Employee engagement is related to the company's overall performance and is defined as an employee's emotional commitment to their workplace. PT. Delta Satria Dewata still finds problems related to employee engagement. Another problem is job insecurity that occurs because of a third party or outsourcing that makes employees feel insecure, especially in employee contracts that cause negative emotions. This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity on employee engagement and the role of negative emotion as a moderator variable. The population in this study were employees of PT. Delta Satria Dewata totals 120 people and the method of determining the sample used is saturated sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis used in this study is MRA. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on employee engagement, while negative emotion strengthens the relationship between job insecurity and employee engagement. The results of this study are in line with the results of previous studies and theoretical studies of two factors related to employee engagement

The purpose of this study was to explain the role of the Hedonic Shopping Value in mediating the influence of the atmosphere store on impulse buying. This research was carried out in the city of Denpasar. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents through the purposive sampling method and were distributed using a Google Form questionnaire with customized criteria. The data analysis technique used is a classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis) and a Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. The atmosphere store has a positive and significant effect on the Hedonic Shopping Value. Hedonic Shopping Value has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Hedonic Shopping Value plays a significant role in mediating the influence of atmospphere stores to impulse buying. The implications of this study are in increasing impulse buying, the Sun Department Store Duta Denpasar Duta is expected to provide a good atmospphere store to the visitors because with a good setting of atmosphere will stimulate positive emotional conditions so that it finally causes a pleasant shopping experience and causes hedonic Shopping Value Inside consumers.

The tax collection system that applies in Indonesia is a self-assessment system. This system is very dependent on the awareness and active role of the community in fulfilling existing tax obligations. This study aims to find out whether tax inclusion has an effect on the interest of the tax-abiding young generation? and does the digitalization of taxation affect the interest of the young tax-abiding generation? This research was conducted at the Bali State Polytechnic. The number of samples is 54 young people. The sampling technique is the saturated sample method. The analysis technique used, Validity and Reliability Test and PLS SEM analysis. The results of the study show that tax inclusion has a positive effect on the interest of the tax-abiding young generation and tax digitalization also has a positive effect on the interest of the tax-abiding young generation.

In this digital era, the development of technology-based information systems is progressing very rapidly. The emergence of corporate awareness of the importance of using this technology has a good impact on the company. With the development of information systems, of course, every company is competing to use information systems to improve company performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems and the ability of users to be moderated by work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 36 people, the method of determining the sample using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 32 samples. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the effect of the effectiveness of the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the user's ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study also found that work motivation strengthens the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems and user capabilities on employee performance.

This research aims to analyze the influence of business capital, business hours and technology on the productivity and income of Badung Market traders during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires or directly to respondents. This study uses a probability sampling method of determining the sample, where the number of samples is 100 traders. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results show that Business Capital and Business Hours have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of Badung Market traders during the pandemic, while Business Capital and productivity have a positive and significant impact on the income of Badung Market traders, and the technology variable has no significant effect on the productivity and income of traders because traders there are still many badung markets who do not understand and lack of facilities in using technology as a promotional medium, therefore technology has no effect. Productivity mediates the effect of capital on income, but productivity does not mediate the effect of hours of work and technology on income.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and increase theoretical knowledge regarding the effect of dividend policy, profitability and leverage on firm value. The theory applied in this research is signaling theory and agency theory. The population in this study are companies listed on the LQ45 Index. The sample in this study was obtained from a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained will be analyzed using multiple regression analysis method. The results obtained are dividend policy and profitability have a partial and cumulative positive effect on firm value while leverage has a negative effect on firm value.

This study aims to analyze the role of work life balance in mediating the effect of workload on employee work stress at Bank BRI Gatot Subroto Denpasar Branch. This study used a sample of 54 employees. The method used in this study is a survey method with questionnaire and interview techniques with PLS-based inferential statistical analysis tools Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that workload had a significant positive effect on work stress. Workload has a significant negative effect on work life balance, work life balance has a significant negative effect on work stress, and work life balance mediates the effect of workload on work stress. The implication of this research is to prove social exchange theory and homeostatic theory and their relation to research variables. Advances in technology have changed the style of society in conducting social interactions, nowadays social interactions can be done using technology and even buying and selling interactions can be done online. Internet users in Bali in 2018 are still centered in Denpasar City as much as 66.11 percent, therefore the Bukalapak company can increase the Purchase Intention of the Denpasar community. This study aims to determine the role of Brand Image in mediating the effect of e-WOM on Purchase Intention. This research was conducted at Bukalapak company in Denpasar. The sample used in this research amounted to 120 respondents using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires via google form. The results of this study indicate that the e-WOM variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention at Bukalapak in Denpasar, e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image on Bukalapak in Denpasar, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention on Bukalapak in Denpasar, Brand Image is a variable mediating the effect of e-WOM on Purchase Intention on Bukalapak in Denpasar.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work experience, training and motivation on work productivity. This research was conducted in Nitra Jaya Confection. The number of samples used is 38 employees of Nitra Jaya Confection, with the method of determining the sample is Non Probability Sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire using a 5 point Likert Scale to measure 23 questions and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques. In this study, the theory used is Maslow's Need Hierarchy Theory. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work experience, training and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Nitra Jaya Confection employees. The theoretical implications of this research have been able to explain the theoretical model used as the basis for formulating hypotheses, namely the influence of work experience, training and motivation on the work productivity of Nitra Jaya Confection employees
