Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to produce an textbooks for teacher and students with the contextual teaching and learning river environment based in the geometry material. The results of the study as follows: (1) Test result from material expert to teacher textbooks are obtained 3,87 and students textbooks are obtained 3,17, (2) test result from design expert to teacher textbooks are obtained 3,17 and students textbooks are obtained 3,40, teacher assess to textbooks for teacher and students are obtained 3,18, and (4) student activity and learning outcomes in six learning of whole into effective category.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku guru dan siswa dengan menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual berbasis lingkungan sungai pada materi bangun datar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) hasil uji ahli materi terhadap buku guru memperoleh skor 3,87 valid dan buku siswa memperoleh skor 3,87, (2) hasil uji ahli desain terhadap buku guru memperoleh skor 3,17, dan buku siswa memperoleh skor 3,40, (3) penilaian guru terhadap buku guru dan buku siswa memperoleh skor 3,18, dan (4) keaktifan siswa dan hasil belajar dalam enam pembelajaran masuk kategori efektif.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the jolly phonics method as a method of reading the beginning readers. The research design uses descriptive qualitative data collection techniques of interviews, observation, documentation studies and literature studies. The findings show that the jolly phonics method is able to overcome reading difficulties with students' learning styles that tend to use the basic language skills and phonics approach through the stages of reading (1) learning the letter sound, (2) learning the letter formation, (3) blending, and (4) identifying the sound in words.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode membaca Jolly Phonics sebagai metode membaca permulaan siswa kelas I SD. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa metode Jolly Phonics mampu mengatasi kesulitan membaca dengan gaya belajar siswa yang cenderung menggunakan pendekatan bahasa basic skill and phonics  melalui tahapan membaca (1) bunyi huruf, (2) menulis bentuk huruf, (3) memadukan, dan (4) bunyi terhadap bentuk huruf.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted using quantitative methods. Data analysis of this study was carried out using correlation techniques. The data collection process is done using critical thinking test instruments and test instruments writing editorial texts. The relationship between variables was analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between critical thinking skills and the ability to write editorial texts at a significance level of 0,000. That is, one of the determinants of the success of writing editorial texts is that students must have high critical thinking skills.Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Analisis data penelitan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi. Adapun proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes berpikir kritis dan instrumen tes menulis teks editorial. Hubungan antar variabel dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemampuan menulis teks editorial pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Artinya, salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan menulis teks editorial adalah siswa harus memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis yang tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research and development is to produce a learning product based on blended learning (face-to-face, offline, and online) in sports nutrition science courses. The development of blended learning-based sports nutrition science learning is used by researchers using blended learning-based research models for learning outcomes in problem solving. The results of the research on effectiveness tests were obtained by researchers from 3 meetings that had been carried out by researchers. Effectiveness test data: at the first meeting: the average value of the student class obtained the value of letter B (74.85%). Second meeting: the average value of the student class is obtained by the letter A (84%). At the third meeting: the average value of the student class was obtained "A" (85.14%). The Efficiency Test of the first meeting was obtained by the total time of learning and working on the questions: 1) the longest total time of 67 minutes 54 seconds and the fastest time 67 minutes 1 second. Second meeting: the longest time is 73 minutes 9 seconds and the fastest time is 55 minutes 9 seconds. Third meeting: the longest time is 70 minutes 19 seconds and the fastest time is 57 minutes 30 seconds. With blended learning based learning products can increase efficiency which previously had to be done with 16 meetings, with blended learning the time needed was relatively short 3 meetings and had good effectiveness.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk pembelajaran berbasis blended learning (tatap muka, offline, dan online) pada matakuliah ilmu gizi olahraga. Pengembangan pembelajaran matakuliah ilmu gizi olahraga berbasis blended learning ini peneliti menggunakan model penelitian berbasis blended learning untuk hasil belajar pemecahan masalah. Hasil dari penelitian pada uji efektivitas diperoleh peneliti dari tiga kali pertemuan yang sudah dilaksanakan peneliti. Data uji efektivitas: pada petemuan pertama: rata-rata nilai kelas mahasiswa diperoleh nilai huruf B (74,85%). Pertemuan kedua: rata-rata nilai kelas mahasiswa diperoleh nilai huruf A (84%). Pada petemuan ketiga: rata-rata nilai kelas mahasiswa diperoleh “A” (85,14%). Uji Efisiensi petemuan pertama diperoleh total waktu belajar dan mengerjakan soal: 1) total waktu terlama 67 menit 54 detik dan waktu tercepat 67 menit 1 detik. Pertemuan kedua: waktu terlama 73 menit 9 detik dan waktu tercepat 55 menit 9 detik. Pertemuan ketiga: waktu terlama 70 menit 19 detik dan waktu tercepat 57 menit 30 detik. Dengan produk pembelajaran berbasis blended learning dapat menambah efisiensi yang sebelumnya harus dilakukan dengan 16 kali pertemuan, dengan blended learning waktu yang dibutuhkan relatif singkat 3 kali pertemuan dan memiliki efektivitas yang baik.

