Abstract

Kampung Seni dan Budaya Jelekong di Kabupaten Bandung dikenal dengan kekayaan seni dan budaya, terutama tradisi melukis yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun oleh Odin Rohidin sebagai tokoh yang pertama kali memperkenalkan seni lukis di kampung tersebut. Komunitas Gurat menjadi wadah bagi para pelukis di Jelekong untuk berbagi pengalaman dan pengetahuan tentang seni melukis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses dan manfaat berbagi pengetahuan (knowledge sharing) seni melukis dalam Komunitas Gurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta studi pustaka. Proses berbagi pengetahuan dimulai dengan membangun rasa saling percaya di antara pelukis, dilanjutkan dengan sesi belajar bersama anggota yang lebih berpengalaman, praktik langsung menggunakan media kanvas, dan pemberian masukan serta koreksi secara kolaboratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan ini mampu meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan para pelukis, sehingga mereka dapat menciptakan berbagai jenis lukisan sesuai permintaan pasar. Selain itu, kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan ini juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan hasil penjualan lukisan, yang berdampak positif pada kesejahteraan ekonomi para pelukis.

Abstract

Much research discussed the value of teaching additional language, literature, and the arts for young learners. Among the many benefits, some research mentioned the development of children’s knowledge, emotion, intellect, imagination, as well as reading habits. Collectively, most studies in this area suggested facilitating the teaching of language, literature, and the arts as a part of lesson planning in the classroom. However, in an ESL context such as Indonesia, the ideal situation for the incorporation of language, literature, and the arts is not easy to accomplish. Therefore, the study outlines a design of a program that integrates the teaching of language, literature, and the arts to young learners. In the process, an ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model is employed. The study anchored the development of the program design based upon two important elements. First, the consideration of factors necessary as the value of the foundation of the program, such as age group, benefits, and the types of activities. Second, the categorization of the types of activities is divided into two divisions, namely the individual program and the combined program. The result of the study shows that while the value of the teachings of language, literature, and the arts has been acknowledged, we need to facilitate the learning into a well-structured program for a more optimum result.

Abstract

Upaya pelestarian lingkungan perlu ditanamkan pada setiap generasi sejak dini. Lingkungan pendidikan memiliki peran utama dalam menanamkan kesadaran sikap sosial terhadap siswa. Sekolah Dasar (SD) menjadi proses internalisasi penanaman kesadaran sikap sosial terlama pada siswa selama enam tahun. Penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis ekoliterasi dalam peran social change membangun komunitas peduli lingkungan pada siswa SD. Indikator perubahan sosial meliputi sikap, perilaku, serta sosial peduli lingkungan. Analisis data dilakukan secara uji paired sample t-test, uji statistik deskriptif, uji N-Gain Score dari hasil instrumen kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, serta metode tes. Hasil uji N-Gain Score pada aspek perubahan sikap dan perilaku mendapatkan kategori efektif dengan perolehan persentase masing-masing sebesar 85,88% dan 85,46% serta kategori cukup efektif untuk aspek perubahan sosial dengan persentase sebesar 73,66%. Mean keseluruhan perubahan sosial terhadap komunitas peduli lingkungan berhasil memperoleh kategori efektif pada skor 81,67% yang membuktikan program ekoliterasi terhadap perubahan sosial pada peran komunitas peduli lingkungan dinilai efektif.

Abstract

Kemampuan organisasi kelas dan inovasi guru memiliki kontribusi yang bisa dianalisis bagaimana pengaruh variabel faktor terhadap dependen keberhasilan guru dalam mengatasi tantangan implementasi kurikulum IPS di SMP. Penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan populasi guru-guru pendidik IPS di jenjang SMP di beberapa sekolah Buleleng dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner ini dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Analisis inferensial melalui uji linearitas dan regresi linear berganda dengan melalui uji prasyarat. Hasil analisis uji linearitas variabel X1 dan X2 keduanya dan bersifat linear positif. Melalui regresi linear berganda pada uji t (signifikansi variabel dan uji t-tabel) secara parsial dan uji f (signifikansi variabel dan uji f tabel) secara simultan memiliki daya dukung kontribusi pada koefisien determinasi dengan signifikansi linear terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a TPACK-based Basic Science learning book as an effort to improve the learning outcomes of class III students at State Elementary School 16 Banda Aceh. This research is a type of research and development (R&D), using the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research results prove that the TPACK-based Basic Science learning book is suitable for use with media expert validation results in the very good category (93%), material expert validation in the very good category (94%), language experts showing the very good category (90%). The TPACK-based Basic Science Book can improve the learning outcomes of class III students at State Elementary School 16 Banda Aceh as proven by the evaluation of the results of the student test questions which obtained a result of 86% with very good criteria with details of 33 students completing it.

