Abstract

The English status of a Foreign Language (FL) in Indonesia has been granted. However, the language has become quite popular and dominant in several schools in Indonesia, especially in private colleges and universities. The study aimed was to find out the male-female English foreign language (EFL) students’ attitudes and perceptions toward learning English and female and male students’ difficulties in learning English. The data was collected from 30 Islamic at the first student’s semester at STITMA Yogyakarta. Data collecting techniques used in this research were through a set of close-ended questioners. The study used a qualitative and quantitative resign design. The research finding revealed that male and female Islamic education students have positive attitudes and perceptions to learn English although the male students had lower enthusiasm to gain their knowledge in learning English than female students. Both (male and female students) perceived learning English was important not only for their future life but also for spreading Islam around the world. The female and male students had similar obstacles in pronunciation and vocabulary mastery. Moreover, most female students thought that speaking skills were the most difficult skill, while most male students consider listening was the most difficult skill to learn.

Abstract

Kendala yang terjadi saat proses pembelajaran pandemi covid 19 yang dilakukan secara daring yaitu mahasiswa kurang tertarik dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran karena dosen hanya menjelaskan teori menggunakan PPT kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemberian tugas. Seharusnya dosen memiliki media pembelajaran yang berisi materi dalam satu semester dan dapat dilakukan secara mandiri. Media yang dapat menarik perhatian mahasiswa yaitu media flash. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengembangan media pembelajaran Komprehensi Tulis berbasis Flash untuk Mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Pengembangan media pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and Develompent (R&D). Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi ahli materi dan media dapat dinyatakan bahwa media Komprehensi Tulis termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Komprehensi Tulis sudah dapat diimplementasikan ke mahasiswa.

Abstract

The foundation of Islamic education as the basis of Islamic education is the Qur'an, Al Hadith of the Prophet Sholallahu alaihi wasalam. Islamic education in the course of its history is rife with various kinds of ideology that have an impact on the quality of the generation produced. Islam as a plenary religion has actually given an ideological message that the nature of man is a servant while carrying out the mandate of managing, elaborating and optimizing all the potentials of nature and humans. Entrepreneurship, education and economics eventually became an integral link to answer the message of the Caliph facing an educational challenge in the era of disruption. Therefore, it becomes important to be studied in depth related to the genealogy of entrepreneurship education. The purpose of doing this genealogy study is to find out the genealogy of entrepreneurship in the Islamic world specifically the results of research based on a literature review found that entrepreneurship activities had been encountered since the time of the prophet Adam Alaihi as Salam The oldest and most survive entrepreneur activity of all time is agroopreneurship.

Abstract

The urgency of marriage education in building a sakinah mawaddah warahmah family is the study in this study. With this study, we hope that the public can understand all the goals, nature and wisdom of a marriage. The research used in this study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of seeking depth of analysis through analytical descriptive nature. Then it is concluded from this study that husband and wife in order to understand related problems in family life, it takes a very important provision, namely marriage education. Armed with insight into marriage education for every bride and groom who will carry out a marriage related to the intricacies of household problems. So, with the hope that family welfare will be created so that a quality generation will also be created. Because a quality generation comes from quality family relationships and quality relationships can be achieved by the knowledge of marriage education.

Abstract

Education is an important thing that must be carried out by everyone. Without education a person will not be able to progress and develop to fulfill all his life goals. In the process of education does not always have to go through formal institutions. Informal institutions can also be a business in education, the most important thing is that there is a goal that must be achieved in education in Indonesia, one of which is to instill religious characteristics, therefore researchers want to examine how to instill and improve religious characteristics to students through books. targhib wa targhib, to obtain the results of this study properly the researchers used qualitative research methods, as we know the book of targhib is one of the books to instill the religious nature of a student through the material contained in the book with the efforts of educators in instilling the contents of the material contained in the book. in the book such as through practice and drill is one way of transferring knowledge to students so that it is truly embedded in the knowledge students contained in the book of targhib wa targhib so as to improve the religious nature of students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the importance of implementing a deradicalization strategy in PAUD ELPIST Temanggung and to describe the implementation of a deradicalization strategy based on ahlus sunnah wa al-jama'ah education in PAUD ELPIST Temanggung. This study discusses the education of ahlus sunnah wa al-jama'ah which is used as a deradicalization strategy. This research focuses on habituation to children by instilling the value of ahlus sunnah wa al-jama'ah, which is carried out every day. This research is a qualitative research with the object of deradicalization strategy based on ahlus sunnah wa al-jama'ah education. Data was collected by means of interviews, observations and documentation conducted at PAUD ELPIST Temanggung. In this study, researchers used field research (field research). Then the collected data will be analyzed using in-depth analysis of a content in the form of documented information.

