Brand loyalty is related to the level of customer tendency to make repeat purchases by satisfied customers and positively evaluate the product, to gain loyalty it is necessary to make customers have a good experience and brand love for the I Look Daily brand. This study aims to examine the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty, brand experience on brand love, brand love on brand loyalty, and brand love in mediating the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty. This research was conducted in Denpasar City, the number of samples used was 130 respondents with purposive sampling method. Sample collection was done online via google form with a questionnaire instrument using a Likert scale. The collected data is then analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that brand experience has a significant and positive effect on brand love, brand experience has a significant and positive effect on brand loyalty, brand love has a significant and positive effect on brand loyalty, and there is an influence of brand love in partially mediating the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty.

The study aims to; 1) analyze the simultaneous effect of marital status, gender, social network, and socioeconomic status of parents on the duration of unemployment of educated; 2) analyze the partial effect of marital status, gender, social network, and socioeconomic status of parents on the duration of unemployment of educated; 3) analyze the socioeconomic status of parents in moderating the influence of social networks on the duration of unemployment of educated. The population in this study is an educated workforce who found work during the Covid-19 pandemic in Badung Regency. The analytical technique used in this study is moderated regression analysis. The results of this study indicate; 1) marital status, gender, social network, and socioeconomic status of parents simultaneously influence the duration of unemployment of educated; 2) educated workers who are married have a tendency to be unemployed for a shorter time than educated workers who are not; 3) male educated workers tend to be unemployed for a shorter time than female educated workers; 4) social network and socioeconomic status of parents have a negative and significant effect on the duration of unemployment of educated; 5) socioeconomic status of parents moderates the influence of social networks on the duration of unemployment of educated workers.

Footwear is one of Indonesia's leading export commodities after textiles, electronics, rubber, palm oil and forest products. Japan is one of the main destinations for Indonesian footwear exports. This study aims to analyze the effect of the US Exchange Rate and the Indonesia Trade Agreement Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (IJEPA) on the performance of Indonesian footwear exports to Japan in 1999-2020. This research is a quantitative research with associative type conducted in Indonesia. The data used are secondary data obtained from UN Comtrade and the Central Statistics Agency. Data collection consists of annual reports for the period 1999-2020. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the US Exchange Rate and the Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (IJEPA) simultaneously affect the export of Indonesian footwear to Japan. The US exchange rate and the Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (IJEPA) have partially positive and significant impact on Indonesia's footwear exports to Japan. The US exchange rate is a variable that has a dominant influence on Indonesian footwear exports to Japan.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused the economy to decline and activities in various sectors in Indonesia, including the banking sector, have been hampered, resulting in higher bank credit risk. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of financial inclusion and economic growth on bank credit risk. This study uses secondary data that is accessed on the official website of the national banking institution, the national statistical agencys, the website of the bank concerned. The population in this study are banks in the category of Commercial Banks Business Group 3 registered with the OJK during the 2016 - 2020 period with a total sample of 10 banks which were taken using the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that financial inclusion and economic growth had a significant negative effect on bank credit risk. Increased financial inclusion causes the risk of bank credit to decrease and increased economic growth indicates the level of public welfare is also increasing so that it is able to minimize the existence of non-performing loans.

Employee performance is influenced by various factors including compensation, motivation, and work environment. All three have an important role in improving employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at the Rottan Jati Jaya Furniture Company. The type of research used is quantitative. The population is Furniture Rottan Jati Jaya employees and the sample is taken using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 42 respondents. The data collection includes questionnaires and interviews. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. This indicates that the higher the compensation, the higher the employee's performance, if the motivation and work environment are higher, the higher the effect on employee performance but not significant.

This study aims to determine the effect of growth rate, asset structure, and company size on company performance in the mining sector on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. The population of this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period, totaling 41 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the number of companies selected as samples was 35 companies, so that 105 observations were obtained during the research period. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the growth rate had a significant positive effect on firm performance, asset structure had no significant effect on firm performance, while firm size had a significant negative effect on firm performance.

Stock return is the profit obtained by companies, individuals, and institutions from the results of their investment policies. Before investing in the capital market, especially in the stock market, investors need to collect information about the company's fundamental conditions to get return investment in the long-term. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability and liquidity on stock return. This research was conducted at consumer goods sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The data used in this study is quantitative data with secondary data sources published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study were 34 companies through purposive sampling method. This study used non-participant observation method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that the debt to equity ratio had a negative and insignificant effect on stock return, return on assets had a positive and significant effect on stock return and current ratio had a positive and insignificant effect on stock return. Investors and company management are expected to pay more attention to return on asset that have an impact on stock return.

This research set out to test the hypothesis that LPDs in Badung's Mengwi District would have better financial reports if their managers had a better grasp of employee accounting, the value of ethical leadership, and the importance of a regulatory body. Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was applied on a total of 38 (thirty eight) research samples drawn from a census or saturation sample. The study discovered that accounting knowledge of the employees had an impact on the quality of the financial reports they produced, but that ethical leadership, the role of the supervisory body, and IT were unable to have an impact on the quality of the financial reports produced by LPDs.

Banking is a financial institution that has a role in the financial system in Indonesia. The existence of the banking sector has an important role, where in people's lives most of them involve services from the banking sector. The banking sector is currently experiencing a shift in its vital function as an intermediary institution, which should be able to effectively and efficiently allocate its sources of funds to the public. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Operating Costs on Operating Income, Non-Performing Loans on the Profitability of Commercial Banks listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely by looking at the annual financial statements of commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 which can be accessed through the website www.idx.co.id. This study uses the method of determining the sample using purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was 145 data on commercial banks listed on the IDX. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a positive effect on profitability in banking sector companies. Operating Expenses Operational Income (BOPO) has a negative effect on profitability in banking sector companies. Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a negative effect on profitability in banking sector companies.

The phenomenon of smartphones becoming secondary goods makes people's demand for smartphones increase, so that Vivo as one of the smartphone vendors in Indonesia, needs to carry out the right strategy to increase people's purchase intentions for their smartphones. The purpose of this study was to explain the role of brand image in mediating the effect of E-WOM on Vivo smartphone purchase intentions in Denpasar City. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents using a questionnaire tool. The sample was determined using non-probability sampling model with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of SPSS program. The results show that E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image has a positive effect on purchase intention, brand image is able to mediate the effect of E-WOM on purchase intention. This research implication is that Vivo need to maintain and pay attention to their strategies to make e-wom and brand images better to increase purchase intentions.
