Abstract

The development of children's cognition, especially at the early school age, is one of the keys to success in human growth and development. However, parents and teachers may experience limited understanding and skills in identifying, stimulating and evaluating children's cognitive development according to their developmental stage. To overcome partner problems, the PKM implementation team proposed training activities with the ultimate goal of helping parents and teachers at Pertiwi Kindergarten, South Sulawesi, in developing understanding and skills to support the cognitive development of kindergarten-aged children. PKM activities are carried out in the form of parenting seminars, with participants from parents and teachers at Pertiwi Kindergarten, South Sulawesi. Overall, the parenting seminar activity on optimizing the cognitive development of kindergarten age children at Pertiwi Kindergarten, South Sulawesi has been carried out very well and achieved the expected goals. The high level of participation and enthusiasm of participants, reflected in the presence of participants and their active involvement in discussions, shows the success of this program in meeting partners' needs.

Abstract

PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan berbadan hukum yang bergerak pada bidang perdagangan dan distribusi eceran produk konsumen dengan mengoperasikan mini market bernama Alfamart. PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk memiliki lebih dari 15.000 gerai yang tersebar di 32 kantor cabang di seluruh Indonesia. PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk bergabung sebagai salah satu mitra dalam program Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka yang diselengarakan oleh Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Dalam program ini, terdapat suatu proyek yang dilaksanakan yaitu Evaluasi Bisnis Proses Recruitment and Selection Specialist di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Branch Makassar. Proses perekrutan dan seleksi yang efektif serta efisien terus dikembangkan oleh perusahaan untuk menjaring sumber daya manusia yang potensial dan unggul. Program ini dilakukan selama kurang lebih empat bulan, dengan kegiatan utama yaitu mengembangkan proses perekrutan dan seleksi serta menemukan métode efektif yang digunakan dalam melakukan proses perekrutan dan seleksi kepada seluruh calon kandidat karyawan untuk memenuhi area minus.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan karir merupakan salah satu tugas perkembangan penting pada remaja, khususnya siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) yang berada dalam fase transisi menuju dunia kerja. Siswa menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan informasi mengenai dunia kerja, ketidakpastian masa depan, serta rendahnya kesiapan dalam merencanakan dan mengambil keputusan karir. Data Badan Pusat Statistik menunjukkan bahwa lulusan SMK masih mendominasi angka pengangguran di Indonesia, sehingga intervensi untuk memperkuat kesiapan karir menjadi kebutuhan mendesak. Untuk itu, Program Self-Reflection Focused Career Course (SRFCC) dirancang untuk meningkatkan career self-efficacy, career maturity, dan career adaptability melalui pendekatan refleksi diri. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada siswi SMK Kesehatan Terpadu Mega Rezky Makassar melalui empat tahap, yaitu ceramah, diskusi, role play refleksi karir, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa menjadi lebih mampu mengenali kelebihan, keterbatasan, dan tujuan karir mereka, serta lebih yakin dalam menyiapkan keterampilan pendukung karir. Selain itu, keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan kelompok memungkinkan terbentuknya validasi sosial yang memperkuat kepercayaan diri. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa Program Self-Reflection Focused Career Course (SRFCC) merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapan karir siswa SMK dan dapat direkomendasikan sebagai bagian integral dari layanan bimbingan konseling karir di sekolah vokasi. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model intervensi yang dapat direplikasi di konteks pendidikan vokasi lainnya.

Abstract

School is an educational institution that serves as a place for acquiring knowledge, shaping morals and character, as well as developing students' interests and talents. To fulfill these functions, every school requires a guidance counselor to assist in character formation and handle student issues within the school. However, due to limited guidance counselors, this aspect may not be fully maximized. The purpose of this activity is to equip teachers with the skills to provide counseling services to students, as it is known that the interaction between homeroom teachers and subject teachers with students is more frequent compared to guidance counselors. This workshop was attended by 14 teachers from MTs Arifah. The methods used in this workshop included lectures (material presentation), counseling practice through role play, and pre-test and post-test assessments on basic counseling techniques. Based on the conducted Basic Counseling Techniques Workshop, it was found that the participants experienced an increase in knowledge about basic counseling techniques, as evidenced by the results of the pre-test and post-test. In addition to the test results, the counseling abilities of the participants can also be observed from the observations during the role play counseling practice.

Abstract

The Makassar City Regional People's Representative Council Secretariat is a government agency whose function is to assist the Regent/Deputy Regent in efforts to implement regional development in Makassar City, so that community welfare can be realized. In their duties to assist the Regent/Deputy Regent of Makassar City, employees at the Makassar City Regional People's Representative Council Secretariat need a driving force so that all employees collaborate and work sincerely and passionately to achieve regional development planning targets. Work motivation is the most vital driving force in achieving performance. After a need assessment was carried out, the results shown were that approximately 50% of working employees needed increased motivation. Therefore, seeing the problems that existed in the field, the implementation team decided to carry out interventions that were relevant to the existing problems, namely psychoeducational interventions in the form of posters with variables regarding work motivation which aimed to provide staff at the Makassar City DPRD with new insights and knowledge about what what is meant by work motivation, the benefits of work motivation, factors that can cause work motivation to decrease, and how to increase work motivation. The results show that providing psychoeducation has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at the Makassar City DPRD Secretariat. So, it can be concluded that providing psychoeducation has a direct impact on employee work processes. Providing psychoeducation can be one of the interventions presented to help employees maintain and increase work motivation.

