The COVID-19 pandemic has become a global health disaster since March 2020 and has had a significant impact on education. The education system forced to change from a face-to-face learning model to a virtual one to reduce the spread of COVID-19. This study examines secondary school teachers and learners perspectives regarding education in the future post, Covid-19 pandemic. This paper used the descriptive method by qualitative approach. Furthermore, this study was conducted by distributing online questionnaires from 5 provinces in Indonesia, involving 40 teachers and 28 learners. From the result of these studies, identifying the suitable blended learning model for future education sustainability in every level of education is essential to be further studies as the stakeholder's reference in implementation learning models.

Abstract

Land as school infrastructure is often neglected in the certification process. This research emphasized that school land certification is essential and whether it automatically includes authority over everything on it, what land rights can be given to the school, and how it is carried out. This research used the normative juridical research method by leaning on empirical research. Secondary data taken from library research dominates this research. The data was obtained through document studies or library studies. Furthermore, some primary data was obtained through observations. Land certificates is a piece of solid evidence to ascertain the rights of the education provider as the subject of rights so that they can defend their rights from claims by other parties. However, it does not automatically cover all authority over what is on the land because it is a part of the horizontal separation principle. School land can have the status of State land and can also have four types of land rights owned by the education providers, namely Freehold Title, Building Right Title, Cultivation Right Title, and Mortmain (Waqf) right. The rights can be obtained through sporadic registration or complete systematic land registration. The availability and readiness of facilities and infrastructure are essential in 21st-century education and learning because they will significantly affect learning.

The results showed that the HOTS score with analyzing environmental problems (C4) obtained an average score of 50. The thinking aspect of evaluating environmental problems (C5) obtained an average score of 49. The thinking aspect of making programs to overcome environmental problems (C6) obtained an average score of 47. Therefore, the study showed that the HOTS scores were relatively low since the average score was 51. The results showed that the HOTSEP score on the criticizing environmental problems (C4) obtained an average score of 24. The thinking aspect of environmental problem solving (C5) obtained an average score of 25. Furthermore, the thinking aspect of environmental innovation development (C6) obtained an average score of 23. Therefore, the study showed that the HOTSEP score was poor since the average score was 26. The research results suggest that learning media employed requires an improvement related to disaster mitigation. Abstract

In line with 21st-Century learning, the 2013 Curriculum highlights the development of critical thinking, problem analysis, problem-solving, decision making, and creating something new. Professional teachers need to facilitate students in developing these abilities. This research describes how the teachers plan the higher-order thinking skills (HOTs). This research is qualitative research with a descriptive design. The respondents were four teachers with 0-40 years of teaching experience. The data were collected qualitatively through documentation and interviews. The results showed that HOTs were not clearly expressed in the teacher's lesson plans at teaching experience levels of 0 to 10 years and 10 years to 20 years. Teachers with 20 to 30 years of teaching experience and 30 to 40 years of experience have expressed HOTs explicitly and completely in all parts of the lesson plan. Teachers have an important role in facilitating higher-order thinking skills that can be seen through the lesson plans. The lesson plan must describe the development of higher-order thinking skills holistically. Teachers need to review each lesson plan to be coherent in every part and relevant to 21st-century learning.
