Abstract

Social fiqh is a means of improving the benefit of the public and the people, Islam has a variety of guidelines, strategies, and even criteria in applying Fiqh in everyday life. Fiqh which is made the basis of life that directs humans to dignity in accordance with the teachings of Islam which already exists in the source of Islamic law, namely the Al-Qur'an and Hadith as a definite guide to life for mankind. Social fiqh aims to create an applicable society with easy access to social, economic and social life values. So that a harmonious society is created. The results showed that social Fiqh in the era of society 5.0 will be an increase in ease of access to problems in community life regarding economy, social, culture. There are three strategies for the development of Fiqh in the era of society 5.0 (1) Fiqh can adapt to any changes (2) The spirit of the changing times (3) The existence of government development policies.Fiqih sosial merupakan sarana dalam meningkatkan kemaslahatan publik maupun umat, Islam mempunyai berbagai macam pedoman, strategi, bahkan kriteria dalam mengaplikasikan Fiqih dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Fiqih yang di jadikan dasar dalam kehidupan yang mengarahkan manusia kepada martabat yang sesuai dengan ajaran agama Islam yang sudah ada dalam sumberhukum Islam yaitu Al-Qur'an dan Hadist sebagai penoman hidup yang pasti bagi umat manusia. Fiqih sosial bertujuan untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang aplikatif dengan kemudahan akses dalam bersosial, berekonomi dan mengedepankan nilai-nilai kehidupan bermasyarakat. Sehingga terciptanta masyarakat yang harmonis. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fiqih sosial pada era society 5.0 akan menjadi peningkatan kemudahan dalam mengakses masalah dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat mengenai ekonomi, sosial, budaya. Terdapat tiga strategi perkembangan Fiqih di era society 5.0 (1) Fiqih bisa beradaptasi dengan setiap perubahan (2) Semangat adanya perubahan zaman (3) Adanya kebijakan pembangunan pemerintah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis jenis-jenis hukuman yang diterima  oleh santri di sebuah pesantren X di Sleman, Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 santri putra dan putri serta tiga orang ustad. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok terfokus dan observasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode interaktif Miles, Huberman & Saldana dengan tahapan: kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan ada empat jenis hukuman, yaitu hukuman fisik, denda, dan hukuman berupa melakukan aktivitas, dan hukuman dikeluarkan dari pesantren. Hukuman fisik berupa peserta didik dicukur rambut, dipukul dengan rotan, dipukul dengan tasbih, berdiri di lapangan di siang hari, disiram air comberan, dan berdiri satu jam di depan asrama santri perempuan. Hukuman denda berupa membayar uang dua ribu rupiah, menyetorkan lima kantong semen, menyita telpon seluler yang dibawa dari rumah. Hukuman berupa kegiatan yaitu membaca Al-Quran selama 15 menit, membaca surat Yasin, membersihkan toilet, membersihkan kamar, mencuci piring teman sekamar selama satu minggu. Hukuman yang paling berat adalah dikeluarkan dari pesantren. Secara umum, semua hukuman dapat diterima/disetujui oleh peserta didik karena dianggap masih dalam batas wajar untuk mendidik mereka menjadi disiplin.This study aimed to analyze the types of punishments received by students at an Islamic boarding school X in Yogyakarta. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 20 male and female students and three religious teachers. Data collection methods are in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and observation. The data analysis method uses the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study concluded that there were five types of punishment: 1) point accumulative punishment; 2) Corporal punishments included shaving their hair, beating them with rattan sticks, beating them with prayer beads, standing in the field during the day, being doused with sewage water, and standing for one hour in front of the female students' dormitory; 3)The fine is in the form of paying two thousand rupiahs, depositing five bags of cement, and confiscating the cell phone brought from home; 4) Punishment in the form of activities, namely reading the Koran for 15 minutes, reading Yasin's letter, cleaning the toilet, cleaning the room, and washing the roommates' dishes for one week; 5) The most severe punishment is expulsion from the pesantren. In general, all punishments can be accepted/approved by students because they are considered within reasonable limits to educate them to be disciplined.

