence, and how to refuse and report such incidents. The activities also involved discussions and Q&A sessions to deepen understanding and provide space for sharing experiences and opinions. A total of 30 female students participated in the program. The psychoeducation was carried out in stages, starting from preparation, material delivery, to final evaluation. Analysis results showed that after participating in the activity, participants’ understanding of the dangers of sexual violence increased significantly. Participants also became more confident in facing inappropriate situations. This psychoeducation activity proved effective in improving knowledge and shaping positive attitudes regarding the importance of self-protection against sexual violence. It is hoped that similar activities can create a safer school environment that is more aware of sexual violence issues and encourage adolescents to bravely say no and report if they experience or witness inappropriate behavior.Keywords: Psychoeducation; Adolescents; Sexual violence; Inappropriate touching.

Abstract

Fear of missing out is a great desire to stay connected with what other people are doing through cyberspace. This psychoeducation aims to add information to adolescents about the Fear of Missing Out phenomenon and how to prevent it. Psychoeducation was carried out by distributing posters and giving a survey using a Google form to several teenagers in Makassar and South Tangerang for three days. The results of implementing psychoeducation on 30 teenage respondents aged 17 to 20 years, namely psychoeducational activities provide information so that respondents become more aware of the Fear of Missing Out phenomenon and add insight. In addition, the insights obtained from psychoeducational activities are that respondents understand more about the Fear of Missing Out phenomenon and how to overcome it, the contents of the poster can be applied to themselves, know what to do when experiencing this situation, and get motivation after reading posters related to Fear of Missing Out prevention.

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sulawesi has carried out an organizational transformation this year, one of which is by making changes to its organizational structure so that an analysis is needed to prepare new job descriptions. The purpose of this job description analysis is to review and update the previous job descriptions in order to clarify the job descriptions for new divisions and positions at UIP3B Sulawesi. The benefit of preparing job descriptions is to clarify the job description or main tasks and functions of work units for each job designation, as well as to identify the competency requirements required for each job designation. This research approach is action research using Participatory Action Research (PAR) techniques through qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the latest job description forms that have changes to organizational structure, competency levels, business streams, and main tasks at each functional level to become more detailed and specific and relevant to the conditions of employees and the company.

Abstract

Motivasi kerja merupakan hal penting dalam mendorong individu dalam bekerja secara optimal untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Namun, hasil analisis kebutuhan terhadap 25 karyawan Hotel Gammara menunjukkan permasalahan motivasi kerja yang dipengaruhi oleh ketidakadilan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang kurang mendukung. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan psikoedukasi bertema “Worktivate – Bangkitkan Energi dan Motivasi Kerja dari Dalam Diri” sebagai upaya meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara luring pada 16 Mei 2025 di Banyan Meeting Room, Hotel Gammara dan diikuti oleh 21 karyawan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pengisian pre test dan post test untuk mengukur pemahaman karyawan sebelum dan sesudah materi diberikan. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 (p < 0,05), yang menandakan adanya peningkatan motivasi kerja secara signifikan. Sebanyak 17 karyawan mengalami peningkatan skor, 4 tetap, dan tidak ada penurunan skor motivasi. Psikoedukasi ini memberikan dampak positif, karena materi yang diberikan membantu karyawan menggali motivasi intrinsik, meningkatkan kesadaran diri, serta memahami pentingnya persepsi keadilan dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung. Dengan demikian, kegiatan psikoedukasi ini terbukti efektif sebagai bentuk intervensi psikologis untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan di dalam diri mereka sendiri.
