Abstract

This paper aims to expose the study of: (1) technical skill; (2) the working practices of the industry (Prakerin); and (3) technical skill on implementation prakerin. Conclusions it can be concluded that, the real form of Prakerin is the implementation of the system of education in SMK is Double System Education (PSG). The program was drawn up jointly between prakerin school and industrial world in order to meet the needs of students. The party was active in the activities of prakerin include: (1) the implementing party as students practice; and (2) the industrial world and the teacher as the party that train students. The existence of activities expected prakerin can give students experience before entering the world of work. Through the activities, indirectly prakerin students have gained technical skill required as a provision for entering the workforce. Given the current state of infrastructure development is preferred, the demand for construction workers is the main one. Graduates of Vocational School building techniques is expected to have the technical skill to be able to compete with the foreign worker entering the era of the MEA as of now.

Abstract

The aim of this research is describing (1) alumni’s profile of address and proffession, (2) management of alumnus that include planning, organizing, development of alumnus, alumnus empowering, and evaluation, (3) network building of alumnus communication at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid and Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri. `By means qualitative, the research found (1) location, vision, institute, and facilities of pesantren is influencing to spreading and proffession of alumnus; (2) management of alumnus are preparing alumnus candidate, encoding, planning program, developing alumnus, empowering alumnus, and evaluating; (3) network building of alumnus is built by organisation and personal.

Abstract

This study aimed to learn discipline and responsibility, as well as how to discipline relations with the responsibilities of student learning. This type of research is descriptive correlation with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire with fourth grade students object Cluster III District of Ngimbang Lamongan. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis. The results of data analysis known to most students have the discipline and sense of responsibility of higher learning, correlation values obtained Perason rhitung of 0.823 with significance value = 0.000. rtabel with degrees of freedom (df = 90) for α = 0.05 value obtained 0.205. The next step to do a comparison, where the value is greater than rtabel rhitung (0.823> 0.205), and in addition the significant value gained less than α = 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) so that it can be concluded, and there is a relationship of discipline with responsibility learn.

Abstract

Observation results showed SMK Negeri 1 Beji Pasuruan has been used digital material and project based learning method. Purpose development is to produce digital material on subject shooting moving image techniques based guided-project based learning in SMK Negeri 1 Beji Pasuruan. Research and development model is used adapting Dick & Carey’model which modified by eliminating formative evaluation. Subjects trial test are matter expert, media expert, teacher, and student 12th grade. Average feasibilities get 89,5% and result post-test get 81,77. Suggest furthermore development is adding four projects that can be one integrity materials in one years periode and = efectivity tests.

Abstract

Research and development aims to produce product in the form of short story training materials with character value for junior high school teachers in Bahasa subject. Used Borg and Gall model as a model for develop training materials, by adaptation eight steps of this model. The results of validation and testing shows that the product decent to be implemented to improve teacher competence in writing short stories with character value.

Abstract

Economic efficiency can be interpreted as a measure of the level of resource use in a process. More efficient / less use of resources then the process is said to be more efficient Decision-making is an encouragement both from within and from outside oneself to do activities. The study was performed by students who incidentally got learning about resource utilization, this study uses qualitative research method with phenomenological approach. The results of this study that most students have a pattern of behavior where the economy is good enough in ten respondents selected randomly discovered that three of them have economic efficiency is quite complete. Knowledge includes the value of goods and the priorities in his life; Budgeting, saving and how to manage money; taking a decision to buy goods; The basics of investment; Utilization of shopping and comparing products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, the learning module generates a text producing stories for SMA/SMK. The specific objectives of this study are (1) to develop products in the form of text materials producing short stories, short story text example, training, evaluation, and reflection and (2) describe the results of the test result validity and effectiveness of the product. This type of research is the development of research development model modified Borg & Gall. Modules developed in three parts. The first section contains text comprehension of short stories, the second part contains the steps to write short stories, and three short stories edited text.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain information about local wisdom found in indigenous communities in the Kemiren village, Glagah, Banyuwangi. Information related to the life of a harmonious society between people and nature, and between the members of society. This study used a qualitative approach, direct surveys, participant interviews and a natural setting. Pointing to several informants as a source of information with a purposive. The results showed that indigenous peoples have a life that is simple, harmonious, and are not aware of their beliefs to situs Buyut Cili could play a role in preserving the surrounding environment, including water resources, and fields.

Abstract

This study was aimed at investigating the effect of Socio-scientific Problem Based Learning towards metacognitive skills and achievement in class. As a study implementing quasi experiment with non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The samples used in the study consisted of an experimental group (X-F) and a control group (X-G) and were selected randomly from the population of the 10 th grade students of SMAN 4 Malang whose linearity had been tested. The variables examined consisted of two independent variables which are Socio-scientific Problem Based Learning in the experimental group and discovery strategy in the control group; and two dependent variables namely metacognitive skills and student’s cognitive achievement. The hypothesis testing used anakova with significance level of 0,05 (p<0,05) and employed the pretest and posttest score as data. The study finding show that Socio-scientific Problem Based Learning affects the student’s metacognitive skills and cognitive achievement

Abstract

This research is a developmental that the aims of the research is to produce teaching materials involving student worksheet characterized by REACT that valid, practical, and effective so that suitable to be used in learning process of sequences and series. Developing model that used in this research is Plomp’s developing model. This model consist of four phases, that are 1) Preliminary Investigation Phase, 2) Design Phase, 4) Realization Phase, 3) Test, Evaluation, and Revision Phase. Based on useful of validity test and practically test, overall the worksheets are valid and practical. It can be concluded that worksheet developed has good criteria so that suitable to be used in learning process of sequences and series and can increase student’s mathematics reasoning.
