Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that senior high school students at Islamic boarding schools have problems in career maturity, namely not being able to prepare and plan a career properly. This causes a loss of time, finance, and learning failure for these students. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach that aims to explore the career maturity program of Islamic boarding school students through primary and secondary literature related to the research object and then integrated with field research in an effort to create a career maturity guidance and counseling program for Islamic boarding school students. This research resulted in a career maturity guidance and counseling program for high school Islamic boarding school students in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture Number 111 of 2014 and the Operational Guidelines for the Implementation of High School Guidance and Counseling (SMA) of the Ministry of Education and Culture Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel 2016 which has the following structure : 1) rationale, 2) legal basis, 3) vision and mission, 4) description of needs, 5) objectives, 6) program components, 7) service areas, 8) operational plan (action plan), 9) theme/topic development , 10) evaluation plan, reporting and follow-up, 11) infrastructure and budget.

Abstract

Late adulthood is an age that has entered the age of 60 years and above and can be called the elderly because the final adult age is at the end of its life limits, at this age, there are many changes that occur in late adulthood including decreased physical strength with health that is not as good as before when enjoying all kinds of world pleasures, The stage of development of late adulthood is also one of them entering retirement and reducing family income. The purpose of this study is to analyze the book of faith in destiny of Muhammad ibn Ibrahim Al-hamd. This research uses qualitative research with a library research approach. The primary data source is the kitab al-iman bil qadha wal qadar by Muhammad ibn Ibrahim Al-Hamd. With technical analysis using literature studies. With the discussion that destiny is divided into destiny that is general, destiny that applies to man, destiny that applies to the age of man, destiny that prevails every year and destiny that prevails daily. Destiny is also divided into sunnatullah and shari'a. With the conclusion that the final adult with the developmental stage reaches retirement when he has faith in a strong destiny will gain the fruit of his faith in performing worship to Allah Swt specifically', staying away from the shirking of the form of small shirk and big shirk, always in hidayah with the addition of faith and guidance from his Rabb, always sincere in the things that have been lived, gaining laughter for his faith, feeling afraid and always being watched by Allah Swt, strong hope and prejudice to Allah Swt, always happy with whatever Allah Swt has set, grateful for whatever Allah Swt has given, gaining joy, knowing the wisdom of Allah Swt for whatever happens, distancing from reason that will plunge into khurafat and spirituality.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran discovery SD Negeri Makassar. Metodologi penelitian ini yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Metode ini dilakukan dengan empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Keempat tahap tersebut terdapat dalam satu siklus yang dilakukan berulang dengan langkah-langkah yang sama dan tetap difokuskan pada cara penyelesaikan masalah (jawaban) dengan menemukan sendiri, menyelidiki sendiri serta mencari informasi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery ini mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil tiap siklus yang dilakukan. Perincian nilai rata-rata siklus I adalah 79 dan nilai rata-rata siklus II adalah 85. Dari hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran discovery yang peneliti gunakan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan manajemen. Adapun sumber data penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Pembina Tahfidz, Guru-Guru Tahfidz, dan Peserta Didik SMAS Hidayatullah Putri Kendari. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Sekolah memberikan wewenang kepada Pembina tahfidz untuk mengelola program tahfidz. Kelompok belajar tahfidz dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok berdasarkan tingkatan kelas masing-masing dengan satu atau dua orang guru tahfidz yang bertanggung jawab. Metode belajar tahfidz masih disesuaikan dengan kemampuan guru tahfidz yakni rata-rata menggunakan metode talqin yang dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan. Pengawasan kegiatan tahfidz dilakukan melalui absensi tahfidz, daftar kontrol hafalan yang disetorkan pada saat rapat setiap akhir pekan. Evaluasi hasil program tahfidz menunjukkan bahwa program tahfidz telah mencapai hasil yang baik sekali, dari keseluruhan peserta didik 61 orang hanya 90,16% saja yang mencapai KKM tahfidz sementara 9,84% lainnya belum mencapai KKM tahfidz dan untuk evaluasi kinerja guru tahfidz dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah melalui data yang diperoleh dari pembina tahfidz. Kerja sama antara sekolah dan orang tua, lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung, al-Qur’an Huffadz dari sekolah menjadi faktor pendukung program ini. Namun, kurangnya tenaga pengajar tahfidz yang ahli dalam bidang tahfidz, rasa malas, rasa kantuk dan gangguan dari teman sebaya menjadi faktor penghambat pelaksanaan tahfidz.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a local wisdom-based learning implementation plan for businesses and simple machines. The lesson plan is a tool used by teachers to carry out learning inside or outside of school. The development model used is the 4D development model, which consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. and disseminate. This local wisdom-based learning tool can be used as a problem context to explore science concepts, especially in junior high schools. RPP media expert validation got a maximum score of 72 out of 90 and was in the interval 76–90 with the category "Very Good" with an average of 4 and a percentage of 80%. And the validation of lesson plan material experts gets a maximum score of 87 out of 100 and is in the interval 88–100 with the "Very Good" category with an average of 4.35 and a percentage of 87%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to learn about the efforts of the islamic education teacher to overcome scrolling tiktok addiction to high school students Kamandaka Bogor and to find out what is a teacher's obstacle to overcoming scrolling tiktok addiction to students. The method of study that researchers use is a qualitative study method with a type of approach that leads to field study. As for the data-collection techniques that researchers use: observation, interview and documentation. This research shows that the attempts made by PAI teacher in the minimize and overcome scrolling tiktok addiction in Kamandaka Bogor which is to chide, to give direction, to give students views, Instilling learning and understanding about good characters and inserting counseling materials when in the classroom or when the learning materials take place and the last effort is to call the student specifically to take counseling counseling to the bk room so that the student can exert himself in wise and good use of his time. As for the obstacle that teacher PAI found in dealing with the scrolling addiction is the limited time of teachers and students in the school ward.

