Abstract

Design and implementation of the program Deep Learning Question DLQs for kinematics has been done. The DLQs which is applied outside the classroom is necessary to facilitate student for comprehend the concept of kinematics and record the depth of the concept of long-term memory. DLQs programs created by adobe flash software. Data were collected from pre-post test in the form multiple choice questions along with the reason, which generate quantitative and qualitative data. The result of research DLQs programs enhance students conceptual understanding.

Abstract

This research and development aims to produce instructional materials for exposition text writing which can improve students writing skill and environmental awareness. Research and development models used is the development model Four-D model (4D) from Thiagarajan, Dorothy, and Melvyn. 4D model consists of four stages, define, design, development and disemination. 4D models have been selected and systematic measures that are specifically designed to develop a teaching device. Results of readibility test, validation test, and testing of the product showed that the exposition text instuctional material can be implemented.

Abstract

Learning source is the whole thing that can be used in the learning process includes person, environment, objects, messages, tools, and materials that used as information to assist in the learning process and the learning objectives. The aim of this study was to introduce the anatomical characteristics of the 10 CpMMV- resistance soybean lines derived from the soybean crosses that could be use as learning source. The research was conducted at Jambegede Research Station, Indonesian Legume and Tuber Crops Research Institute, Malang, and Laboratory of Genetics, State University of Malang for observing the anatomy of soybean leaf. Results showed that the existence of a difference in the average number of stomata and the number trichomes on the upper surface and lower surface leaf of soybean lines that could be use as source of learning.

Abstract

The mastering of geography matter need students critical thinking skills. Growing students critical thinking skills in learning geography can be achieved in learning that focus on problem solving the environment student. The research aims to test the effectiveness and know student respons in the student worksheet based on project based learning oriented to student critical thinking who produced. Data collection method use the questionnaire and the trial was done to their students a class 36 students. Data analysis the results of the tryouts be done in descriptive quantitative. The research results show that: 1) the effectiveness student worksheet based on project based learning in developing the capacity to students critical thinking after learning had qualified is good, and 2) students response to student worksheet based on project based learning had qualified for worthy, it means student worksheet produced can received by students and learning activities easy was conducted using student worksheet.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to find out the results for students at SMA 1 Gayam, class 11th IPS, material environment and sustainable development. This research was quasi experiment, using project based learning model based outdoor learning study. Based on the research results, shows geography student learning outcomes in SMA 1 Gayam increased visits from pretest control class is 57,33 while posttest 77,5. The results of the experiment are a class pretest 54,83 while posttest 76. Gain Score control class is 20,17 while the experiment class is 55,83. Based on the results of t-test analysis using SPSS 16.0 for windows shows significant value 0,000 which means H0 rejected and H1 be accepted, so learning to use the model Project Based Leaning based Outdoor Study effected to student lerning outcomes geography high school.

Abstract

n lessons, students perceptions about classroom management and peer relationships are things that affect student achievement. The purpose of research to examine the correlation between students perceptions about classroom management, peer relationships and student grade 4 achievement in SDN District of Sananwetan Kota Blitar. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation of 251 students, were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. Based on data analysis, shows that student learning outcomes correlated with students perceptions about classroom management and peer relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of parental educational level background on student learning outcomes, (2) the influence of learning styles on student learning outcomes, (3) the effect of background levels of parental education and learning style of the student learning outcomes. Collecting data using documentation and questionnaires from 251 students and analyzed with descriptive and quantitative techniques. The results of the study are (1) there is a positive and significant influence between parental educational level background on learning outcomes of students with the R value of 67.6%, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between the learning styles on student learning outcomes with value R 66.0%, (3) there was a significant influence between the background and parents' education level and learning style of the student learning outcomes 56.3%, while the remaining 43.7% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe to describe the role of schools in developing healthy life styles in elementary school students. This study used a qualitative approach using multi-site study design. The study was conducted in SDN 6 and 41 Mataram, Mataram, NTB. Data were collected research data with interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed by analysis of single site and site traffic analysis. Checking the validity of the data is done by three criteria namely credibility, dependability, and confirmability. The results show that the school program with surgery ants, Saturday clean, flag ceremony, morning gymnastics, praying together, and UKS Aubade, an effective activity to foster healthy behavior, which involves the role of school principals, teachers and school personnel. The activity was supported by facilities and infrastructure in schools. Curriculum and learning environment (PLH) as local content. Awards to students such as praise and attention is given to students who behave in a healthy life while in school sanctioned verbal warning given to students who violate.

Abstract

This study uses the five steps of the development model of Lee and Owens. The data collection methods in this study are in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and tests. Data were analysed using two methods that are the analysis of qualitative data using content analysis and quantitative data using descriptive percentages. The product development is validated by experts of the subject matter and multimedia with a validity rate of 88,3%, the individual testing with a validity rate of 91,7%, the small group testing with a validity rate of 88,2%, and the field testing with a validity rate of 85,6% with a very worthy qualification and does not need revision. The overall data of the test results show that the media obtain a percentage of 88,44% with a very good category. This study concludes that the test subjects responded well to the media that is designed and developed specially for the senior high school students.

Abstract

Basic of Environmental Science courses reviewing environmental issues and environmental pollution. College students need research based learning activities to apply environmental pollution prevention techniques namely phytoremediation. The purpose of the development of learning environment pollution research-based phytoremediation, to support scientific skills, motivation and attitude of the student environmental care. This research uses Borg and Gall development model. The results of this research and development of the learning device qualified valid 90.88%, 87.47% practical and effective 81.85% scientific skills, motivation 83.52%, 80.13% caring environment attitude so worthy applied to college students of Basic of Environmental Science courses.
