The role of employees is one of the keys that determine the success of the establishment of a company. Human resource management carried out by the organization can affect whether or not the goals of the organization are achieved, therefore companies must pay attention to employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Japan Travel Agency. This study uses the method. Determination of the sample is done by sampling saturated, that is by taking the entire population of 30 respondents. Data was collected using the interview method and through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis and Sobel Test. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction is a variable mediating the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment

This study aims to analyze the effect of education level, health status, wage level, and use of information and communication technology (ICT) either simultaneously or partially on worker productivity in the regency/city of Bali Province, as well as to determine the role of ICT use in moderating the effect of education level on worker productivity in the regency/city of Bali Province. This study uses panel data, namely a combination of time series data and cross section with a total of 63 observation points. The data collection method is done through observation with secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study is a moderation regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the education level, health status, wage level, and use of ICT have a significant effect on worker productivity in regency/city of Bali Province. Partially, the health status has a positive and significant effect on worker productivity in the regency/city of Bali Province, while the variables of education level, wage level, and use of ICT have no significant effect on worker productivity in the regency/city of Bali Province. The use of ICT is not able to moderate the effect of education level on worker productivity in regency/city of Bali Province

Employee performance is an important aspect in the company because it can affect the company's overall performance. This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of job stress on employee performance. The research location is the Regional Public Company for Drinking Water Tirta Sewakadarma Denpasar City. The population is all employees, totaling 303 people. The sample used was 178 respondents who were calculated by the Slovin formula and determined by the proportional random sampling method. Data collection methods in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The hypothesis was tested by Path Analysis and Sobel Test. The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, and work motivation acts as a mediator of the effect of work stress on employee performance. Theoretically, the results of this study provide support for Expectancy Theory. Practically, the results of this study are expected to be a reference for the Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Sewakadarma Denpasar City in order to improve the performance of its employees

Human resources are valuable assets owned by the company. Optimal performance can be achieved through compensation, training, and motivation. The West Denpasar Tax Service Office is an office that provides tax services to the public. At this location, there are still problems related to employee performance through attendance data and preliminary studies. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, training, and motivation on employee performance. The research location is the West Denpasar Tax Service Office. The number of employees includes in the population is 97 people. The number of samples in this research was 97 people which was determined by the saturated sampling technique. Data collection using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 24. The results showed that the performance of the employees of the West Denpasar Pratama Tax Service Office could increase due to good compensation and training and high motivation. Compensation, training and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of West Denpasar KPP Pratama employees. Motivation is the variable that most influences employee performance

Career selection planning is important to achieve individual success. The choice of a career can be influenced by various factors such as labor market considerations, salary, and personality. The accounting field has a career scope such as government accountants, namely accountants who work for government agencies whose main task is to conduct audits of financial accountability. The number of accountants registered with professional associations of accountants in Indonesia was around 25,000 people in 2017. Furthermore, in 2020 there will be around 28,000 accountants (http://iaiglobal.or.id/). Although the number of accountants continues to grow every year, the need for accountants in the government sector is still high. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of labor market considerations, salary and personality on interest in choosing a government accountant career. The population in this study amounted to 235 students, with sampling using the method of determining purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 72 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This research suggests that, job market considerations have a positive effect on students' career interests, salary has a positive effect on students' career interests, personality has a positive effect on students' career interests.

Social media marketing is a marketing communication activity that uses electronic media (online) to attract consumers in various forms to increase awareness, corporate image, and to increase sales. The presence of social media marketing makes information can be disseminated easily and cheaply. Therefore, at this time the company should be able to package information as attractively as possible through its social media to increase consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of social media marketing as well as brand image and e-WOM in influencing consumer buying interest. This research was conducted at Trihita Vegan Restaurant. The sample taken was 100 respondents through purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires in the form of google form with predetermined criteria. Measured by 15 indicators and using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest

This study aims to analyze the value relevance of accounting which proxied with earnings per share (EPS) and book value per share (BVPS) as well as value relevance of intellectual capital information. The test was carried out on companies that are members of the LQ45 Index Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2020 period. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this research is the documentation method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. This study found that earnings per share (EPS) and book value per share (BVPS) as well as intellectual capital information has value relevance. This research can support signal theory, clean surplus theory, and resource based theory (RBT) related to the relevance of the value of earnings per share (EPS) and book value per share (BVPS) as well as intellectual capital information. The research has implications for all parties who need information regarding value relevance of earnings per share (EPS) and book value per share (BVPS) as well as intellectual capital information of companies incorporated in the LQ45 Index

The development of tourism in the City of Labuan Bajo has an impact on the physical development of the city because the development of tourism has resulted in the increasing activity of tourists and residents, thus demanding facilities and infrastructure as well as the provision of space. This study uses a qualitative approach that helps researchers see the phenomena that occur and are related to this research. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that the existing conditions of Labuan Bajo marine tourism products during the pandemic already have adequate health protocols, domestic tourists are mostly from the island of Java and its surroundings, tourists are dominated by men, tourists are on average 25-34 years old, most tourists come to visit holiday. The strategy for developing marine tourism products in Labuan Bajo is carried out by increasing the quality and quantity of tourism elements, developing tourism facilities, attractions and human resources, providing accessibility and effective tourist attraction accommodations, increasing awareness and caring for tourism, optimizing tourism supervision.

During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, the Home Credit company has changed its credit acceptance scheme to adapt to current conditions. This is where every potential user of the Home Credit fintech application who wants to apply for credit requires an attachment regarding capacity. In addition to capacity, the Home Credit application also requires personal data as one of the guarantees for the proposed loan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the personality of the prospective debtor on the approval of credit applications at the Home Credit financing company in the Denpasar city area and to determine the effect of the debtor's capacity on the approval of the loan application at the Home Credit financing company in the Denpasar city area. This research method uses quantitative data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression methods. The conclusion of the study is that there is a positive and partially significant effect between Personality on Credit Approval at Home Credit in Denpasar City and there is a partially positive and significant influence between Customer Capacity on Credit Approval at Home Credit in Denpasar City.

In this study, it is intended to analyze skills development related to the role of training programs and the ethos mediated by work discipline. The author conducted a study at Village Credit Institutions in Buleleng District. The population in the study was 100 people by taking a sample of 80 LPD employees, randomly (proportional random sampling) and using the slovin formula. The measurement tool used is SEM-PLS. the analysis examines the outer model and the structural model (inner model). then testing the hypothesis along with the mediating effect. The results showed that there were 7 relationships studied, namely the effect of training programs on work discipline (0.764 < 1.96), work ethic with values ??(7.996 > 1.96) meaning, there was an influence with work discipline, there was an influence of training programs on employee performance ( 11.854 > 1.96), work ethic influences employee performance (2.158 > 1.96), there is a significant relationship between work discipline and employee performance (2.357 > 1.96), work discipline is unable to mediate training programs and employee performance (0.733 > 1.96), work discipline variables can fully mediate between work ethic and employee performance (2.131> 1.96).
