Abstract

This study aims to find out how the marketing strategy during the Covid-19 era was in increasing sales at the Abadi Motor Kendari Showroom. The informants of this study were the owner of the Abadi Motor Kendari Showroom, operational and marketing fields with primary data sources, namely internal data from the Abadi Motor Kendari Showroom such as sales data, number of employees, organizational structure and others. The data analysis technique used by the author is a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique, namely research that uses data that is stated verbally and its qualifications are theoretical. The results of the study indicate that the marketing strategy used at the Abadi Motor Kendari Showroom is differentiation, the strategy seeks to expand/add types of business and improve services through the use of strengths in the form of the variety of products needed, the number and variety of products, quality, flexibility, cost reduction and delivery, the existence of a policy higher prices, intensive promotion and operational activities to seize the opportunities that exist in the form of growing community education

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine the effect of work placement and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja Southeast Sulawesi Branch; (2) To determine the effect of Work Placement on employee performance; (3) To determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Jasa Raharja Southeast Sulawesi Branch, totaling 30 people who were also used as the respondent unit. The analysis used is quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that; (1) Work placement and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Raharja Southeast Sulawesi Branch; (2) Job placement has a significant positive effect on employee performance; (3) Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) to test empirically the effect of total liquidity on financial distress; (2) empirically test the effect of profitability on financial distress; (3) empirically test the effect of leverage on financial distress; (4) empirically test the effect of cash flow on financial distress; (5) Test empirically the effect of interest rates on financial distress. The population in this study are all retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sample of this study were 19 companies from the retail trade sector. The results of the study show that: (1) liquidity has a positive effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021; (2) profitability has a positive effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021; (3) leverage has a positive and insignificant effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021; (4) cash flows have no effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021; (5) interest rates have a positive effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine both simultaneously and partially from store atmosphere and service quality on customer loyalty at Indogrosir Kendari. The population in this study are customers who make transaction at Indogrosir Kendari whose number is unknown. The sample of this research is 65 respondents with accidental or convenience sampling technique. The data collection mrthod in this study used a questionnaire. this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that both simultaneously ans partially store atmosphere and service quality had a positive and significant effect on indogrosir kendari customer loyalty. Which means that if the store atmosphere and service quality are good, it will tend to effect customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine simultaneously the effect of transformational leadership and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya. (2) To determine the effect of leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya. (3) To determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya. The total population in this study is all employees as many as 60 people who are also used as research samples using purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study show that: (1) transformational leadership and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya. (2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya (3) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work conflict on the performance of employees of PT Inti Cakrawala Citra Indogrosir Kendari case study. The population in this study were all employee at PT Inti Cakrawala Citra, the case study of Indogrosir Kendari, while the sample was 43 samples. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that compensation and work conflict had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Inti Cakrawala Citra, the case study of Indogrosir Kendari.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of return expectations, self-efficacy, risk, technology, and capital market training on investment intentions. The population in this study were Phintraco Securities Investors at Halu Oleo University, totaling 105 people as the research sample. The research sample was selected using probability sampling technique. The research data is primary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 program.The results of this study are: (1) Expected return has a positive and significant effect on investment intention, (2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on investment intention, (3) risk has a positive and significant effect on investment intention. intention, (4) technology has a positive and significant effect on investment interest, (5) capital market training has a positive and significant effect on investment interest, (6) Expected Return, Self Efficacy, Risk, Technology, and Capital Market Training simultaneously have a significant positive effect to Investment Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) The influence of competence and work motivation on employee performance at the Kendari City Social Service. (2) To find out the effect of competence on employee performance at the Kendari City Social Service, (3) To find out the influence of work motivation on employee performance at the Kendari City Social Service. The object in this research is Kendari City Social Service Employees. The population in this study is Kendari City Social Service Employees, totaling 45 employees, the sampling method is saturated sample technique. The data collection method in this study uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). The measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale. Research data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression through SPSS 22 Software. The results of the study show that (1) competence (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance. This shows that by increasing the two variables, namely competence and work motivation, employee performance will increase. (2) Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance. this shows that with increasing competence, employee performance will increase. (3) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This indicates that with increased work motivation, employee performance will increase.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at the Maluku Province Tourism Office. The purposes of this study include (1) To analyze the effect of Person Job Fit on Work Engagement for Employees of the Maluku Province Tourism Office, (2) To analyze the effect of Job Crafting on Work Engagement for Employees of the Maluku Province Tourism Office. The results of this study show a positive relationship between Person Job Fit and Work Engagement. Person Job Fit is able to increase employee engagement with government agencies, so this will encourage Work Engagement for employees of the Maluku Province Tourism Office so that value is obtained and proven significant. Likewise, the relationship between Job Crafting and Work Engagement has positive results and is proven to be significant. This means that when Job Crafting can be carried out or carried out by employees of the Maluku Province Tourism Office, this will encourage an increase in Work Engagement at the Maluku Province Tourism Office. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Maluku. Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Person Job Fit terhadap Work Engagement pada Pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Maluku, (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Crafting terhadap Work Engagement pada Pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Maluku. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan hubungan positif antara Person Job Fit dan Work Engagement. Person Job Fit mampu meningkatkan keterkaitan pegawai dengan instansi pemerintahan, maka hal tersebut akan mendorong Work Engagement pada pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Maluku dsehingga diperoleh nilai dan terbukti signifikan. Demikian juga dengan hubungan antara Job Crafting dan Work Engagement memiliki hasil yang positif dan terbukti signifikan. Hal ini berarti bahwa ketika Job Crafting dapat dilakukan atau dijalankan oleh pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Maluku, maka hal tersebut akan mendorong peningkatan Work Engagement pada Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Maluku.

Abstract

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of Work Motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of sales force employeesof PT Telkom (Persero) Kendari Branch. The population selected in this study were employees as sales force at PT Telkom (Persero) Kendari Branch totaling 63 employees. This type of research data is quantitative data research. The data source used in this research is primary data. Variable measurement scale using an instrument using a Likert scale. The data analysis method of this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously and partially work motivation and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
