Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the above variables on the motivation of millennial employees and Gen-Z when working away from their homebase. Data analysis in this study was carried out by means of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. Meanwhile, the credibility test uses data triangulation and member check. The results of the study found that millennials and Gen-Z consider the availability of the internet is important to facilitate their access to social media. They are also shown to be adaptive with other employees of various generations where they have no barriers to communicating with each other. E-leadership is deemed necessary to be implemented in organizations, especially in the current 4.0 era, however they tend to want to be monitored for their work progress every day instead of being given the freedom to complete their tasks. For those who work far from the homebase, they hope to come home every month or every 3 months and the assignment after this is at their homebase.

Abstract

The establishment of a financial institution such as a bank in human civilization is very beneficial for humans themselves because this institution acts as a place to conduct financial transactions or as a liaison in these transactions. The research conducted intends to analyze and also explain the effect of ROA and FDR on the Profit-Sharing Rate of Mudharabah Deposits on ICB (Islamic Commercial Banks) in Indonesia in 2017-2019. The method used by researchers is a quantitative method with descriptive and verification approaches. Researchers used secondary data in this study with data sources obtained from BUS financial reports published on the official website of each bank. Researchers get a research population of 14 banks with Islamic principles and then selected samples by researchers as many as 6 Islamic banks through the purposive sampling method. The method of analyzing research data is using multiple linear regression analysis methods. From the test results in this study, it can be concluded that (1) ROA has a partial and negative correlation with the Mudharabah Deposit Profit-Sharing Rate, (2) FDR has a partial and negative correlation with the Mudharabah Deposit Profit-Sharing Rate, (3) Second ROA and FDR variables have a simultaneous effect on the Mudharabah Deposit Profit-Sharing Rate.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the tax review of VAT on RSIA XYZ inaccordance with tax law and to assess and evaluate contingency obligations on tax charges in the form of interest sanctions or tax penalties. The data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source is secondary data. The data is collected using interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive quantitative analysis techniques. Based on the description of the results of the study authors conducted a tax review of Value Added Tax (VAT) on RSIA XYZ, it was concluded that taxpayer compliance with tax object with tax rate and tax reporting in accordance with tax rules. But in terms of deposit, RSIA XYZ is not correct in making payments so there is a underpayment of Rp.3,168,679,-. For this underpayment, RSIA XYZ has a contingency obligation of Rp.126,747,-. The amount is obtained from interest sanctions for delays in payment of Outstanding Value Added Tax. So RSIA XYZ can not be said as a compliant taxpayer because there is still a delay in payment of taxes in accordance with tax rules.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure on the local income of Bali Province, to analyze the effect of the number of tourist visits, average tourist expenditure, and local income on the economic growth of Bali Province, and to analyze the role of income. native areas in mediating the effect of the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure on the economic growth of Bali Province. The data used in this research is secondary data, with the method of observation by observing documents or secondary data sources that are related. This study uses time series data with a total of 30 years of observations from 1990-2019, with the analysis technique used is Path Analysis. This study shows the results that the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure have a positive and significant effect on local income in Bali Province. The number of tourist visits, the average tourist expenditure and local revenue have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Bali Province. Own-source revenue mediates the effect of the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure on economic growth in Bali Province.

Abstract

Repurchase appear from the intention of repurchase, repurchase intention is an action taken by the consumer after the purchase process. Components that affect repurchase intentions include brand image, perceived value and trust. This research aims to find out how these components affect GoPay e-wallet users in Denpasar. The sample size used in this study amounted to 140 respondents GoPay e-wallet users in Denpasar City using purposive sampling method on the sampling. Google forms are used to help distribute questionnaires to respondents. This study uses multiple linear analysis techniques as data analysis techniques. This study obtained the results that (1) brand image has a positive and significant effect on the repurchase intentions (2) perceived value has a significant positive effect on the repurchase intention (3) trust has a significant positive effect on the repurchase intention. Based on this research, it is concluded that good brand image, perceived value, and trust greatly influence the repurchase intention of balances on GoPay e-wallet users in Denpasar City.

Abstract

This study aims to add literature by studying the implementation of work from everywhere in government offices and their impact on civil servants. The study was conducted with interviews with resource persons who run work from everywhere (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), presentation of data (display data), and drawing/presentation of conclusions (conclusion drawing/verification). The results of the study showed that First, the function of the organization continues to run well. Second, civil servants have no difficulty carrying out work from everywhere and can fully work at home or elsewhere. Third, the importance of integrity and professionalism supervision on the implementation of work from everywhere where the impact caused by lack of integrity and professionalism on public servants is harmful to the organization. Surveillance can be input monitoring and behavioral monitoring. Fourth, civil servants do not fully agree that work from everywhere is done as a new normal after the pandemic ends. Public servants want to work from the office rather than work from everywhere. Fifth, leadership does not experience significant obstacles in the implementation of work from everywhere.