Abstract

This study intends to evaluate the gender inclusivity in learning and education research field's growth trend from 2013 to 2023. The steps of the research are as follows: (i) assembling the tools and materials; (ii) organizing meetings; (iii) screening; (iv) visualizing; and (v) reviewing the data and outcomes that have been published. There were 988 articles in the keyword search results for "Gender," "Inclusiveness," "Learning materials," "Elementary School," and "Indonesia." A more equal and inclusive learning environment for all students can be achieved by include gender in student learning materials, according to the research findings. Students are more likely to feel appreciated and respected when they recognize themselves in the learning materials. Additionally, it supports and equalizes constructive gender roles and works to dispel harmful gender stereotypes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk  mengklasifikasikan dan mengkategorikan sekolah dasar yang mengimplementasikan kebijakan sekolah ramah anak di kabupaten Bantul Yogyakarta. Pendekatan penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 356 yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert, angket disebarkan melalui google form untuk membantu peneliti menjangkau seluruh lokasi. Instrumen angket menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, product). Analisis data menggunakan statistik desktiptif dalam bentuk persentase.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kategori dari hasil asesmen evaluasi kebijakan sekolah ramah anak di sekolah dasar kabupaten Bantul DIY yang menerapkan kebijakan sekolah ramah anak baik itu negeri dan swasta termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari 144 SD Negeri dan 30 SD swasta terdapat 130 sekolah (37%) yang menerapkan Sekolah Ramah Anak termasuk ke kategori "Sangat Baik", sebanyak 109 sekolah (31%) yang menerapkan SRA termasuk ke kategori "Baik", sebanyak 76 sekolah (21%) yang menerapkan SRA termasuk ke kategori "Cukup", sebanyak 34 (10%) sekolah ramah anak yang termasuk dalam kategori "Kurang Baik", dan 7 sekolah (2%) termasuk ke kategori "Tidak Baik" pelaksanaannya.This research aims to classify and categorize elementary schools implementing child-friendly policies in the Bantul district, Yogyakarta. The research approach is quantitative research with a survey type. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a total of 357 respondents consisting of school principals and teachers. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to help researchers reach all locations. The questionnaire instrument uses the CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation model. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. The research results show that the category of evaluation results of child-friendly school policies in elementary schools in Bantul DIY district which implement child-friendly school policies, both public and private, is included in the excellent category. The results of the analysis show that of the 144 public elementary schools and 30 private elementary schools, there are 130 schools (37%) that implement Child-Friendly Schools, including the "Very Good" category, as many as 109 schools (31%) that implement SRA fall into the "Good" category, as many as 76 schools (21%) that implemented SRA were included in the "Fair" category, 34 (10%) child-friendly schools were included in the "Poorly Good" category, and seven schools (2%) were included in the "Not Good" category.

