Abstract

This study aimed to describe academic procrastination behavior in Bidikmisi Scholarship Program awardees based on the academic area and factors of academic procrastination. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire measuring tool Procrastination Assessment Scale-Student (PASS) which has been adapted to Indonesian.. This study was distributed online through an electronic survey using a Google Form in one month in August 2022. This study consisted of 353 students with the majority of participants were female (66.57%), taken through the snowball sampling techniques. This study used the Scale-Content Validity Index (S-CVI) to calculate validity and Cronbach's Alpha to calculate reliability. Data were analyzed in descriptive statistics using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 to obtain the mean and standard deviation.The results showed that Bidikmisi Scholarship Program awardees tended to procrastinate in studying for an exam and least procrastinate in attending meetings. It also found that evaluation anxiety, perfectionism, and the tendency to feel overwhelmed were the most frequent factors for students to procrastinate. Meanwhile, the fear of success, rebellion against control, and peer influence were the least frequent factors that describe why students procrastinate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of learning technology training, experience in its use, openness to change and literacy assessment of the use of online assessment in distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.The research method used is quantitative with the PLS-SEM statistical analysis tool. Surveys with question items that have been tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha with construct validation using a correlation test. The research respondents were 200 high school teachers in East Java in July 2021.The results of the study show that only the experience variable has a significant influence on the use of online assessment in the learning process. An important finding is that teachers' experience in technology-based learning is still low, even though this is the most important thing in the integration of technology in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine related to sophisticated, imaginative and inventive digital-based learning media through recorded learning involving the Canva application in history learning so that it can create an innovative atmosphere in the learning process.The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using documentation techniques and literature research analysis techniques to arrive at the stage of drawing a conclusion.The results of the study show that the use of the Canva application in learning history is an interesting and creative learning medium in accordance with the development of 21st century schools, especially in all parts of the use of innovation in everyday life. Thus, the final conclusion in writing this article explains that the Canva application is very easy and practical to access in learning activities. The application of the Canva application in history learning is the right solution to assist educators in creating computerized learning media in the 21st century so that the delivery of learning materials can be more easily accepted by students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the implementation of an autonomous curriculum in language learning as an innovation in facing the Fourth Industrial Revolution.The research method used is online literature review. This research is descriptive qualitative because it takes the form of disclosing facts that are already known, which focuses on disclosing a problem and current situation. Triangulation is used as a data collection method, inductive reasoning is used in data analysis, and meaning rather than generalization is emphasized in qualitative research findings.The results of the study found that First, the industrial revolution 4.0 was formed by technological disruptions that changed needs in the education sector. This has triggered the need to update the 2013 curriculum given the progress and demands of the 21st century. One form of streamlining the 2013 curriculum is an autonomous curriculum. structure for learning recovery. Third, the use of ICT in education will enable independent curriculum integration in language acquisition to address issues of the fourth industrial revolution. Several types of information technology, including e-books, email, and social media, can be included in language learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the STEM 4.0 approach in increasing CT which included differences in CT in experimental and control class students and in increasing student CT.The research method used is Quasi-Experimental Design with One Group Pretest-Postest. This research involved 56 university students. The sample was treated in the form of learning with the STEM approach. Student CT includes 5 indicators, namely: (1) Interpreting Problems, (2) Analyzing Solution of the Problem, (3) Applying Gained Solution, (4) Evaluating the Gained Solution, and (5) Concluding the Results Attached with Supportive Evidence.The results of the study prove that based on the results of the Independent T-Test, there are significant differences in students' CT in the STEM class and the conventional class. The increase in CT in the experimental group was also significant based on the results of the Paired Samples Test. Thus, it can be concluded that the STEM 4.0 approach facilitates students to master the concepts of learning materials (Science) with the help of technology (Technology) and is strengthened by the application of these concepts in making simple products (Engineering). In addition, concept mastery is also supported by linking environmental phenomena in learning (Mathematics). The implementation of STEM 4.0 is effective in improving CT.