Abstract

Sholat merupakan rukun Islam yang kedua setelah syahadat, dimana perilaku sholat tersebut harus diakukan secara istiqomah dan terus menerus bagi manusia yang sudah baligh dan berakal. Istiqomah tidak bisa didapat dengan begitu saja, namun perlu dilakukan pembiasaan dan dorongan dari lingkungan seperti guru dan bahan ajar yang tepat sehingga dapat tercapai nilai istiqomah peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, 1) Mendiskripsikan Proses penanaman nilai karakter Istiqomah Ibadah sholat peserta didik di MTSN 4 Malang 2) Mendiskripsikan Implementasi Nilai Karakter Istiqomah dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Kitab DaqaʾIq Al-ʾAhbar dalam Perspektif Teori Pembelajaran Behavioristik. 3) Mendeskripsikan Evaluasi Implementasi Nilai Karakter Istiqomah dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Kitab DaqaʾIq AlʾAhbar dalam Perspektif Teori Pembelajaran Behavioristik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjenis Kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi kasus lapangan yang mana peneliti berusaha ingin menggali informasi yang terjadi dilapangan kemudian ditindaklanjuti melalui sistem belajar behavioristik dengan menggunakan nilai-nilai keutamaan sholat dalam kitab Daqaʾiq al-ʾAhaar, pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui 1) Observasi, 2) wawancara, 3) dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini yakni, 1) Pembiasaan sholat diawali melalui program matsama, dilakukan melalui program forstawa, pembinaan mlalui mapel, diberlakukan hukuman bagi yang melanggar. 2) penentuan bab pilihan, pengenalan kehidupan akhirat, pemantaban kosep akhirat, diskusi bersama peserta didik. 3) wali murid belum memiliki program khusus dalam melatih perilaku istiqomah, peserta didik, peserta didik menalami perubahan psikis kearah positif, peserta didik mengalami penurunan perubahan psikis, peserta didik kembali mencari celacela hukum kebolehan menunda sholat. Dengan pertimbangan tersebut penelitian ini terolong tidak efektif, karena perubahan psikis dan perilakuk peserta didik masih fluktuatif dan tidak konsisten, sehingga memerlukan system pengkajian ulang mengenai hal tersebut.

Abstract

Understanding a strategy is very important in the learning process. In an effective learning process, students make changes in positive terms, especially in the process of thinking. The reality of the problems experienced by teachers is that they minimally apply innovative, creative, effective and fun learning strategies so that in the end students feel bored with the learning applied by the teacher. This study aims to determine the Think Pair Share (TPS) strategy in order to increase students' cognitive abilities to remember and to explain the stages of the TPS strategy in order to increase students' cognitive abilities. This research uses qualitative research with the data collection technique is a library research (library research). Library research is a type of qualitative research which is generally carried out by not going into the field in searching for data sources, so this research is carried out based on written works such as books, literature or journals related to the material. The conclusion of this study is that by implementing the think pair share strategy in learning, it can indirectly increase activeness in thinking and students who play a role in the learning process will lead to increased abilities in both cognitive, affective and psychomotor forms of students.

Abstract

Financial problems, the allocation of financial funds, expenditures or state expenditures, are often a conversation that we all can’t avoid in Indonesia. Fiscal Policy is a policy that regulates the income and expenditure of state finances. Umar bin Khattab is famous for his expertise in managing the economy during his resign. He formulated state income APBN polices such as kharja and ushr through his ijtihad. He succeeded in creasing his income and trying to avoid a budget deficit by maximizing income. For state spending, Umar made expenditures to meet the needs of the people, in accordance with Islamic religious law. Expenditures used as a tool for retribution of wealth. How is the relevance of Caliph Umar’s policy to the existing fiscal policy in Indonesia. In terms meanwhile,in terms os state spending, there are some that are suitable to be applied in Indonesia, such as the benefits provided during the Umar administration, namely pension benefits.

Abstract

Intra-school organizations that deepen and strengthen students' personalities to become more Islamic is one of the meanings of ROHIS or Rohani Islam. Rohis is usually carried out in extracurricular form in middle and high schools. Rohani Islam is a large association owned by students to be able to carry out da'wah activities at school. This Islamic spiritual activity can also shape students' character that reflects the Prophet Muhammad. This research uses one method, namely the qualitative method using a descriptive approach. The analytical method used is a monitoring or observation approach, interviews and documentation studies. This research aims to implement Rohani Islam extracurricular activities in instilling character education in students at SMA Kartika I-2 Medan, Medan Helvetia District.