Abstract

The number of students who are still confused in choosing college majors, the selection of college majors should be adjusted to the interests and talents that are already known from experience, previous education. This research was conducted based on a case study experienced by 3 (three) female students of the Halaqah Khotm Islamic Center Bin Baz had difficulty choosing a college major. The purpose of this study is to find out in-depth what are the factors causing the difficulties of female students of Halaqoh Khotm in choosing college majors. This research method is a descriptive qualitative method. The approaching model used is a case study, data collection by observation and interviews. The results of the study were found that the factors causing the difficulties of Halaqoh Khotm female students in choosing college majors were they did not know their personality, did not know their talents, lack of knowledge of various professions, and the existence of unresolved obstacles in female students that hindered female students in their future. the front. In carrying out the case study, the researcher conducted 2 sessions, namely; first, a briefing that involved researchers, a teaching cleric at the Halaqoh Khotm Islamic Center Bin Baz, and 2 clerics who were competent in their fields. Second, assistance in making plans. From the results of the mentoring of female students using a coaching approach and the themes are taken are the making of plans related to ideals, the design of the Sanad taking the program, the design of self-development, the design of household skills, the design of the selection of college majors.

Abstract

This study aims to add to the treasures of the service utilization system in learning tahfizdul quran at an educational institution. In addition, this research also aims as an evaluation material for program activities, to measure how big the role of devotion is for the success of the Tahfizdul Quran flagship program. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method, namely the author describes based on facts in the field at the Islamic Center Islamic Boarding School BINBAZ. The conclusion of this study is that the role of service is very large, both in helping learning, character building as well as, maturation of the memorization of the service itself so that it becomes the concern of the boarding school administrators to realize maximum monitoring to realize the success of the tahfizd program at Pon Pes Islamic Center Binbaz.

Abstract

This research is classified as library research research. The background of this research lies in the reason that Islamic boarding schools should be able to develop their pesantren education models, in fact there are still many pesantren education that have not been able to develop so that they are suspended animation. There are four important points that will be the focus of this research, first, the profile of the Mamba'ul Hikmah Kendal Islamic Boarding School. Second, the typology of Islamic education at the Mamba'ul Hikmah Kendal Islamic Boarding School. Third, the development strategy of the Mamba'ul Hikmah Kendal Islamic Boarding School. Fourth, the advantages and disadvantages of developing the Mamba'ul Hikmah Kendal Islamic Boarding School. This research shows that first, the success of the establishment of this Islamic boarding school cannot be separated from the factor of community satisfaction with the teaching conducted by Dr. Kh. Suyuthi Murtadlo.

Abstract

This field research uses the approach of Islamic Education Science and Phenomenology in studying the integration of the education model of the salaf and khalaf Islamic boarding schools in the Irsyadul Anam Islamic Boarding School, Yogyakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative data analysis. There are six background problems that make this research urgent to carry out. First, the current globalization requires that the Islamic boarding school education model not be implemented dichotomically. Second, the integration of the salaf and khalaf Islamic boarding school education models must be realized in order to answer the challenges of the times. Third, the integration pattern of the salaf and khalaf Islamic boarding school education models needs to be continuously studied and developed in order to find the ideal integration pattern. Fourth, we need a boarding school education model that integrates salaf and khalaf education. Fifth, the Irsyadul Anam Islamic Boarding School in Yogyakarta has implemented an integrated model of education for the salaf and khalaf Islamic boarding schools. Sixth, there is no similar research that examines the integration of the education model for the salaf and khalaf Islamic boarding schools in the Irsyadul Anam Islamic Boarding School, Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate, first, the philosophical basis for the integration of the education model of the salaf and khalaf Islamic boarding schools in the Islamic Boarding School Irsyadul Anam Yogyakarta is the principle of "al-muhafadhotu 'ala al-qodimi al-sholih wa al-akhdzu bil jadidi al-ashlah" and the explanation of the letter. At-Taubah verse 122 and Surat al-Qoshos verse 77 which explain the importance of Islamic religious knowledge and general science as an integral unit. Second, the implementation of the integration of the salaf and khalaf Islamic boarding school education model at the Yogyakarta Irsyadul Anam Islamic Boarding School is carried out through the Islamic boarding school curriculum and the formal education curriculum through the MI Baburroyan and MTs Irsyadul Anam educational institutions in an integrated manner. Third, there are five opportunities and five challenges in implementing the integration of the salaf and khalaf Islamic boarding school education model at the Irsyadul Anam Islamic Boarding School, Yogyakarta.