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the sacredness of the Srimpi Merak Kesimpir dance and how to preserve it using qualitative descriptive methods. The Peacock Kesimpir Dance by Hamengkubuwana VII is a dance that was sacred at the beginning of creation. A king's work is a talisman or heirloom that is always looked after and maintained for the preservation of the sacred dance work.The research method used is qualitative descriptive using interviews, photo documents, reference books, videos, online magazines, e-books and other very in-depth data for cultural experts.The results of the research found that commodification in the peacock kesimpir dance, which was previously only performed in the palace environment, is now being performed outside the palace to function as a cultural performance. Clothes, floor patterns and even jewelry are all made better and more attractive. In terms of sacredness, it is certainly reduced, but in terms of preservation, it is one solution to be sustainable. Every work of art will experience development, even if it is a work from hamengkubuwana to VII. The king's masterpieces are inseparable from being in line with the times.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out what kind of support the Social Sciences EducationStudy Program provides as a policy maker in implementing blended learning-basedlearning strategies; to find out the extent of the use of blended learning-based technologyin the FIS UNNES Social Sciences Education Study Program; to analyze theimplementation of blended learning-based learning strategies in the FIS UNNES SocialSciences Education Study Program.The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research subjectis the academic community of the Social Sciences Education Study Program. Datacollection through interviews, observation and documentation with data validity testingusing triangulation methods and data analysis techniques using interactive analysis.The results of the research found that the blended learning-based learning strategy in theFIS UNNES Social Sciences education study program was running well. Support fromlecturers, students, study program coordinators, faculties and universities really supportsthe implementation of this. One of the existing policies is the curriculum and supportinginfrastructure.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the differentiation of works on the Scientific and Technological Literacy Abilities of PGRI Semarang University Education Students. This is because the diversity of student work is a gift in learning. Existing works must be empowered and their creativity enhanced. Differentiation of work is a form of student work that should be appreciated. The research method used in this research is a qualitative analysis method. The subjects of this research were education students at PGRI University Semarang. The research was conducted for 1 semester in two fields of study, namely the Professional Teacher Education study program and the Primary School Teacher Education study program. There are 4 success indicators used to determine the success of research. namely product quality, product reliability, team performance, product design. From these indicators, the following results were obtained: (1) product quality received a very good qualification, namely 43.56%, (2) product reliability received a very good qualification, namely 48.55%, (3) product performance received a very good qualification of 49.63%, (4) product design received very good qualifications of 37.07%. The high qualification indicators of research results can be used as a reference for the success of carrying out research activities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design, test the feasibility and effectiveness of QR-Codebased Smart Paper as a learning medium in improving the critical thinking skills ofelementary school students through social studies learning content.The research method used is Research and Development (RD) with the Borg Galldevelopment model. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews,questionnaires, tests and documentation. The initial data analysis technique used thenormality test and homogeneity test. Next, the final data analysis technique used theaverage difference test and the N-Gain test.The research results show that QR-Code based Smart Paper has been successfullydeveloped. This is proven by the validation results of material experts 91.67% and mediaexperts 96.67% with very appropriate criteria. Furthermore, the calculated results of theN-Gain test on the learning outcomes aspect obtained a score of 0.57 with medium criteria and the results of the average difference test obtained a sig (2-tailed) value 0.05, so Ha was accepted. So it can be concluded that QR-Code based Smart Paper is a suitable and effective learning medium for improving students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain information on the influence of the application of the reciprocal learning method on student learning outcomes in citizenship education subjects in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Dua, Ketapang Regency.The research method used in this research is experimentation in the form of Pre-Experimental Design. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the application of the reciprocal learning method on student learning outcomes in citizenship education subjects in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Dua, Ketapang Regency.The results of the research after being given the reciprocal learning method, obtained data from research samples with a sample size of 28, the average value is 70.00, the middle value is 70.00, the value that often appears is 70.00, the difference value between the maximum and minimum namely 20.00, the lowest value is 60.00, the highest value is 80.00, the total value is 1960. The results of the research before being given the reciprocal learning method, obtained data from research samples with a total sample of 28, the average value is 87.85, the middle value is 90.00, the value that often appears is 90.00, the difference between the maximum and minimum value is 15.00, the lowest value is 80.00, the highest (maximum) value is 95.00, the total value The total is 2460. So it can be concluded that the student's score after using the reciprocal learning method is higher than before using the reciprocal learning method. This can be seen from the difference in the average learning outcomes of class.