Abstract

Abstract: Development research to produce Computer Assisted Instruction interactive media theme "hero" sub-theme "hero is pride" SD IV grade material is valid, interesting, effective, and practical Computer-based learning media can used as alternative in the learning. Media products are developed based the steps of the 4-D development model. The results of validation and trials that have been done, obtained data (a) the results of media validation reached a percentage of 82.5% with very valid criteria; (b) the results of the media attractiveness test reached a percentage of 95.56% with very interesting criteria; (c) the practicality test results of students and teachers reached a percentage of 94.8% with very practical criteria; (d) the results of the effectiveness test that learning outcomes increased by compare the pre-test and post-test results.Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media interaktif Computer Assisted Instruction tema “Pahlawanku” subtema“Pahlawanku Kebangganku” materi IPS kelas IV SD yang valid, menarik, efektif, dan praktis. Media pembelajaran berbasis komputer dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Produk media dikembangkan berdasarkan langkah model pengembangan 4-D. Hasil validasi dan uji coba yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh data (a) hasil validasi media mencapai persentase 82,5% dengan kriteria sangat valid; (b) hasil uji kemenarikan media mencapai persentase 95,56% dengan kriteria sangat menarik; (c) hasil uji kepraktisan siswa dan guru mencapai persentase 94,8% dengan kriteria sangat praktis; (d) hasil uji efektivitas bahwa hasil belajar lebih optimal dengan membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test.

Abstract

Abstract: Vocabulary mastery is crucial to be taught to elementary school students because it significantly affects the student’s language skills. This research was aimed to explain the influence of wordplay method such as crosswords and anagramss toward the vocabulary mastery of elementary school students. This study used a pretest posttest control group design with a sample of 36 students. The hypothesis test carried out using anacova test. The result show that there is a significant effect on the wordplay method include crosswords and anagrams to vovabulary mastery with the sig. value  of 0,000 < 0,05.Abstrak: Penguasaan kosakata sangat penting untuk diajarkan kepada peserta didik di sekolah dasar karena hal tersebut sangat memengaruhi keterampilan berbahasa peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh metode permainan kata teka-teki silang dan Anagram terhadap penguasaan kosakata siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pretest-posttest control group design dengan sampel 36 peserta didik. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji Anacova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan metode permainan kata teka-teki silang dan Anagram terhadap penguasaan kosakata  dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to develop learning media in the form of educational games on computers and basic networks subject with Teams Game Tournament model at SMK Negeri 12 Malang. To develop the learning media, used Sadiman methods and LORI as assessment instruments. The results of this research indicate that the results of the material expert validation was 88.6%, media expert validation was 91.85%, and students was 91.33%. The media is declared valid and feasible as a learning media. This article discusses the product and development process, and the test results to assess the feasibility of the product.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa game edukasi ular tangga pada mata pelajaran komputer dan jaringan dasar dengan bermuatan Teams Game Tournament di SMK Negeri 12 Malang. Pengembangan media pembelajaran ini menggunakan metode Sadiman dan untuk instrumen penilaian media menggunakan LORI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan 88.6%, validasi ahli media 91.85%, dan siswa 91.33%. Media dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Artikel ini membahas desain produk dan proses pengembangan, dan hasil tes untuk menilai kelayakan produk.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the character values in the creativity of students writing fable stories. This study used a descriptive qualitative design with a type of text analysis. The tex analyzed was created by students writing fable stories. The results show of the analysis show five character values in the work of students writing stories. These five values consist of values that are socially caring, friendly/communicative, hard work, creative, and peaceful. Creative writing is telling events that have been experienced by using imagination then poured in the writing. Writing activities require reading skills. The reading used is the story of fables. Fable stories contain moral values in life that can add student knowledge.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai karakter dalam hasil cipta siswa menulis cerita fabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis analisis teks. Teks yang dianalisis adalah hasil karya siswa menulis cerita fabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan lima nilai karakter dalam karya siswa menulis cerita. Lima nilai tersebut, meliputi nilai peduli sosial, bersahabat/komunikatif, kerja keras, kreatif, dan cinta damai. Menulis kreatif adalah menceritakan peristiwa yang pernah dialami dengan memanfaatkan imajinasi kemudian dituangkan dalam sebuah tulisan. Kegiatan menulis membutuhkan keterampilan membaca. Bacaan yang digunakan adalah cerita fabel. Cerita fabel memuat nilai-nilai moral dalam kehidupan yang dapat menambahkan pengetahuan siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: Meaning of life is values that are used as life guidelines, are important and valuable, sourced from comes from creative values, experential values, and attitudional values. Meaning of life involves all aspects of experience in an individual's life, involving every aspect of value, character, relationships with others, and also the way of life. Culture has a major role in the formation and fulfillment of the profile of the meaning of life of the Karo people. The study of the profile of the meaning of life of Karo culture was carried out through content analysis of the results of interviews with the Karo regional language teachers. Meaning of life Karo culture has eight values compiled according to three sources of value meaning of life.Abstrak: Meaning of life adalah nilai-nilai yang dijadikan pedoman hidup, bersifat penting, berharga, serta bersumber dari creative values, experential values, dan attitudional values. Meaning of life melibatkan seluruh aspek pengalaman dalam hidup individu, melibatkan setiap aspek nilai, karakter, hubungan dengan orang lain, dan cara hidup. Budaya memiliki peran utama dalam pembentukan dan pemenuhan profil. meaning of life masyarakat Karo. Pengkajian profil meaning of life budaya Karo dilakukan melalui analisis isi terhadap hasil wawancara terhadap guru bahasa daerah Karo. Meaning of life budaya Karo memiliki delapan nilai yang disusun sesuai tiga sumber nilai meaning of life.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to knowing the implementation of character education through school culture. with a focus on religious character, discipline character and independent character. This study used a qualitative approach with the design of the study of multi case (multycase studies). The data collection technique of this research were the observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of character education through school culture focused on religious character, discipline, and independence. Each character is obtained through routine activities, spontaneous activities, and exemplary.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah dengan fokus karakter religius, karakter disiplin, dan karakter mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multi kasus (multycase studies). Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi digunakan dalam pengambilan data pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah difokuskan pada karakter agama, disiplin, dan kemandirian. Setiap karakter diperoleh melalui kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, dan keteladanan.