Abstract

In today's ever-changing education landscape, fostering deep learning is paramount for transformative education. Teachers play a pivotal role in this endeavor by implementing effective pedagogies that guide students beyond surface-level understanding toward profound learning experiences. This study aimed to explore the effective pedagogical approaches used in schools to promote deep learning within a transformative educational setting. Adopting a qualitative approach with a case study design, the study focused on a single school to investigate these approaches. The study population comprised teachers and learners, with a purposive sample of eight participants, including four teachers and four learners. Data collection utilized semi-structured interviews with predetermined questions for the participants. Thematic analysis was employed to systematically distill meaningful themes and patterns from the collected data. The findings indicated that pedagogical approaches significantly contribute to both deep learning and transformative education, emphasizing active student participation. As a result, schools should adopt effective pedagogical approaches such as group discussions, presentations, and projects to enhance students' learning experiences. The study therefore recommends that learner-centred pedagogies, teaching methods and strategies should be used in schools to foster deep learning of learners.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah proses esensial dalam perkembangan karakter dan kemampuan manusia yang dimulai sejak lahir hingga tutup usia, dan keluarga menjadi lembaga pendidikan pertama dan utama. Penelitian ini mengkaji pemikiran dua tokoh pendidikan dengan latar belakang dan konteks yang berbeda, yaitu Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi dan Imam al-Ghazali. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam terkait dengan topik yang diteliti, kemudian mengidentifikasi celah penelitian, dan membangun dasar teori yang kuat. Pestalozzi adalah seorang ahli pendidikan yang berasal dari Swiss yang sangat menekankan pentingnya cinta, kasih sayang, dan keaktifan jiwa raga. Selain itu, ia juga percaya bahwa pendidikan sudah seharusnya diawali dari keluarga dengan peran utama orang tua, terutama ibu yang merupakan pendidik pertama dan utama bagi anak. Sementara itu, Imam al-Ghazali yang juga dikenal sebagai ulama besar dalam Islam, memberikan penekanan pada pendidikan yang penuh kasih sayang, keteladanan yang konsisten, serta pemahaman mendalam yang terkait dengan tingkat pemahaman setiap anak. Imam Al-Ghazali juga berpendapat bahwa keluarga merupakan lingkungan yang sangat dominan dalam upaya pembentukan akhlak dan budi pekerti anak. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan keluarga harus diberikan semaksimal mungkin, karena akan sangat besar pengaruhnya terhadap perkembangan anak dari kecil hingga dewasa kelak.Education is an essential process in the development of human character and abilities starting from birth until the end of age, and the family becomes the first and main educational institution. This research examines the thoughts of two educational figures with different backgrounds and contexts, namely Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi and Imam al-Ghazali. In this research, the method used is library research to gain a deep understanding related to the topic under study, then identifying research gaps, and building a strong theoretical basis. Pestalozzi was a Swiss educationist who emphasized the importance of love, affection, and physical activity. In addition, he also believed that education should start from the family with the main role of parents, especially mothers who are the first and main educators for children. Meanwhile, Imam al-Ghazali, who is also known as a great scholar in Islam, emphasizes loving education, consistent role modeling, and deep understanding related to the level of understanding of each child. Imam Al-Ghazali also argues that the family is a very dominant environment in efforts to shape the morals and character of children. Therefore, family education must be given as much as possible, because it will greatly influence the development of children from childhood to adulthood.

Abstract

Kajian ini memiliki tujuan 1) untuk mengetahui hubungan agama Islam dengan politik 2) mengetahui fenomena politisasi agama Islam di pemilihan umum di Indonesia di masa era orde lama, orde baru, pasca reformasi, dan 3) untuk mengetahuiimplikasinya politisasi agama Islam terhadap kehidupan beragama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan, teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan studi dokumen yang terkait politisasi agama Islam di dalam pemilihan umum di Indonesia dan kerukunan antar serta intern agama, analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan politisasi agama Islam selalu mewarnai di setiap penyelenggaraan pemilihan umum di Indonesia, dari era orde lama hingga pemilihan umum tahun 2019. Aktor politik selalu memanfaatkan agama Islam untuk memenangkan kontestasi di dalam pemilihan umum tanpa memperhatikan dampak yang ditimbulkan di tengah masyarakat. Politisasi agama Islam tersebut menimbulkan polarisasi di tengah masyarakat, tidak hanya ketika pra atau ketiak diselneggerakan pemilihan umum saja, melainkan berlanjut pada pasca pemilihan umum sehingga hal tersebut menimbulkan disintegrasi nasional.This study aims 1) to determine the relationship between Islam and politics, 2) to know the phenomenon of politicization of Islam in general elections in Indonesia during the old, new, and post-reform era, and 3) to find out the implications of the politicization of Islam on religious life in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature research methods and data collection techniques using document studies related to the politicization of Islam in general elections in Indonesia and inter- and inter-religious harmony. The data analysis used is descriptive. The results show that the politicization of Islam has always coloured every general election in Indonesia, from the old order era to the 2019 general election. Political actors always use Islam to win contests in elections without paying attention to the impact on society. The politicization of Islam caused polarization in society, not only when the pre-election movement was interrupted by the general election movement but continued after the general election so that it caused national disintegration

