Abstract

Tingkat literasi keuangan masyarakat di Kota Denpasar saat ini masih tergolong rendah sehingga perlu ditingkatkan. Latar belakang tersebut dapat dilihat dari penggunaan kartu kredit di masyarakat yang meningkat, tingginya angka pengeluaran konsumsi serta penurunan persentase kepemilikan jaminan sosial. Kenyataan yang terjadi bahwa masyarakat belum memanfaatkan produk keuangan dengan cermat, menjadi bukti bahwa minimnya pemahaman literasi keuangan. Sementara itu, pendidikan keuangan yang mumpuni akan memberikan kepuasan keuangan serta beragam manfaat lain yang dapat dirasakan guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan dimasa yang akan datang. Ketika pendidikan keuangan di masyarakat yang terdapat usia produktif terbilang rendah maka peran kemampuan keuangan sebagai mediator pendidikan keuangan dan kepuasan keuangan perlu mendapat perhatian dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat peran kemampuan keuangan sebagai mediator pendidikan keuangan dan kepuasan keuangan pada usia produktif di Kota Denpasar. Aspek-aspek yang diteliti yaitu kemampuan keuangan dan pendidikan keuangan serta pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan keuangan. Fenomena dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kausal. Teknik pengambilan data yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 400 responden dan pengumpulan data primer. Responden yang dipilih adalah usia produktif di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini mengadopsi dan menggunakan Sobel tes untuk menguji pengaruh mediator kemampuan keuangan terhadap pendidikan keuangan dan kepuasan keuangan. Hasil pada penelitian yang dilakukan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan keuangan terbukti secara parsial memediasi pengaruh antara pendidikan keuangan dan kepuasan keuangan

Abstract

One of the developments in information system technology in the health sector via the internet is E-health. The Medical Teleconsultation solution offered is very helpful for the Indonesian health system in screening patients with a risk of Covid 19. Halodoc is the number 1 health application in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the Halodoc synergy in the quality of hospital services on patient satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. This research was conducted in a type c hospital in collaboration with Halodoc in Denpasar, namely Surya Husada Hospital and Bali Royal Hospital. Taken a sample of 50 respondents at each hospital. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. This study uses data analysis methods using Smart PLS software. The results of this study were Halodoc Medical teleconsultation proved to have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, patient confidence and patient loyalty. The quality of hospital services is proven to have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction and patient confidence. Halodoc Medical Teleconsultation proved to have a positive and significant effect on the quality of hospital services. Related to the research results, it was found that some people still trust their health fully by consulting directly with medical personnel at the hospital. This research will become an illustration to see the development of medical teleconsultation in Indonesia. As well as indirectly seeing to what extent the role of Halodoc Medical Telecosultation is able to provide optimal health services in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategic decision making made by MSME entrepreneurs in facing the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The choice that can be taken by MSMEs is to do staretgi retrenchment and turn around strategies in order to survive in times of crisis. This research was conducted in Denpasar city and took 75 samples of MSMEs focused on the leading creative economy subsectors, namely fashion, craft and culinary. The results of this study found that the age indicators and educational background of MSMEs have a positive and significant effect while the internal locus of control indicators and the number of employees have a negative and significant effect on the decision of MSMEs using retrenchment. While all indicators do not have a significant effect on the decision of MSMEs using turn around strategies.

Abstract

Impulsive buying is a behavior that is consumer buying behavior that is formed before entering a store and is carried out unplanned beforehand. The factors that can be considered by the company in the event of impulsive buying to increase sales are sales promotion, visual merchandising, outlet atmosphere towards impulsive purchases at Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar. The sample size used was 108 respondents of Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar customers with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results that (1) sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on impussive buying (2) visual merchandising has a positive and significant effect on impussive buying (3) store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on impussive buying. Based on these results, it is concluded that sales promotion, visual merchandising, good outlet atmosphere will influence the impulsive buying behavior of Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinant of unemployment between districts / cities in West Java during the period 2011-2017. The research method used is data panel regression through fixed effect model. The results showed that the mean of year schooling and economic output were negative, while poverty and population had a positive relationship to unemployment. Aspects of education have an influence in lowering unemployment. Therefore, the need to increase the mandatory nine-year study target as an effort to improve the quality of human resources, especially for regions that have not reached the target. Furthermore, the policy of accelerating the economy by increasing its economic output and maintaining the population level in order to strike a balance in employment and unemployment so as not to continue to increase.

Abstract

ABSTRACT North-North Cooperation Agency is a form of inter-regional cooperation body consisting of 4 districts, namely North Gorontalo Regency, Bone Bolango Regency of Gorontalo Province, Buol Regency of Central Sulawesi Province, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency of North Sulawesi Province whose formation was facilitated by Gorontalo State University on September 17, 2014. The purpose of the establishment of north-north cooperation by Gorontalo State University is as the embodiment of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and wants together with local governments from 4 districts to want this area to become a national strategic area bordering the country so as to form a new economic growth with the target of becoming a food and energy barn in eastern Indonesia. The achievement of these goals must be realized jointly by achieving togetherness for the common welfare. Strengthening the competitiveness of each region is very important to create the competitiveness of the north-north cooperation area that will be built with the commitment of the principle of mutual cooperation, mutual need and mutual strengthening. This paper will illustrate the factual condition of north-north cooperation that will be an important point in developing regional cooperation in the future.