Abstract

Tenaga kerja asing di Jepang, termasuk dari Indonesia, sering menghadapi tantangan interaksi sosial akibat perbedaan budaya, kepercayaan, dan musim. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pentingnya kompetensi komunikasi antarbudaya untuk mencegah kesalahpahaman dalam lingkungan kerja multikultural. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi pustaka, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi antarbudaya menjadi faktor utama dalam menciptakan kenyamanan dan efisiensi kerja. Kompetensi ini memfasilitasi pekerja rumah tangga Indonesia dalam berinteraksi secara efektif dengan rekan kerja dan tim di Jepang.

Abstract

This study examines the multifaceted role of teachers in fostering interpersonal skills among 4th-grade students at SDN 42 Pekanbaru. Employing a qualitative approach through naturalistic inquiry, the research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of how teachers contribute to the social and emotional development of students in this context. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with analysis conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Findings reveal that teachers play diverse roles—as instructors, educators, mentors, coaches, and advisors—in promoting students’ interpersonal skills. As instructors, teachers deliver knowledge and prepare structured lesson plans; as educators, they serve as role models, embodying positive behavior for students to emulate. In the mentor role, teachers guide students throughout the learning process, while as coaches, they assist students in problem-solving and skill development across intellectual, social, and physical domains. Furthermore, teachers act as advisors, encouraging students to engage in positive actions and reinforcing moral values. This comprehensive involvement underscores the significant influence of teachers in shaping students' interpersonal competencies, crucial for their overall growth and social integration.

Abstract

Student completeness in learning mathematics is still low and interest in learning is relatively low, because the learning media is less varied and less interesting, and there are still students who have not achieved learning outcomes above the minimum completeness criteria. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of digital comics in improving mathematics learning outcomes. The research approach used is qualitative and the type of research used is a literature study or literature review. The stages used in this literature study research design include the focus of scientific articles, data collection, data analysis, and conclusions. Based on the results of the literature review, it shows that technology-based innovative media such as comics are learning resources sourced from objects close to students, so that students feel familiar with the media used during the learning process. Technology-based innovative media such as digital comics can increase interest in learning mathematics, by involving students' real experiences. Learning that interests students is influenced by teacher creativity. Utilization of comic media in learning mathematics can improve students' learning outcomes, through the senses of students can observe and listen to the teacher's explanation properly as exemplified by the role in comic media as digital media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran video guna meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas II di Mis An-Nur Pagar Merbau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (RnD) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluasi). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 20 siswa kelas II yang menjadi objek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes, dengan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran video yang dikembangkan mendapat hasil yang sangat positif, dengan validasi media mencapai 98% (kategori “Sangat Layak”), validasi materi juga mencapai 98% (kategori “Sangat Layak”), respons guru memperoleh 95% (kategori “Sangat Baik”), dan respons siswa mencapai 90,5% (kategori “Sangat Baik”). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran video ini efektif dan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa.

Abstract

This research is development research which aims to determine the validity of HOTS-based flipbook teaching materials in fourth grade elementary school science learning. The method used in this research is development research while the research model uses the ADDIE development research model. The subjects in this research were media expert validators, material language, educators and students. The average assessment resulting from product validity is that teaching materials experts get an average score of 97% with the criteria (Very valid), linguists get a score of 92% with the criteria (Very valid) and material experts get a score of 85 with the criteria (Very valid).