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of holistic education at Sekolah Alam Sukahaji in Tasikmalaya and how it impacts student development. The study used a qualitative case study design and employed participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Data were collected over a period of six months from various stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and students. The results showed that Sekolah Alam Sukahaji successfully integrated the national curriculum with a nature-based learning approach and the institution's core values. Sekolah Alam Sukahaji created a learning environment that supports the overall growth of students by using an experiential learning model and the surrounding environment as a medium for learning. This model has been shown to improve students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities. The active involvement of parents in the learning process reinforces the idea that education is holistic and has a positive impact on students' cognitive and socio-emotional development. Thus, Sekolah Alam Sukahaji offers a viable option for the education system and contributes significantly to the diversification of learning methods and education models in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research was conducted starting from the existence of supporting facilities in schools such as libraries, and discussion methods in learning to improve students' literacy and creative thinking, but the results were not as expected. This research uses a quantitative approach with mixed methods research methods in the form of experiments with a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design, namely research conducted by looking at the differences between the experimental group and the control group. Data collection techniques used are tests, questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study are: first, the implementation of the RQA learning strategy begins with finding information, making questions and answers, and discussing it in class. Second, the information literacy ability of class VII students in general from the 6 literacy indicators of the Big6 model is categorized as good. Third, the average creative thinking ability of students in the experimental class = 86.25 is higher than that in the control class = 74.38. Fourth, the RQA learning strategy has a significant effect on the literacy and creative thinking abilities of students by obtaining the results of 3 indicators in the very good category and 3 indicators in the good category of literacy ability and the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.006, so that H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Ditengah era yang serba digital rawan terjadi konflik di media online sehingga peran manajemen humas dalam perusahaan sangat dibutuhkan. Manajemen humas digunakan untuk mengatur segala strategi komunikasi dalam penyelesaian konflik yang terjadi di perusahaan. Konflik terbagi menjadi dua macam, konflik internal maupun eksternal. Konflik internal terjadi pada lingkungan perusahaan dan konflik eksternal terjadi antara perusahaan dengan publik. Kebebasan seseorang dalam mengakses media online sangat berpeluang menimbulkan konflik secara internal maupun eksternal. Pada pembahasan kali ini peneliti mengacu pada studi kasus yang terjadi di media online Tribunnews Network.  Tribunnews Network sendiri merupakan portal berita yang memiliki jaringan luas diberbagai daerah di seluruh Indonesia. Sulitnya pengontrolan dalam jaringan luas tersebut sering menimbulkan konflik yang sering terjadi pada portal berita Tribunnews Network. Maka diperlukannya srategi dari manajemen humas yang sesuai untuk menangani konflik yang terjadi di Tribunnews Network. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pendeketan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara informal dengan informan yang dipilih dari beberapa kriteria yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan tahapan strategi yang digunakan manajemen humas Tribunnews Network untuk menyelesaikan konflik internal maupun konflik eksternal.Amidst of the digital era, conflicts are prone to occur in online media, so the role of public relations management in companies is very much needed. Public relations management is used to organize all communication strategies in resolving conflicts that occur in the company. Conflict is divided into two types, internal and external conflict. Internal conflict occurs in the company environment and external conflict occurs between the company and the public. A person's freedom to access online media has the potential to cause internal and external conflict. In this discussion, the researcher refers to a case study that occurred in the online media Tribunnews Network. Tribunnews Network itself is a news portal that has a wide network in various regions throughout Indonesia. The difficulty of controlling this wide network often leads to conflicts that often occur on the Tribunnews Network news portal. So an appropriate strategy from public relations management is needed to handle conflicts that occur in the Tribunnews Network.This research uses a qualitative research approach and descriptive research type, while data collection is carried out by informal interviews with informants selected based on several criteria that are appropriate to this research. The results of this research explain the stages of strategy used by Tribunnews Network's public relations management to resolve internal and external conflicts