Abstract

Perubahan sistem pembelajaran menjadi daring sebagai respon terhadap pandemic covid 19 menuntut penyesuaian oleh berbagai pihak. Siswa menghadapi sejumlah masalah dalam masa transisi tersebut, sehingga dapat berdampak pada prestasi akademik di sekolah. Keberhasilan dalam menghadapi kesulitan yang dialami sangat terkait dengan daya juang ata kemampuan individu untuk bertahan dan mencari solusi yang tepat atas permasalahan yang dihadapi. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan daya juang pada remaja binaan rumah zakat makassar dilakukan agar para remaja yang masih berstatus sebagai siswa dapat menerapkannya untuk menangani berbagai kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi selama masa pandemic ini. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 37 siswa dari tingkat SMP dan SMA/SMK. Bentuk kegiatan berupa psikoedukasi terkait pentingnya daya juang dan strategi untuk meningkatkannya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perubahan pemahaman siswa dalam merespon kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan manajemen event oleh BKP Mandiri dalam meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan peserta pada acara Milad ke-7 PT Tigalapan Indonesia yang juga melibatkan kegiatan buka puasa bersama. Tujuan utama pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memperkuat identitas kolektif, menumbuhkan ikatan emosional dan spiritual di antara karyawan, serta memperkuat budaya organisasi melalui kegiatan yang bermakna. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif analitik, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada 102 peserta yang aktif berpartisipasi secara langsung maupun daring. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan perangkat lunak SPSS, khususnya untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan dan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadapnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta merasa sangat puas dengan acara ini, dengan lebih dari 96% responden menilai pengalaman mereka sebagai "sangat tinggi" dan "tinggi." Keberhasilan ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dan pelaksanaan yang matang mampu menciptakan pengalaman emosional dan sosial yang positif, serta memperkuat hubungan antar karyawan. Kegiatan seperti tausiah, permainan kelompok, dan partisipasi dalam kegiatan internal turut berperan dalam membangun kepercayaan dan mempererat ikatan kerja sama. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen acara yang efektif, terutama yang mengintegrasikan unsur spiritual dan rekreatif, sangat penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan meningkatkan loyalitas organisasi.

Abstract

One of the most essential aspects in determining the quality of service received is the satisfaction of customers. Through this program, partners will be helped to learn about and comprehend the cadets' opinions of the PIP Makassar services that have been rendered. The activity was carried out by providing surveys to 582 PIP Makassar cadets via Google form. The SPSS tool was then used to evaluate the questionnaire responses. Based on the findings of descriptive analysis, it is possible to conclude that PIP Makassar cadets are satisfied with the services provided at PIP Makassar.

Abstract

A woman chooses to sell her body to make ends meet, due to several factors. Not only is the economy the main reason for working as a sex worker, but also family and social environment factors. From these factors a person easily experiences psychological instability, especially when undergoing a rehabilitation period with a feeling that they have not accepted the new status condition of being a beneficiary. Therefore, community service is carried out by psychoeducation using non-training methods to find out whether there is an effect of psychoeducation on the importance of mental health for the Prosecutors in Mattiro Deceng. Psychoeducation is based on the One-Group Pretest-Postest Design method. Participants who participated were 32 people, from the age range of 16 years to 47 years and were female. Based on the results of data processing from a comparison of pre-test and post-test scores for each participant, it shows that 20 respondents experienced an increase in understanding of mental health, as many as 10 participants did not experience an increase in point 1, and as many as 2 participants did not experience an increase in point 2. Thus, there is an increase in understanding between the pre-test and post-test of providing psychoeducation to beneficiaries (PSK) at UPT PPSKW Mattiro Deceng. It is hoped that further community service can develop and reach a wider audience.

Abstract

Skills training should be provided according to individual abilities and interests. So that individuals with special needs can develop their ability to be independent at an optimal stage. The purpose of this program is to develop families with individuals with special needs. In order to provide social support and skills to individuals with special needs to optimize their abilities. This program helps improve the skills of individuals with special needs to create works with materials that are easy to find. This program is divided into three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation starting from preparing teaching media in the form of cards and other materials, implementing activities for 1 day with a learning menu, namely making soap and candles from used cooking oil waste. The implementation of PKM is carried out at the location of Sentra Wirajaya partners. Evaluation of training results is carried out by conducting observations and interviews with several training participants.  The results show that parents find it helpful to get material that is easy to teach to children and can be an activity of economic value for children with special needs.
