The Covid-19 pandemic has triggered many changes throughout the world. The use of financial technology (fintech) is increasing rapidly, with the millennial generation as the largest market share. The research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the factors that influence the actual use of fintech payments with gender as a moderating variable. The research used 400 students from various universities in Bali as respondents who use fintech payments in the modern era. The type of data used in this study is primary data, which was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale of 5 alternative choices. The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling method using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the study found that gender strengthens the effect of perceived benefits on the sustainable use of fintech payments. Meanwhile, on the effect of perceived risk on the continued use of fintech payments, gender actually weakens the relationship. This research has implications for TAM and behavioral theory that gender differences have an influence on the level of technology adoption.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influencing factors for increasing the use of online queues to support improving the quality of service for BPJS Health Deputy Region The population of the research carried out was all JKN BPJS Health participants who accessed the Mobile JKN application in the Bali Nusra region, totaling 43,838 people. From calculations using the Slovin formula, the sample of respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents. There is a significant positive influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence on behavioral intention to use the JKN BPJS Health Online queuing system with the Mobile JKN application. There is a significant positive influence of Facilitating Conditions on behavioral intention to use the JKN BPJS Health Online queuing system with the Mobile JKN application. There is a significant negative influence of technology anxiety on behavioral intention to use the JKN BPJS Health Online queuing system with the Mobile JKN application. There is a significant positive influence of behavioral intention on use behavior for using the JKN BPJS Health Online queuing system with the Mobile JKN application.

Every company will try to get quality human resources in order to support the effectiveness of the company's work in achieving the expected goals. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of job characteristics on employee loyalty mediated by vertical trust and perceived supervisory support at the Tritunggal Tuka Credit Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Tritunggal Tuka Credit Cooperative. The sample size used in this study was 80 people with the method of determining the sample, namely saturated sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using PLS-based SEM analysis techniques. The results show that job characteristics have a significant positive effect on employee loyalty, job characteristics have a positive effect on vertical trust, job characteristics have a positive effect on perceived supervisory support, vertical trust mediates the effect of job characteristics on employee loyalty, and perceived supervisory support mediates the effect of job characteristics on loyalty. employee. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the Tritunggal Tuka Credit Cooperative understands job characteristics, vertical trust, and perceived supervisory support that can affect employee loyalty.

Currently the coffee business is predicted to be a business that will continue to grow in the future, and the amount of coffee consumption is predicted to continue to increase. In 2018 the increase in coffee consumption increased by 8%-10%, and in 2021 the coffee business is predicted to increase by 15%-20%. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, perceived value and customer loyalty of Akasa Kintamani Coffee's. This study uses an associative quantitative approach. This research was conducted at Akasa Kintamani Coffee in Kintamani Bangli. The population in this study were all customers who came to Akasa Kintamani Coffee who had visited and bought products or food at Akasa Kintamani Coffee. The number of samples from the study was 65 people. Analysis techniques with SEM-PLS. The results showed that 1) Service quality had a significant positive effect on customer loyalty at Akasa Kintamani Coffee, 2) Service quality had a significant positive effect on perceived value at Akasa Kintamani Coffee, 3) Perceived value had a significant positive effect on customer loyalty at Akasa Kintamani Coffee, 4) Perceived value partially mediates the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at Akasa Kintamani Coffee.

Kemiskinan adalah salah satu variabel ekonomi makro dalam suatu negara yang selalu menjadi masalah di negara – negara berkembang khususnya Indonesia. Kemiskinan menjadi faktor utama timbulnya masalah seperti kriminalitas, kesenjangan, pengangguran (akibat lain dari rendahnya tingkat pendidikan) serta permasalahan lainnya. Banyak faktor penyebab kemiskinan salah satunya adalah kebutuhan pokok yang merupakan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian yang hendak dicapai, untuk menganalisis pengaruh simultan pendidikan, tingkat pengangguran, dan Foreign Direct Investment terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi seluruh Indonesia dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh parsial pendidikan, tingkat pengangguran, dan Foreign Direct Investment terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi seluruh Indonesia. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian yaitu Pendidikan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia, dimana semakin lama rata rata pendidikan formal yang ditamatkan seseorang, maka semakin rendah tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia. Foreign Direct Investment secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan, artinya Foreign Direct Investment tidak berpengaruh terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan. Tingkat Pengangguran secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, artinya Tingkat Pengangguran tidak berpengaruh terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan

