Abstract

MSMEs, especially the culinary sector, were one of the sectors that were severely affected during the Covid-19 pandemic, which was marked by a decrease in income due to a decrease in people's purchasing power and policies to limit community activities. So we need a study that looks at what factors affect the income of MSMEs in the culinary field to anticipate a deeper decline in income. The use of E-commerce, the number of customers, and business capital are important factors that can affect the income of MSMEs in the culinary sector during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of simultaneous and partial use of E-commerce, number of customers, and business capital on the income of SMEs in the culinary sector in West Denpasar. This study uses an associative quantitative approach. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study found that the variables of the use of E-commerce, the number of customers, and business capital simultaneously had a significant effect on the income of MSME actors in the culinary field in West Denpasar. Partially, the variables of the use of E-commerce, the number of customers, and business capital have a positive and significant effect on the income of MSME actors in the culinary field in West Denpasar.

Abstract

Poverty is a multidimensional problem that can be experienced by society. Some of the causes of poverty due to low education, low levels of health, and limited employment opportunities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneously and partially Dependent Burden, Unemployment, and Education on poverty in the Regency/City of East Nusa Tenggara Province. This study uses secondary data with panel data analysis, which consists of 2016-2020 time series data and cross section data of 23 regencies/cities in East Nusa Tenggara Province. The results of the research using the fixed effect model show that dependents have a positive and significant effect on poverty, unemployment has no significant effect on poverty and education has no significant effect on poverty in East Nusa Tenggara Province.

Abstract

The Covid pandemic is hitting the country right now. This pandemic will result in reduced tax revenues, and a slowdown in national economic growth. This study aims to determine the effect of awareness, sanctions, and tax incentives on corporate taxpayer compliance. The population in this study are corporate taxpayers with a limited liability company (PT) which is recorded at 5,542 in the Badung Region. The number of samples in this study were 100 corporate taxpayers who were willing to fill out a questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study was convenience sampling, which is a method of determining the sample by selecting samples freely at will, conducted randomly by considering the ease of access that can be reached by researchers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and uses the SPSS program as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that tax awareness, tax sanctions, and tax incentives have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. This research is expected to be used as a reference and consideration for the government to make policies that can improve taxpayer compliance so that it can help increase state revenue through tax payments by taxpayers

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job stress on job satisfaction, to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, to analyze the effect of job stress on organizational commitment to analyze job satisfaction in mediating the effect of job stress on commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Atika Mandiri. The number of samples used in this study were 62 employees, using the saturated sample method (census), which used the entire population as a sample. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The data were analyzed using path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). In this study, the theory used is social exchange theory. The results showed that job stress had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. PT. Atika Mandiri, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of job stress on organizational commitment at PT. Atika Mandiri. This research can provide evidence on the development of human resource management science that is able to explain the theoretical model used as a basis in formulating the hypothesis.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the best guarantee to create and maintain customer trust to face global competition. The company's success in maintaining customer loyalty is influenced by many factors including: service quality, either directly or mediated by increasing the role of trust, commitment and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, promotion and quality policies on customer satisfaction at Starbucks Coffee Shop products and services at Sunset Star. The type of research used in this research is a survey. In survey research, information is collected from respondents using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is regression analysis technique. The sample of this research is Starbucks Sunset Star Branch, Bali. The results of this study indicate that of the three variables used, only the price variable dominates the influence on customer satisfaction at Starbucks Sunset Point. Therefore, it is necessary to do further research to obtain variables that can affect customer satisfaction at Starbucks Sunset Point.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh langsung PMTB, inflasi dan upah minimum terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali, menganalisis pengaruh langsung PMTB, inflasi dan upah minimum terhadap disparitas pendapatan kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali, (2) dan menganalisis Pengaruh PMTB, inflasi dan upah minimum terhadap disparitas pendapatan secara tidak langsung melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Bali, dengan sumber data dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis jalur Path dengan menggunakan data tahun 2010 – 2020. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan yakni (1) PMTB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi,(2) upah minimum berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (3) inflasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi,(4) Inflasi dan upah minimum berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap disparitas pendapatan, (5) PMTB berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap disparitas, dan (6) PMTB, inflasi, dan upah minimum berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap disparitas pendapatan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Employees are the most important factor that contributes to the achievement of company goals. Through employees, strength or resources will be obtained for the sustainability of the company. Work-life balance is an important thing to note so that employees feel they have a sense of desire to stay in their organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of Work life-balance, compensation, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at PT Agung Automall Gianyar by analyzing work-life balance, compensation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment within the company. The sample in this study consisted of employees of PT. Agung Automall Gianyar, which consisted of 72 people who were determined based on the saturated sampling technique. To obtain the data needed in this study, interview methods and filling out questionnaires were used which were filled out by company employees. The data analysis technique used is the Classical Assumption Test, F-Test and T- Test. The results of this study indicate that the variables studied, namely work life balance, compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on the organizational commitment of PT. Agung Automall Gianyar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is; (1) to analyze the simultaneous ef ect of education level, marital status, gender, and parents economic status on the length of time looking for work for educated workers in Denpasar City; (2) to analyze the partial ef ect of education level, marital status, gender, and parents' economic status on the length of time looking for work for educated workers in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that; (1) education level, marital status, gender, and parents economic status simultaneously af ect the length of time looking for work for educated workers in Denpasar City; (2) the higher the level of education, the shorter the period of looking for work compared to educated workers who have a low level of education; (3) the more economically capable parents pay for their children, the longer the period of looking for work is compared to the economic status of parents who are less well of ; (4) educated workers with married status, widowers/widows have a shorter time looking for work than those with unmarried status; (5) educated male workers have a shorter time looking for work than women.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of investment, labor and government spending on economic growth in Central Java Province. The data used in this research is secondary data published by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia. The data used in this research is pooled data from 35 districts/cities in Central Java Province from 2017 to 2021. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis with panel data. The results of data analysis show that investment, labor and government spending have a positive influence on economic growth in Central Java both individually and together.

Abstract

The development of technology and the internet has a great impact on business changes. The e-commerce platform is the main driver of the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia. Lazada is one of the e-commerce sites in Indonesia with a low level top of mind share, market share, and commitment share compared to its competitors according to Top Brand Index data. This study aims to examine and explain the role of brand image mediating social media on purchasing decisions at Lazada. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with the number of samples taken as many as 100 respondents with a questionnaire tool. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling model with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is PLS-based SEM analysis. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Social media has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Lazada. Social media has a significant positive effect on Brand Image at Lazada. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Lazada. Brand Image Mediates the influence of Social media on purchasing decisions on Lazada.