This study aims to explain the role of brand awareness in mediating the effect of advertising attractiveness on purchase intention at Blibli.com in Denpasar City. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a total sample taken of 120 respondents. The sample was determined using a nonprobability sampling model with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, path analysis and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Advertising attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, advertising attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, brand awareness has a positive effect on purchase intention and brand awareness is able to partially mediate the influence of advertising attractiveness on purchase intention at Blibli.com in Denpasar City. The implication of this research is that Blibli.com needs to pay attention to the implementation of advertising strategies so as to strengthen brand awareness to create purchase intentions at Blibli.com in Denpasar City. Consumers who are aware of the Blibli.com brand in Denpasar City can create consumer curiosity and interest in the Blibli.com brand, which in turn leads to consumer purchase intentions at Blibli.com.

Companies in carrying out operations and developing business certainly require capital and additional capital. The purpose of this study was to determine the internal determinants of capital structure. This research was conducted on coal mining sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2020. In this study, five independent variables were used, namely profitability, company size, liquidity, non-debt tax shield, and company growth, while the dependent variable was structure capital. The sample used was determined by purposive sampling method and obtained 22 companies as a sample of a total of 24 listed companies. The data in this study were collected using the non-participant observation method by making observations on the company's financial statements. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that profitability and liquidity have a significant negative effect on capital structure, firm size and firm growth have a significant positive effect on capital structure, but the non-debt tax shield variable does not have a negative effect on capital structure.

Ornamental plant business is one form of MSMEs that provides products in the agricultural sector. The ornamental plant business has become one of the drivers of Indonesia's economic growth and the trend of ornamental plants has been felt since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. This trend shows an increase in the demand for ornamental plants, which is the basis for increasing business income. However, considering the Covid-19 pandemic that has not yet fully ended, it encourages MSME actors, including ornamental plant business players, to digitize in order to maintain business continuity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the income of ornamental plants in Denpasar City. The data used in this study came from raw data using the Slovin formula and were obtained from a sample of 65 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was then tested and analyzed with the Eviews 10 program. The results of this study indicate that capital, length of business and e-commerce simultaneously have a significant effect on ornamental plant business income in Denpasar City. Partially, capital, length of business and e-commerce have a significant effect on business income of Denpasar City ornamental plants.

The real estate business is known for its changing characteristics, intense competition, consistency and complexity. Rising real estate prices are driven by rising land prices and an increasing trend in land supply, often with population growth and people's growing need for housing, offices, shopping centers, amusement parks, and more. If a development company makes a big profit by raising real estate prices, it's only natural that that profit will improve business performance and raise stock prices. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of DER, ROA, and firm size on stock returns. This research uses signal theory and CAPM theory. The research population is property, real estate, and building construction companies. Purposive sampling method was used as a method of determining the sample. The research sample was 215 observations. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that DER has a positive effect on stock returns, ROA has a positive effect on stock returns, and firm size has no effect on stock returns.

This research was conducted to find out the investment decision-making behavior of the younger generation, namely students who are members of the Investment Gallery of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The importance of this research is related to the increasing role of students in investing in capital markets that are relatively risky so that they need to have an understanding of financial literacy and identify herding behavior biases and overconfidence in their investment decision making. The research was conducted on 135 students who were members of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery in several universities in Denpasar. The results of the data analysis showed that financial literacy and overconfidence had a positive effect on investment decisions, herding had a negative effect on investment decisions, financial literacy negatively affected herding behavior bias, but had a positive effect on overconfidence behavior bias while herding and overconfidence could mediate the relationship between financial literacy and investment decisions.
